Currently, many company’s marketing strategies are limited only to face-to-face communication, telephone, facsimile, company portfolio, and product brochures. However, those marketing strategies are well- known to have limited impacts. Therefore, the presence of e-marketing as one of the marketing strategies would be appropriate to cover the weaknesses and to solve a number of the marketing problems. The purpose of this study is to discuss matters related to marketing, such    as, proposing a marketing plan using website, expanding marketing segment, and introducing existing  products for a chemical manufacturing company. The adopted research method is a descriptive method where the study is directly performed on the research object to acquire necessary data. The collected data are further analyzed using the Porter’s Five Force and SWOT analysis. Fi- nally, the work provides a number of recommendations for implementing e-marketing strategies to support the company business.

This research aims to find out how the SWOT analysis as a strategy to improve competitiveness and obstacles in the Bank of Riau Kepri, Pekanbaru Business Unit. The research method used is quantitative descriptive method. The SWOT analysis used is descriptive analysis methods, SWOT matrix and SWOT diagram analysis. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, questionnaires and literature. The results of this study are the SWOT analysis as a strategy to increase competitiveness needs to be evaluated again so that the formation of good performance from within and from outside the Bank of Riau Kepri, Pekanbaru Sharia Business Unit in advancing these banks throughout Province of Riau and Riau Islands.

This study aims to determine and analyze the analysis using SWOT analysis which includes Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats as one of the strategies to improve competitiveness in Anugrah Hotel Sukabumi. This research is a type of associative descriptive research using primary data that is collecting data for hypothesis testing and answering questions from research subjects by collecting through a list of questions with survey research instruments. This research uses triangulation method. The population in this study is Anugrah Hotel Sukabumi. The data used are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out through interviews and observations. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative analysis research method.The results of the study show that currently Anugrah Hotel Sukabumi has not fully utilized the opportunities available. The strategy implemented by Anugrah Hotel Sukabumi has not yet fully used a good marketing strategy, for that Anugrah Hotel Sukabumi must implement a suitable strategy to use in optimizing its competitiveness by managing hotels by evaluating and implementing the strategies that must be achieved. By improving marketing strategies and increasing hotel facilities so as to provide satisfaction and desire for patients in Anugrah Hotel Sukabumi.

The study is entitled the use of E-commerce to support MSMEs in marketing the "Wiro Djoyo" Case Study. UKM Wiro Djoyo Is one of the small and medium businesses engaged in selling herbal probiotics from Semarang such as herbal probiotics, tough and oil. This business is addressed to Reksosari, RT 09 / RW 01, Reksosari, Suruh, Semarang Regency. The product marketing system at Wiro Djoyo UKM is still very simple, namely by verbally conveying it by several people who have family ties or friends working with UKM Wiro Djoyo. Whereas for marketing the buyer still has to come to UKM Wiro Djoyo. So consumers who are far outside the area do not know the available address, so they are reluctant to come directly. The purpose of this study is to design, implement, and test e-commerce web-based e-commerce applications for product marketing at Wiro Djoyo. The research method used is a waterfall. Object modeling using UML. For coding using PHP and for databases using Myql. The results achieved are an e-commerce web to facilitate promotion and facilitate consumers in product marketing.

 Simeulue Islands are the farthest area in West Indonesia that have potency in fisheries and marine science sectors. One of the marine resources from Simeulue Island are Octopus. The octopus price in the market were prospective than other fisheries commudity. However, we have no strategy to increase the Octopus sustainability. Thus, the research about the socio-economic were very important. The aim of this research was to determine the increasing strategy of small scale fishermen sustainability through the utilization of Octopus potency at Simeulue Island. The research method by using descriptive method with sampling method that used accidental sampling.  Subsequently, those samples were analysed by using SWOT Analysis. The result showed that the internal factor in our study are togertherness in capture operational system with value as much as 0,58. Moreover, the weakness generated the lack attention from institutional as much as 0,31. In external factors showed the opportunity from fisheries resources abundantly as much as 0,61. However, the threats showed mostly local fishermen catch the fisheries resources by using unfriendly fishing gear. According to the scoring I  grand matrix of small scale fisheries in Simeulue Islands. Thus, this grand strategy in the first kuadran. It means that the small scale fisheries have high opportunity for developing with utilize the strength and grab the opportunity.                                                                                      Keywords :small scale, fisheries, octopus, Simeulue

This study aims to determine whether or not there is an effect of using the blended learning strategy in Math online learning via WhatsApp and zoom. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive method. The data in this study were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results obtained indicate that online learning using the WhatsApp and zoom application with the blended learning strategy during the Covid-19 pandemic can provide more enjoyable learning so as to increase student enthusiasm and activity. The conclusion obtained from this study is that the use of the blended learning strategy affects online math learning via WhatsApp and zoom can be an alternative in online biology learning via Whatsapp in conditions that do not allow face-to-face learning

Technological developments currently occur in several fields such as technological developments in the field of presentation. The latest presentation technology today is by using interactive flat panel where with this technology can provide a very good experience to its users. The purpose of the research is to obtain a description of marketing strategic steps that should be done by PT Datascrip in an effort to increase sales from Benq interactive flat panel and assess the extent to which the effectiveness of marketing strategies applied. The method used in this research is by qualitative descriptive method and by doing SWOT analysis (EFE and IFE matrix). The results of the EFE and IFE matrix analysis show that BenQ interactive flat panel products in overcoming threats are above average or show that BenQ interactive flat panel products have the ability to reach existing opportunities and internal management of PT Datascrip has strong enough capital to compete with competitors. The conclusion of this research is marketing strategy that can be done that is market development strategy, market penetration, and product development.

Sun Life Financial Syariah Tangerang City Branch is a financial services company that provides a variety of products including waqf products for insurance benefits. The fundamental challenge in optimizing waqf programs in Indonesia is that understanding of the waqf law is good and right by some people, some people do not know about waqf money / cash, lack of socialization about endowments of insurance benefits. this requires PT. Sun Life Financial Syariah needs a special strategy to attract public interest in waqf products The formulation of the problems that can be raised in this study are (1) how the waqf product marketing strategy carried out by PT. Sun Life Financial Syariah Tangerang City Branch, (2) how the SWOT analysis that affects marketing strategies based on internal and external factors at PT. Sun Life Financial Syariah in marketing waqf products. The purpose of this study are (1) To find out the application of waqf product marketing strategies at PT. Sun Life Financial Syariah Tangerang City Branch, (2) to find out the results of the SWOT analysis that affects the marketing strategy based on internal and external factors. The method used in this study is a qualitative method which is a research procedure that produces data from direct interviews in the form of written or oral words from the parties concerned then analyzed using SWOT analysis. From the results of the research, the waqf product marketing strategy undertaken by PT. Sun Life Financial Syariah Tangerang City Branch namely marketing strategies through agents, and marketing strategies through collaboration with institutions. The result of the SWOT analysis is the strategy adopted by the company is the strategy of concentration through vertical integration (cell 1), growth through concentration can be achieved through vertical integration by means of backward integration (taking over the supplier function) or by means of forward integration (taking over the distributor function). This is the main strategy for companies that have strong competition in high-attraction industries.

In the implementation of learning online is encountered the problem that students are experiencing learning difficulties, one of them on the subjects of Biology. Learning difficulties of students are seen from the results of learning online tend to be lower than face-to-face. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that cause the difficulty of students to learn Biology online in grade XI MIPA SMAN 1 Kecamatan Payakumbuh. The Population and sample in this research are all students of grade XI MIPA SMAN 1 Kecamatan Payakumbuh. The research method used is the descriptive method with the instrument data collection in the form of a questionnaire. The results showed that the factor of difficulty to learn Biology online in SMAN 1 Kecamatan Payakumbuh consists of internal and external factors. Internal factors affect the 61,18% dominate by psychological (62,17%). While external factors that 65,43%, dominate by infrastructure learning online (70,79%).

This study aims to design and build an Information System Web-based Inventory of Goods at Buer 1 Junior High School in order to help part of the inventory of goods in borrowing goods, information on the condition of the goods, numbering of goods and data collection of transactions from the purchase of goods. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method and data collection methods used in this study, namely the method of observation and interviews and using the Waterfall method as a method of software development. Information Based Inventory Information System Web at 1 Buer Public Middle School was built using Sublime Text language PHP programming and MySql database. Inventory Information System Web Based At SMP Negeri 1 Buer makes it easy for Inventory Admin in item numbering, data collection, information on the condition of the goods, the process of borrowing and returning goods and data collection of goods from the purchase transaction
