<p><em>This study aims to analyze practices involvement parents and the community in the creative early childhood in kindergarten Pertiwi. This research in a qualitative, that serves to find a meaning, investigate the process, obtain information, and having a deep understanding of an individual as well as groups.Technique data collection uses observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analyzed by using descriptive qualitative. The research results show that the creative done in kindergarten pertiwi is good. Types of creative activity were done in kindergarten to have a partnership with their surroundings school to support activity early childhood. </em></p><p align="center"><em> </em><br /><br /></p><p><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p> Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa praktik pelibatan orang tua dan masyarakat dalam kegiatan kreatif anak usia dini di TK Pertiwi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, yang berfungsi untuk menemukan sebuah makna, menyelidiki proses, menggali informasi, serta memperoleh pemahaman yang mendalam dari individu maupun kelompok. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisa dengan menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan kreatif yang dilakukan di TK Pertiwi sudah baik. Jenis Kegiatan kreatif yang dilakukan di Tk tersebut adalah dengan melakukan kerjasama dengan lingkungan sekitar sekolahan sebagai sarana bermain untuk menunajang kegiatan kreatif anak usia dini. untuk mendapatkan suasana yang bervariasi bagi anak.</p>

AbstractOnline Single Submission (OSS) is an application that can be used for all business registration and application processes as well as other licensing applications included in the business licensing service. This study aims to examine how the implementation of online single submissions on business licensing services in Bandung city and Bandung Regency. This study used descriptive qualitative approach, with observation, interview, and documentation as its data collection techniques. The research results showed that business licensing services using online single submissions are already good, but these efforts have not been running optimally, there are still obstacles that are often faced by DPMPTSP Bandung City and Bandung Regency, especially regarding supporting facilities and disharmony between central and regional regulations related to the implementation of online single submission.Keywords: Policy Implementation, Online Single Submission, Public Service, Business Licensing Services

This study aimed to know the lifestyle punklung in Cicalengka Bandung. Subjects of research were Punklung community. Methods of data collection using participant observation, interviews (the spokesman for the community and some members of the Punklung community). Research results presented in descriptive qualitative showed that punklung’s lifestyle is influenced by several factors which are, attitudes, experiences and observations, motive, group’s reference, and cultural transformation. Punklung lifestyle oriented to arts, namely music. Judging from the activity, they formed a band group, despite the stigma that exists in society considers negative assumption about punk kids, but there is also a punk kid whose life clean of negative things, punk Kids have a positive view of themselves and others. Key factors which driving young people to join the community of the greatest punk because of the encouragement of it in those who want to be punk or having a like to punk because of their great interest towards punk which is used as a medium for self-expression and as a search for their own identity. Factors outside their milieu that they were mostly children punk.

This study aims to find the effect of story reading on the development of early childhood linguistic intelligence, especially in Al Hikmah Rambipuji-Jember Kindergarten. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection is done by interview, observation and documentation. From the results of the study it was found that story-reading provides several positive influences on improving linguistic intelligence, namely: (1) early childhood know and understand new vocabulary (2) understand the plot of a story (3) compose words to express an implied message of an story. Conclusion, that story-reading can give effect to the development of early childhood linguistic intelligence. Keywords: Story-Reading, Linguistics, Early Childhood.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pembuatan batik kreatif teknik cap dengan media rongsokan, serta mengetahui hasil akhir dari proses pembuatan batik kreatif teknik cap dengan media rongsokan”. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Melakukan penelitian didalam kelas yang sudah tersedia sebagaimana adanya tanpa melakukan perubahan situasi kelas dan jadwal pembelajaran. Perlakuan yang dilaksanakan adalah proses pembuatan batik kreatif dengan teknik cap dan melihat hasil dari karya tersebut. Dari hasil penelitian dapat diketahui proses pembuatan batik kreatif teknik cap dengan media rongsokan di SMP Swasta Salsa Percut Sei Tuan. Teknik pembuatan batik teknik cap dengan media rongsokan atau barang bekas sangat berbeda dengan batik tulis dan batik teknik colet melainkan mencap langsung pada kain tersebut. Dimana prosenya ialah mencap, mewarna, memblok, melorod, dan (finishing) dan kain batik telah selesai.Kata Kunci: batik cap, rongsokan, proses pembuatan.AbstractThis study aims to knowing the process of making creative batik using stamp techniques with junk media, and knowing the final result of the process of making creative batik using stamp techniques using scrap media". The research method used by researchers in data collection using qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Doing research in the classroom that is already available as is without changing the classroom situation and learning schedule. The treatment carried out is the process of making creative batik using stamp techniques and seeing the results of the work. From the research results, it can be seen that the process of making creative batik with stamp techniques using junk media at Salsa Percut Private Middle School in Sei Tuan. The technique of making stamped batik using junk media or used goods is very different from the hand-written batik and the dabbing technique of batik, but it is directly stamped on the cloth. Where the process is stamping, coloring, blocking, melting, and (finishing) and the batik cloth has been finished.Keywords: batik stamp, wreckage, manufacturing proces.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to find out the role of early childhood education to the function of socialization in the family. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The subjects used in this study were 5 parents. Data collection techniques using interview and observation techniques. The data is analyzed using the stages of data reduction, presenting data, and concluding the data. The results of this study show that the role of early childhood education to the function of socialization is very important because of the function of socialization in the family so that parents can know the function of religion, the function of love, socio-cultural functions, reproductive functions, economic functions, educational functions and environmental functions. The purpose of this paper is to find out the religious life of students at the Yapis Jayapura educational institution. This writing method is descriptive qualitative, with data collection from several research results, books, observations and interviews about the Yapis Papua Islamic educational institutions. The results of this paper indicate that religious tolerance education has been applied in Yapis Papua educational institutions. Because the idea of religious tolerance is not difficult, because the teachings of each religion, especially Islam teaches about mutual recognition and respect for other parties, differences in terms of language, religious culture and even ethnicity can be accepted and must be accepted as sunnatullah, as good things that come it's from Allah.

ABSTRAKPendidikan yang utama dan pertama didapat anak dari orang tua. Orang tua memiliki peran penting dalam hal ini sebab orang tua adalah teladan pertama yang dikenal oleh anak. Peran orangtua yang demokratis menerapkan orang tua yang menjadikan anak-anak menjadi orang yang mau menerima kritik dan menghargai orang lain, memiliki kepercayaan diri yang tinggi dan mampu bertanggung jawab atas kehidupan sosial mereka. Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pola asuh orang tua dalam pengembangan diri dan karakter anak usia dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran orang  tua dalam penggembangan potensi dan karakter anak usia dini dengan pola asuh demokratis. Penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan metode yang diterapkan orang tua  dalam penggembangan potensi diri dan karakter anak antara lain: a) memberikan pujian dan penghargaan kepada anak, b) menyediakan waktu bermain bersama anak, c) memberikan kasih sayang dan perhatian, d) memberikan keteladanan yang baik.Kata kunci: Pola Asuh, Potensi Diri, Karakter ABSTRACTFirst and foremost education is obtained by children from parents. Parents have an important role in this case because parents are the first examples known by children. The role of democratic parents applies parents who make their children willing to accept criticism and respect others, have high self-confidence and are able to take responsibility for their social lives. The problem raised in this study is how parenting parents in self-development and character of early childhood. This study aims to determine the role of parents in developing the potential and character of early childhood with democratic parenting. This research was analyzed using descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that the methods applied by parents in developing children's potential and character include: a) giving praise and appreciation to children, b) providing time to play with children, c) giving love and attention, d) giving good role models.Keywords : Parenting, Self Potential, Character

Balala' traditional ceremony is one of forbidden customs in the Kanayatn Dayak community. This study describes the Balala' indigenous traditions held by Dayak Kanayatn tribe in Pate Hamlet, Saham Village, Sengah Temila District, Landak Regency. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative one with an ethnographic approach, while the data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation. Data collection instruments are interview guides and documentation. Based on the research results, the ‘Balala'  traditional procession consists of several stages: Mansorokng ceremony held on April 12, opening ceremony on May 28, and ‘Bungkas Lala’ ceremony on May 31. This rite is a form of ceremony to get rid of bad luck or bad things. Every citizen always obeys advices and prohibitions. This paper implies that the ‘Balala' customary tradition can be known widely, especially to the younger generation in order to be preserved as it represents the personal awareness of the community as indigenous peoples.

This study aims to improve the speaking ability of children aged 5-6 years in Mutiara Hati Krian Sidoarjo Kindergarten through storytelling method assisted by picture card media. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is carried out in two cycles with three meetings in each cycle. The data collection technique used is descriptive quantitative and descriptive qualitative. The indicator of success in this study is if the average value of children's speaking ability through storytelling method assisted by picture card media has reached the very well developed criteria (BSB) with a percentage of 75%-100%. The results of this study indicate an increase in children's speaking skills through storytelling methods assisted by picture card media at Mutiara Hati Krian Sidoarjo Kindergarten gradually from pre-cycle, first cycle and second cycle. This is evidenced by the increase in the average speaking ability of children in the pre-cycle by 33%, increasing to 58% in the first cycle of action and reaching 92% in the second cycle of action. The results of this study are expected to provide information to institutions that handle early childhood or the general public who need information about the application of picture card-assisted storytelling methods to improve speaking skills in children aged 5-6 years. Memorizing the Qur'an usually uses conventional methods (drill, listen, imitate) and is less attractive when applied to children. The purpose of this study was to analyze memorizing the Qur'an using the Kaisa method in the perspective of multiple intelligence. The Kaisa method is a way of memorizing the Koran which is oriented to memorization and understanding of the verses of the Koran along with their meanings through movements or kinesthetic which are adapted to the meaning of each verse so as to make it easy to understand and remember every verse of the Qur'an given . This research method is descriptive qualitative, data collection is through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results obtained that memorizing the Qur'an using the Kaisa method is able to accommodate multiple intelligences (multiple intelligence)
