<p>The purpose of this study is to examine the educational and <em>da’wah</em> strategies based on the culture in the Song <em>Ilir-ilir </em>Sunan Kalijaga. By using library research methods and content analysis techniques, the results as follows: 1) With a cultural approach, <em>Sunan Kalijaga </em>invites and educates the public to embrace Islam as a new religion that came to Java around the 13-15 century AD. 2).  Persuasively, <em>Sunan Kalijaga </em>made people aware of Islam by carrying out the five pillars of Islam while leaving all beliefs and deeds prohibited by Islam. 3) With the metaphor of<em> Blimbing </em>(star fruit).  <em>Sunan Kalijaga </em>assures people that whoever obeys the commands of Islam, will find peace and happiness in living in this world and the hereafter. Educators and preachers in various events create the <em>Ilir-ilir </em>Song as a cultural-based educational and <em>da’wah</em> strategy that remains popular in the millennial era.</p><p> <strong><em>Abstrak</em></strong></p><p>Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji strategi pendidikan dan dakwah Islam berbasis kultural dalam lagu <em>Ilir-ilir </em>Sunan Kalijaga. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan (<em>library research</em>) dan teknik analisis isi (<em>content analisys</em>), maka hasilnya dapat disimpulkan berikut: 1) Dengan pendekatan kultural, <em>Sunan Kalijaga </em>mengajak dan mendidik masyarakat untuk memeluk Islam sebagai agama baru yang datang ke tanah Jawa sekitar abad 13-15 M. 2) Secara persuasif, <em>Sunan Kalijaga </em>menyadarkan masyarakat untuk memeluk Islam dengan melaksanakan rukun Islam yang lima seraya meninggalkan segala keyakinan dan perbuatan yang dilarang Islam; 3) Dengan metafora buah blimbing, <em>Sunan Kalijaga </em>menyakinkan masyarakat bahwa barangsiapa yang taat menjalankan perintah Islam, kelak mendapatkan ketentraman dan kebahagiaan hidup di dunia dan di akhirat. Para pendidik maupun juru dakwah dalam berbagai event mengkreasi lagu <em>Ilir-ilir </em>sebagai strategi pendidikan dan dakwah berbasis kultural yang tetap populer di era millineal.  </p><p> </p>

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji strategi pendidikan dalam Tembang Lir-Ilir Sunan Kalijaga sebagai media dakwah kultural. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dan teknik analisis isi (content analisys), maka hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan berikut: Pertama, Sunan Kalijaga menciptakan Tembang Lir-Ilir diperkirakan pada akhir abad 15 M. Kedua, Tembang Lir-Ilir memiliki kandungan bahasa simbolik dan konotatif, terdiri dari 53 kata, 5 kata yang bereduplikasi (pengulangan),  9 makna simbol natural (realitas alam), 3 blank simbol, dan 31 makna konotasi (memiliki makna rasa). Ketiga, strategi pendidikan yang sekaligus sebagai media dakwah kultural dalam Tembang Lir-Ilir, yaitu: 1) Dengan pendekatan kultural, Sunan Kalijaga mengajak masyarakat untuk memeluk Islam sebagai agama baru yang datang ke tanah Jawa sekitar abad 13-15 M.; 2) Secara persuasif, Sunan Kalijaga menyadarkan masyarakat untuk memeluk Islam dengan melaksanakan rukun Islam yang lima seraya meninggalkan segala keyakinan dan perbuatan yang dilarang Islam; 3) Dengan metafora buah blimbing, Sunan Kalijaga menyakinkan masyarakat bahwa barangsiapa yang taat menjalankan perintah Islam, kelak mendapatkan ketentraman dan kebahagiaan hidup di dunia dan di akhirat. Keempat, para juru dakwah dalam berbagai event menggunakan Tembang Lir-Ilir sebagai media dakwah berbasis kultural yang tetap populer di era millineal.   The purpose of this study is to examine the educational strategy in the Tembang Lir-Ilir of Sunan Kalijaga as a cultural propaganda media. By using library research methods and content analysis techniques, the results of this study can be concluded as follows: First, Sunan Kalijaga created the Lir-Ilir Song estimated at the end of the 15th century AD. Second, the Lir-Ilir Song had content symbolic and connotative language, consisting of 53 words, 5 duplicated words (repetition), 9 natural symbol meanings (natural reality), 3 blank symbols, and 31 connotation meanings (having sense meanings). Third, the education strategy as well as a cultural propaganda media in the Lir-Ilir Song, namely: 1) With a cultural approach, Sunan Kalijaga invites people to embrace Islam as a new religion that came to Java around the 13-15 century AD; 2) Persuasively, Sunan Kalijaga made people aware of Islam by carrying out the five pillars of Islam while abandoning all beliefs and deeds prohibited by Islam; 3) With the metaphor of Blimbing fruit, Sunan Kalijaga assures people that whoever obeys the commands of Islam, will find peace and happiness in living in this world and the hereafter. Fourth, missionary preachers in various events use Tembang Lir-Ilir as a cultural-based propaganda media that remains popular in the millennial era.

This article aims to review more concretely how the fatwa position of DSN-MUI toward Sharia Insurance in Indonesia's legal system and how this fatwa is transformed by insurance companies in the form of Unit Link products. Researchers used library research methods, comparative and correlative approaches, and content analysis techniques to answer this. Based on the analysis, the position of the fatwa of DSN-MUI toward Sharia Insurance is hierarchically equivalent to the position of the laws and regulations based on the provisions stated in Article 1 paragraph 3 of Law No. 40 of 2014 on Insurance. Furthermore, from the aspect of transformation, it is found that there are three patterns of transformation used by insurance companies; there are patterns of adoption, expansion, and narrowing. The narrowing pattern is widely used because of the technical nature of the Unit Link. However, from the aspect of conformity with the fatwa, after the transformation process is carried out, especially in the fatwa of the DSN-MUI regarding wakalah bil ujrah by expanding the meaning of ujrah, it is resulted in deviations from sharia principles, especially considering the types of ujrah as stated in a limited manner in the fatwa. wakalah bil ujrah. This research contributes to providing a way to resolve the implementation of Unit Link.Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengulas secara lebih konkrit bagaimana posisi fatwa DSN-MUI tentang Asuransi Syariah dalam sistem hukum di Indonesia dan bagaimana fatwa ini ditransformasikan oleh perusahaan asuransi dalam produk unit link. Untuk menjawab hal ini, peneliti menggunakan metode library research, pendekatan komparatif dan korelatif serta teknik content analysis. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedudukan fatwa DSN-MUI tentang Asuransi Syariah secara hierarkis setara dengan kedudukan peraturan perundang-undangan berdasarkan ketentuan yang tersurat dalam Pasal 1 ayat 3 UU No. 40 Tahun 2014 tentang Perasuransian. Selanjutnya, dari aspek transformasi, ditemukan tiga pola transformasi yang digunakan oleh perusahaan asuransi yakni pola adopsi, perluasan, dan penyempitan. Pola penyempitan banyak digunakan lantaran sifat teknis dari unit link. Sedangkan dari aspek kesesuaian dengan fatwa setelah dilakukan proses transformasi, khususnya dalam fatwa DSN-MUI tentang wakalah bil ujrah dengan melakukan perluasan makna ujrah mengakibatkan adanya penyimpangan terhadap prinsip syariah khususnya tentang jenis ujrah sebagaimana disebutkan secara limitatif dalam fatwa wakalah bil ujrah. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam memberikan jalan penyelesaian implementasi unit link yang selama ini dianggap bermasalah.

This research aims to provide an overview of the urgency of Islamic education as a shield from the problem of social disorder in humans. Islamic education has a very strategic position in the development of human nature. Therefore, the study of education has attracted many experts, one of them is Al-Ghazali. In his theory, introducing that one of the substances of education is al-aql (thinking) can determine human thinking that leads to positive or negative things depending on someone who reacts. The research used a descriptive-analytical type. With content analysis techniques. This research uses a library research type approach. The results show that Islamic education in the disruptive era is able to overcome the social disorders that exist in society. It is realized that Social disorder is a pest in people's lives that has side effects on a person, so it is not able to explore itself given the disruptive era brought a lot of progress in the field of science and technology.

The problem concern in this research is how the method of legal istinbâth of Ibn Qayyim al-Jauziyah about medication and health and its relevance with modern theory.This is normative legal research with library research methods, in the form of character studies. The source of the primary material is al-Thibbal Nabawi, supported by secondary materials, al-Dâ’u wa al-Dâwa’, and other relevant materials.Data analysis employed content analysis techniques, the material contained in the text was elaborated by comprehending the contents, then interpreted to obtain the legal istinbâth method regarding the method of medication and health. The results of this study showed that the method of legal istinbâth of Ibnu Qayyim al-Jauziyah in terms of medications, is guided by dilâlah ‘ibârah or ibârat nash, namely the Quran, Yûnus [10]: 57, Al-Isra’ [17]: 82, and clarified by the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad PBUH. While the method of legal istinbâth of Ibn Qayyim al-Jauziyah in health issues was refering to dillah ‘ibârah or ibârat nash, Al-Maidah [5]: 6, Al-’Araf [7]: 31, and made clear by the hadith. In terms of modern medication and health, the theory of therapy related to the process of medical action, is by maintaining body health through preventive action and expelling dangerous substances within the body.Fokus permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana metode istinbâth hukum Ibnu Qayyim al-Jauziyah tentang pengobatan dan kesehatan?, dan bagaimana relevansi metode istinbâth hukumnya dengan teori pengobatan dan kesehatan modern?. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum normatif dengan metode penelitian kepustakaan, dalam bentuk studi tokoh. Sumber bahan primernya yakni al-Thibbal-Nabawi,didukung oleh bahan sekunder yakni al-Dâ’u wa al-Dâwa’, dan bahan lainnya yang relevan. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis isi, materi yang terdapat dalam kandungan naskah dielaborasi dengan memahami makna yang terkandung dalam teks,lalu dilakukan interpretasi guna mendapatkan metode istinbâth hukumnya tentang metode pengobatan dan kesehatan. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan pertama,metode istinbâth hukum Ibnu Qayyim al-Jauziyah dalam masalah pengobatan berpedoman kepada dilâlah ‘ibârah atau ibârat nash yaitu Alquran surat Yûnus [10]: 57, Al-Isra’ [17]: 82, dan diperjelas oleh hadis Nabi. Sedangkan metode istinbâth hukum Ibnu Qayyim al-Jauziyah dalam masalah kesehatan merujuk kepada dilâlah ‘ibârah atau ibârat nash surat al-Maidah [5]: 6, Al-‘Araf [7]: 31, dan diperjelas oleh hadis Nabi. Relevansinya dengan pengobatan dan kesehatan modern, salah satunya teori tentang terapi yang terkait proses tindakan medis, yaitu dengan menjaga kesehatan tubuh melalui tindakan preventif dan melakukan proses pengusiran zat di tubuh yang menerima campuran zat berbahaya.

Poverty is one of the macroeconomic problems that is a major concern, especially during the current pandemic. This study aims to describe the solutions offered by Islamic philanthropy (ZISWAF) to the problem of poverty caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methodology with content analysis techniques (content analysis) and library research. The results showed that ZISWAF is able to be a solution for the community to the problem of poverty that occurs. Efforts to alleviate poverty that can be done are to manage the funds that have been obtained from ZISWAF properly, with productive management. However, there must be some funds provided to the public that are consumptive in nature. If ZISWAF funds are managed properly and are productive, the hope is that these funds will not run out until whenever they are even able to develop so that their use will be bigger and wider. ZISWAF funds which are consumptive in nature will increase the demand and purchasing power of the community, so that the community will be more prosperous. Meanwhile, productive funds are able to increase investment activities and company productivity (business activities) so that it is able to increase the use of full labor (reduce unemployment) and ultimately improve community welfare so that poverty is reduced. This proves that Islamic philanthropy can be a solution to the problem of poverty. Kemiskinan merupakan salah satu masalah makroekonomi yang menjadi perhatian utama, khususnya pada masa pandemi saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memamparkan solusi yang ditawarkan oleh filantropi Islam (ZISWAF) atas masalah kemiskinan yang diakibatkan oleh pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik content analysis (analisis isi) dan riset kepustakaan (library research). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ZISWAF mampu menjadi solusi bagi masyarakat atas masalah kemiskinan yang terjadi. Upaya pengentasan kemiskinan yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan mengelola dana yang telah diperoleh dari ZISWAF dengan baik, dengan pengelolaan yang  produktif. Walaupun demikian harus ada sebagain dana yang diberikan kepada masyarakat yang bersifat konsumtif. Dana ZISWAF jika dikelola dengan baik dan bersifat produktif harapanya adalah dana tersebut tidak akan habis sampai kapanpun bahkan mampu berkembang sehingga pemanfaatanya akan semakin besar dan luas. Dana ZISWAF yang bersifat konsumtif akan meningkatkan permintaan dan daya beli masyarkat, sehingga masyarakat semakin sejahtera. Sedangkan dana yang bersifat produktif mampu meningkatkan kegiatan investasi dan produktifitas perusahaan (kegiatan bisnis) sehingga hal tersebut mampu meningkatkan penggunaan tenaga kerja penuh (mengurangi pengangguran) dan pada akhirnya meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat sehingga kemiskinan semakin berkurang. hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa filantropi Islam mampu menjadi solusi atas masalah kemiskinan.

<p><em>In this sophisticated era, people generally entrust money to banking services. In addition to getting security guarantees, the public also benefits from banks in the form of interest or profit sharing.</em></p><p><em>Methods and Findings: The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in the views of fuqaha regarding bank interest and usury. This research is characterized by library research as one type of library research and the method used is literature study while data analysis uses content analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that in understanding bank interest and usury fuqaha different opinions. First, the textual paradigm understands the nature of the prohibition of usury lies in the existence of additional, as the meaning contained by the word riba itself and based on nas confirmation, that only the principal capital can be taken, so that if the ilat is in bank interest, then the bank interest is usury . Second, the contextual paradigm understands the passage of prohibiting usury in context, namely the existence of zulm elements or exploitation that occurs when forbidden usury. So that these conditions when found in the application of bank interest, then the bank interest is categorized as usury with a clear legal status, namely haram. This group sees that what happens in bank interest is no element of zulm or exploitation, so they determine that bank interest does not include usury, and the law is permissible.</em></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>Pada zaman yang serba canggih  ini, umumnya masyarakat menitipkan uang  pada jasa-jasa perbankan. Selain mendapatkan jaminan keamanan, masyarakat juga mendapatkan keuntungan dari bank berupa bunga atau bagi hasil. <strong></strong></p><p><strong>Metode dan Temuan:  </strong>Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan pandangan fuqaha mengenai bunga bank dan riba. Penelitian ini bercorak <em>library research</em> salah satu jenis penelitian kepustakaan dan metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur sedangkan analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis isi (<em>content analisis</em>). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dalam memahami bunga bank dan riba fuqaha berbeda pendapat. Pertama, paradigma tekstual memahami <em>ilat</em> pengharaman riba terletak pada adanya tambahan, sebagaimana makna yang dikandung oleh kata riba itu sendiri dan berdasarkan konfirmasi <em>nas</em>, bahwa hanya modal pokok yang dapat diambil, sehingga apabila <em>ilat</em> itu terdapat di bunga bank, maka bunga bank tersebut adalah riba. Kedua,  paradigma kontekstual memahami <em>nas</em> dari pengharaman riba secara konteks, yaitu adanya unsur <em>zulm</em> atau eksploitasi yang terjadi pada waktu diharamkannya riba. Sehingga kondisi tersebut bila dijumpai pada pemberlakuan bunga bank, barulah bunga bank itu dikategorikan sebagai riba yang status hukumnya jelas, yaitu haram. Kelompok ini melihat bahwa apa yang terjadi di bunga bank tidak ada unsur <em>zulm</em> atau eksplotasi, sehingga mereka menetapkan bunga bank tidak termasuk riba, dan hukumnya boleh.</p>

There are three aspects of education that can be taken from the first five verses of surah Al-Alaq, is divine education (tauhid), intellectual education (intellect) and skills education. Education cannot be separated from things that are free from physical reach (metaphysics), for example tauhid education, the delivery of material or lessons must be in accordance with facts, not just fantasies, assumptions, and illusions. This paper uses a library research with data sources in the form of scientific articles, books, documents, journals, and other sources that are library in nature. The data collected was then analyzed in depth with content analysis techniques and presented descriptively. The result is the first revelation which contains metaphysical elements such as the essence of God, His creation and humans so that metaphysics cannot enter from Islamic education. The process of Islamic education to achieve the goal of education is the realization of humans who have good beauty potential to support humans in carrying out their duties and positions on earth, namely as servants and caliphs.

Islamic education is a concept of human education based on Islam. Various thought efforts in order to realize education according to Al-Qur’an and Sunnah such as the thoughts of Ibn Taymiyyah and Muhammad Abduh. The author analyzed their thoughts of education and its implementation in Indonesia now. The system, objectives, curriculum, methods and content of Islamic education materials can be innovated in a sustainable periods. This thesis is using a qualitative research. The authors collect data by using library research with content analysis techniques. The author tries to implement the incorporation of the Islamic education system from the two figures through an analysis that made into RPP according to the 2013 Curriculum. How to implement it by using the imtaq method. Imtaq method is a method of learning that is modified by researchers based on the Qur’an and Hadith on structural material. The purpose of this study is to describe Javanese women’s patriotism in the ketoprak manuscript “Kyai Kala Gumarang”. This qualitative descriptive study used a content analysis technique to analyze the data. The main data source was the ketoprak manuscript titled “Kyai Kala Gumarang”. Library research methods were employed to collect the data. Data analysis techniques using interwoven analysis techniques and interactive analysis with a feminist approach. The results of the study showed that the words, phrases, and sentences in the manuscript indicated that women had a key role as an important messenger of the kingdom, as a distraction, and as soldiers defending the homeland.

This paper discuses the development of advanced Islamic education in the perspective of Muhammadiyah. The concept of advanced Islam is an opportunity for the challenges of the times to strengthen the strength of Islamic education itself. Muhammadiyah is one of the Islamic socio-religious organizations in Indonesia that has the spirit of Islamic reform, including part of the modernist Islamic organization in Indonesia. Muhammadiyah brings progressing Islam which carries the mission of building an advanced society in various aspects of life, both in social, social, economic, educational, cultural and political life. Therefore, Muhammadiyah continues to make serious efforts and endeavors tirelessly to create a true Islamic society. This study aims to identify and develop the current advanced Islamic education patterns. This type of research is using the library research method (library research) with data sources in the form of scientific articles, books, policy documents and circulars, journals, and other sources that are library in nature. The data collected was then analyzed in depth with content analysis techniques (Content Analysis) and presented descriptively. The results of the study indicate that advanced Islamic education is needed to be applied in Indonesia. Because the challenges of globalization require expertise on all fronts in responding to the problems of life today. Advancing Islamic education in the perspective of Muhammadiyah is Islamic education that integrates science with Islam. Education that integrates religion in the life of a holistic blend formed between faith and modernity.
