: The development of the digital economy and the modernization of education in Russia necessitate the automation of business processes in the education. The research features the management of educational activities in university. The paper describes the process of creating a single automated information system for university management. The research objective was to identify the main elements of a single automated information system related to the management of educational activities in university and their compliance with legislation in the field of education of the Russian Federation. To provide a systematic approach to the solution of the problem, the authors used the following research methods: analysis, synthesis, formalization, and modeling. The article introduces aninformation systems based on different approaches, their advantages and disadvantages. It describes the subsystems that automate the main business processes related to the management of educational activities in the Altai State Technical University. The case can help to solve similar problems in other educational organizations.

Subject. This article examines the business processes of treasury control in the course of authorizing budget expenditures of the subject of the Russian Federation. Objectives. The article aims to develop recommendations for improving the business processes of treasury execution of budget expenditures of the subject of the Russian Federation. Methods. For the study, we used the methods of formalization, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, comparison, observation, and other general scientific theoretical and empirical research methods. Results. The article identifies reserves for increasing the potential of treasury control of the financial body of the Russian Federation subject by modifying the functionality of the budget process automated information system. It offers recommendations to increase the number of transactions for which extensive documentary control is carried out, while reducing the labor costs for performing the same type of current operations. Conclusions and Relevance. The proposals to optimize treasury control are in line with the solution of common tasks for the development of modern technologies for budget execution based on digitalization and automation of budget procedures. The results obtained may be of practical interest to the financial authorities of the Russian Federation constituent entities (municipalities) that implement their budgets independently through the current budget account opened at the Federal Treasury.

Актуальность статьи обусловлена необходимостью изучения особенностей организации деятельности преподавателей вуза в условиях дистанционного режима работы в связи со сложившейся неблагоприятной эпидемиологической ситуацией в стране. Исследование посвящено проблеме и особенностям организационно-методической деятельности преподавателей при дистанционной работе на основе использования автоматизированной информационной системы Битрикс24 в Чувашском государственном педагогическом университете им. И.Я. Яковлева. В работе представлены результаты изучения отношения научно-педагогических работников к удаленному режиму работы, рассмотрены проблемы и трудности, с которыми пришлось столкнуться преподавателям в ходе дистанционной работы. В работе оценены возможности системы Битрикс24 в решении задач организационно-методической деятельности преподавателей. Авторами был проведен анализ организационно-методической готовности преподавателей вуза, вынужденных в условиях пандемии планировать и организовывать образовательный процесс дистанционно. Результаты проведенного исследования предназначены для работников системы образования и руководителей образовательных организаций. The relevance of the article is due to the need to study the features of the organization of the University-teachers’ activities in a distance mode of work in connection with the current unfavorable epidemiological situation in the country. The study is devoted to the problem and peculiarities of the organizational and methodological activity of teachers in the process of distance work based on the use of the automated information system “Bitrix24” at the Chuvash State Pedagogical University named after I.Ya. Yakovlev. The paper presents the results of studying the attitude of scientific and pedagogical workers to a remote mode of work, considers the problems and difficulties that teachers had to face in the process of distance work. The work evaluates the capabilities of the “Bitrix24” system in solving problems of organizational and methodological activities of teachers. The authors analyzed the organizational and methodological readiness of university-teachers who are forced to plan and organize the educational process remotely during a pandemic. The results of the study are intended for employees of the education system and heads of educational organizations.

This chapter discusses the idea that even though information systems development (ISD) approaches have long advocated the use of integrated organisational views, the modelling techniques used have not been adapted accordingly and remain focused on the automated information system (IS) solution. Existing research provides evidence that business process simulation (BPS) can be used at different points in the ISD process to provide better-integrated organisational views that aid the design of appropriate IS solutions. Despite this fact, research in this area is not extensive; suggesting that the potential of using BPS for the ISD process is not yet well understood. The paper uses the findings from three different case studies to illustrate the ways BPS has been used at different points in the ISD process, especially in the area of requirements engineering. It compares the results against IS modelling techniques, highlighting the advantages and disadvantages that BPS has over the latter. The research necessary to develop appropriate BPS tools and give guidance on their use in the ISD process is discussed.

This article examines the problem of distance educational activities at higher educational institutions against the backdrop of pandemic. The article compares the work of foreign HEIs and the results of their activities. Particular attention is paid to distance education at Russian HEIs, including the Moscow State Technical University of Civil Aviation. The characteristic features of business processes of distance educational activities at the university using applied programs are determined and described. This problem has been little studied and requires further research.

The research is aimed at developing and implementing proposals for automating the activities of scientific and educational organizations of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for accounting, collecting, processing and analyzing the information on the results of scientific and scientific&technical activities of scientific and educational organizations of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia.The practical and scientific significance of the work lies in the development and testing of algorithms, the study of information flows and structures at the creation of an information system for recording the results of scientific activities of scientific and educational organizations of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia – the information system «UIS Nauka» (UIS Science). The research methodology is based on the use of methods of systems analysis, modeling of information flows, the theory of complex systems. The study made it possible to formulate functional requirements for the system for recording the results of scientific activity and implement them in a prototype of the information system «UIS Nauka» in the form of a cross-platform, cross-browser web application. The creation of this system made it possible to provide the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia with an effective tool for planning, coordinating, and recording the results of scientific activities. The article analyzes the main components of cyber threats in the developed automated information system for assessing and predicting cyber threats on sea vessels under the flag of the Russian Federation. The following components of cyber threats were listed: subjects of cyber threats, motives of cybercriminals, tasks and goals of cybercriminals, vulnerable ship systems, prerequisites for executing cyber threats, types of cyber threats, stages of a cyber-attack. The examples of the cyber-threat components are given. The possibility of making operational changes to the main components of cyber threats conditioned by the development of the shipping industries and progress of information technologies and cyber threats has been substantiated

The national program “Digital Economy of the Russian Federation” and the modernization of education, the transition to new professional standards, the need for personnel with digital competencies, make it necessary the automation of the main and auxiliary business processes of the educational organization at different levels of management. The article presents the results of the research, the object of which is the management of educational, scientific and educational activities, the subject of the research is the process of creating a unified information and educational environment of the university, the purpose of the research is the automation of business processes that contribute to the adoption of competent and operational management decisions in accordance with the Federal Law “On Education in the Russian Federation”. The article deals with the issues of designing the educational environment of university on the basis of object-oriented and structural approaches. The experience of an educational organization in designing a unified information space based on modules (subsystems) that automate the main business processes related to the management of educational activities in the South Ural State Humanitarian Pedagogical University is described. The article describes the software solution used by the university to achieve its goals by integrating it into the main and auxiliary business processes. The experience of designing a unified information and educational environment based on the 1C:University PROF system at the South Ural State Humanitarian Pedagogical University can be used by other educational organizations to build an integrative management system based on ready-made software systems.
