The aim of this study was to identify the psychosocial characteristics of institutionalized children and to profile the major problems of them in sheltered houses. Objective: To identify the factors responsible for noncompliance of Anti Tuberculous Treatment in TB patients. StudyDesign: Cross Sectional Descriptive Study. Place & Duration: The study was Carried out at Chest diseases and Tuberculosis unit BahawalVictoria Hospital Bahawalpur from 15th May 2007 to 15th August 2007. Subject & Method: The tuberculous patients who abandoned antituberculoustreatment repeatedly were interviewed for determination of their reasons to be defaulter before completing therapy byquestionnaire method. The patients were AFB positive on every non-compliance episodes. Results: The total number of 100 noncompliantpatients were interviewed. It was noted that 63% were males and 37% were females among them. There were 72% married and 28%unmarried from total patients. The treatment source was asked and found that 92% used government health out let only and 8% used privateservices also from them. Conclusion: TB is curable disease so health education should be imparted through electronic media andcommitted field teams stressing to take regular and complete ATT according to the physician advice removing the social belief against TBdrugs. Decentralized government and private sector coordination is essential to give treatment at doorstep to reduce dropout and defaultertendency. Stigma of TB as a disease of the illiterate & poor still persists.

The closest environment has a big influence in determining the level of social awareness. To increase the social sense, it can be through various activities, both religious activities and other activities. In this study the researchers focused more on religious activities, namely the activities of recitation of Yasinan. This research was conducted in Sumberjo Village, Sutojayan Sub-District, Blitar District. Data collection is done by interviews, documentation and observations in these activities. The results of the study indicate that the Yasinan Recitation Committee has activity agendas, ranging from the annual agenda to the agenda to be implemented. This activity is carried out on the basis of Islamic brotherhood which they believe can be intimately carried out by carrying out routine and structured religious activities and for the pilgrims to recite this sense of caring that is considered very important in carrying out Islamic teachings and fostering a sense of social care.

ABSTRACTPesticides poisoning can affect the activity of cholinesterase enzyme that breaks down acetylcholinecompound that plays role in transmitting signal or stimulus into muscle nerve cells adjacent to each other thatstimuli can stop.Factors which allow the poisoning is the absence of PPE when working and unstandardized dosage ofpesticides usage. Poisoning can occur through skin contact, inhalation or oral. The purpose of this study is todetermine blood cholinesterase enzyme working activities on rice farmer in Kepuh Anyar, Mojokerto 2016. Thisstudy is a descriptive study with cross sectional approach. Data collection was carried out through laboratoryresults.The result of this study shows that the majority of rice farmers in Kepuh Anyar village, Mojokerto usedcarbamate and peritroid pesticides. The average age of farmers was > 40 years, working duration of ≤ 8 hours,years of 11-15, and had sufficient knowledge to categories of pesticides. However, most of the farmers‟cholinesterase enzyme experienced poisoning in mild and moderate poisoning level.Related agencies are suggested to conduct counseling about the dangers of pesticide contamination toagricultural sector. Object of the paper – explore the musical environment of creating the importance of a child’s development up to the 1,5-year the social care institution. The paper was used for the theoretical metod – analysis of scientific literature and empirical research method – pedagogical observations of the individual and group lessons. The role is theoretically and practically explored and described in the musical environment of the social care institution for the children up to 1,5 years.The author main conclusions of the study: 1. A musical environment that is dominated by the positive emotional experiences, contributes to the child’s emotional development and self-motivation to participate, as a result, creates a child self-fulfillment option. 2. Children up to 1,5 years have joy of playing materials and musical instruments, they can take part in and control them independently, revealing himself more and more opportunities. 3. By interaction with toys and musical instruments children get to know not only the functionality, but they also learn how to build relationships with the surroundings, acquire certain environment and play choices, and provide support for children’s play in action.

Objective: To evaluate the health service and the satisfaction of patients and their caregivers in relation to the therapeutic ride, in Integrated Continuous Care. Methods: Cross-sectional, descriptive study, conducted between January 2017 and January 2018, using a specific form for data collection and interview conducted before hospital discharge. Results: The study included 23 patients and 27 caregivers. Regarding the evaluation of the service related to the therapeutic ride, 95.6% (22/23) of the patients and 70.4% (19/27) of the caregivers confirmed that they understood the objectives of this practice. The duration of the therapeutic ride was considered sufficient by 69.6% (16/23) of patients and 70.4% (19/27) of caregivers. Most patients (52.2%) and caregivers (70.4%) declared to be very satisfied with the result of the therapeutic ride. Conclusion: The therapeutic ride demonstrates its differential aspect by adding training, contributing greatly to the safe transition from the hospital to the home.

Background: Pulmonary TB is one of the most common diseases that still have stigma from the social environment. It will lead a self-stigma for TB clients who have negatively impact on the delay in the enforcement of diagnosis and discontinuation of treatment prematurely. Objective: The purpose of this study was determine the experience of self stigma by pulmonary TB clients who have a  treatment at the Puskesmas Malingping. Methods: This research is a descriptive study. Sample were 31 pulmonary TB clients who get treatment at Puskesmas Malingping by using total sampling. Primary data collection used closed questionnaire then analyzed by using frequency distribution and percentage. Results: The results showed that most respondents experienced mild self-stigma there are feelings of shame, fear, despair, restrictions on interaction, and the inability to solve problems. Conclusion: Self stigma is still experienced by TB clients at varous level.   Keywords: Pulmonary tuberculosis, self stigma

This research is based on the development of feminism values in the community. In a patriarchal environment, women have a low position compared to men. Women are subordinated in various fields of life, such as in the fields of education, social affairs and economics. This study aims to describe the values of feminism contained in the novel “Merry Riana: Mimpi Sejuta Dollar” by Alberthiene Endah. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study with a feminist literary criticism approach. The research method used is content analysis with data collection techniques read and record. The data source in this study is the novel “Merry Riana: Mimpi Sejuta Dollar” by Alberthiene Endah. Based on the results of the research, in the novel “Merry Riana: Mimpi Sejuta Dollar” by Alberthiene Endah there are values of feminism which include: (a) the value of feminism in education, (b) the value of feminism in the social field, and (c) the value of feminism in the economic. <b><i>Background:</i></b> Inadvertent hypothermia is one of the most common problems in the perioperative period. Providing and maintaining normothermia is very important in preventing inadvertent perioperative hypothermia as well as complications. <b><i>Purpose:</i></b> The aim of the study was to determine the knowledge and practices of operating room nurses to prevent hypothermia. <b><i>Methods:</i></b> A cross-sectional descriptive study was carried out in the operating rooms of 4 hospitals in Istanbul between July 2016 and September 2017. The sample consisted of a total of 95 participants who met the inclusion criteria. Data were collected by using a data collection form. Data collection forms were filled with face-to-face interview techniques. <b><i>Results:</i></b> According to this study, 84.2% of the participants did not receive any training to prevent hypothermia, 85.3% stated that it was very important to protect the patients from hypothermia, and 88.4% stated that there was no protocol on hypothermia in the hospital. <b><i>Conlusions:</i></b> The majority of the operating room nurses who participated in this study about determining the practices in maintaining normothermia in the operating room environment stated that they did not receive any training to prevent hypothermia, and the prevention of hypothermia was important. There was no common protocol used.
