The hospital is one of the health service units for the community that functions health services, the hospital must pay attention to employee motivation so that good work discipline is realized, thereby creating work harmony that will later have an impact on productivity. The research objectives are to find out 1) The Effect of Motivation on Work Discipline at Udayana University Hospital; 2) The Effect of Motivation on Employee Productivity at Udayana University Hospital; 3) The Effect of Work Motivation and Discipline on Employee Productivity at Udayana University Hospital. This research uses quantitative methods with SEM PLS analysis techniques. This study shows the results of 1) The significant positive effect of motivation on employee discipline of 0.573 with a t-statistic value of 6.615; 2) The significant positive effect of motivation on productivity is 0.307 with a t-statistic value of 3.730; 3) The significant positive effect of employee discipline on productivity is 0.621 with a t-statistic value of 8.875.

Regression analysis is constructed for capturing the effect of of training and work motivation on the employee productivity of South Sulawesi Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). The population in this study were all employees of the South Sulawesi statistics center (BPS) totaling 88 employees. Multiple regression analysis was used to test the research hypothesis using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version, 21.0. The results of the study provide evidence that the training has insignificant positive effect on work productivity, in other tests proved that the work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee productivity

This study Wages and incentives are important elements in increasing employee productivity. With the provision of appropriate wages and incentives, it is expected that the productivity of 5 SME Service Businesses in west Java, Bekasi will increase, so that companies are ready and able to compete with other companies in facing competition. The research objective of this study was to determine how high the influence of wages and incentives on employee work productivity. The sampling technique is quite simple, namely by using a saturated sample, namely all employees of 5 SMEs, totaling 81 people. The research method uses the PLS technique. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, multiple regression analysis, outer inner loading analysis and t test. The results of this study indicate both partially and collectively salaries and incentives have a significant positive effect on employee work productivity.

Abstract – performance is a record of the outcome of the function of a particular job or activity of an employee for a certain period of time (Gomes, 2000). This study aims to examine the effect of compensation financial and compensation non financial on performance of employee with motivation as intervening variabel involving 35 people as respondent with using partial least square (PLS) analysis method and sobel tests to test the mediating effect. Data were obtained through observation and questionnaire distribution.This study shows two point, first compensation financial has a significant positive effect on work motivation and work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee’s performance. Indirect influence between compensation financial on performance of employee through work motivation that is partial of mediation due to the effect between compensation financial variable on performance also significant. Second, compensation non financial has a significant positive effect on work motivation. Indirect influence between compensation non financial on performance through work motivation that is full of mediation due to the effect between compensation non financial variable on performance of employee not significant. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja,produktivitas kerja karyawan dan hubungan dari ketiga variabel tersebut di PT.Kadi International. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Datadikumpulkan dengan kuisioner kepada sampel dari 60 orang karyawan perusahaanyang bersedia dan diijinkan perusahaaan untuk diteliti, selanjutnya data dianalisismengunakan analisis frekuensi, analisis rentang skala dan analysis jalur (pathanalysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan memiliki lingkungankerja dengan modus yang baik, motivasi kerja karyawan yang tinggi serta memilikiproduktivitas karyawan yang tinggi pula. Korelasi lingkungan kerja dan motivasikerja karyawan sebesar 0,357 dan signifikan. Secara parsial lingkungan kerjaberpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas sebesar 4 % (signifikan), sedangkanmotivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan sebesar44% (signifikan). Secara simultan lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruhpositif sebesar 58,1% terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di perusahaan tersebutdan sangat signifikan.Kata Kunci: lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja, produktivitas kerja This study aims to explain the work environment, work motivation, employee workproductivity and the relationship of the three variables at PT. Kadi International.The research approach uses quantitative descriptive. Data were collected byquestionnaire to a sample of 60 company employees taken proportionally, then thedata were analyzed by frequency scale analysis and path analysis. The resultsshowed that the company has a good work environment, high employee motivationand high employee productivity. The correlation of work environment and employeemotivation is 0.357 and significant. Partially the work environment has a positiveeffect on productivity by .4% (significant), while work motivation has a positiveeffect on employee work productivity of 44% (significant),.Simultaneously the workenvironment and work motivation had a positive effect of 58,1% on the workproductivity of employees in the company and were very significant.Keywords: work environment, work motivation, work productivity

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline on the productivity of employees at CV. Padurenan Jaya Kontruksi. The research in this thesis uses quantitative methods and the sample used 48 respondents with saturated sampling calculations. The work discipline variable (X) and the work productivity variable (Y). Sources of data used consisted of primary data, namely data obtained directly from research respondents through questionnaires, interviews, observations, population, and samples in this study were employees of CV. Padurenan Jaya Kontruksi Bekasi. The tests were using SPSS 20. The results obtained from the study showed that there was a positive effect of work discipline on the work productivity of the employees at CV. Padurenan Jaya Kontruksi Bekasi. The results of the t-test have a significant effect on work discipline on employee productivity, this is evidenced by the variable (X) Work Discipline and variable (Y) Employee productivity has a significant value less than 0.05, namely (0.000 <0.05). This is evidenced by the significant value of the t-test, it is obtained a significant value of 0.000 smaller than 0.05, so it can be concluded that the hypothesis is received with a strong significanceAbstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan CV. Adapun variabel Disiplin Kerja (X), dan Variabel Produktivitas Kerja (Y). Sumber data yang diguakan terdiri dari data primer yaitu data yang diperole langsung dari responden penelitian melalui kuesioner, wawancara, observasi, populasi dan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan CV. Padurenan Jaya Kontruksi Bekasi. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS 20. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian bahwa ada pengaruh positif dari disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan CV. Padurenan Jaya Kontruksi Bekasi. Hasil Uji t terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, hal ini dibuktikan bahwa variabel (X) Disiplin Kerja dan variabel (Y) Produktivitas kerja karyawan memiliki nilai signifikan lebih kecil dari 0,05 yaitu (0,000 < 0,05). Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikan Uji t diperoleh nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05 sehingga disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis diterima dengan signifikan kuat.

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of work motivation in mediating the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance. This research was conducted at Samabe Bali Suites & Villas. The number of samples taken was 65 employees, with the method used was the saturated sample method. Data collection is done through interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used are path analysis (path analysis) and multiple analysis. Based on the results of the analysis found that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This shows that the better the transformational leadership carried out by the leader the employee's performance will increase as well. Transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on employee work motivation, this means the better leadership of a leader will increase employee motivation. Work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, this shows that the better the work motivation provided, the better the employee's performance increases. Work motivation is positive and significant in mediating the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation on increasing employee productivity in the Samsat Sidrap District office. The research method uses quantitative methods because the research data are numbers that are processed using spss 20 alerts. With a population of 45 and a sample of 31 respondents the data analysis technique used in this study is simple linear regression with motivation variables (X) and employee performance (Y ). The results showed that from the simple linear regression that was processed and analyzed using the SPSS method, the equation obtained was Y = 6.592 + 0.664 X, where the constant number has a value of 6.592 (positive) stating that if there is no work motivation (X) then productivity work (Y) is 0.664, meaning that the employee's work productivity is still constant even though work motivation towards Y is zero. If there is a decrease in work motivation, it will reduce the level of employee productivity. So that it can be explained that work motivation has an influence and significant effect on employee work productivity in the Samsat district office
