Problems of illegal export of funds abroad are relevant for Russia. Offenses related to the non-return of exported foreign currency earnings to the country, transfers of foreign currency abroad under fictitious contracts for the supply of goods, smuggling of cash currency and other forms of illegal export of funds pose a real threat to the country's economic security. The article considers the main areas of currency control carried out by customs authorities, analyzes the activities of customs authorities in the implementation of currency control for the period from 2014 to 2018. When writing the work, the following research methods were used: expert assessments, analysis, synthesis, system analysis, statistical analysis, formal legal, comparative legal methods. Based on the analysis of statistical data of the Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation, the opinions of scientists and experts in the field of customs, conclusions are drawn about the most common violations of the currency legislation of the Russian Federation identified by customs authorities.

The article examines the role of the customs authorities of the Russian Federation in ensuring national and economic security during foreign economic operations. Approaches to ensuring economic security in the area of plastic waste have been systematized. The article focuses on quantitative and spatial analysis of the import of plastic waste into the Russian Federation. Risks of a participant in foreign economic activity have been identified. Countries have been identified as the largest importers of goods from the plastic group to Russia. It was established that the promising direction is the creation of modern customs infrastructure in the regions of Russia, optimization of logistics flows and accounting for the layout of all plastic waste processing facilities in Russia

The article raises such an acute problem as the disproportionate change in population growth with rising inflation. The relevance of this problem cannot raise any questions. Sometimes people ask the question: “Why is there not enough money for food, although, relatively speaking, it was enough before?” The economy of our country is going through difficult times. The fall in world oil prices has an impact on the Russian ruble, which is especially important in connection with the latest developments in the world. These and other questions are devoted to issues related to the growth of the population of the Russian Federation, and the opportunity to buy them. The research base is the website of the Federal State Statistics Service, which should use personal observations and knowledge. In preparing the articles, methods of correlation analysis using group statistical data were applied and the regression model was built on their basis. The authors proposed ideas for solving global problems in the entire economic system of the Russian Federation.

<p>The current paper features some results of theoretical and methodical justification of selection process for priority national projects that would ensure the economic security of the Russian Federation and its regions. The role of economic security is reflected in the system of national security of the state, the interrelation between the priority national projects and the system of economic security of the Russian Federation in the context of the challenges and threats formulated in domestic standard acts of strategic character. It is shown that the current strategy of sustainable development of regions is formed and implemented through a prism of priority national projects, but optimum ensuring economic security at the regional level is impossible without a scientifically and methodically reasonable regulation from the state. To provide methodically reasonable selection criteria for priority national projects in certain regions from the perspective of economic security, the author proposes to use the cluster approach, which allows one to define development priorities in the region and the direction of its economic security ensuring. Some theoretical and monographic generalizations have made it possible to correct the region clustering potential assessment technique in the context of economic security. Approbation of the developed technique has shown a possibility of its application to assess the level of priority of national projects at the regional level.</p>

The article is devoted to the analysis of the role of libraries in the modern society. The article studies genesis of price and pricing processes in the system of economic security. From theoretical and methodological point of view the research investigates different approaches to the definition and shaping the system of economic security, identifies key problems of pricing and shows lines of possible minimization of processes of price manipulation. It highlights non-linear character of pricing, drawbacks of today’s legal tools of regulating pricing processes (such as tariff and antitrust regulation), including those on the basis of administrative and court practices and causes of economic crises arising. From the practical point of view the article studies possibilities of developing the adaptive automation system, which can provide transfer, processing and storage of information about pricing processes. The goal of the research is to distinguish the role of pricing processes in the system of economic security and to develop the concept of uniform automated system of monitoring pricing processes aimed at resolving problems of complex management of economy and providing economic security of the country. On the basis of mentioned-above drawbacks (risks) the authors formulate the suggestion of shaping a new system of management and control over pricing processes based on maximum use of information technologies. These technologies should foster conducting analysis and risk estimation by using information and software means of the new system, including systems of controlling databases, the system of fast development of algorithms for information analysis and system and applied software. For this research such methods as system analysis, retrospective analysis and analytical methods of data investigation were used. Empiric materials of research were presented by open data and analytical reports of the Federal Antitrust Service of the Russian Federation, decisions and rules of the Supreme and Arbitration courts of the Russian Federation, official data of state power bodies.

The author examines the problems connected with the position of the prosecutor in a criminal process from the standpoint of the effectiveness of the prosecutor’s work. Specifically, using statistical data on the situation with the legality and the quality of preliminary investigations and the results obtained by other Russian scholars who researched this issue, the author shows that the transfer of investigators from the jurisdiction of the prosecutor’s office to a newly created independent Investigation Committee of the Russian Federation, the transfer of the right to the procedural guidance of the investigation from the prosecutor to the head of the investigation body, revoking the prosecutor’s right to coordinate the decision of the investigator, inquirer, or an inquiry body to initiate a criminal case, and in general the right to do it — all of these, in fact, improved the effectiveness of the supervisory function and, consequently, improved the legality and quality of preliminary investigations. At the same time, the author presents his own view on the directions of improving the effectiveness of the role of the prosecutor in the pre-trial proceeding, which should ensure a general sustainable development of Russian criminal procedure legislation.

In modern conditions of increasing impact of global risks on the national economy, the role of financial support for the socio-economic development of the state is increasing. Financial problems are generated largely by the external environment. Consequently, in order to fulfill the tasks set by the government of the Russian Federation, it is necessary to develop a financial strategy that will allow, taking into account the highest external and internal risks, to ensure the development of the economy and social sphere. The article examines topical problems of finance in the context of economic globalization and the emergence of new challenges and threats at the mega-level, in other words, for all of humanity. Based on statistical data, expert assessments, analysis of scientific literature, the article proposes a set of measures to reduce the high level of global risks, and also considers the possibilities of ensuring an acceptable level of internal risks in the country. The study identified problems at all stages of the financial process, namely, in the formation, distribution and use of financial resources. On the basis of the analysis, conclusions were drawn and ways were proposed for solving urgent financial problems in the Russian Federation.
