Lembah Fitness Centre UGM juga perlu melakukan pengelolaan dan menerapkan strategi pemasaran yang baik agar members dapat merasakan kepuasan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan members terhadap strategi pemasaran di Lembah Fitness Centre Universitas Gajah Mada. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah members Lembah Fitness Centre UGM yang aktif mengikuti latihan beban sebanyak 240 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan metode nonprobability sampling menggunakan teknik accidental sampling, sebanyak 120 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket atau kuesioner. Angket tersebut diujicobakan terhadap 40 members  Lembah Fitness Centre UGM. Hasil ujicoba menunjukkan dari 48 butir pernyataan gugur 3 butir, sahih 45 butir. Teknik untuk mengukur validitas menggunakan teknik korelasi product moment dari Karl Pearson dengan taraf signifikasi 5 % atau a = 0,05. Butir pernyataan dikatakan valid apabila nilai korelasi dari product moment (rxy) lebih besar dari r-tabel. Nilai koefisien alpha (rtt) yang diperoleh sebesar 0,912 dengan status reliabel. Teknik analisis data penelitian menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan persentase. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara umum tingkat kepuasan members masuk ke dalam kategori memuaskan dengan pencapaian persentase 60,8 %. Secara rinci, tingkat kepuasan members terhadap strategi pemasaran di Lembah Fitness Centre UGM dijelaskan sebagai berikut: (1) Price atau harga masuk kedalam kategori sangat memuaskan dengan persentase 60 %, (2) Promotion atau promosi masuk kedalam kategori memuaskan dengan persentase 55 %, (3) Place atau tempat masuk kedalam kategori memuaskan dengan persentase 49,2 %, (4) Product atau produk/jasa masuk kedalam kategori memuaskan dengan persentase sebesar 55,8 %.  MEMBERS SATISFACTION LEVEL TOWARD MARKETING STRATEGY IN LEMBAH FITNESS CENTER UNIVERSITAS NEGERI GAJAH MADA AbstractFitness center companies must manage fitness club well. In process, club must be applied  marketing strategy, same as Lembah Fitness Center UGM where need to be manage and use marketing streategy so that members satisfied with their services. This study aims to know about level of satisfaction members toward marketing strategy in Lembah Fitness center Universitas Negeri Gajah Mada. Participants in this study are members of Lembah Fitness Center UGM that enganged actively in resistance training for almost 240 people. Sampling technique using nonprobability method include accidental sampling method, 120 people. Questionnaire used as instrument in this study. This questionnaire being trial into 40 members, then the result showed only 45 questions from 48 which have validity based on product moment correlation technique (Karl Pearson) with significance level a = 0,05. Validity of each question attained if its have correlation value from product moment (rxy)  more than r-tabel. Data analysis using quantitative descriptive analysis with precentage. The results of this study indicate that the level of satisfaction members toward marketing strategy at the UGM Fitness Center resulted in satisfactory category with a percentage of 60.8%. In detail, the level of satisfaction of members of the marketing strategy at the Lembah Fitness Center UGM is through the following factors: (1) Price belong to very satisfying category with a percentage of 60%, (2) Promotion percentage reach 55 %, (3) Place percentage is 49.2%, and (4) Product achieve 55.8%.

The purpose of this study was to determine added value from the processing of fresh catfish into shredded catfish at "Abon Ikan Lele Sejahtera" in Maruyung Village, Bandung Regency, West Java, Indonesia. The research method used is a case study and quantitative descriptive analysis. The sampling technique in this research used the purposive sampling method. The method of data analysis in this study used Hayami’s method. This research was conducted in Bandung Regency from August 2021 until September 2021. The results show that the added value generated is 69,4%. It means the price of shredded catfish is increase 69% from the price of fresh catfish. The added value is classified as high but can be higher if the business owner reduced the cost of other input contributions.

This study aims to determine the perception of consumers of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) gas in Bima City. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. In this study the data used are primary data obtained from consumer LPG user questionnaires in the Bima City. Data were analyzed using univariable one-sample t-test analysis. The instrument was obtained from a questionnaire (questionnaire) that would be distributed and answered by LPG consumer users in the form of Likert scale questions. The population in this study is LPG consumer consumers in the City of Bima. The sample used is calculated using the formula Unknown Populations and the number of samples obtained is 96 consumers. As for the sampling technique using the accidental sampling method. After processing data using several statistical tools such as average values and descriptive analysis, the results of this study are the perceptions of LPG users who on average give good answers. LPG users state that the use of gas is more profitable than kerosene, in terms of cost being more economical, the cooking process is also faster and cleaner and there is no compulsion and receiving gas as a substitute for kerosene.

Health services conducted by hospitals must prioritize quality and satisfaction for consumers. Internal hospital customers are hospital works that have a major role in providing services to consumers. Analysis Methods This study uses Quantitative Descriptive Analysis method. For a large sample of staff employees taken 20% of all employees (589 people) at Blambangan Regional General Hospital Banyuwangi regency of 125 people by systematic random sampling. The results of this study indicate that the level of satisfaction of employee employee karywan for 68.95 included in the category of satisfaction. Hospital employee satisfaction value is the highest indicator of job satisfaction that is mentally challenging with the value of employee satisfaction of 71.72, while the lowest hospital employee satisfaction value is a reasonable indicator of Rewards satisfaction with employee satisfaction score of 64.23. Accreditation of Blambangan Public Hospital of Banyuwangi Regency earned the title of Plenary.This study reviews materials for the management of the hospital to make improvements in the role of hospital employees to perform services to the community and management evaluation in improving the performance of employees in the organization. Keyword : Job Satisfaction, Accreditation, Quality of Hospital

This research is a quasi-experimental study that aims to determine the effect of interactive video-assisted Blended Learning models on mathematical problem solving abilities. This research was conducted at SMPN 13 Serang City class VIII. The population in this study consisted of 10 classes VIII and taken 2 classes to be sampled. Sampling was done by cluster random sampling technique. The Blended Learning model used in this study isconventional learning in class by involving online resources and online activities which are not a requirement for students to follow. While the video used is a video adopted from one of the paid online learning rooms, Ruang Guru. Problem solving ability is measured using a test in the form of a valid and reliable question description. Furthermore, the data obtained were analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis.

The purpose of this research is to know the effectiveness of using Bali Go Live Channel as media promotion digital of Bali Tourism by using EPIC Model approach. Effectiveness measurement is done by obtaining value of empathy dimension, persuation dimension, impact dimension, and communication dimension from digital promotion conducted by Bali Go Live Channel to know how effective promotion is done. Determination of samples in this study using accidental sampling method as much as 100 respondents tourists. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis technique in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis, validity and reliability analysis, simple tabulation analysis, and EPIC Model analysis. From the results of quantitative descriptive analysis can be seen that the measurement of dimensions empathy, dimension persuasion, dimension impact, and dimension communication entered in the range of effective scale. The results of this study show the use of Bali Go Live Channel as a digital promotion media of Bali tourism declared effective. This is shown from the EPIC Rate of 3.98 which fall into the effective category.

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on the performance of Al-Azhar BSD Tangerang Selatan-Banten school teachers, to determine the effect of training on the performance of Al-Azhar BSD Tangerang Selatan-Banten school teachers, to determine the effect of compensation on the performance of Al-Azhar BSD school teachers Tangerang Selatan-Banten, and to find out the influence of leadership style, training and compensation on the performance of Al-Azhar BSD school teachers in South Tangerang-Banten. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis. The population in this study were the teachers of the Al Azhar BSD School totaling 110 people and used a saturated sample technique in which all populations were sampled in the study. The results showed that there was a partial influence between the leadership style on the positive teacher performance of tcount 24.209 at a significance level of 0.000. There is a partial effect between training on the positive teacher performance of t arithmetic 19.767 at a significance level of 0.000. There is a partial effect between compensation on the positive teacher performance of t count 18.667 at a significance level of 0.000. While there is a simultaneous relationship between leadership style, training and compensation to the positive teacher performance of f count 364.805 with a significance level of 0.000. It can be concluded that the results of the study have a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously so that all hypotheses are accepted. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja guru sekolah Al-Azhar BSD Tangerang Selatan-Banten, untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja guru sekolah Al-Azhar BSD Tangerang Selatan-Banten, untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja guru sekolah Al-Azhar BSD Tangerang Selatan-Banten, dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, pelatihan dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja guru sekolah Al-Azhar BSD Tangerang Selatan-Banten. Metode yang gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif yang bersifat deskriptif analisis. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah guru-guru Sekolah Al Azhar BSD yang berjumlah 110 orang dan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh dimana semua populasi dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara parsial antara gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja guru yang positif sebesar t hitung 24,209 pada taraf signifikansi 0,000. Terdapat pengaruh secara parsial antara pelatihan terhadap kinerja guru yang positif sebesar t hitung 19,767 pada taraf signifikansi 0,000. Terdapat pengaruh secara parsial antara kompensasi terhadap kinerja guru yang positif sebesar t hitung 18,667 pada taraf signifikansi 0,000. Sedangkan hubungan secara simultan terdapat antara gaya kepemimpinan, pelatihan dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja guru yang positif sebesar f hitung 364,805 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,000. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil penelitian tersebut terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan sehingga semua hipotesis diterima. This study aims to learn the skills passed by learning ball class X students in Jasinga 1 High School. Using quantitative research with survey methods. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a total sample of 30 male students. The instrument used was the graduation skills test used by Jaelani (2014). Data analysis techniques using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques as outlined in the form of percentages. The results of research on skills that pass of soccer learning in class X of SMAN 1 Jasinga are in the category of "skills" with a percentage of 53.3%, the category of "moderately skilled" with a percentage of 26.7%, the category of "very talented" with a percentage of 20, 0%. While the category of "less successful" and "very less" with a percentage of 0.0%. The conclusion of this study is the level of passing skills in learning soccer class X Jasinga SMAN 1 depends on the category of expertise.

The level of taxpayer compliance in Indonesia in the last five years is quite alarming, taxpayer compliance has not reached the point expected by the government and is verysmallpercentageoftaxpayerswhofulfilltheirobligationstopaytaxes.Toincrease participation in tax payments, the government launched a tax amnesty program. This studyaimstodeterminethedifferencesinperiodI,periodII,andperiodIIItaxamnesty in Malang City. This research includes quantitative descriptive with data collection techniques in the form of a questionnaire method. The population of this study is an individual taxpayer in the Malang Tax Service Office. The sampling technique using purposive sampling method is a taxpayer registered at the Malang Tax Office. Data analysis using descriptive analysis and independent T Test. The results of this study indicate that the period I tax amnesty is more influential on taxpayer compliance than the period II tax amnesty and the period I tax amnesty is more influential on taxpayer compliance than the period III tax amnesty. Based on the results of this study, it is recommendedtoexaminethedifferencesinperiodI,IIandIIItaxamnestyinotherTax Service Offices as a basis for knowing the effectiveness of inter-office tax amnesty in the same region.

The competition between Banks in Indonesia required the existence of a marketing strategy for appropriate banking products and services offered on the state-owned bank in Indonesia, including in Jakarta. This study aims to determine whether there is influence between variable Product Development, Advertising and Service Quality, to Saving Decision in State-Owned Bank in Jakarta. Methods of data collection using a survey distributed to 127 customers. The research method used quantitative descriptive analysis and method of data analysis used in this research is multiple regressions. The results of this study, shows that Product Development, Advertising and Service Quality has an influence on Customers Saving Decision at State-Owned Banks in Jakarta.

This research was conducted in the city of Palangkaraya in Central Borneo and city of Banjarbaru in South Borneo in order to describe the perception of public, especially in the city of Palangkaraya and the city of Banjarbaru about the Impact of to-up mobile credit's by ATM to the SMEs mobile credit seller. The research was conducted by survey method and quantitative approach, while the sampling technique used was quota sampling and quantitative descriptive analysis performed. The results showed the less Impact of top-up by ATM to the SMEs credits seller, because top-up by ATM have certain customer segment. However, the top-up by ATM economically very positive impact for the people, eventhough its needs long time transistion of top-up SMEs to the ATM. According to the most people and SMEs need regulation and oversight to create more conductive business for SMEs Keywords : Impact, SMEs, Mobile top-up, Top Up Credit, ATM   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan di kota Palangkaraya Kalimantan Tengah dan kota Banjarbaru Kalimantan Selatan dengan tujuan untuk menggambarkan persepsi masyarakat khususnya di kota Palangkaraya dan kota Banjarbaru tentang dampak isi ulang pulsa di ATM terhadap UMKM penjual pulsa seluler. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survey dan pendekatan kuantitatif sementara teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah quota sampling dan analisa dilakukan secara deskriftif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa isi ulang pulsa seluler di persepsikan kurang berdampak terhadap UMKM penjual pulsa seluler dikarenakan isi ulang pulsa di ATM maupun isi ulang pulsa di kios pulsa memiliki segmen pelanggannya masing-masing. Namun demikian dengan adanya isi ulang pulsa di ATM sangat berdampak positif secara ekonomi bagi masyarakat meskipun peralihannya dari kios pulsa ke ATM atau pola pembelian pulsa berlangsung dalam waktu yang lama. Menurut sebagian besar masyarakat dan pelaku UMKM penjual pulsa seluler bahwa perlu pengawasan dari pemerintah untuk menciptakan iklim usaha yang lebih kondusif bagi UMKM penjual pulsa seluler.
