This study aims to determine the perception of consumers of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) gas in Bima City. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. In this study the data used are primary data obtained from consumer LPG user questionnaires in the Bima City. Data were analyzed using univariable one-sample t-test analysis. The instrument was obtained from a questionnaire (questionnaire) that would be distributed and answered by LPG consumer users in the form of Likert scale questions. The population in this study is LPG consumer consumers in the City of Bima. The sample used is calculated using the formula Unknown Populations and the number of samples obtained is 96 consumers. As for the sampling technique using the accidental sampling method. After processing data using several statistical tools such as average values and descriptive analysis, the results of this study are the perceptions of LPG users who on average give good answers. LPG users state that the use of gas is more profitable than kerosene, in terms of cost being more economical, the cooking process is also faster and cleaner and there is no compulsion and receiving gas as a substitute for kerosene.

This study aims to analyze the factors forming the marketing mix at BNI Syariah customers in Padang Branch. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population of this research is customers of Islamic banks in the city of Padang with a sample of 100 customers obtained using Slovin formula. The sampling technique is accidental sampling. Research data are primary data collected by questionnaire. Instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests. Data were analyzed by descriptive analysis and factor analysis. The results of the study showed that of the eight factors there were six factors that influence the form of the marketing mix for customers of the BNI Syariah branch of Padang Branch.Keyword: Marketing Mix

<em>This study aims to determine the factors that influence the decision on the selection of broiler for household consumption in Surakarta. This study is a case study conducted in one of the densest urban village of Tegalharjo, Jebres, Surakarta. This research was conducted in November - December 2015. The basic method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method with survey technique to household / household in Tegalharjo Village, Jebres, Surakarta. Sampling technique is done by Purposive Sampling method with 86 respondents. Primary data was obtained from interview with questionnaire tool. Secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) Surakarta, Jebres and Tegalharjo. Data analysis used was descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and multiple linear regression test. The result of research shows that the instrument is valid because r count&gt; r table and reliable because of Alpha Cronbach result for each sub variable in the range 0,761 - 0,873, research data is normal distribution with significance value of each variable&gt; 0,05, result of multiple linear regression test show each variable has significant effect on broiler consumption except family wealth factor variable (X2), with value of Adjusted R2 equal to 0,731. Conclusion from this research was that the economic and social factors as a whole affect the level of consumption of broiler in the household in Surakarta.</em>

The purpose of this article was to study the effects of reversal of school rules and student participation in scout extracurricular activities on the learning discipline of high school accreditation A students in the city of Padang. This type of research was associative descriptive. The population in this study were 5340 respondents from Private an Accreditation Private Schools in Padang. The sampling technique was a two-stage cluster random sampling. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The technique in collecting data was the form of a questionnaire. The instrument testing used a validity and reliability test. The data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that (1) there is an effect of student compliance with school rules with student learning discipline (2) there is no relation between student’s participation in scout on the learning discipline (3) Student participation in scout extracurricular influences compliance with school regulations.Keywords: obedience to school rules, scout extracurricular, learning discipline

The level of taxpayer compliance in Indonesia in the last five years is quite alarming, taxpayer compliance has not reached the point expected by the government and is verysmallpercentageoftaxpayerswhofulfilltheirobligationstopaytaxes.Toincrease participation in tax payments, the government launched a tax amnesty program. This studyaimstodeterminethedifferencesinperiodI,periodII,andperiodIIItaxamnesty in Malang City. This research includes quantitative descriptive with data collection techniques in the form of a questionnaire method. The population of this study is an individual taxpayer in the Malang Tax Service Office. The sampling technique using purposive sampling method is a taxpayer registered at the Malang Tax Office. Data analysis using descriptive analysis and independent T Test. The results of this study indicate that the period I tax amnesty is more influential on taxpayer compliance than the period II tax amnesty and the period I tax amnesty is more influential on taxpayer compliance than the period III tax amnesty. Based on the results of this study, it is recommendedtoexaminethedifferencesinperiodI,IIandIIItaxamnestyinotherTax Service Offices as a basis for knowing the effectiveness of inter-office tax amnesty in the same region.

Customer satisfaction is an asset for the company to be a benchmark for the company's success in serving customers. Since its establishment in 2010, GOJEK has consistently  served  the  community,  presenting  efficient  and  effective transportation  to the Indonesian people spread across several cities. By maintaining the values of a friendly Indonesian character. The population in this study were GO-JEK users. While the sample in this study is GO-JEK users more than once in the city of Yogyakarta.  The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling method. While the data used in this study are primary data by  obtaining the data needed by  using information techniques, namely by distributing  questionnaires.  The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression, and doing a partial test  knowing  whether the independent variables individually have a significant effect on the dependent variable, do the r-test to measure the ability of the model to explain the ability of the dependent variable.The results of the analysis can be concluded that: Price does not have a positive effect on user decisions. Promotion does not have a positive effect on user decisions. Service quality does not have a positive effect on user decisions. User decisions have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. User decisions do not mediate between Price, Promotion and Quality of Service.

The purpose of this study was to determine added value from the processing of fresh catfish into shredded catfish at "Abon Ikan Lele Sejahtera" in Maruyung Village, Bandung Regency, West Java, Indonesia. The research method used is a case study and quantitative descriptive analysis. The sampling technique in this research used the purposive sampling method. The method of data analysis in this study used Hayami’s method. This research was conducted in Bandung Regency from August 2021 until September 2021. The results show that the added value generated is 69,4%. It means the price of shredded catfish is increase 69% from the price of fresh catfish. The added value is classified as high but can be higher if the business owner reduced the cost of other input contributions.

This research was conducted in the city of Palangkaraya in Central Borneo and city of Banjarbaru in South Borneo in order to describe the perception of public, especially in the city of Palangkaraya and the city of Banjarbaru about the Impact of to-up mobile credit's by ATM to the SMEs mobile credit seller. The research was conducted by survey method and quantitative approach, while the sampling technique used was quota sampling and quantitative descriptive analysis performed. The results showed the less Impact of top-up by ATM to the SMEs credits seller, because top-up by ATM have certain customer segment. However, the top-up by ATM economically very positive impact for the people, eventhough its needs long time transistion of top-up SMEs to the ATM. According to the most people and SMEs need regulation and oversight to create more conductive business for SMEs Keywords : Impact, SMEs, Mobile top-up, Top Up Credit, ATM   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan di kota Palangkaraya Kalimantan Tengah dan kota Banjarbaru Kalimantan Selatan dengan tujuan untuk menggambarkan persepsi masyarakat khususnya di kota Palangkaraya dan kota Banjarbaru tentang dampak isi ulang pulsa di ATM terhadap UMKM penjual pulsa seluler. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survey dan pendekatan kuantitatif sementara teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah quota sampling dan analisa dilakukan secara deskriftif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa isi ulang pulsa seluler di persepsikan kurang berdampak terhadap UMKM penjual pulsa seluler dikarenakan isi ulang pulsa di ATM maupun isi ulang pulsa di kios pulsa memiliki segmen pelanggannya masing-masing. Namun demikian dengan adanya isi ulang pulsa di ATM sangat berdampak positif secara ekonomi bagi masyarakat meskipun peralihannya dari kios pulsa ke ATM atau pola pembelian pulsa berlangsung dalam waktu yang lama. Menurut sebagian besar masyarakat dan pelaku UMKM penjual pulsa seluler bahwa perlu pengawasan dari pemerintah untuk menciptakan iklim usaha yang lebih kondusif bagi UMKM penjual pulsa seluler. Lembah Fitness Centre UGM juga perlu melakukan pengelolaan dan menerapkan strategi pemasaran yang baik agar members dapat merasakan kepuasan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan members terhadap strategi pemasaran di Lembah Fitness Centre Universitas Gajah Mada. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah members Lembah Fitness Centre UGM yang aktif mengikuti latihan beban sebanyak 240 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan metode nonprobability sampling menggunakan teknik accidental sampling, sebanyak 120 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket atau kuesioner. Angket tersebut diujicobakan terhadap 40 members  Lembah Fitness Centre UGM. Hasil ujicoba menunjukkan dari 48 butir pernyataan gugur 3 butir, sahih 45 butir. Teknik untuk mengukur validitas menggunakan teknik korelasi product moment dari Karl Pearson dengan taraf signifikasi 5 % atau a = 0,05. Butir pernyataan dikatakan valid apabila nilai korelasi dari product moment (rxy) lebih besar dari r-tabel. Nilai koefisien alpha (rtt) yang diperoleh sebesar 0,912 dengan status reliabel. Teknik analisis data penelitian menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan persentase. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara umum tingkat kepuasan members masuk ke dalam kategori memuaskan dengan pencapaian persentase 60,8 %. Secara rinci, tingkat kepuasan members terhadap strategi pemasaran di Lembah Fitness Centre UGM dijelaskan sebagai berikut: (1) Price atau harga masuk kedalam kategori sangat memuaskan dengan persentase 60 %, (2) Promotion atau promosi masuk kedalam kategori memuaskan dengan persentase 55 %, (3) Place atau tempat masuk kedalam kategori memuaskan dengan persentase 49,2 %, (4) Product atau produk/jasa masuk kedalam kategori memuaskan dengan persentase sebesar 55,8 %.  MEMBERS SATISFACTION LEVEL TOWARD MARKETING STRATEGY IN LEMBAH FITNESS CENTER UNIVERSITAS NEGERI GAJAH MADA AbstractFitness center companies must manage fitness club well. In process, club must be applied  marketing strategy, same as Lembah Fitness Center UGM where need to be manage and use marketing streategy so that members satisfied with their services. This study aims to know about level of satisfaction members toward marketing strategy in Lembah Fitness center Universitas Negeri Gajah Mada. Participants in this study are members of Lembah Fitness Center UGM that enganged actively in resistance training for almost 240 people. Sampling technique using nonprobability method include accidental sampling method, 120 people. Questionnaire used as instrument in this study. This questionnaire being trial into 40 members, then the result showed only 45 questions from 48 which have validity based on product moment correlation technique (Karl Pearson) with significance level a = 0,05. Validity of each question attained if its have correlation value from product moment (rxy)  more than r-tabel. Data analysis using quantitative descriptive analysis with precentage. The results of this study indicate that the level of satisfaction members toward marketing strategy at the UGM Fitness Center resulted in satisfactory category with a percentage of 60.8%. In detail, the level of satisfaction of members of the marketing strategy at the Lembah Fitness Center UGM is through the following factors: (1) Price belong to very satisfying category with a percentage of 60%, (2) Promotion percentage reach 55 %, (3) Place percentage is 49.2%, and (4) Product achieve 55.8%.

This study aims to analyze the income of leek farming in Manembo Village, Passi Timur Sub-district, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This research lasted for 2 months, from November to December 2019. Sampling in this study was carried out by simple random sampling method with a number of respondents were 25 leek farmers. Primary data were collected through direct interviews using a list of questions (questionnaires) that have been prepared. Secondary data were obtained from the literature related to this research and related institutions. Data analysis used in this research is to use quantitative descriptive analysis and expenditure (production costs) to analyze the income of leek farming. The results showed that the income of onion farming in Manembo Village, East Passi District, Bolaang Mongondow District per farmer on average was IDR. 2,688,800.- *eprm*

Farmers' household income is an indicator of the level of prosperity by looking at the amount of expenses and family expenses. Mango production, which has increased every year, needs to be assessed according to the level of household poverty. The purpose of this study was to determine the household level of mango farmers in Situbondo Regency. The research location was determined purposively in the Makmur Jaya I Farmers Group, Jangkar District, Situbondo Regency. Population and sample with saturated sampling technique with a population as well as a sample of 25 respondents. Data were collected through primary data (direct interviews using a questionnaire) and secondary data from related agencies and literature related to this study. The data were analyzed by using quantitative descriptive analysis which was measured using Sajogyo's poverty theory. The prosperity level of the members of the Makmur Jaya I Farmer Group is in the decent living category of 64% and the moderate category of 36%. None of the mango farmers in this group are below the poverty line.
