This study aims to learn the skills passed by learning ball class X students in Jasinga 1 High School. Using quantitative research with survey methods. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a total sample of 30 male students. The instrument used was the graduation skills test used by Jaelani (2014). Data analysis techniques using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques as outlined in the form of percentages. The results of research on skills that pass of soccer learning in class X of SMAN 1 Jasinga are in the category of "skills" with a percentage of 53.3%, the category of "moderately skilled" with a percentage of 26.7%, the category of "very talented" with a percentage of 20, 0%. While the category of "less successful" and "very less" with a percentage of 0.0%. The conclusion of this study is the level of passing skills in learning soccer class X Jasinga SMAN 1 depends on the category of expertise.

This research aims to determine the effect of competence and work ethic on work performance with motivation as a moderating variable. In this study using a population of all employees of PT. Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi Muko-Muko with a total of 70 respondents, the sampling technique used saturated sampling with questionnaires which were distributed to all employees of PT. Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi Muko-Muko. This research is a quantitative research. Data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis, and Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that the competence variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance, the work ethic variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance, the motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance, the motivation variable can moderate competence on work performance, The motivation variable cannot moderate work ethic on work performance Keywords: Motivation, Competence, Work Ethic, Work Performance

This study aims to determine the effect of the influence of Recruitment, Training and Counseling on Employee Productivity at PT. Telkom Medan access both partially and simultaneously. The research method uses quantitative descriptive analysis.  The population in this study were all totaling 462 people. Data analysis techniques using the F Test, T Test, and Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of data analysis in this study shows that partially it can be seen that the recruitment variable (X1) has a tcount of 0.837 and a value of 1.663, then the tcount value <ttable (0.837 <1.663) and a sig.0.00 value <0.405. This means the hypothesis is rejected namely: partial recruitment has no positive and significant effect on employee productivity at PT Telkom Akses Medan. The results showed that the training (X2) had a tcount of 3.254 and a t-table value of 1.663, then a tcount> ttable (3.254> 1.663) and a sig value. 0.00 <0.002. This means that the hypothesis is accepted: training has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity in PT Telkom Akses Medan. The results showed that counseling (X3) had a tcount of 2.974 and a t-table value of 1.663 then the tcount> ttabe l (2.974> 1.663) and a sig value. 0.00 <0.004. This means that the hypothesis  is accepted: counseling has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity at PT Telkom Akses Medan.

The purpose of this study was to study the influence of Leadership Style, motivation, and Work Discipline on Employee performance at PT. Agro Nusantara facilities in Medan. The research method uses quantitative descriptive analysis. With a total of 163 people in this study, as many as 163 people. Data analysis techniques using the F Test, T Test, and Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of data analysis in this study shows that the leadership style (X1) has a positive influence on the performance of employees of PT SAN Medan. The results showed motivation (X2) had a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT SAN. The results showed work discipline (X3) work discipline did not have a positive or significant effect on employee performance at PT Sarana Agro Nusantara Medan.

Customer's purchase decision is company's hope to sell product. To persuade customers to buy, company is willing to give the best quality of their product, also to give the special price, and to give maximum satisfaction to the customer. Therefore, this research was conducted to know the effect of product quality, price, and customer's satisfaction on customer's purchase decision partially and simultaneously. This research's method is quantitative descriptive analysis. The population are 258 customers who bought company's product, then become 72 repondents by the Slovin formula as samples. We use F test, T test, multiple linear regression, and classic assumption test as data analysis techniques using SPSS version 20 program. Data results show that partially, product quality and price have significant effect on customer's purchase decision. While customer's satisfaction doesn't have significant effect on customer's purchase decisions. Simultaneously, product quality, price, and sarisfaction have significant effect on customer's purchase decision. Customer's purchase decision can be explained by product quality, price, and customer's satisfaction by 46,50%, the rest 53,50% is explained by other variables that are not being researched.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of taxation sanctions, taxpayer attitudes, taxpayer awareness and tax knowledge in increasing Jember Regency Regional Revenue (PAD). This research is a quantitative research with a descriptive approach. A sample of 100 respondents was obtained by cluster sampling technique. Data were obtained using a questionnaire and analyzed using two analytical methods, namely quantitative descriptive analysis and trend analysis. The results showed that the obstacle experienced by the Jember Regency government was because PBB P2 was a new tax so that the local government experienced difficulties in its management, inadequate facilities and infrastructure and large costs, and human resources that were not optimal in providing services. The Jember Regency Government carries out three stages of strategy, namely the strategic planning stage, strategy implementation and strategy evaluation. Conclusion, tax sanctions have a significant and positive effect on the increase in PAD, attitudes of taxpayers, awareness of taxpayers, knowledge of taxation has no significant effect but has a positive influence on the increase in PAD in Kabupaten Jember.  Keywords: PBB P2, Strategy, Taxpayer Sanctions, Taxpayer Attitudes, Taxpayer Awareness and Tax Knowledge.

The study aims to determine the effect of leadership, motivation, and competence on employee performance at PT Intertama Trikencana Bersinar Medan, both partially and simultaneously. The research method uses quantitative descriptive analysis. The population in the study were all employees in a total of 165 people. Data analysis techniques using the F Test, T Test, and Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of data analysis in research shows partially it can be seen that leadership (X1) has a tcount of 1,589 and a ttable value of 1.658, then a tcount <ttable (1,589 <1,658) and a sig.0.00 value <0,115. This means that the hypothesis is rejected, namely: partial leadership has no positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Intertama Trikencana Bersinar Medan. The results showed that motivation (X2) had a positive and significant effect on employee work performance (Y) at PT Intertama Trikencana Bersinar. Where the motivation variable (X2) has a tcount of 2.511 and a ttable value of 1.658 then the value of tcount> ttable (2.511> 1.658) and a sig value. 0.00 <0.014. The results showed that competence (X3) had no positive and significant effect on employee work performance (Y) in PT Intertama Trikencana Bersinar. Where the Competency variable (X3) has a tcount of 1,498 and a ttable of 1,658 then the ttable value <ttable (1,498 <1,658) and sig. 0.00 <0.137.

<p align="justify">The objectives in this research are describe influence of commitment and compensation in partially and simultaneous on the performance of employees of PT. Dipa Pharmalab Intersains in Jakarta. This research uses a quantitative descriptive analysis. The populations in this research are the employee of PT. Dipa Pharmalab Intersains in Jakarta, while the sample using simple random sampling technique, which determines the sample, in order to obtain the total sample of 109 people. The results showed that the employee performance was predicted by commitment and compensation . In other words, commitment and compensation has been a role in increasing employee performance in the PT. Dipa Pharmalab Intersains in Jakarta. The results are proved that employee performance was simultaneous affected by commitment and compensation.</p>

This study aims to determine the internship program called PPL implemented by student of Islamic Educational Management Program at UIN Alauddin Makassar, and the relationship between the internship program and the competencies of students involved. This research is classified as field research using quantitative methods. Data were collected using a questionnaire, and analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The product-moment formula is used to test the relationship between the two variables. The results of the data analysis show that the relationship between the intership program and student competency is in a low category, or there is no relationship between the two. Therefore, it was concluded that the field experience program was not relevant to be applied for student of Islamic Educational Management Program who were not in accordance with the competencies of the students.

ABSTRAKBerdasarkan survei awal yang dilakukan di SMAN 1 Gambiran, media pembelajaran di kelas menggunakan buku ajar konvensional. Beberapa penelitian pada buku ajar menunjukkan adanya miskonsepsi pada penjelasan konsep, penyajian rumus, penulisan simbol, penggunaan satuan, penyajian gambar maupun penyajian soal. Modul merupakan salah satu sarana selain buku ajar yang dapat membantu siswa dalam menghubungkan materi pada kehidupan sehari-hari, susunan modul juga tidak hanya materi saja namun modul juga menyajikan contoh soal, ringkasan, latihan soal, dan tes formatif. Modul dapat digunakan secara mandiri dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran, sehingga siswa mampu berkembang dengan sendirinya. Pengimplementasian potensi lokal pada sarana pembelajaran juga layak dikembangkan dan memudahkan siswa untuk memahami materi yang terdapat dalam modul. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan four-D, analisis data yang digunakan terbagi menjadi tiga, yaitu validitas, kepraktisan, dan efektivitas. Teknik analisis data untuk validitas menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Pada efektivitas menggunakan ketuntasan individu dan ketuntasan belajar klasikal. Sedangkan untuk kepraktisan menggunakan analisis skala Likert lima interval secara kuantitatif. Hasil validasi menunjukkan klasifikasi sangat valid dan dapat digunakan sebagai bahan ajar. Hasil respon siswa mendapatkan persentase 75,6% dengan kriteria praktis. Hasil efektivitas diperoleh dari ketuntasan belajar klasikal yang mencapai 86,67% dengan kriteria sangat baik. Modul pengembangan dinyatakan valid, praktis dan efektif. Kata kunci: modul; potensi lokal; validitas; kepraktisan; efektivitas. ABSTRACTBased on the initial survey conducted at SMAN 1 Gambiran, the learning media in the classroom uses conventional textbooks. Several studies on textbooks show that there are misconceptions in explaining concepts, presenting formulas, writing symbols, using units, presenting images and presenting questions. The module is a tool other than textbooks that can help students relate material to everyday life. The module arrangement is not only material but also provides sample questions, summaries, practice questions, and formative tests. Modules can be used independently in achieving learning objectives, so that students are able to develop on their own. The implementation of local potential in learning facilities is also worth developing and making it easier for students to understand the material contained in the module. This study uses a four-D development model, the data analysis used is divided into three, namely validity, practicality, and effectiveness. Data analysis techniques for validity using quantitative descriptive analysis. On the effectiveness of using individual mastery and classical learning completeness. As for the practicality of using a Likert scale analysis of five intervals quantitatively. The validation results show the classification is very valid and can be used as teaching materials. The results of student responses get a percentage of 75.6% with practical criteria. The results of the effectiveness obtained from classical learning completeness which reached 86.67% with very good criteria. The development module is declared valid, practical and effective. Keywords: module; local potencial; validity; practicality; effectiveness.

<p><em>Companies with good financial performance will produce maximum profits so that they have a high return on investment. The purpose of this study is to prove and explain the effect of profitability (ROA), leverage (DER), and inflation partially to PBV of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), as well as the effect of profitability (ROA), leverage (DER), and inflation simultaneously to PBV at food and beverage companies listed on the IDX. The data used in the study are secondary data, in the form of audited financial statements of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The study population was 10 food and beverage companies listed on the IDX in 2012 - 2017 with the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The analysis was carried out with quantitative descriptive analysis techniques using IBM SPSS 21. The results of data analysis showed that partially ROA had a significant effect on PBV, DER and inflation partially had no significant effect on PBV. Simultaneously ROA, DER, and inflation have a significant influence on the PBV of food and beverage companies listed on the IDX.</em></p>
