Abstrak Pelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi program Gerakan Sekolah Menyenangkan (GSM) dalam mengatasi bullying di SMP N 2 Sleman. Aspek yang diteliti meliputi impementasi program GSM secara umum, kegiatan program GSM dan faktor pendukung dan penghambat impementasi program tersebut dalam mengatasi bullying. Penelitian ini mengacu konsep impementasi kebijakan Van Metter dan Van HornPenelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskripstif. Subjek penelitian ini meliputi kepala sekolah, guru bimbingan konseling, guru tim GSM dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data , reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi tersebut sesuai dengan teori van metter dan van horn yang terdiri dari standar dan sasaran, sumber daya, karakteristik organisasi, disposisi, hubungan antar organisasi dan kondisi lingkungan berjalan dengan baik dan semestinya. Kegiatan program GSM dalam mengatasi bullying adalah kegiatan sosialisasi, circle time, pagi berbagi, hearing, dan beberapa penerapan zona kelas. Faktor yang mendukung keberhasilan GSM di SMP N 2 Sleman adalah dukungan dari semua elemen sekolah dan faktor penghambat program GSM adalah masih ada beberapa guru dan siswa yang belum beradaptasi dengan adanya program tersebut. Kata kunci : program, Gerakan sekolah Menyenangkan (GSM), bullying Abstract This research aims to describe the implementation of the Fun School Movement (GSM) program in dealing with bullying in SMP N 2 Sleman. Aspects studied in the implementation of fun school movement program activities and supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of this program. this research to the concept of Van Metter and Van Horn policy implementation.This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The subjects of this study include the principal, counseling guidance teacher, GSM team teacher and students. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the implementation was in accordance with the van metter and van horn theory which consisted of standards and targets, resources, organizational characteristics, dispositions, relations between organizations and environmental conditions running well and properly. GSM program activities in dealing with bullying are socialization activities, circle time, morning sharing, hearing, and some class zone applications. The factors that support the success of GSM in SMP N 2 Sleman are the support of all elements of the school and the inhibiting factors of the GSM program are there are still some teachers and students who have not adapted to the existence of the program. Keywords: programs, Fun school movements (GSM), bullying

The objectives of this study are: (1) thematic learning planning in Raudhatul Athfal Rahmat Islamiyah Medan, (2) implementation of thematic learning in improving children's cognitive and language development in Raudhatul Athfal Rahmat Islamiyah Medan, (3) evaluation of thematic learning in Raudhatul Athfal Rahmat Islamiyah Medan , and (4) supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of thematic learning in Raudhatul Atfhal Rahmat Islamiyah Medan. This research method is qualitative conducted at Raudhatul Atfhal Rahmat Islamiyah Medan. Instrument data collection is done by interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used Miles and Huberman models, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The research findings show: (1) Thematic learning planning conducted by Raudhatul Atfhal Rahmat Islamiyah Medan teacher by preparing the learning implementation plan at the beginning of the semester by referring to the applicable Raudhatul Atfhal curriculum, (2) implementing thematic learning at Raudhatul Atfhal Rahmat Islamiyah The terrain is done with varied learning methods by using various kinds of games such as remembering names, achievement games, motion games, construction games and also playing roles, (3) evaluation of learning on thematic learning at Raudhatul Atfhal Rahmat Islamiyah Medan by giving a portfolio, in this case evaluated changes in behavior, children can also experience cognitive and language improvement after participating in the thematic learning process, and (4) there are supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of thematic learning but the obstacles can still be well addressed.

The purpose of this study was to determine the inhibiting factors and forms of empowerment of corn farmers by Stakeholders in nagari Kataping Kecamatan Batang Anai Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. The backround of this research is that there are still many nagari Kataping communities who do not yet know how to process corn after harvest. This research uses qualitative research methods with descriptive type. The technique of this research is purposive sampling. The informants of this guidelines the form of structured questions and documentation. Data validity test in this study uses data source triangulation techniques because the comparison and back-checking of the degree of information obtained through different sources. Data analysis techniques throught three stages, namely the stage of data reduction, the stage of data presentation, and the stage of drawing conclusions. The results of this study are the forms of empowerment of corn farmers by Stakeholders and the inhibiting factors for the cultivation of corn farmers by Stakeholders in the nagari Kataping Kecamatan Batang Anai Kabupaten Padang Pariaman.

The purpose of this study was to find out the value of religious character in the school environment in class IV SDN NO 20 / I Jembatan Mas. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The implementation of this research was in SD Negeri 20 / I Jembatan Mas. Administratively it entered the Pemayung District of Batanghari Regency. Data collection is done by observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques are done by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The conclusion of this study is the role of the teacher in planting religious character in the school environment for fourth grade students SDN No.20 / I Jembatan Mas has sought to maximize using the role as an educator while acting as a teacher, both inside and outside the class and has been categorized well. By means of spending time to pray in congregation with discipline and discipline in the mosque, good manners to speak between students, students and teachers, dressing close to genitals, cultivating smiles, greetings and greetings, pairing the work of students in the form of photos and motto containing messages religious values. but it is expected that the need for participation is not only from the implementation but also the support of the role of the family and the community around the students need to be considered. In religious values ​​can also be contained in the form of; the spirit of sacrifice, caring for others, helping each other, the behavior of the tradition of prayer in congregation, love to pray, diligent study and other noble behavior.

Abstract A disciplinary offense is a set of behaviors of a person who exhibits disobedience and non-compliance with the rules, the order of norms of life prevailing in the absence of an inner awareness to achieve the learning objectives. The purpose of this study is to determine the causal factors behind the class XII SMA ‘X’ Batam students violated the discipline.This research was conducted using qualitative method with descriptive research type. In this research data collection is done by interview, observation and documentation. This study uses three components of data analysis techniques, the three components of data analysis used are data reduction, data presentation and verification or data deduction.Based on the data analysis found, the results showed that the students of class XII committed disciplinary offenses caused by several factors: 1) late school due to (a) sleeping late at night, (b) Conventional phase. 2) parenting patterns are due to (a) busy parents (b) low level of education (c) careless parents. 3) transfer students. 4) lack of motivation 5) learning methods that are less varied 6) truancy behavior due to (a) self (b) non-social environment. Keywords : discipline, adolescent, moral theory Kolhberg Abstrak Pelanggaran disiplin merupakan serangkaian perilaku seseorang yang menunjukkan ketidaktaatan dan ketidakpatuhan terhadap peraturan, tata tertib norma kehidupan yang berlaku karena tidak adanya kesadaran dari dalam dirinya untuk mencapai tujuan belajar. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab yang melatarbelakangi siswa kelas XII SMA Harapan Batam melakukan pelanggaran disiplin.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Dalam penelitian ini penguumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga komponen teknik analisis data, tiga komponen analisis data yang dipergunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi atau penyimpulan data.Berdasarkan analisis data yang ditemukan, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa kelas XII melakukan pelanggaran disiplin disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor yaitu 1) terlambat sekolah disebabkan karena (a) tidur larut malam, (b) Fase konvensional. 2) pola asuh orang tua disebabkan karena (a) orang tua yang sibuk (b) rendahnya tingkat pendidikan (c) orang tua yang kurang peduli. 3) siswa pindahan. 4) kurang motivasi 5) metode belajar yang kurang bervariasi 6) perilaku membolos disebabkan karena (a) diri sendiri (b) lingkungan non sosial. Kata kunci : disiplin, remaja, tahapan moral

This study aimed to describe the happiness of couples with a marriage age above 50 years. The informants consisted of two pairs of husband and wife with a marriage age above 50 years. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive analysis approach. Data collection techniques in this study used observation and interviews with data analysis techniques consisting of data codification, triangulation, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of the study show that married couples feel happy shown by having an attitude of gratitude and sincerity for all that is owned or through it from young to old age. The two pairs of subjects believed that in carrying out human life, God's protection was needed and there was God's intervention so that the desire to draw closer to God was stronger in the two pairs of subjects. The factors that influence the happiness of a married couple are (a) the purpose of marriage (b) commitment (c) communication (d) romanticism (e) utilization of time together with spouse (f) religion.

This study aims to determine the supervisor's performance and the creativity of the Islamic Religious Education teachers at SMAN Sinjai Regency. This research used qualitative research. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, data collection using descriptive exploratory analysis techniques, and inductive qualitative methods. The result was found that the supervisor's performance in the preparation of supervisor program planning had been compiled in an accurate manner and the implementation of supervisor supervision had been implemented in the field continuously. PAI teacher creativity in SMA Negeri Sinjai Regency has increased through several programs that have been carefully prepared by supervisors. The supporting factors for supervisors in increasing the creativity of PAI teachers are the existence of supervisory standardization arrangements and the presence of collectors. As for the inhibiting factors for supervisors, namely the number of target schools that are too many, the busyness of the supervisors outside the supervision program, the number of supervisors is still low, and the teacher's perception of supervision activities is still not good.

The objective of this research is to know audit auditor's performance in Governmental tasks, functions, authority, roles and responsibilities in Takalar District and to know the supporting and inhibiting factors of implementing integrity auditor integrity pact in improving supervision performance of Takalar Regency Government. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative by using flow, interview, and documentation. Then data analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation, and deduction of conclusions. The results of research that states that the implementation of the functions, tasks, roles, and responsibilities of operational controls become more controlled morally and ethically, is found with the commitment of the leadership to follow up the personnel problem in order to improve the performance of employees, this commitment is also built at the level of aparaturur both the level of leadership and subordinates to support the integrity exercise pact at the Takalar District inspectorate. While the inhibiting factors are less assertive punishment or loss when dilaktusitas are included other than other inhibiting factors ie there are some items in the statement of integrity pact that is difficult to mention as appropriate and appropriate to the law. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi pakta integritas auditor inspektorat dalam tugas, fungsi, wewenang, peran dan tanggung jawab pengawasan Pemerintahan di Kabupaten Takalar dan mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat implementasi pakta integritas auditor inspektorat dalam meningkatkan kinerja pengawasan Pemerintahan Kabupaten Takalar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan istrumen observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Kemudian teknik analisa data melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi pakta integritas dari aspek fungsi, tugas, peran, dan tanggungjawab menunjukkan pengawasan penyelenggaraan pemerintahan menjadi lebih terkontrol secara moril dan etika, ditemukan adanya komitmen pimpinan untuk menindaklanjuti masalah kepegawaian dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, komitmen ini juga terbangun ditingkatan aparaturur baik tingkat pimpinan maupun bawahan untuk mendukung pakta implementasi integritas pada instansi inspektorat Kabupaten Takalar. Sementara faktor penghambat yakni kurang tegasnya sanksi atau hukuman bila pakta integritas dilanggar selain itu faktor penghambat lainnya yaitu terdapat beberapa item dalam pernyataan pakta integritas yang sulit diidentifikasi pelanggaran seperti bersikap jujur dan kepatuhan terhadap undang-undang

This study aimed at determining the implementation of Islamic values in the recruitment process (Case Study at University of Muhammadiyah Malang-UMM). This research applied qualitative method through a phenomenological approach. The informants of this study were (1) University Leaders; (2) Employees. Further, the data collected were analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques, namely: Data Reduction, Data Presentation, and Conclusion Drawing. The results of this study indicated that the recruitment process at UMM: 1) in accordance with Islamic values sourced from the Qur'an and Hadith; 2) UMM leaders have accomplished the mandate that was showed in selecting employees and establishing the law fairly according to Q.S. An Nisa [4]: 58 and Q.S. Al Maidah [5]: 8. UMM Leaders appoint the most worthy and appropriate employees as in Q.S. An Nisaa [4]: 59; 4) UMM leaders choose employees of the highest quality selectively in accordance with the words of the Prophet Muhammad in HR. Baihaqi; 5) UMM Leaders choose capable and trustworthy employees according to Q.S. Al Anfaal [8]: 27.

This study aims to describe the independence of student learning and inhibiting factors in online learning in grade III SDN Dayeuhluhur CBM. This study use the descriptive qualitative research methods. The subject used in this study were the teacher and representatives of class III students. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use the stages of data reduction, data presentation and conclusions or verification. The result of this study is the independence of student learning in online learning in grade III SDN Dayeuhluhur CBM is quite well developed although there are still some students who lack confidence, active, disciplined and responsible for learning. The inhibiting factors that cause students to not be independent in the online learning is the emergence of boredom because they do not interact directly with the teacher, limited handphones used in online learning and still using parents handphone, fast quota runs out, unstable network, parents who are busy working and students lack understanding of the material. Due to several inhibiting factors in online learning, teachers have difficulty determining assessment and only rely on attendance in task collection.

This research is aimed to know organizing training by Kelompok Penyanyi Jalanan (KPJ) Bengkulu City. The subjects of this research are four people, that is Andi as chairman of the KPJ Bengkulu City, Nita as a member of the KPJ Bengkulu City, Herman and Heri as a street child who was fostered by KPJ Bengkulu City. The method used in this research is qualitative method. The technique of collecting data used interview, observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques used data reduction, data presentation and conclusion retractation. The validity check used triangulation technique which starts from the triangulation of subject, triangulation of time and triangulation of technic.  From research result, Organizing carried out by the Kelompok Penyanyi Jalanan (KPJ) Bengkulu City has been carried out.
