ABSTRAKManajemen sumber daya manusia adalah suatu bidang manajemen khusus yang mempelajari hubungandan peranan manusia dalam suatu organisasi. Manusia adalah tenaga kerja yang bekerja dalam suatuperusahaan. Salah satu faktor suatu pendidikan bisa berkembang adalah adanya manajemen sumber dayamanusia yang baik dan sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam. Dengan adanya sumber daya manusia yang berkualitasakan dapat berpengaruh pada proses dan kemajuan yang lebih baik dalam bidang pendidikan tersebut.Meningkatkan sumber daya manusia menjadi semakin penting untuk institusi yang digunakan untukmendapatkan kontrol yang lebih baik melalui lembaga mereka sendiri. Lembaga harus menunjukkan bahwamereka mampu memberikan pendidikan yang berkualitas untuk pelajar. Untuk setiap institusi, kualitas adalahagenda dan kualitas utama perbaikan adalah tugas yang paling penting. Salah satu yang harus di perhatikandalam Manajemen sumber daya manusia di Indonesia ini adalah peningkatan kualitas mutu pendidikan dengantujuan untuk mengubah institusi yang mengoperasikannya menjadi tim yang tulus, tanpa konflik dan persainganinternal, untuk mencapai satu tujuan, yaitu untuk kemajuan pendidikan yang lebih baik.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Perencanaan sumber daya untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikanseleksi dan orientasi, serta penempatan sumber daya manusia secara profesional. Pelaksanaan sumber dayadilakukan dengan kegiatan pendidikan, pelatihan dan pengembangan sumber daa manusia yang berperan dalampeningkatan mutu pendidikan yang berkualitas sesuai nilai-nilai islam.Kata kunci: Manajemen, Sumber Daya Manusia, Peningkatan dan Kualitas mutu pendidikanAbstractHuman resource management is a specialized management field that studies the relationships and roles ofhumans in an organization. Humans are workers who work in a company. One of the factors that can developeducation is the existence of good and appropriate human resource management in accordance with Islamicvalues. With the existence of quality human resources will be able to influence the process and better progress inthe field of education. Increasing human resources is becoming increasingly important for institutions that areused to gain better control through their own institutions. Institutions must show that they are able to providequality education for students. For each institution, quality is the agenda and the main quality of improvement isthe most important task. One of the things that must be considered in human resource management in Indonesiais to improve the quality of education with the aim of changing the institutions that operate it into a sincereteam, without conflict and internal competition, to achieve a goal, namely for the betterment of education.The results of this study indicate that: Planning resources to improve the quality of education selection andorientation, as well as the placement of human resources in a professional manner. The implementation ofresources is carried out through educational activities, training and development of human resources that play arole in improving the quality of quality education in accordance with Islamic values.Keywords: Management, Human Resources, Improvement and Quality of education quality

As an effort to improve the quality of human resources, the development of human resources was important for the goverment to focus on improving the quality of education by provision learning processes with quality education personnel. This article aimed to discussed the principle management of educational staff of the Al-Qur'an perspective. This research was literature studies, namely by examining journals, books, research reports. The result showed that : (1) the Principle of Tawheed, covering the principle of unity of direction and unity of command; (2) Principles of justice and prosperity; (3) The principle of deliberation; (4) Principles of efficiency, effectiveness and productivity; (5) Disilpin principle, integrity and loyalty; (6) The principle of division of authority and responsibility; (7) Principle of Ukhuwah. An understanding of the management principle of the Al-Qur'an perspective in the management of Islamic education institutions will be able to contribute positively, including planning of education personnel, the process of recruitment, selection and placement, and the development of education personnel. This paper discusses human resource management from an education quality perspective. This study aims to find out the description of human resources in building the quality of education. This study applies descriptive qualitative. Data source from Madrasah principals, heads of administration, head of curriculum and evaluation, and educators. Data collection method by interviewing the participants. The instrument of this study uses interview guidelines. Data analysis were carried out through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that human resources in the Madrasah Aliyah IMMIM Makassar Modern Islamic Boarding School were in the good category. The reality of the quality of education shows very satisfying results, it is categorized in very good. The implication of this study is that it is hoped that it can become information and reference about the need to review the activities of human resource management in developing the quality of education, primarily from the perspective of internal customers consisting of educators and education personnel as "motor" all activities of madrasah and not just factors of production but also assets that need attention. The reality of the implementation of human resource management in several schools and madrasah needs to be evaluated more intensively to find out more about the potential advantages and disadvantages and limitations of each school or madrasah.

The head of the madrasa is a leader who has a big responsibility to be able to improve the quality of education in an educational institution. The quality of the institution's education will be able to improve if the head of the madrasa is able to carry out tasks and work properly in accordance with the principal functions of leadership. The leadership function that must be possessed by the head of the madrasa includes Idealism, intellectual, caring and charisma. Improving the quality of education is one of the efforts that can be made to develop human resources for national development. Quality education institutions can be seen from three things, namely input (resources owned), process and output (graduates). The government continues to improve the education sector with various steps, one of which is by making regular curriculum improvements, such as the change from the level of education to the 2013 curriculum. Terkait Peta Mutu pendidikan di Provinsi Kep. Bangka Belitung bahwa Penguatan SDM untuk dapat mengawal implementasi PMP masih sangat dibutuhkan, terutama untuk pengembangan kemampuan fasilitator daerah untuk meningkatkan mutu proses pembelajaran. Pemetaan mutu pendidikan harus dijaga kontinuitasnya sehingga dapat dipelajari perubahan mutu sekolah dari waktu ke waktu.

The challenges of future life have not been answered without any desire to make changes. These changes can be made by way of continuous improvement. Today the superiority of a nation is no longer identified with the abundance of natural resources available, but rather the superiority of its human resources, because the quality of human resources contributes positively to the quality of education. The quality of education is often assessed with good conditions, conditions that are met, as well as a complete component in education. These components are inputs, processes, outputs, education personnel, facilities and infrastructure, as well as costs.The discussion in this paper is based on facts in a society that is already aware of education. The implementation of the concepts and theories of the quality of education were analyzed using four elements contained in the quality theory, namely: Setting Standards, Mentoring Performance, Correcting for Deviation, and New Standards; which are the four researchers' reference in analyzing the concepts and theories of quality in their implementation in Unit 6 Great Child Reading Les Yogyakarta. Data collected using three methods, namely observation, interviews and documentation. Then it is packaged in a descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study indicate that the Great Children Reading classes, especially unit 6 Yogyakarta, have tried to implement the concept of quality education
