This paper aims to provide an understanding that Christian Education teachers have a significant role in improving the quality of education and the future of national morality. The development of globalization and modernization makes teachers must be ready and contribute in preparing the nation's young generation in entering the era of globalization and modernization. At least there are two roles that must be possessed by the Christian Religious Education teacher, namely participating in realizing quality education and maintaining the nation's morality. With this writing, it is expected that every Christian Education teacher will become more aware and more enthusiastic in carrying out his duties and vocation as a teacher of Christian Religious Education.

Abstrak. Human resource development demands from time to time are increasing. Therefore education services must be able to keep up with these developments. Besides family and school, the community has its own role in education. The role of the community in madrasah education must be carried out jointly to improve the quality of education. So the role in education is not only educators but also the community must contribute to improving the quality of education for the betterment of the nation. Therefore, the community has an important role in achieving a quality education goal. Education as a process requires synergy between components and requires an understanding of the vision of all stakeholders involved. Support from the community is very necessary for the implementation of good education because of the community so that madrasas will become more qualified, because of the support from the community, of course the progress of the madrasa will be reaped through the future of children in the future by involving their role in improving the quality of education services which include planning, supervision and evaluation of education programs including the field of religious education. The government continues to improve the education sector with various steps, one of which is by making regular curriculum improvements, such as the change from the level of education to the 2013 curriculum. Changes in the curriculum to 2013 curriculum, among others, to meet the golden generation of Indonesia. If changes are made, it is hoped that the young generation in the future will be able to realize the ideals of Indonesian education. with the low quality of education of the population, it will also affect the low competitiveness of the workforce of the Bangka Belitung Islands Province in the labor market both the labor market in this area itself and the labor market outside the region. Related to the education quality map in the province of Kep. Bangka Belitung as Strengthening HR to be able to oversee the implementation of PMP is still very much needed, especially for the development of the capacity of local facilitators to improve the quality of the learning process. Perubahan kurikulum menjadi kurikulum 2013, antara lain dimaksudkan untuk menyongsong generasi emas Indonesia. Jika perubahan kurikulum ini dilakukan, maka diharapkan generasi muda di masa depan akan dapat mewujudkan cita-cita pendidikan bangsa Indonesia. dengan kualitas pendidikan penduduk yang rendah, akan menyebabkan juga rendahnya daya saing tenaga kerja Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung dalam pasar kerja baik pasar kerja di daerah ini sendiri maupun pasar kerja di luar daerah. Terkait Peta Mutu pendidikan di Provinsi Kep. Bangka Belitung bahwa Penguatan SDM untuk dapat mengawal implementasi PMP masih sangat dibutuhkan, terutama untuk pengembangan kemampuan fasilitator daerah untuk meningkatkan mutu proses pembelajaran. Pemetaan mutu pendidikan harus dijaga kontinuitasnya sehingga dapat dipelajari perubahan mutu sekolah dari waktu ke waktu.

The Future

A good society can be seen by the positive characteristics displayed by its people. A person with positive characteristic is a product of a good quality of education. It is said that education quality is influenced by the quality of teachers. Low-qualified teachers are mostly related with the system of teacher development and the low-qualified institutions whose aim is to educate the future teachers. This article discusses the orientation of teacher education that has been programmed by government for several years. It is listed in 10 basic competences of professional teacher. The program of certification as the professional guarantee is also one of parts of this article. It can be assumed that to solve any kinds of educational problems, the renewal of orientation in developing education paradigm is highly needed. Masyarakat yang baik hanya dapat dibentuk dengan menampilkan individu-individu dengan karakter baik. Individu yang berkarakter baik dapat dibentuk melalui pendidikan yang berkualitas. Sedangkan, kualitas pendidikan banyak dipengaruhi oleh kualitas guru. Rendahnya kualitas guru banyak berkaitan dengan pola pengembangan guru dan banyaknya lembaga pendidikan berkualitas rendah yang menghasilkan guru. Artikel ini membahas orientasi pendidikan guru yang dicanangkan pemerintah beberapa tahun ini. Program-program tersebut tercakup dalam 10 kompetensi dasar untuk profesionalisme guru. Program sertifikasi sebagai penjamin juga menjadi salah satu bahasan di sini. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa untuk menyelesaikan masalah-masalah pendidikan, pembaharuan orientasi dalam pengembangan paradigma pendidikan sangat dibutuhkan.

ABSTRAKManajemen sumber daya manusia adalah suatu bidang manajemen khusus yang mempelajari hubungandan peranan manusia dalam suatu organisasi. Manusia adalah tenaga kerja yang bekerja dalam suatuperusahaan. Salah satu faktor suatu pendidikan bisa berkembang adalah adanya manajemen sumber dayamanusia yang baik dan sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam. Dengan adanya sumber daya manusia yang berkualitasakan dapat berpengaruh pada proses dan kemajuan yang lebih baik dalam bidang pendidikan tersebut.Meningkatkan sumber daya manusia menjadi semakin penting untuk institusi yang digunakan untukmendapatkan kontrol yang lebih baik melalui lembaga mereka sendiri. Lembaga harus menunjukkan bahwamereka mampu memberikan pendidikan yang berkualitas untuk pelajar. Untuk setiap institusi, kualitas adalahagenda dan kualitas utama perbaikan adalah tugas yang paling penting. Salah satu yang harus di perhatikandalam Manajemen sumber daya manusia di Indonesia ini adalah peningkatan kualitas mutu pendidikan dengantujuan untuk mengubah institusi yang mengoperasikannya menjadi tim yang tulus, tanpa konflik dan persainganinternal, untuk mencapai satu tujuan, yaitu untuk kemajuan pendidikan yang lebih baik.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Perencanaan sumber daya untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikanseleksi dan orientasi, serta penempatan sumber daya manusia secara profesional. Pelaksanaan sumber dayadilakukan dengan kegiatan pendidikan, pelatihan dan pengembangan sumber daa manusia yang berperan dalampeningkatan mutu pendidikan yang berkualitas sesuai nilai-nilai islam.Kata kunci: Manajemen, Sumber Daya Manusia, Peningkatan dan Kualitas mutu pendidikanAbstractHuman resource management is a specialized management field that studies the relationships and roles ofhumans in an organization. Humans are workers who work in a company. One of the factors that can developeducation is the existence of good and appropriate human resource management in accordance with Islamicvalues. With the existence of quality human resources will be able to influence the process and better progress inthe field of education. Increasing human resources is becoming increasingly important for institutions that areused to gain better control through their own institutions. Institutions must show that they are able to providequality education for students. For each institution, quality is the agenda and the main quality of improvement isthe most important task. One of the things that must be considered in human resource management in Indonesiais to improve the quality of education with the aim of changing the institutions that operate it into a sincereteam, without conflict and internal competition, to achieve a goal, namely for the betterment of education.The results of this study indicate that: Planning resources to improve the quality of education selection andorientation, as well as the placement of human resources in a professional manner. The implementation ofresources is carried out through educational activities, training and development of human resources that play arole in improving the quality of quality education in accordance with Islamic values.Keywords: Management, Human Resources, Improvement and Quality of education quality

The Asean Economic Community is currently taking place in Asean countries in various forms of cooperation which can be seen in various fields such as Economy, Education, Services, Labor and Trade. This is an opportunity as well as a challenge for every nation involved in it and especially for the Indonesian people. Opportunities and challenges must be addressed and faced immediately. If not, the consequences can be detrimental and not beneficial. Improving the quality of good education must be owned by the nation's children in facing the AEC as the key to success. Various polemics may occur as a result of the Asean Economic Community. In response to this, the Christian Religious Education (CHRISTIAN EDUCATION) curriculum really needs to be developed properly in order to be able to form a young generation of Christians who are able to compete competitively by having the ability to adapt without destroying their Christian faith. This research was carried out with descriptive qualitative methods to display comprehensive information so that give accurate information in accordance with the topic raised.

Accreditation aims for the government to control and guarantee the quality of education. Accreditation is one form of government public accountability for the quality of PAUD and PNF programs and units in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia. By getting the results of an ongoing education quality map, the government can develop the coaching programs that are needed even as well as the controls that need to be carried out so that the participants in the field of education participate in efforts to provide good quality education services. In submitting accreditation, PAUD and PNF institutions are required to use the SISPENA Application.

Supervisors are one of the most important elements in ensuring the quality of madrasah education. Therefore, the duty of the supervisor have to be in accordance with the work program about the quality of education in the madrasah is in accordance with the standards set by the madrasah. The maximum implementation of supervisory to the academic supervision will help the quality of madrasah education to be achieved. This study aims to determine the academic supervisory competence of madrasah supervisors, the quality of madarasah education, and the relation of academic supervisory competence and the quality of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah education in the Sub-district of West Ungaran Barat, Semarang District.This study used the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. And the data analysis used flow flows. The conclusion of this study was that the academic supervision competence of the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah supervisor has been carried out but has not been maximally in accordance with the supervisor's work program. While, the education quality of MI Nyatnyono 2 and MI Lerep in the process standards and results have not been maximized. And the relations of the supervisors' academic competency supervision and MI (Madrasah Ibtidaiyah) quality education are associative relations in the form of cooperation, accommodation and supervisory associations in conducting academic supervision in the MI so that the quality of MI education in standard processes and results can be carried out even though it is not maximized.

This research was carried out to study the head teachers’ perception in terms of teacher in the promotion of quality education and about those characteristics which make them different from other facilities that bring quality in education. Quality of education is the major concern of any country and preparing quality teachers is the prime importance in many countries. In this connection quality of teacher cannot be ignored. This study explores the quality characteristics of teachers through literature review that influence the quality of education. In response to the need of quality teacher, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa review and developed Teacher Education Strategy (TES 2013-2018) to improve the quality of teacher in the province. In this regard two districts were taken to know the perception of head teachers of primary public schools in the province. A five point likert scale questionnaire was developed to know the perception of 108 head teachers in two districts Swat and Tank of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Pakistan.

The demand of quality education the more days pass more gain strength. This phenomenon appear along with the condition of peoples needs growing rapidly. That indispensable priscipal professional, were able to establish that the quality of education quality and considered superior public interest. The focus of this study are three things, that is: a) principal behavior in the build quality of education. b) strategy principals in building the quality of education. to answer the focus of the study, the researchers used a qualitative approach, nid of case studies. Methods of data collection use include: a) deep interview. b) oservation. c) study documentation. Data from the three techniques are organized, interpreted, and analyzed repeatedly. To avoid mistakes, then held data validity checking using the method of: a) triangulation between data sources, comparing data from interviews. b) checking the accuracy of information to the informant. c) discuss and consult data by the competent authorities. The results of this study found: 1) behavior of the principals in building a quality of education that is: a) motivate. b) establish good communation and warm. c) in volve all members of the school, and example to the school community in an effort to build the quality of education. 2) strategy principal in building the quality of education that is: a) build a strong team work and soulid. b) build a family. c) to support and facilitate teachers in the development of quality and competene. d) the division of duties and performance to match the capabilities of each subordinate. e) working closely with other agencies. f) to collaoration with the mass media. g) having a clear quality targets.
