The article compares psycho-physiological indicators of an elite athlete in karate - the champion of the Deaflympics and healthy, highly qualified athletes. The researched indicators were: work efficiency, degree of employment, mental stability, time of simple reaction to a moving object, reaction to a moving object, frequency of movements, the reaction time of choice, Romberg test, concentration and switching of attention according to the Bourdon test. For the analysis, 24 measurements of psycho-physiological indicators of the researched sportswoman were compared with corresponding indicators of highly skilled healthy karate girls, 29 people in total. The measurements of the studied athlete’s indicators were performed during the annual macrocycle at the beginning of a series of shock microcycles, which meant that she was in her optimal physical and psychological shape. It was found that the studied karate person has an invalid type of nervous system, which is not typical for this sport. Work efficiency, speed of work and mental stability also differ in favour of healthy karate women.

This monograph summarizes the results of the Conference on Neurological Disability as a National Problem held at Arden House, Harriman, New York, in December, 1955. It was attended by more than 50 highly qualified specialists with various interests in the field who met to explore the realistic possibilities of meeting the problems posed by more than 10 million patients suffering from more than 300 clinical entities loosely grouped together as "neurologic disabilities." Neurologic disabilities are defined as those disorders which are associated demonstrably with dysfunction, disease, or injury of the nervous system, the brain, the spinal cord, and the peripheral neuromuscular connections.

The activation of the sympathetic nervous system plays an important pathophysiological role in the development of heart failure, in particular, in the development of left ventricular insufficiency. Although high blood pressure is considered as the main determinant of structural changes in the left ventricle, sex, salt intake, obesity, diabetes, as well as neurohumoral and genetic factors can affect the mass and left ventricular geometry. The usual concept of hypertonic re-modeling. In the comparative analysis of clinical and neurological manifestations in patients with chronic cerebral ischemia and chronic heart failure with a preserved and reduced release fraction, changes in the nervous system that showed a tendency to increase the disturbances and deviations from the norm with increasing heart failure, the fraction of release and the presence of hypertensive encephalopathy In the correlation analysis, a direct correlation between the quality of life indicator and the degree of heart failure (r = 0.56), the presence of myocardial infarction in the history (r = 0.42), arterial hypertension (r = 0.33) and the presence of valvular pathology the heart (r = 0.31) and the inverse correlation dependence on the indicator of the left ventricular ejection fraction (r = -0.69). A comparative analysis of correlation relationships indicates a reliable clinical and social significance of the left ventricular ejection fraction in patients with chronic cerebral ischemia and chronic heart failure.

According to the results of the analysis of scientific-methodical, special and reference literature (monitoring of Internet sources) it is established, that the issue of analytical and statistical review (comparative analysis) of technical and tactical training of judokas and highly qualified judokas is devoted to the insufficient number of scientific and methodological works, which requires further research and emphasizes the relevance and practical component of the chosen area of scientific research. The main purpose of the study is to conduct a comparative analysis of the technical and tactical arsenal of highly qualified male and female judokas (champions and winners of the XXXII Summer Olympic Games 2020, Tokyo, Japan). In the process of research and analytical work, the following methods of theoretical research were used: axiomatic, idealization, historical and logical, convergence from the specific, formalization (mathematical and statistical), and so on. As a result of the study, members of the research group conducted a comparative analysis of the technical and tactical arsenal of highly qualified male and female judokas (champions and winners of the XXXII Summer Olympic Games 2020, Tokyo, Japan). In order to increase the effectiveness of competitive activities of Ukrainian athletes (men and women) who specialize in judo at different stages of their long-term training, it is advisable to focus the attention of leading coaches on the development of appropriate training programs (pedagogical models) that provide: perfect mastering by Judoists of theoretical aspects of current rules of judo; increasing the number and variety of attacking and defensive techniques; increasing the coefficient of reliability of technical and tactical actions (combinations); development of tactile sensitivity and coordination; formation of high psychophysical readiness for long-term competitive activity (high training loads), etc.

Aim. The article deals with studying the features of sensorimotor integration and movement coordination in elite hockey players aged 15–16. Materials and methods. A prospective longitudinal study was performed in the competitive phase of preparation. Hockey players aged 15–16 participated in the study (n = 36; attackers and defenders). The control group consisted of  16-year-old students from the college of physical education (n = 15). We performed an examination with the help of NS-PsychoTest software and hardware equipment (Russia, Neurosoft). We assessed the functional status of cortical centers of the nervous system, as well as the speed and accuracy of simple and complex eye-motor reactions. We determined the level of sensorimotor and voluntary movement coordination with the help of tremorometry. Results. Compared to peers, hockey players aged 15–16 possess a higher level of functional indicators under interference conditions (p < 0.05 in all cases) and a better indicator of the concentration of excitation (p < 0.001). Hockey players are characterized by a better speed and accuracy of reaction under interference conditions (p < 0.001 in all cases) and better reaction to a moving object (p < 0.05 in all cases). Compared to peers not-involved in sports, elite hockey players aged 15–16 are characterized by a higher level of voluntary movement coordination with a static form of muscle contraction (p < 0.01). Conclusion. The specific conditions of the competitive activity of hockey players aged 15–16 contribute to an increase in the efficiency of the central nervous system under interference conditions by improving the concentration of excitation. Sensorimotor integration of the players of this age is also distinguished by better predictive accuracy in reactions to a moving object. The parietal-premotor level of movement regulation in hockey players develops in accordance with age-related features, while specific physical loads influence the improvement of voluntary movement coordination with a static form of muscle contraction.

Detection of outliers or anomalies is one of the vital issues in pattern-driven data mining. Outlier detection detects the inconsistent behavior of individual objects. It is an important sector in the data mining field with several different applications such as detecting credit card fraud, hacking discovery and discovering criminal activities. It is necessary to develop tools used to uncover the critical information established in the extensive data. This paper investigated a novel method for detecting cluster outliers in a multidimensional dataset, capable of identifying the clusters and outliers for datasets containing noise. The proposed method can detect the groups and outliers left by the clustering process, like instant irregular sets of clusters (C) and outliers (O), to boost the results. The results obtained after applying the algorithm to the dataset improved in terms of several parameters. For the comparative analysis, the accurate average value and the recall value parameters are computed. The accurate average value is 74.05% of the existing COID algorithm, and our proposed algorithm has 77.21%. The average recall value is 81.19% and 89.51% of the existing and proposed algorithm, which shows that the proposed work efficiency is better than the existing COID algorithm.

The standardization of medicines, taking into account the considerable experience of the military medical service, is a promising direction for improving the medical supply of the health facilities of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and provides medical provision in accordance with established norms in order to fully and timely meet the needs of the medical service in the Ministry of Health for the provision of quality and effective medical care and treatment of wounded and sick. The purpose of the study was the rationale of the method of valuation and a comparative analysis of the proposed norms for supplying medicines to a military hospital and a military mobile hospital offered in the treatment of surgical personnel. A comprehensive analysis of the medical treatment of soldiers in the surgical section of the military hospital and the military mobile hospital was conducted (345 and 202 persons, respectively), the normative method of the proposed nomenclature and the number of drugs for the provision of qualified surgical care in the conditions of the military hospital and the military mobile hospital. The nomenclature of medicines under the international non-proprietary names included in the proposed list of norms for the supply of medicinal products and is intended for servicemen of a surgical profile for the needs of military hospitals and military mobile hospitals is 147 and 130 titles of medicines, respectively. In the conditions of the military hospital in the species diversity, the most represented groups are medicinal products that affect the blood system and hemopoiesis (19%), drugs that affect the nervous system (16%), antimicrobials for systemic use (15%); in the conditions of a military mobile hospital ‒ medicines affecting the blood system and hemopoiesis (23 titles), in the second place drugs affecting the nervous system (21 titles), the third means affecting the digestive system and path (19 titles). Thus, a comparative analysis of the proposed fragment of the delivery of medicines for the needs of the military hospital and the military mobile hospital with approved Temporary Settlement of Medical Assets for the provision of medical care and treatment of wounded and patients for a special period demonstrated the conformity of the nomenclature of drugs to 41% (68 INN medicines for provision of qualified surgical assistance from 167 INN medicines for providing qualified medical aid).
