The research aims to analyze the effect of product placement on word of mouth at NBL Indonesia. Population is audience of NBL Indonesia. Sample taken were 100 respondents using purpossive sampling method. Simple Linear Regression used as an analytical tool. The decline in performance has become a serious problem for many companies; due to the low level of performance is a measure that can be used as an indication of a fundamental problem in the company. This has led to increasingly fierce competition between companies. Leadership is an important aspect that can affect the performance of employees with employee discipline as an intervening variable. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership on the performance of employees with employee discipline as an intervening variable. Samples from this study are as many as 132 people out of a population of 132 employees. The sampling method using Census Sampling. Analysis of data using Simple Linear Regression, Multiple Linear Regression Models and Sobel Test. The results showed leadership and discipline positive impact and significant on employee performance, leadership positive effect and significant on employee discipline and leadership positive effect and significant on employee performance through employee discipline.

This research was aimed to find out the effect of Islamic business ethic’s perception against the behavior of Batak Moslem’s merchants in Jakarta. This research used questionmaires in primary data collection and quantitative approaches. Experiments were done using simple linear regression, where the dependent variable (Y) is behavior of Batak Moslem’s merchant and the independent variable (X) is Islamic business ethics. The research sample was taken by probability sampling with simple random sampling method. Theresearch sample was 65 Batak Moslem’s merchants who were members of KKMM in Jakarta.Based on the findings, it obtained simple linear regression equation: Y = 22,376 + 0,279X. The results of this research showed that the influence of Islamic business ethics has positive effect and signifficant against the behavior of Batak Moslem’s merchants who were members of KKMM in Jakarta.The R2 on this research showed the number 0.423, which mean that 42.3% of behavior of Batak Moslem’ merchants can be explained by the variables of Islamic business ethics. These results also explain that there are other variables were greater (57.7%) were able to explain the behavior of Batak Moslem’s merchants.

This research was aimed to find out the effect of work stress against the Islamicperformance of nursing employees part Aisyiah Bojonegoro hospital. This research used questionmaires in primary data collection and quantitative approaches.Experiments were done using simple linear regression, where the dependent variable (Y) is islamic performance and the independent variable (X) is job stress. The research sample was taken by probability sampling with simple random sampling method. The research sample was 56 employees of Aisyiah Bojonegoro hospital.Based on the findings, it obtained simple linear regression equation: Y = 5,737 + (-0,640 X). The results of this research showed that the influence of job stress has positive effect and signifficant against the Islamic performance of nursing employees Aisyiah Bojonegoro hospital. The R2 on this research showed the number 0.473, which mean that 47.3% of islamic performance can be explained by the variables of job stress.

This study discusses the influence the effectiveness of e-filing to Increase TaxpayerCompliance with Level of Security and Privacy as a variable Moderation on KPP Pratama Badung Utara. The data in this study was obtained from questionnaires distributed to taxpayers using random sampling method. Respondents were used in this study as many as 98 respondents. Hypothesis test used is simple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis. The results of this study indicate hat (1) the effectiveness of e-filing and significant positive effect on the Improvement of Taxpayer Compliance. This is proved by simple linear regression analysis obtained showed the value of R Square of 0.135. (2) Security and confidentiality can moderate (strengthen) influence the effectiveness of e-filing to increase compliance individual taxpayers registered in KPP Pratama Badung Utara. This is evidenced through the analysis performed using Moderated Regression Analysis technique that provides value R square of 0.416.

The aim of this study was to analize the effects of product quality and service quality on the customer satisfaction. This study took place in the City of Bekasi and objects in this study are all customer who use the Matrass GM-9000. Primary data was obtained from customers of Matrass GM-9000 in Bekasi City through admission filling of questionnaire by using scale of Likert. The purpose of this study was to analize the impacts of service quality and customer value on the satisfaction of customers. Questionnaires are used to collect data from Boks Café customer in Bumiayu, Kabupaten Brebes, Central java by using scale of Likert. In this study, accident sampling method was used and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that service quality and customer value positively and significant influenced the satisfaction of customers. The conclution of this study is that customer value was dominant than service quality in influencing the satisfaction of customers

Primary data was obtained from customers of Standard Chartered Bank through admission filling of questionnaire by using scale of Likert. In this study, accident sampling method was used and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that services quality and corporate image positively and significant influenced the satisfaction of customers. The conclution of this study is that services quality was dominant than corporate image in influencing the satisfaction of customers.

Research related to the effect of product turnover on the performance of companies in the industrial sector is still needed to do research and study in depth. This is needed because the developed sector, especially related to product rotation, has an important role in advancing the sustainability of the company. The research methodology in this research is descriptive quantitative using simple linear regression analysis and using SPSS v 23 and Amos v 23 software as a calculation tool through a measurement model using simple Linear Regression at 87 MSMEs in Sukabumi City. The results of this study indicate a positive effect of product turnover on the performance of Small and Medium Enterprises.

Research on the role of the APIP review of the Ministry/agency Work Plan and Budget document to determine the impact on the efficiency of ministry/agency spending (case study at the Ministry of Religion). The method used in this study uses simple linear regression with dummy. The use of linear regression is used to examine the relationship between independent variables (certain types of expenditure) and dependent variables (total expenditure). Whereas, dummy is used to find out before and after the APIP review is done. Throughout the author's search, this research has never been done. Based on the results of linear regression obtained, the APIP review significantly had a positive effect on official travel expenditure and honorarium but did not significantly affect building spending and equipment. Abstrak   Penelitian atas peran reviu APIP atas dokumen Rencana Kerja dan Anggaran Kementerian Negara/Lembaga untuk mengetahui dampaknya terhadap efisiensi belanja kementerian/lembaga (studi kasus pada Kementerian Agama). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dengan dummy. Penggunaan regresi liner digunakan untuk meneliti hubungan antara variable independen (jenis belanja tertentu) dan variable dependen (total belanja). Sedangkan, dummy digunakan untuk mengetahui sebelum dan setelah reviu APIP dilakukan. Sepanjang penelusuran penulis, penelitian ini belum pernah dilakukan. Berdasarkan hasil regresi linier diperoleh, reviu APIP signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap  belanja perjalanan dinas dan honorarium tetapi tidak signifikan berbengaruh terhadap belanja gedung dan alat.

This study aims to determine the effect of career development on the Retention of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in the Kerinci Regency Regional Secretariat, while the population and sample in this study were 68 employees. The analytical tool used in this study is a simple linear regression by conducting a regression test, the results of this study indicate that Career Development has a significant influence on the Retention of State Civil Apparatus. This is evidenced by the results of t-test where tcount> ttable (17,992> 1,677), while the amount of Career Development that is proven by Rsquare is 0.831 or (83.1%), while the remaining 16.9 %% is influenced by other variables
