Profitability is bank performance indicator that effort in certain time. Profitability is known by Return On Asset (ROA). Return On Asset (ROA) is influenced by   Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR). To improve  the influence Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) need the research. This research uses quantitative method. The population is all the BPR in  Indonesia. The population are consist of 100 BPR. Technique of sampling is used census. This research sample is 100 BPR. The data collection technique is questioner. Data is analyzed by linear regression. The results of this research shows that Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) have influence significantly to the Return On Asset (ROA). Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has not influence significantly to the Return On Asset (ROA). Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) have influence significantly to the Return On Asset (ROA).Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) is more dominant variable than Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) influences Return On Asset (ROA). So may the bank need to improve the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) because these variables have influence significantly to Return On Asset (ROA).

This research focuses on the analysis of the influence of capital structure (Capital Adequacy Ratio/ CAR) and third-party Funds (Financing to Deposit Ratio/ FDR) towards Profitability (Return on Asset/ ROA) with Troubled Financing (Non Performing Financing/ NPF), as the Intervening Variables in the Public Sharia Banking In Indonesia. The data was obtained from the Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD)and analyzed using Path Analysis with the help of AMOS programs22.The test results show some impact as follows: 1. The CAR has a positive and significant to FDR. 2. The NPF is not positive and significant to FDR. 3. The CAR is positive and significant to ROA. 4. The NPF is negative and significant to ROA. 5.The FDR is positive and significant to ROA. 6.The FDR is a significant intervening intervening variable between CAR and ROA in the form of partial mediation. 7.The FDRisasignificantandinfluential variable intervening between the NPF and ROA in the form of partial mediation. This research isexpected to be beneficial to investors, among others, and this research can be used as a consideration in making investment decisions. Also, the researchers can use this as a reference for any research related to capital structure (CAR), third-party Funds (FDR), profitability (ROA), and was the troubled Financing(NPF).

The purposes of this research were to determine the effect of the financial performance of Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia on financing, both individually and simultaneously. The performance was measured through Third Party Funds (TPF), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non-Performing Financing (NPF), and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR). These four independent variables to be tested influence on the dependent variable. This research used census method that includes all of the Islamic banks in Indonesia for observational data. Research data observation period from 2009 until 2013 a total of 11 banks. Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the data. The results of this study found that the Third Party Funds (TPF), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Financing (NPF), and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) affect the financing, both individually and simultaneously. Fluctuations in either an increase or decrease of financing that occurred in Islamic banking in Indonesia is determined by the four independent variables. That is to say, the four independent variables that have an important role in the financing of Islamic banking in Indonesia.
