Profitability is bank performance indicator that effort in certain time. Profitability is known by Return On Asset (ROA). Return On Asset (ROA) is influenced by   Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR). To improve  the influence Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) need the research. This research uses quantitative method. The population is all the BPR in  Indonesia. The population are consist of 100 BPR. Technique of sampling is used census. This research sample is 100 BPR. The data collection technique is questioner. Data is analyzed by linear regression.The results of this research shows that Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) have influence significantly to the Return On Asset (ROA). Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has not influence significantly to the Return On Asset (ROA). Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) have influence significantly to the Return On Asset (ROA).Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) is more dominant variable than Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) influences Return On Asset (ROA). So may the bank need to improve the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) because these variables have influence significantly to Return On Asset (ROA).

This research aims to analyze the financial performance of banks before and during the pandemic (COVID – 19) and to find out what benchmarks are the worst. This analysis uses the CAMEL method, that use ratio such as CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio), NPL (Non – Performing Loan), ROE (Return on Equity), BOPO (Biaya Operasional terhadap pendapatan operasional), and LDR (Loan to Deposit Ratio). This research uses quantitative method using a comparative approach, because the data used is in the form of numbers and analyzed using statistic, this study is to compare the similarities and differences of 2 or more properties and objects under study in a certain frame of mind. This study uses data from the Financial Report Publication for Quarter II 2019 – III 2020. The study population was taken from banks that have gone public on the IDX (Indonesia Stock Exchange), with a total of 43 banks. The statistical method used is descriptive statistical and paired sample t-test. The result of research from 43 banks show that there are significant differences in CAR, NPL, BOPO on bank performance before and during the pandemic, while ROE and LDR have insignificant differences on bank performance before and during the pandemic. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan bank sebelum dan selama pandemi (COVID – 19) dan mengetahui tolok ukur apa yang paling buruk. Analisis ini menggunakan metode CAMEL, rasio yang digunakan adalah CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio), NPL (Non – Performing Loan), ROE (Return on Equity), BOPO (Badan Operasional terhadap Pendapatan Operasional), dan LDR (Loan to Deposit Ratio). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan komparatif, karena data yang digunakan berupa angka – angka dan menganalisis menggunakan statistika serta penelitian ini bersifat membandingkan persamaan dan perbedaan 2 atau lebih sifat dan objek yang diteliti pada kerangka pemikiran tertentu. Penelitian ini menggunakan data Laporan Keuangan Publikasi Triwulan II 2019 – III 2020. Populasi penelitian diambil dari perbankan yang sudah go public di BEI (Bursa Efek Indonesia), dengan total 43 perbankan. Metode statistik yang digunakan adalah uji statistika deskriptif dan uji t dua sampel dependen. Hasil penelitian dari 43 perbankan menunjukkan bahwa CAR, NPL, BOPO terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan terhadap kinerja bank sebelum dan selama pandemi, sementara ROE dan LDR terdapat perbedaan yang tidak signifikan.terhadap kinerja bank sebelum dan selama pandemi.

This study aims to explain and analyze the segmentation of syllables and phonemes in command sentences using phonological studies. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. The data collection technique used was the analysis of data interpretation and the data source used came from an informant who then segmented the voice of the informant using the PRAAT application. The six data discussed in this study are: (1) images of the annotation results of sound segmentation using the PRAAT application, (2) the number of words, syllables, and syllable patterns in each sentence, (3) description of the number of phonemes in each sentence, (4) sentence duration , (5) the whole syllable, and (6) the whole phoneme. The results of this study indicate that a sentence can be analyzed and segmented using technology-based applications, from this analysis can be seen the duration, syllable, phonemes, and words. Segmentsai analysis is carried out in accordance with what the informant pronounces, so that the sound produced by the informant must be clear.

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to determine the financial performance of PT. Bank BNI Syariah. The method of collecting data in this study is documentation. documentation, namely data collection through financial statements in the form of balance sheets and profit / loss statements.  Loan Deposit Ratio (LDR) from 2015-2017 it was 89.14%, 84.01% and 78.89%.the Capital adequacy ratio and the Debt to equity ratio have been determined if the ratio produced is <50% - 75%. Return on equity have been determined to produce a ratio of> 1.5% and at BOPO ≤93.52%. From the perspective of the Capital Adequacy Ratio, in 2015-2017 the value was 38.45%, 64.84% and 38.50%By using BOPO in 2015-2017 the value was 83.21%, 80.75% and 80.91%. While the return on equity in 2015-2017 is 1.18%, 1.18% and 0.93%

Traffic Police Polresta Banjarmasin improves the public services. The public services improvement depend on The Performance. The performance is influenced by traning, competency, compensation, and work motivation. To analyzing and to know the influence  of those variables to the performance need the research in police lalu lintas Polresta Banjarmasin.  Quantitative method is used in the research. The population is all members of the police. They are 90 persons. Technique of sampling is census. This research sample  63 person. The data collection technique is questioner. Data is analyzed by linier regression analysis.    The results of this research shows that traning, competency, compensation, and work motivation have influence significantly to the performance partially. Traning, competency, compensation, and work motivation are need to improve because these variables have influence significantly to the performance improvemet

  Non-performing investment are the amounts that can not be collected by organization from clients. In Bangladesh banking sector is facing severe consequences from lack of collection of non- performing loan(non performing investment for Islamic banks).Emphasizing the significance of the subject the study is undertaken  to find out how non performing investment  effect performance of Islamic banks in Bangladesh  for five year period from 2012 to 2016.Statistical tests such as (descriptive statistics, correlation and regression analysis) are performed to find out  the effect non performing investment  have on the overall performance of Islamic banks. Correlation analysis opine negative association of non performing investment with bank performance, bank size  and capital adequacy ratio. On the other hand, regression analysis did not found any significant effect  of non performing investment with bank performance.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of work spirit on the performance of nagari apparatus in Nagari financial management in Pesisir Selatan Regency. The background of this study is due to the low work spirit of Nagari apparatus in Koto XI Tarusan and Bayang subdistrict which is still so that it has an impact on Nagari financial management that is not optimal. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with the form of associative research. The population in this study was of Nagari apparatus in Koto XI Tarusan and Bayang Subdistrict, totaling 140 respondents. The sample in this study consisted of 126 Nagari apparatus which were determined using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 5% and the sampling technique using the Proportionate Stratifed Random Sampling technique. Data collection technique in this study are using questionnaires distributed to respondents with measurement using a Likert scale. The data obtained are then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the work spirit variable (simultaneously) has a significant effect on the performance of nagari apparatus in nagari financial management with a significance value of 0,000 and the value of Adjust R Square 0.295. Thus, the influence of work spirit on the performance of nagari apparatus in managing nagari finances is 29.5%. While the remaining 70.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

This Skripsi has entitled: “Service Quality Influences the Satisfaction of the Community of Yellow Card Makers (AK-I) at the  Labor Service of Tangerang Regency. The population in this study amounted to 48.993 people from high in the hole population in the researchers used 100 people as samples to be tested, the sample used an accidental sampling of respondents in this study was the community of yellow card makers (AK-I) at the Labor Service of Tangerang Regency. In this research, the method used a quantitative method with an associative approach. The data collection technique used is literature study and field study by way of observation, questionnaire, and interview. The data obtained were analyzed using the SPSS (Statistical Product and Solution Service) for Windows Version 24 using correlation techniques and with the person product with regression testing.

This study aims to determine the profile of Islamic financial literacy in employees and customers of Baitu-l-maal wa Tamwil Darut Tauhid Bandung. This research uses descriptive quantitative method with interval formula to determine the literacy level of the respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire to 121 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the profile of Islamic financial literacy among BMT employees and customers is moderate. The employee profile has an Islamic financial level of 0.76. The profile of the level of Islamic financial literacy shows that the level of behavior towards Islamic finance among employees is not in accordance with the knowledge and attitudes of employees in managing finances. The customer profile has an Islamic financial literacy level of 0.50. The level of customer Islamic financial literacy shows that the level of customer behavior towards Islamic finance is not in accordance with the level of customer knowledge and attitudes in managing finances.

ABSTRACT   This study aims to determine how the implementation of digital marketing in MSMEs in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. The analysis in this study used descriptive quantitative method with questionnaire as the data collection technique. The population in this study were MSMEs in Sidoarjo Regency with a sample size of 32 MSMEs. Data analysis was carried out in four phases, namely editing, coding, tabulation, and data analysis. The results of the study explained that the implementation of digital marketing in the development of industry 4.0 at MSMEs in Sidoarjo Regency had not yet been implemented due to lack of training, business capital, human resources, unfulfilled development strategies, traditional business characteristics and high consulting costs. Keywords                     : Digital Marketing; MSMEs; Industrial Revolution 4.0Correspondence to       :  [email protected] ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi digital marketing pada UMKM di era Revolusi Industri 4.0. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah UMKM di Kabupaten Sidoarjo dengan jumlah sampel 32 UMKM. Analisis data dilakukan dalam empat tahap, yaitu penyuntingan, pengkodean, tabulasi, dan analisis data. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa implementasi digital marketing dalam pengembangan industri 4.0 pada UMKM di Kabupaten Sidoarjo belum terlaksana karena kurangnya pelatihan, modal usaha, sumber daya manusia, strategi pengembangan yang belum terpenuhi, karakteristik bisnis tradisional dan konsultasi yang tinggi biaya.Kata Kunci : Digital Marketing; UMKM; Revolusi Industri 4.0
