We examined the role of causal attributions of sport consumers in the formation of emotions and satisfaction judgment. Participants were 165 students at a large university in the southeastern United States. Through a series of hierarchical regression analyses, their attribution processes were found to be an important antecedent of their consumption emotions. Specifically, internal causes that related to the game outcome (e.g., internal control and stability) had a significant positive impact on their feelings of pride and a significant negative effect on their shame, whereas external control had a significant positive impact on their anger and a significant negative effect on their feelings of gratitude. Thus, both internal control and stability appeared to be the most influential causal attribution dimensions in predicting consumer satisfaction with the outcome of a game. From a practical perspective, marketing campaigns emphasizing a sporting team's season-long stability may enhance sport consumers' satisfaction.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to explore the role of training satisfaction as a predictor of organisational citizenship behaviour (OCB) and turnover intention. The study further examines the mediating role of OCB between training satisfaction and turnover intention. Design/methodology/approach Data were collected from 409 Malaysian oil and gas (O&G) sector employees. Partial least squares structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) was used to test the hypotheses in the research model using SmartPLS 3.0. Findings This study highlights the significant positive impact of training satisfaction on OCB and the negative effect on turnover intention. Contrary to expectations, OCB proved to be neither a predictor of turnover intention nor a mediator in the model. Practical implications Although the main aim of this study was to test the theoretically driven hypotheses, the findings have a number of valuable implications for organisations. This study suggests that O&G organisations should focus on increasing employee satisfaction with training to maximise desired workplace attitudes and behaviours. Originality/value This is the first study to explore the causal links between training satisfaction, OCB and turnover intention. Although it has been observed in the past that training does not directly influence turnover intention, the present study indicates that training satisfaction significantly influences turnover intention. Further, this study unexpectedly found no direct relationship between OCB and turnover intention. Also, OCB was not a significant mediator in the present study. These unexpected findings open new avenues for future research, thus representing an important contribution of the present study.

This study aimed to examine the effect of customer satisfaction on revisit intention hotel in Yogyakarta, either directly or through the mediation of brand trust. Respondents in this study is that stayed in one-star hotels in Yogyakarta. To test the hypothesis quantitatively, the data obtained through a survey of 106 respondents. Sampling method nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling method. Validity testing performed by Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) while reliability testing performed by the item to total correlation and Cronbach's alpha. Meanwhile, to test the effect among variables used hierarchical regression analysis and analysis of mediation Baron and Kenny (1986). Results from this study is that customer satisfaction significant effect on brand trust, brand trust a significant effect on revisit intention. This study also proved that customer satisfaction significant influence on purchase intention of re-either directly or indirectly, that is mediated confidence in the brand. The role of mediation is partially. Keywords: consumer satisfaction, brand trust, repurchase/revisit intention, mediation.

129 employees of an Australian manufacturer completed measures of job insecurity, self-esteem, personal control and psychological well-being. Using hierarchical regression analysis, it was shown that the personal attributes of self-esteem and personal control moderated the impact of job insecurity on psychological well being, as predicted, with low self-esteem and external control employees being significantly more adversely affected by insecurity than their high self-esteem and internal control counterparts.

In a 3 × 3 factorial design, 69 subjects with a high, medium, or low perceived internal control on Rotter's I-E scale judged the degree to which they thought three grades on a classroom examination resulted from effort and ability (internal factors) as opposed to type of test and luck (external factors). The three grades were the subject's own grade, the highest grade in class, and the lowest grade in class. Results showed that subjects with a high degree of internal control on the I-E scale attributed all three grades to internal factors significantly more than subjects with a low degree of internal control. Internal attributions were significantly higher for the highest grade in class than for the others.

Corporate Governance (CG) has become a paramount issue due to its greater significance of practicing accuracy, maintaining accountability, establishing effective internal control and regulating organizations for achieving organizational goals. The study is conducted to explore the relationship between corporate governance and firm performance with considering the role of board and audit committee. The multiple liner regression analysis is used as the underlying statistical test on the dependent variables, ROA, ROE and TQ to test the association between the independent variables (board size, board independence, size of audit committee and audit committee composition) with firm performance. Homogeneous purposive sampling has been used. The sample size of the study is 81 listed companies in DSE. The results of the study signify that board independence ratio and audit committee is statistically significant and has positive impact on ROA and TQ. But it is not statistically significant in the case of firm performance indicator ROE in this study. In addition to, Board size is not statistically significant and has negative correlation with firm performance due to group dynamics, communication gaps and indecisiveness of larger groups.

Abstract: The present research was conducted at Riau Province. The purpose of this research is to influence of credit portfolio to non perfoming loan (NPL) and profitability (ROA) in Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Convensional in Riau. The population of this research is a Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Convensional from annual report are listed in Perbarindo Riau during 2009-2013 with the number of saturation samples are 33 BPR in Riau. This research apply on using portofolio credit based on a type of used that is working capital loan, investment loan and consumer loan as an exogenous variable, credit quality (NPL) as an intervening variable and profitability (ROA) as a endogenous variable. The data were analyzed using path analysis. The result of this study indicate that working capital loan through credit quality indirectly significant negative effect on profitability, but the working capital loan directly positive effect on profitability. While investmen loan and consumer loan positive impact on profitability either directly or indirectly throught credit quality. Finally, credit quality and negative significant effect on profitability. Keywords: credit portfolio, working capital loan, investment loan, consumer loan, credit quality, non performing loan (NPL), profitability, return on assets (ROA) and path analysis.

We examined the effects of narcissistic leadership on employees' knowledge sharing by analyzing the mediating role of organizational identification and the moderating role of collectivism. Using structural equation modeling and hierarchical regression we analyzed 228 sets of paired data obtained from employees and their immediate supervisors at organizations in China. We found that narcissistic leadership had a negative effect on knowledge sharing among our respondents, and that organizational identification fully mediated the relationship between narcissistic leadership and knowledge sharing. Moreover, collectivism positively moderated the relationship between narcissistic leadership and knowledge sharing. Implications for research and practice are discussed.

Montado is an agro-silvo-pastoral system characterized by a high complexity as a result of the interactions between climate, soil, pasture, trees, and animals. It is in this context that management decisions must be made, for example with respect to soil fertilization, grazing, or animal supplementation. In this work, the effect of the tree canopy on the spatial and temporal variability of the soil and productivity, quality, and floristic composition of the pasture was evaluated. Precision agriculture (PA) technologies for monitoring soil and pasture were also evaluated. The study was carried out between October 2015 and June 2018 in an experimental field of 2.3 ha. The results showed: (i) The positive impact of trees and animal grazing on soil fertility; (ii) the influence of inter-annual variability of precipitation on the pattern of pasture vegetative cycle; (iii) the positive effect of trees in pasture quality; (iv) the negative effect of trees in pasture productivity; (v) the role of pasture floristic composition as an indicator of soil limitations or climatic changes; (vi) the potential of technologies associated with the concept of PA as express tools to decision making support and for the optimization of the herbaceous stratum and the dynamic management of grazing in this ecosystem in a holistic and sustainable form.
