One of the duties of a school principal is to guide teachers. To achieve this duty, a principal employs various approaches and styles of leadership. This study aimed to investigate the implementation of the principals’ leadership in terms of guiding the teachers of Islamic education in the elementary schools in Indrajaya, Pidie. The focuses of the study included the approaches used by the principals in guiding the teachers of Islamic education (i.e., the use of charismatic potential and authority of the principals), the styles used by the principals in guiding the teachers, and the problems faced by the principals in guiding the teachers. The study used descriptive qualitative method. The objects of the study were five elementary schools within Indrajaya. The results showed that the principals applied their charismatic potential and authority when leading the teachers of which the charimastic factor was the predominant one. The principals used participative and authoritarian leadership styles, with the former being the most preferred. Further, there were problems in guiding the teachers, including the preparation of learning instruments, learning innovations, proper assessment, teachers’ personalities, and issues during academic supervision.

As an institution that is concerned with Islamic Education, especially the Qur'an, TK Aisyiyah 19 Bandung has made Al-Qur'an education as a priority curriculum. Based on this, the author tries to apply the Al-Qur'an learning method that is more interesting, by using Al-Bana Al-Quran learning method (story-based).The purpose of this study was to improve the early reading abilities of Al-Qur'an children in group B TK Aisyiyah 19 Bandung.The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method, with the type of classroom action research.The results of this study indicate that the application of Al-Bana Al-Quran learning method influences the early reading ability of Al-Quran children aged 5-6 years in TK Aisyiyah 19 Bandung.

This research is based on Islamic education, namely education that developed from the fundamental values contained in the Al-Qur'an and Al-Hadith. Thisstudy is using novel media. While Novel which can be a medium of education is a novel that contains values that educate humans. That is a story that able to educate the mind, imagination and ethics of a child, and develop the potential of knowledge possessed. The purpose of this study are (1) to describe the values of Islamic Education contained in Novel Surga Yang Harus Ku Jaga By Sean Hasyim; (2) to find out the relevance of the values of Islamic Education contained in the Novel Surga Yang Harus Ku Jaga By Sean Hasyim on the education of Muslim communities. The design of this study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a receptive pragmatic approach. The descriptive qualitative method gives attention to natural data, data in relation to the context of its existence. The result of this research is the discovery of the values of Islamic education. First, Tafakur/ remember Allah. Second patience, patience will give someone a chance to read life issues.Third, devote to parents.

Majelis Taklim is a Non-Formal Islamic Education Society, as a forum for connecting silaturrahim, intensify ukhuwah Islamiyah, increasing faith and devotion to Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala , and popularize  Islamic Da'wah. The purpose of this study is to find out how the Majelis Taklim’s efforts in improving recitation. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method in which the writer describes the efforts of the Majelis Taklim  in increasing recitation through interview techniques to woman as a member of Majelis Taklim with a population of 40 person. The sampling technique that using is total sampling techniques.

Education should be easily accessible for every child of the nation. There are still problems in the world of education, especially for people with low income. The potential of waqf is being promoted and developed in this country. However, it is unfortunate that the new funding has been allocated only as a boost to state finances, and the Indonesian Waqf Board has distributed it to the Ahcmad Wardi Eye Hospital in Serang, So through this research, the researcher proposes that the Indonesian waqf body also participate in developing a national scale Islamic education that can be accessed by anyone. like a quality Islamic education institution such as Al Azhar in Cairo and so on, where these educational institutions become large because of the independence of the institution that is financed by waqf. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. This research was conducted in order to aim for educational institutions to become independent through the empowerment of waqf.

ABSTRACT. The purpose of this study was to determine how the leadership of the principal at Kotamobagu Christian Senior High School, the characteristics of serving leadership from the principal, the supporting factors for the implementation of the serving leadership of the principal, and the factors that constrain the principal as a serving leader. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method which is carried out in Christian High School at Kota Kotamobagu.  Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation study. From the results of the analysis and interpretation of the data, it is then obtained (1) The leadership of the principal is leadership with a firm and tough figure, always based on the rules that apply in school, and is very concerned about the entire process of activities in the school. (2) Paying attention to all school activities, always prioritizing the welfare of teachers, not taking care of being a leader. (3) There is control from the foundation to attend school, there is supervision from the education office, and there is support from all school elements for the leadership of the school principal. (4) the principal's inability to control emotions, there is no dispensation for students who have not paid tuition fees, said the principal who often does not show an example. From these findings, it follows: The principal must know and understand how leadership serves according to the biblical perspective.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tentang posisi guru pendidikan agama Islam di Sekolah Dasar Kota Manado. Metode yang digunakan dalam membedah atau menganalisis penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif untuk memberikan pemetaan posisi guru pendidikan agam Islam di Sekolah Dasar Kota Manado sebagai gambaran tentang bentuk reposisi guru agama Islam serta usaha yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah Daerah Kota Manado. Penelitian ini berlokasi di Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kota Manado. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa: Reposisi guru agama Islam di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kota Manado terjadi karena adanya inisiasi guru agama Islam lainnya untuk mengisi posisi guru agama Islam dalam pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam karena posisi guru agama Islam di posisikan oleh guru yang bukan berlatar belakang guru pendidikan agama Islam dan bahkan bukan guru yang beragama Islam. Selain itu reposisi guru agama Islam di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kota Manado terjadi disebabkan adanya guru agama Islam mengambil jadwal mengajar di Sekolah lain yang tidak memiliki guru agama Islam guna untuk memenuhi kekurangan jam.Abstract : This study aims to analyze about the position of Islamic education teachers in Elementary Schools in Manado city.            The method used in dissecting or analyzing this research is a qualitative method. It is to provide a mapping of the position of Islamic education teachers in Manado City Elementary Schools as an illustration of the form of repositioning the Islamic education teachers and the efforts made by the local government of Manado City. This research is located at the State Elementary Schools in Manado City. Based on the results of this study, it is found that: The reposition of Islamic education teachers in Manado City Elementary Schools occurred due to the initiation of Islamic education teachers to reallocate Islamic education teachers in Islamic education learning because the position of Islamic education teachers was positioned by teachers who were not having educational teachers background and not even a Muslim teacher. In addition, the reposition of Islamic education teachers in Manado City Elementary Schools occurred due to the existence of Islamic education teachers in taking teaching schedules at other schools which do not have Islamic education teachers in order to meet the shortage of hours. Kata Kunci: Reposisi, Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam, Sekolah Dasar.

The background of the authors doing research is that in 2019 the principal got second nomination as head of the school to perform grades. SD Islamic Plus As-Sa’adatain has many achievements in Islamic fields and excelled within Islamic education. So reaserchers want to know the principal’s leadership style and the headmaster’s efforts to improve Islamic education. The purpose of research is to know the headmaster’s leadership style in improving Islamic education at SD Islamic Plus As-Sa’adatain Cinere Depok. The method of research that the writer uses is qualitative research wtih a descriptive approach. This is because the writer described or presented a complete picture of the pricipal’s leadership style in improving Islamic education at SD Islamic Plus As-Sa’adatain Cinere Depok. Research shows that the leadership style used by the Islamic primary school principal plus ASAs-Sa’adatain is used as a favor to democratic leadership styles. The headmaster principal of SD Islam Plus As-Sa’adatain in solving problems and making decisions is always done with deliberation. The headmaster of principle leading (teachers, staff, students) is that the principal does not depend on formal, rigid power, being casual, firm, flexible, dicipline not too formal but is still responsible and able to mentor. The way headmaster Islamic elementary school plus As-Sa’adatain communicates with subbordinates (teachers, staff and students) of good, relaxed, courteous, polite, warm, harmonious, firm, depply communicative, and authoritative. The quality of Islamic education at Islamic SD Islam Plus As-Sa’adatain is already good, from its planning, its process, and its results

The research aims to assess flipped classrooms in Islamic religious education lessons at SMA Al-Azhar Batam. This research tries to illustrate students’ perspectives on the use of flipped classrooms in their classes. The respondents were 98 students who took Islamic religious education lessons.  This research uses the descriptive qualitative method. The data was analyzed based on responses found in the reflection sheet. The research showed that flipped classrooms enable students to control their learning, creating confusion and culture shock. Eventually, the researchers concluded with some suggestions for educators to adopt the flipped classroom technology to create better learning environments for their students and reach better learning consequences.  The teacher needs to make more precise and stricter instructions on using online materials for in-class learning.

Folklore is part of the community. So that there is no extinction then done as documentation such as folklore Candung Kawik who came from Lampung. Folklore is currently less desirable and does not have a place from the community; therefore, the research is done so that the story still exists. The purpose of this study is to describe the values of Islamic teachings contained in Candung Kawik folklore. The method used to find the values of Islamic teachings is a descriptive qualitative method with content analysis. The primary data source in this study is Lampung folklore. The technique of data collection is done by literature study and recording. The result showed that there were eight values of Islamic teachings, namely faith, Islam, ihsan, taqwa, sincerity, trust, gratitude, and patience. All the values of Islamic education are obtained from the learning and actions of the characters in the story and can be used as learning material.Cerita rakyat merupakan bagian dari kebudayaan masyarakat. Agar kebudayaan tidak punah maka dilakuakn suatu pendokumentasian seperti cerita rakyat Candung Kawik yang berasal dari Lampung. Cerita rakyat sekarang ini kurang diminati dan tidak mendapatkan tempat dari masyarakat, oleh karena itu dilakukan penelitian agar ceritanya masih ada. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai ajaran Islam yang terdapat dalam cerita rakyat Candung Kawik. Metode yang digunakan untuk menemukan nilai-nilai ajaran Islam adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan analisis isi. Sumber data primer dalam penelitian ini adalah cerita rakyat Lampung. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi pustaka dan pencatatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan ada delapan nilai-nilai ajaran Islam yaitu iman, islam, ihsan, taqwa, ikhlas, tawakal, syukur, dan sabar. Semua nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam didapat dari perilaku dan perbuatan para tokoh di dalam cerita dan dapat dijadikan bahan pembelajaran.
