Abstrak Permenkes 71 tahun 2013 tentang Pelayanan Kesehatan pada Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional menyebutkan bahwa penyelenggara pelayanan kesehatan meliputi semua fasilitas kesehatan yang bekerja sama dengan BPJS Kesehatan berupa fasilitas kesehatan tingkat pertama dan rujukan tingkat lanjutan. Minat masyarakat untuk memanfaatkan penyelenggara pelayanan kesehatan dengan JKN akan dipengaruhi beberapa faktor diantaranya persepsi pasien akan mutu pelayanan kesehatan, baik pada pelayanan kesehatan tingkat pertama ataupun pada fasilitas kesehatan rujukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi pasien rawat jalan peserta JKN terhadap penyelenggara pelayanan kesehatan rujukan di Puskesmas X Kota Depok. Penelitian bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang dilaksanakan di Puskesmas X Kota Depok, pada bulan Agustus 2017. Informan dikumpulkan di Puskesmas, kemudian dilakukan focus group discussion (FGD). Data yang dikumpulkan meliputi karakteristik informan, persepsi masyarakat terhadap pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas dan rumah sakit yang menjadi rujukan Puskesmas X. Pemilihan informan adalah pasien yang pernah berobat di Puskesmas X dan melakukan rujukan ke rumah sakit dalam kurun waktu satu tahun terakhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi masyarakat terhadap pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas X cukup baik, informasi alur rujukan disampaikan secara jelas. Permohonan rujukan di Puskesmas menurut informan lebih nyaman karena proses rujukan mudah dan pasien mendapatkan rujukan langsung untuk beberapa kali kunjungan ke rumah sakit sehingga tidak harus sering kembali ke Puskesmas. Namun persepsi masyarakat terhadap pelaksanaan pelayanan kesehatan pada rumah sakit rujukan kurang baik karena pelayanan yang diberikan masih jauh dari harapan masyarakat. Kata kunci: Persepsi, Pelayanan kesehatan, Puskesmas, Rujukan Abstract Permenkes 71 of 2013 on Health Services on National Health Insurance states that the providers of health services include all Health Facility in cooperation with BPJS Health in the form of first rate health facilities and advanced level referral. Public interest to utilize health service providers with JKN will be influenced by several factors such as the patient’s perception on the quality of health service, either at first level health service or at referral health facility. To determine the outpatient JKN member’s perception to referal health services at X Public Health Center Depok. The research was descriptive with qualitative approach which was carried out at X Public Health Center Depok, in August 2017. Informants were collected at Puskesmas, then conducted focus group discussion (FGD). The data collected include the characteristics of informants, public perceptions of health services at health centers and hospitals that became the reference of X Community Health Center. Selection of informants were patients who had been treated at X Health Center and made referral to the hospital within the last one year. The results showed that public perception of health service at X Public Health Center was good enough, the referral flow information was presented clearly. Referral application at Puskesmas according to informant is more convenient because the referral process is easy and the patient get direct referral for several visit to hospital so that they do not have to return to Puskesmas often. However, the public perception on the implementation of health service at referral hospital is not good because the service given is still far from the expectation of society. Health development is a way of increasing awareness, willingness and ability to live healthy for everyone so that an optimal degree of public health can be achieved. The purpose of knowing how the relationship between nurse competence and community health care activities. This study employed quantitative approach and correlation analysis. The population was nurses who work at public health center in Makassar City, Indonesia, however there were 118 nurses who meet the criteria in their selection. There were relationships between attitudes, skills, and competencies with the level of implementation of community health services and that there is an interaction between competence and training. The results of the competency analysis obtained an OR value of 6.429, meaning that public health center nurses who have good competence have a chance of 6.429 times to carry out community health care activities optimally. Most dominant with the implementation of public health care is the interaction between competence and training. The competence of nurses need to be improved in order to optimize the implementation of community health services through training, coaching through assigned teams, and collaborating with peers and providing support in the form of policies for rewards and sanctions such as nurse career paths.

The childbirth coverage in health facilities (PF) at UPTD Anggaberi Public Health Center  in 2017 has reached 72.6%, and increased in 2018 by 76.18%. At district level, the PF indicator at UPTD Anggaberi Public Health Center  has exceeded the target in Konawe District by 59,37%, however but the 80% target achievement of PF at the UPTD Anggaberi Public Health Center  has not been achieved<sup>6</sup>. Seeing this, the coverage of PF at the UPTD Anggaberi Public Health Center , there are still labors that are not performed in health facilities, so that it can affect the achievement of PF at the UPTD Anggaberi Public Health Center , Konawe District. The aim of the study was to analyze factors that influence utilization of health care facilities at the UPTD Anggaberi Public Health Center. This research is an analytical study with a cross sectional approach. The research instrument used was a structured questionnaire on the factors that affect the utilization of labor service in health care facilities. The number of samples was 51 women who had labor at the Anggaberi Health Center. Bivariate analysis was done with chi square test and multivariate analysis with logistic regression test. The results showed the six factors (education (p = 0.041) and work (p = 0.019) family income (p = 0.041) and accessibility (p = 0.021) husband support (p = 0.011) and health personnel support (p = 0.011) ) on the use of childbirth services in health care facilities at the UPTD Anggaberi Public Health Center , Konawe District. The multivariate results show that all independent variables in this study have a significance limit of p-value ≤ 0.25, so it can be concluded that there is an influence among each independent variable (education, occupation, income, accessibility, husband's support and support of health workers) with the dependent variable. (utilization of childbirth services in health service facilities). Health care centers are expected to improve the partnership with traditional midwife (dukun beranak) within their work area so that the dukun can become well trained and they can collaborate in every childbirth

BACKGROUND: The utilization of health services is an important policy concern in most developing countries. Many staff and students do not utilize the health services within the university system despite the availability of good quality services. This study investigated the provider-related factors related to utilization of university health service by staff and students in a privately owneduniversity in Nigeria.METHODS: The perception of the quality of a university health service was investigated among a cross-section of 600 university staff and students who were selected by a stratified random sampling scheme. A self-administered questionnaire-based study was conducted. The structure, process and output predictors of utilization of the university health facility were assessed. Data analysis was carried out using Stata I/C 15.0.RESULTS: The average age of the participants was 22.93±7.58 years. About two-thirds of them did not have opinion about the mortality and morbidity rates at the university health center. Significant proportions of the participants reported good perceptions about the structure and process quality of service indicators. Utilization of the university health center was predicted by some structure and process indicators namely; the availability/experience of staff (AOR 2.44; CI 1.67-3.58), the organization of healthcare (AOR 1.64; CI 1.11-2.41), the continuity of treatment (AOR 1.74; CI 1.12-2.70) and the waiting time (AOR0.41; CI 0.28-0.61).CONCLUSION: The utilization of university health services was predicted by availability/experience of staff, the organization of healthcare, the waiting time and the continuity of care. The structure-process-outcome approach discriminates between the students and staff who utilize the university health center and those who donot. It also suggests a complex interplay of factors in the prediction of choice of a health facility.

Abstract: Tuberculosis (TB) is a contagious disease that is still the world's attention, Until now, there is not a single country that is free of TB (Kemenkes 2011). Public Health Center (puskesmas) Janti is a puskesmas where the number of TB BTA+ sufferers increases every year while the number of treatment success rate at Puskesmas Janti decreases every year. In 2013 is 96%, in 2014 is 87,50% and in 2015 is 85,37%. Increasing the number of patients and decreasing the number of success rates of treatment indicates that the utilization of health services is less. This study aims to find out the relationship of Education, Health Service Access and Family Support with Health Service Utilization of BTA+ Pulmonary TB Patients at Public Health Center (puskesmas) Janti Malang. The design of this study is quantitative correlation with samples of all patients with TB Paru + BTA who are still doing treatment at Puskesmas Janti in September 2016 until April 2017. The analysis used correlation test and logistic regression test with cross sectional approach. The results of the research analysis found that there is a significant relationship between education, access to health services and family support together with the utilization of health services of patients Tb Paru BTA+. Based on the results of determination coefficient R2 (Nagelkerke) of 0.619, this means that education (X1), access to health services (X2), and family support (X3) has contributed 61.9% to the utilization of health services of patients with TB Paru BTA+ at Puskesmas Janti.Keywords: education, access, family support, health service utilizationAbstrak: Tuberkulosis (TB) adalah penyakit menular yang masih menjadi perhatian dunia, hingga saat ini, belum ada satu negara pun yang bebas TB (Kemenkes 2011). Puskesmas Janti adalah satu puskesmas yang berada di Kota Malang dengan jumlah pasien TB Paru BTA+ yang paling tinggi dan meningkat setiap tahun diantara puskesmas yang lain di Kota Malang, sedangkan jumlah angka keberhasilan pengobatan di Puskesmas Janti mengalami penurunan setiap tahun. Tahun 2013 sebesar 96%, pada tahun 2014 sebesar 87,50% dan pada tahun 2015 sebesar 85,37%. Peningkatan jumlah penderita dan penurunan jumlah angka keberhasilan pengobatan menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan kurang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Pendidikan, Akses Pelayanan Kesehatan dan Dukungan Keluarga dengan Pemanfaatan Pelayanan Kesehatan Penderita TB Paru BTA+ di Puskesmas Janti Kota Malang. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif korelasional dengan sampel seluruh penderita TB Paru BTA+ yang masih melakukan pengobatan di Puskesmas Janti pada bulan September 2016 sampai dengan April 2017. Analisis menggunakan uji korelasi dan uji regresi logistik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Hasil analisis penelitian di dapatkan ada hubungan yang dignifikan antara pendidikan, akses pelayanan kesehatan dan dukungan keluarga secara bersama-sama dengan pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan penderita Tb Paru BTA+. Berdasarkan hasil koefisien determinasi R2 (Nagelkerke) sebesar 0,619, hal ini berarti bahwa pendidikan (X1), akses pelayanan kesehatan (X2), dan dukungan keluarga (X3) memiliki kontribusi sebesar 61,9% terhadap pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan penderita TB Paru BTA+ di Puskesmas Janti.Kata Kunci:    pendidikan, akses pelayanan kesehatan, dukungan keluarga, pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan penderita TB Paru BTA+

Berdasarkan survey awal yang dilakukan oleh peneliti di Puskesmas Sentosa baru dengan melihat data sekunder diketahui bahwa pencapaian target tentang kesehatan gigi belum mencapai 80 %. Adapun tujuan  penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis pengaruh perilaku siswa SD terhadap kunjungan pemeliharaan kesehatan gigi di Puskesmas Sentosa Baru. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan cross sectional. Penelitian dilakukan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sentosa Baru kota Medan. Sampel kuantitatif diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 95 siswa. Sedangkan Informan pada peenlitian kualitatif berjumlah 3 orang siswa. Untuk menganalisis data kuantitatif digunakan uji Chi Square dan regresi logistik dan kualiatif dilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian kuantitatif diketahui bahwa ada 5 variabel yang memengaruhi siswa SD dalam kunjungan pemeliharaan kesehatan gigi dan mulut di Puskesmas Sentosa Baru yaitu pengetahuan, sikap, dukungan orangtua, dukungan guru, dukungan teman sebaya. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini yaitu bahwa variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kunjungan pemeliharaan di Puskesmas Sentosa Baru yaitu dukungan guru. Sehingga disarankan agar guru dapat memberikan dukungan yang penuh kepada siswa agar siswa bersedia berkunjung ke Puskesmas Sentosa Baru untuk melakukan pemeliharaan kesehatan.</p><p> </p><p>Kata kunci: Perilaku, Kunjungan Pemeliharaan Gigi dan Mulut</p><p>Abstract</p><p>Dental health problems especially in children in Indonesia still very alarming 93%. Based on an initial survey conducted in the Sentosa Baru Public Health Center by looking at secondary data it was known that the achievement of targets on dental health has not reached 80%. The general purpose of this studied IS to analyzed the influence of students still low behavior on dental health service visits at the Sentosa Baru Public Health Center  The types of research was a mix methods with an explanatory research approach. Quantitative samples were obtained using a purposive sampling technique of 95 students. While the informants in qualitative research were 3 students. To analyzed quantitative data the Chi Square test was used and logistic and qualitative regression was carried out by observation and interview. Based on the results of quantitative research, it was known that there was 5 variables that affect elementary students in dental and oral health care visits at the Sentosa Baru Public Health Center, namely knowledge, attitudes, parental support, teacher support, and peer support. Based on qualitative research results, it was obtained that 2 informants experienced cavities and dirty teeth. The conclusion is that the most influential variable on maintenance visits at the Sentosa Baru Public Health Center is teacher’s support. So it was suggested that teachers can provide full support to students are willing to visit the Sentosa Baru Public Health Center to examing their teeth and mouths problems performing health care.</p><p> </p>Keywords: Behavior, Maintenance Visit Dental and Mouth

Background: Patient safety is an indicator of health service quality that becomes an important issue although data of patient safety incident at primary health care are not always accurate in Indonesia. Public health center is a health service facility that implements patient safety to improve the health service quality as stated in Health Ministry Law Republic of Indonesia Number 36 Year 2009.Aim: The aim of this study was to identify the implementation of patient safety to improve the service quality.Method: Data collection techniques used were observation, interview, and literature study. The research was done at a public health center in Surabaya from January to February 2018.Results: The results showed that the implementation of patient safety at the public health center was adjusted to the accreditation standard of the public health center. However, there are still some obstacles and shortcomings in the fulfillment of patient safety standards, so it is necessary to optimize the implementation of patient safety from all stakeholders.Conclusion: It can be concluded that public health centers should provide safe and qualified services to achieve healthy disctrict. The public health centers also need to improve the patient safety according to Health Ministry Law Republic of Indonesia Number 36 Year 2009.Keywords: health service quality, patient safety, public health center
