This research is about the valuation of natural resources, especially the direct use value of the Glagah Arjuna (Themmeda fillosa) plant. The objective of this research is to determine the value of the natural resources of the Siregol Protected Forest area in Sirau Village, Karangmoncol District, Purbalingga Regency. The method used in this research is the Production Function Approach method and the data collection techniques use interview techniques (primary data) and literature study (secondary data). The population taken in this study were farmers of Glagah Arjuna Sirau Village, Karangmoncol District, Purbalingga Regency, by taking a sampling of 4 respondents from the total Glagah Arjuna farmers in Sirau Village, the data obtained were analyzed using descriptive qualitative. The results of the research conducted, obtained the total economic value of the ecosystem of the Siregol Protected Forest area specifically for the cultivation of Glagah Arjuna plants of Rp. 3,036,262,500.00. The potential value of natural resources obtained can be increased considering that not all of the Siregol Protected Forest area has been utilized.

This study aims to determine the economic value, which is a direct and indirect benefit (tangible and intangible) of Parak in the research area. This research used a case study method, and the sampling was carried out in a purposive manner consisting of 50 sample farmers. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Preliminary data were obtained by direct interviews with respondents based on the questionnaire provided, while secondary data were taken from agencies related to this research. The processing of data obtained in the field shows that Parak plays an important role in supporting the economy of farmers in Nagari Paninggahan either directly or indirectly. The direct use value obtained from the plant is IDR. 46,753,650 (66,316 per cent), from firewood of IDR. 23,070,000 (32,722 percent) and from livestock IDR. 678,550 (0.963 per cent) so that the total direct use income is IDR. 70,502,200 per year of all commodities cultivated by the sample farmers. Meanwhile, for indirect use, such as household/domestic water use, IDR. 13,312,320/year and agricultural irrigation water IDR. 54,052,111/year. The total indirect usage is IDR. 67,364,431,-. Per year. Agroforestry patterns can cover the soil layer well and have an effective influence on soil erosion control to increase the supply of water in the soil. Respondents have also carried out other conservation activities by constructing bench terraces, terracing systems, and other buildings to suppress sedimentation and erosion.

In the process of investigating criminal cases of persecution relating to the body, health, and human lives, it requires the assistance of a medical expert. The assistance of a doctor with his medical science of justice as stated in the Visum et repertum which he made is absolutely necessary. The formulation of the problem that was formed in this study is how the role of visum et repertum as evidence in the implementation of court cases of persecution in the Blora State Court, and what obstacles and solutions that occur in the form of evidence visum et repertum in cases of criminal abuse. Juridical sociology as an approach method used in this study with research specifications with descriptive methods. The data used consisted of primary data and secondary data using interview and literature study methods. Based on the research it was concluded (1) The role of Visum et repertum in the case of mistreatment in case decision number 184 / Pid.B / 2018 / PN Bla, the judge weighed on the elements in Article 351 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code in which the result was a feeling of discomfort, pain or injury, which is based on evidence in the form of Visum et repertum on the victim's body. (2)Obstacles in proving in the form of visum et repertum in cases of torture include the qualification of wounds based on the legal needs confusing a doctor, standardization of the determination of the degree of injury to be poured on the Visum et repertum, Provisions for the signing of the post visum et repertum letter by the doctor, Request for visum et repertum which is lacking / incomplete, Visum Request Letter arrives late.�Keywords: Visum Et Repertum; Evidence; Criminal Acts Of Persecution.

Woven crafts made by women at the Sajingan Besar frontier, besides that it also has economic value, historical value, cultural values that show the identity of the population at the national boundary. The aims of the study were to describe the role of weavers’ women in strengthening nationalism, woven is a culture that is typical of the society in Sajingan Besar frontier, Sambas District. There are two data used in this paper, i.e primary data is field studies, and secondary data is literature studies. The result of research shown that there is an important role from weavers’ women in Sajingan Besar, namely: (1) Utilization of Natural Resources is to strengthen nationalism by utilizing the availability of natural resources in managing them into woven crafts which are a form of expansion of nationalism because woven crafts are a cultural heritage and has local characteristics of Sajingan Besar, (2) The Role of weavers’ women in Sajingan Besar is able to realize a harmonious life with the Malaysian community to strengthen nationalism has become a role model on the frontier whose territory is inhabited by a variety of different tribes, religions and cultures but unity is maintained.

Study on the potential of gelar river tourist attractions, Batuagung Village as nature tourism. The Gelar River area is a tourist attractions that located in Batuagung Village. Gelar River planned to be developed into local tourism based on natural tourism. Local tourism is tourism whose scope is limited tocertain places, namely the Jembrana district. This study aims to determine the natural resources that have the potential as natural tourism and the potential development solutions in the Gelar River so that it can be developed into sustainable nature tourism. The method used is the survey method. The data collected in the form of primary data and secondary data. The techniques applied to collect the data in current study are observation, interviews, and literature study. The interview was conducted with the management of the Gelar River Tourist Attraction and the Jembrana District Forestry and Plantation Service. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the geographical location, climate and weather, topography and landform, surface materials, water, vegetation, and fauna are natural resources that have the potential to develop the Gelar river Tourist Attraction.

AbstractThe mouse grouper is variance of grouper that have high economic value because it have high sale value so that it will increase income of aquaculturist. The right management of grouper nursery would increase production to supplied the marketing demand. The aims of this case study were to know how nursery management of grouper and factors that influence in grouper nursery in BBPBAP Jepara, was held on 28 July until 28 August 2005. Method used were descriptive method with collection of primary data and secondary data. Data was taken by observation, interview, active participation and literature study. Nursery of grouper fish carried out by BBPBAP Jepara under Departement of Marine and Fisheries. Source of fry were obtain from hatchery division in BBPBAP. Marine water were obtain from the sea, while fresh water were obtain from well. Fish feeding were use trash fish which were cut to suitable with mouth gapes of fish as much 90 gram, twice a day were morning and afternoon. In the fish nursery were not find disease that attack. The marketing area of grouper were Semarang, Jakarta, Surabaya, and local consumer.

The engulfing COVID-19 pandemic in various regions affected various sectors, one of which was the Indonesian tourism sector. The policy of social restrictions and travel restrictions led to a decrease in tourists at almost all tourist attractions. The purpose of this study is to identify the type of economic value generated by Gemah Beach tourism objects during the Covid-19 pandemic and evaluate the total economic value generated by Gemah Beach tourism objects during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research method uses a survey method by taking a sample of a number of tourists, business people, managers of Gemah Beach tourism objects. The type of data collected consists of primary data and secondary data. The economic valuation method is used to calculate the total economic value of the Gemah Beach tourism object obtained from direct use value, indirect use value, preferred use value, existence value, and bequest value. Data analysis used descriptive quantitative. The results of the study still found various types of economic activities carried out by business actors at the Gemah Beach tourism object during the COVID-19 pandemic, despite the government’s social and economic restrictions. Meanwhile, based on the results of the economic valuation of the Gemah Beach tourism object during the COVID-19 pandemic, a total economic value of IDR 28,131,949,529 was obtained. The total economic value, according to tourism managers, is lower than before the COVID-19 pandemic due to activity restrictions and a decrease in the number of visitors. Optimizing the economic and natural potential of the Gemah Beach tourist attraction with the fulfillment of facilities and infrastructure in accordance with the COVID-19 health protocol can be used as a strategy in dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic so that the tourism industry can continue to grow.

One of the most significant developments at this time is the online buying and selling transactions. Sellers and buyers do not need face-to-face buying and selling transactions. They only need to have an internet connection that will take them in cyberspace. Until now, there is still a legal vacuum about it in Indonesia. The existence of E-Commerce makes it is necessary to learn about consumer protection in an online sale and purchase agreement. Therefore, there will be no legal dispute that can harm various parties commercially. The approach method used in this study was an empirical juridical approach. This research was conducted in Semarang, Pekalongan, and Magelang. The selection of three cities in Central Java is based on a purposive sampling method. Data were gained by means of an interview, questionnaire, and literature study. Primary data, secondary data. Qualitative analysis. The results showed that the main principle of online transactions in Central Java still prioritized the aspects of trust of sellers and buyers. The principles of online transaction security has not become a major concern for sellers and buyers, especially in small to medium scale transactions.

Community forests are forests that are built and managed by the community to support the economy. Community forests function in regulating water management, resisting farmers who are relatively small. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data is analyzed in a qualitative descriptive. The results of the study show that the marketing institutions involved are village level collectors, district level collectors, district level wholesalers and retailers. Marketing functions conducted by marketing institutions is the function of exchange in the form of sales and purchase, physical functions of transport and storage and facility functions in the form of standarization, risk and market information.erosion and providing forest products for community needs. One of the plants that contributes in supporting the environment and generating economic value for the community is mangosteen (Garcinia mangostana). In mangosteen marketing, the amount of costs incurred by the marketing institutions involved will cause the greater price difference between farmers and consumers. The purpose of this study is to determine the marketing functions performed by the mangosteen marketing agency. Data collection is done by observation, interview and literature study. Sampling was conducted by census in order to examine the entire population of mangosteen

Seagrass ecosystems in addition to providing economic benefits also have ecological functions, so it is highly recommended to conserve these ecosystems in order to preserve spawning areas, nurseries and habitats for fish and other marine biota. This study aims to identify the condition of seagrass ecosystems in Samuh Beach, Nusa Dua, estimating the economic value of the seagrass ecosystems in Samuh Beach, Nusa Dua and formulating for sustainable management of seagrass ecosystems in Samuh Beach, Nusa Dua. The study was conducted in January-March 2020 at Samuh Beach, Nusa Dua, Bali. Data collected includes secondary data and primary data. Secondary data were collected from related institutions, while primary data were collected through purposive sampling and questionnaires. The analysis used was description analysis, calculation of the economic value of marine resources through a Total Economic Value (TEV) and DPSIR analysis. This study found that the actual condition of the seagrass ecosystem resources in Samuh Beach is currently in the category of less rich/less healthy due to natural factors (substrate conditions) and human activity (anthropogenic). The economic value of seagrass ecosystems at Samuh Beach Nusa Dua, Bali showed the total economic value reached IDR. 327,843,325 per year and seagrass ecosystem management strategies that can be applied in the coastal area of ??Samuh Beach are the development of marine ecotourism, stock enrichment, and rehabilitation of seagrass beds. ABSTRAK Dalam penelitian ini permasalahan yang akan dibahas yaitu peranan Notaris dalam pembuatan Akta Penegasan Keterangan Waris, kendala-kendala yang dihadapi Notaris dalam pembuatan Akta Penegasan Keterangan Waris dan tata cara dan proses balik nama waris dengan menggunakan Akta Penegasan Keterangan Waris sebagai pengganti Surat Keterangan Waris di Kantor Pertanahan Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan yuridis empiris. Adapaun sumber dan jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari studi lapangan. Dan data sekunder diperoleh dari studi kepustakaan. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa dari setiap peristiwa alam yang berhubungan dengan kematian akan timbul/lahir peristiwa hukum secara perdata baik berhubungan dengan almarhum/alamrhumah (si pewaris) maupun dengan orang-orang yang ditinggalkannya (para ahli waris), yang mau tidak mau harus segera diselesaikan oleh para ahli waris. Selain digunakan dalam pengurusan proses balik nama waris, Akta Penegasan Keterangan Waris dapat pula digunakan sebagai pengganti Surat Keterangan Waris (KHW) dalam pengurusan penutupan dan/atau untuk mengambil harta warisan dalam bentuk deposito, tabungan di bank-bank maupun di tempat-tempat/instansi dimana si pewaris menyimpan kekayaannya dalam bentuk benda bergerak. Dengan berlaku dan dapat digunakannya Akta Penegasan Keterangan Waris sebagai pengganti Surat Keterangan Waris dalam pengurusan proses balik nama sertifikat tanah ke atas nama para ahli waris, di Kantor Pertanahan Kota Semarang, secara tidak langsung hal ini merupakan suatu penemuan hukum baru dalam pengurusan proses balik nama waris, khusunya di Kantor Pertanahan Kota Semarang.Kata Kunci : Akta, Surat Keterangan Waris, Balik NamaABSTRACTIn this research, the issues that will be discussed are the role of Notary in making the Deed of Confirmation of Inheritance Statement, the constraints faced by the Notary in making the Deed of Confirmation of Inheritance Statement and the procedure and the process of returning the name of the inheritance by using Deed of Confirmation of Inheritance Statement in lieu of Certificate of Inheritance at the Office Land of Semarang City. This research was conducted using empirical juridical approach method. Adapaun source and type of data in this research is primary data obtained from field study. And secondary data obtained from literature study. The conclusion of this study is that from any natural event related to death there will arise a civil event both related to the deceased / the heir (the heir) and the persons he left behind (the heirs), which inevitably have to immediately completed by the heirs. In addition to being used in the process of handling the process of inheritance, the Deed of Confirmation of Inheritance Statement may also be used as a substitute for Certificate of Inheritance (KHW) in the management of closure and / or to take inheritance in the form of deposits, savings in banks or in places / institutions where the heir keeps his wealth in the form of moving objects. With the validity and applicability of the Deed of Confirmation of Inheritance Statement as a substitute for the Certificate of Inheritance in processing the process of returning the name of the land certificate on behalf of the heirs, in the Land Office of Semarang City, indirectly this is a new legal discovery in the process of handling the process of inheritance , especially in the Land Office of Semarang City.Keywords: Deed, Inheritance Certificate, Reverse Name
