In the process of investigating criminal cases of persecution relating to the body, health, and human lives, it requires the assistance of a medical expert. The assistance of a doctor with his medical science of justice as stated in the Visum et repertum which he made is absolutely necessary. The formulation of the problem that was formed in this study is how the role of visum et repertum as evidence in the implementation of court cases of persecution in the Blora State Court, and what obstacles and solutions that occur in the form of evidence visum et repertum in cases of criminal abuse. Juridical sociology as an approach method used in this study with research specifications with descriptive methods. The data used consisted of primary data and secondary data using interview and literature study methods. Based on the research it was concluded (1) The role of Visum et repertum in the case of mistreatment in case decision number 184 / Pid.B / 2018 / PN Bla, the judge weighed on the elements in Article 351 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code in which the result was a feeling of discomfort, pain or injury, which is based on evidence in the form of Visum et repertum on the victim's body. (2)Obstacles in proving in the form of visum et repertum in cases of torture include the qualification of wounds based on the legal needs confusing a doctor, standardization of the determination of the degree of injury to be poured on the Visum et repertum, Provisions for the signing of the post visum et repertum letter by the doctor, Request for visum et repertum which is lacking / incomplete, Visum Request Letter arrives late.�Keywords: Visum Et Repertum; Evidence; Criminal Acts Of Persecution.

ABSTRAK Dalam penelitian ini permasalahan yang akan dibahas yaitu peranan Notaris dalam pembuatan Akta Penegasan Keterangan Waris, kendala-kendala yang dihadapi Notaris dalam pembuatan Akta Penegasan Keterangan Waris dan tata cara dan proses balik nama waris dengan menggunakan Akta Penegasan Keterangan Waris sebagai pengganti Surat Keterangan Waris di Kantor Pertanahan Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan yuridis empiris. Adapaun sumber dan jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari studi lapangan. Dan data sekunder diperoleh dari studi kepustakaan. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa dari setiap peristiwa alam yang berhubungan dengan kematian akan timbul/lahir peristiwa hukum secara perdata baik berhubungan dengan almarhum/alamrhumah (si pewaris) maupun dengan orang-orang yang ditinggalkannya (para ahli waris), yang mau tidak mau harus segera diselesaikan oleh para ahli waris. Selain digunakan dalam pengurusan proses balik nama waris, Akta Penegasan Keterangan Waris dapat pula digunakan sebagai pengganti Surat Keterangan Waris (KHW) dalam pengurusan penutupan dan/atau untuk mengambil harta warisan dalam bentuk deposito, tabungan di bank-bank maupun di tempat-tempat/instansi dimana si pewaris menyimpan kekayaannya dalam bentuk benda bergerak. Dengan berlaku dan dapat digunakannya Akta Penegasan Keterangan Waris sebagai pengganti Surat Keterangan Waris dalam pengurusan proses balik nama sertifikat tanah ke atas nama para ahli waris, di Kantor Pertanahan Kota Semarang, secara tidak langsung hal ini merupakan suatu penemuan hukum baru dalam pengurusan proses balik nama waris, khusunya di Kantor Pertanahan Kota Semarang.Kata Kunci : Akta, Surat Keterangan Waris, Balik NamaABSTRACTIn this research, the issues that will be discussed are the role of Notary in making the Deed of Confirmation of Inheritance Statement, the constraints faced by the Notary in making the Deed of Confirmation of Inheritance Statement and the procedure and the process of returning the name of the inheritance by using Deed of Confirmation of Inheritance Statement in lieu of Certificate of Inheritance at the Office Land of Semarang City. With the validity and applicability of the Deed of Confirmation of Inheritance Statement as a substitute for the Certificate of Inheritance in processing the process of returning the name of the land certificate on behalf of the heirs, in the Land Office of Semarang City, indirectly this is a new legal discovery in the process of handling the process of inheritance , especially in the Land Office of Semarang City.Keywords: Deed, Inheritance Certificate, Reverse Name

This research aims to identify and analyze the existence of the application of criminal penalties in the handling of criminal cases Child Protection in Indonesia and analyze the effectiveness of criminal fines when viewed from the perspective of children as victims of crime.Method used is socio-juridical using primary and secondary data. Primary data collection technique is done with the interview, and secondary data by reading, reviewing and analyzing primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, tertiary legal materials with qualitative analysis techniques, interpreted logically and systematically and drawn conclusions.Based on the survey results revealed that the existence of the application of criminal penalties in the handling of criminal cases Child Protection in Indonesia criminal fines in criminal prospects are just as an alternative or substitute for imprisonment or confinement. And effectiveness this penalty has not run optimally because the defendant would prefer to replace the criminal penalties to imprisonment.The conclusion of this thesis is that the implementation or execution of criminal penalties in Indonesia have not been effective or not maximized because law enforcement or judges tend to prefer the imprisonment of the criminal finesKeywords: Criminal Fines; Criminal Prison; Children.

                                                                        Abstrak Budaya memainkan peran yang sangat penting dalam politik karena menjadi cerminan masyarakat dalam menentukan sikap dan pilihan politik atau membentuk karakteristik masyarakat dalam berpolitik. Contoh dari hubungan antara budaya dan politik bisa tergambarkan pada isu kekerabatan  pada pilkada Manggarai Barat 2020 yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Fenomena kekerabatan yang dimaksud adalah adanya kecenderungan dari masyarakat Manggarai Barat pada umumnya untuk memilih pemimpin yang seasal atau karena faktor kekerabatan dan kekeluargaan atau dikenal sebagai budaya lonto leok yang masih kuat mempengaruhi kehidupan masyarakat termasuk politik. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma interpretif dengan metode penelitian Fenomenologi. Adapun pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan dengan data primer yaitu melakukan wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi serta data sekunder berupa studi kepustakaan. Wawancara dilakukan kepada para informan yang melakukan lonto leok menjelang Pilkada Mabar Tahun 2020 dan juga pada pilkada-pilkada sebelumnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa makna kekerabatan dalam budaya lonto leok pada proses pilkada di Manggarai Barat adalah kebersamaan dan ketergantungan. Sementara peran budaya lonto leok dalam proses politik adalah pada saat pengambilan keputusan dan menumbuhkan ikatan kekerabatan.   Kata kunci: Budaya, Politik, Kekerabatan, Lonto Leok, fenomenologi, makna kekerabatan                                                                   Abstract   Culture plays a very important role in politics because it reflects the everyday life of society in determining political attitudes and choices or shaping the characteristics of society in politics. One of them many examples about the relationship between culture and politics can be illustrated in the issue of kinship in the 2020 West Manggarai regional election discussed in this study. The kinship phenomenon in question is the tendency of the West Manggarai community in general to choose leaders who are in the same kinship and it is known as the lonto leok culture which still strongly influences people's life, including politics. This study uses an interpretive paradigm with phenomenological research methods. The research data collection was carried out with primary data, namely conducting in-depth interviews and documentation and secondary data in the form of literature study. Interviews were conducted with informants who conducted lonto leok ahead of the 2020 Mabar Pilkada and also in the previous pilkada. The results showed that the meaning of kinship in the lonto leok culture in the election process in West Manggarai was togetherness and dependence. Meanwhile, the role of lonto leok culture in the political process is at the time of making decisions and fostering kinship ties.   Keywords: Culture, Politics, Kinship, Lonto Leok, phenomenology, meaning of kinship

Fluctuation in the price of red chili pepper is an old problem in the horticultural product trade, moreover, the high level of red chili pepper consumption also has an impact on the sensitivity of red chili pepper prices in the market. The cause of this fluctuation is not only due to production and productivity factors of red chili pepper but also due to distribution factors and the role of marketing of each agency. The purpose of this study was (1) to describe the institutions involved in the marketing of red chili pepper; (2) to analyze the functions and roles of institutions in the marketing of red chili pepper; (3) to analyze the potential of institutional development in producing marketing recommendations system in the future. This research was conducted in North Sumatra by selecting 3 districts, namely Karo Regency, Deli Serdang Regency, and Dairi Regency. The data method used was a survey method with qualitative data analysis. The data used consisted of primary data (observation, interviews, and questionnaires) and secondary data (literature study). The method of processing and data analysis used was descriptive qualitative analysis. The results showed: (1) there are 2 main institutions in the marketing of red chili pepper, namely a marketing agency and a farmer institution; (2) those institutions have different roles in the marketing of red chili pepper and the results of the research show that marketing agencies have a bigger role in marketing red chili pepper; (3) the existing STA is the potential for farmer level institutional development. It is necessary to strengthen farmer level institution without forgetting farmers and also marketing institutions that play a role in the red chili marketing system.

Alas Kedaton tourist is a natural tourist attraction. The tourist attraction offered such as forests, monkeys and bats in this natural attraction. In the middle of the Alas Kedaton forest there is a Dalem Kahyangan Kedaton temple that is unique. The choice of this location as a place of research is to find out how the management and role of the local community of Kukuh Village in developing Alas Kedaton as a tourist attraction. The research methodology used is this study is a descriptive qualitative research, with observation, interview, literature study and documentation techniques. Data sources are obtained from primary data and secondary data. The theory or concept used is the concept of role, local society, tourist attraction and management. The result of this research is that management in Alas Kelaton tourist attraction involves local communities actively. The involvement and role of the local community of Desa Kukuh is empowered to become a member of the management body, counter staff, janitors, local guides, security officers, Alas Kedaton Trader Group (KPAK) and as well as forming tourism awareness organisations such as tourism awareness groups (Pokdarwis). The development of marine tourism area is one of the forms of tourist management areas which strive and aim to provide benefits, especially for the protection, preservation and utilization of tourism potential and environmental services of natural resources, specifically in coastal areas. In the development of marine tourism areas, it is necessary to determine the exact location of each region so that there is no imbalance between the residential growth with marine tourism areas which being managed and utilized for recreational activities. The welfare of the community can be seen from various components that can describe whether the community is already in a prosperous life or not. Visible components include the state of housing in which they live, the level of education, and health. The role of the tourism sector, especially marine tourism in Lamongan City, can be seen from its contribution to gross regional domestic product (PDRB) in terms of labor absorption and business opportunities. The increasing contribution of the trade sector, hotels, and restaurants donated to gross regional domestic product (PDRB), are an overview of the role of the tourism sector. The purpose of this study can be described as follows: 1). To find out how extent the influence of marine tourism development on community welfare in Lamongan District. 2). To find out how extent the influence of marine tourism development on GDRP growth in Lamongan District. For the method of the study, primary data collection was conducted by interview and observation, while secondary data was obtained from Lamongan Tourism Office as well as literature study, who’s the data is in the form of general conditions and the number of visitors in the area.

Kecamatan Sanden Kabupaten Bantul Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta memiliki potensi perikanan yang cukup besar yang masih dapat dikembangkan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi perikanan meliputi SDA, SDM, dan kondisi perikanan di Kecamatan Sanden. Metode analisis deskriptif ini digunakan untuk data kualitatif yang disajikan dalam bentuk uraian dan tabulasi sederhana seperti tabel, diagram, grafik. Data yang dikumpulkan yaitu berupa data primer dan data sekunder, data primer dengan menggunakan metode wawancara, kuisioner dengan observasi langsung ke lapangan sedangkan data sekunder dengan cara studi literatur. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Sanden pada tanggal 1 sampai dengan 30 Oktober 2019. Berdasarkan analisis data yang telah dilakukan, menunjukkan bahwa potensi dalam bidang perikanan yang ada di Kecamatan Sanden yaitu budidaya, pengolahan dan penangkapan ikan. Kecamatan Sanden memiliki jumlah RTP sebanyak 219 dan didominasi oleh pembudidaya ikan. Teknologi yang digunakan dalam semua bidang RTP yaitu tradisional, baik budidaya, pengolahan maupun penangkapan. Permasalahan yang ditemukan yaitu kurangnya relasi pemasaran yang hanya mengandalkan tengkulak, maka dari itu perlunya peningkatan relasi pemasaranan melalui dukungan pemerintah setempat.Sanden District, Bantul Regency which located in Yogyakarta Special Region has quite a large of potential for fishery development. The aim of this research was to identify fishery potential by including (i) natural resouces (SDA), (ii) human resources (SDM), and (iii) fishery condition in Sanden Sub-district itself. This mixed-method (qualitative descriptive + survey) research represented descriptions and tabulations (e.g. table, diagram, and chart) for data analysis. Moreover, data collection methods of this research could be divided into two categories; primary methods of data collection and secondary methods of data collection. The primary data were collected through interviews, questionnaires, and observations. While the secondary data was collected through a literature study. This research was conducted in Sanden District from 1st to 30th October 2019. Based on data analysis that had been done, the result showed that the potential of fishery sector in Sanden District are aquaculture, fishing, and fish processing. This sub-districts have 219 of fishing households (RTP) which dominated by fish cultures. Furthermore, all households (RTP) had been applying traditional technology for their aquaculture, fishing, and fish processing. However, there are some issues in marketing relations in which role of fish cultures were not stand out and could only rely on their wholesalers. Therefore, role of local goverment must be involved in order to overcome the issues in marketing relations.

Abstract The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has become a super institution with extraordinary restraint. With the new Corruption Eradication Commission Law, some people think that the KPK has been weakened, which has been an institution loved by the public, even though the government denies that the new KPK Law has not weakened the KPK at all. One of the new things is the formation of the KPK Supervisory Body, one of which has the authority to grant permission to the KPK to conduct searches, which in fact has an impact on the problems at hand. The method used is a normative legal research method. The approach used is a statutory approach. The data used are secondary data obtained by literature study and primary data obtained by conducting interviews with related party respondents. There has been a shift in the meaning of Barriers to Justice as stated in Article 221 of the Criminal Code with Article 221 of the Corruption Eradication Law where Article 221 of the Criminal Code views Obstruction of Justice as a material offense while for Article 21 of the Corruption Eradication Law, Judicial Obstruction is seen as a formal offense. On the other hand, the actions of the Supervisory Board in granting licenses for searches, confiscation, etc. are not automatically considered a disturbance of justice unless it can be proven that the elements of wrongdoing committed by the Supervisory Board can be proven.   Keywords : Corruption, Authority, Obstruction Of Justice.   ABSTRAK Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) telah menjadi lembaga super dengan pengekangan yang luar biasa. Dengan adanya Undang-Undang KPK yang baru, sebagian orang menilai telah terjadi pelemahan KPK yang selama ini menjadi institusi yang dicintai masyarakat, padahal pemerintah membantah bahwa Undang-Undang KPK yang baru sama sekali tidak melemahkan KPK. Salah satu hal baru yaitu adalah pembentukan Badan Pengawas KPK yang salah satunya memiliki kewenangan untuk memberikan izin kepada KPK untuk melakukan penggeledahan, yang ternyata berdampak pada permasalahan yang sedang dihadapi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian hukum normatif. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan statutori. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dengan studi pustaka dan data primer diperoleh dengan melakukan wawancara dengan responden pihak terkait. Telah terjadi pergeseran makna Hambatan Keadilan sebagaimana tertuang dalam Pasal 221 KUHP dengan Pasal 221 Undang-Undang Pemberantasan Korupsi dimana Pasal 221 KUHP memandang Obstruksi Keadilan sebagai delik material sedangkan untuk Pasal 21 Undang-Undang Pemberantasan Korupsi, Obstruksi Peradilan dipandang sebagai delik formal. Di sisi lain, tindakan Dewan Pengawas dalam pemberian izin penggeledahan, penyitaan, dan lain-lain tidak serta merta dianggap sebagai gangguan keadilan kecuali dapat dibuktikan bahwa unsur-unsur perbuatan salah yang dilakukan Dewan Pengawas dapat dibuktikan. Land as one of the natural resources that have a close relationship with human survival. Due to the imbalance between land supply in our country as a result of rapid population growth and increasing development, it can lead to various land disputes including multiple certificates. The purpose of this study to determine the cause of the double land certificate in Semarang and Semarang Land Office responsibilities in the event of multiple land certificates as well as the barriers and solutions Land Office responsibilities in the completion of the double land certificate in Semarang.The method used in this research is the method of juridical-sociological. Specifications are descriptive analytical research. The data used primary data and secondary data obtained by interview and literature study. Qualitative data analysis, the problem was analyzed by the theory of the legal system, legal certainty and legal responsibilities.The results showed that the cause of the land multiple certificates in the Land Office of Semarang is the first that structure, that possible errors and omissions of agencies, both which are substances that can be made possible on the legislation governing the registration of land and the third is Culture Law, uncaused of view of the society on land certificates. The responsibility of the Land Office of Semarang in It contained a land multiple certificates is the Regulation of the Minister of ATR / BPN No. 11 of 2016 on the Settlement of Cases of Land, which is after all the research is done, the land office is obliged to cancel one of them if there were procedural errors in the case of defective administration and conditions other rule. Obstacles Land Office in the completion of a land multiple certificates in Semarang is external (the parties are not present and not good faith when mediation) and internal (Land Office only as a mediator is not a court), so the solution in order to give rise to legal certainty then the settlement of disputes through State court and State Administrative court.Keywords: Responsibility; Land; Associate Certificate.

Forest development is a national development target that is expected to provide maximum benefits for the people's welfare, in fact this is now very difficult to happen, because there are many cases of logging without permission from the authorized official. This is the case in the Sungai Buaya Register 45 Forest Area, Mesuji Regency, Lampung. In the case file Number BP / 83 / XI / 2010 RESKRIM to the Tulang Bawang Pokes that the suspect named Komang Salie alias Komang Bon alias Wayan Putra bin Wayan Mije, is suspected of having committed a criminal act of logging without the permission of the authorized official, in a case which is suspected by everyone. prohibited from occupying and or working and or using, encroaching, cutting trees and harvesting or collecting forest products without having the right and permission from the authorized official and carrying tools specifically used to cut, cut or cut trees in the forest area without a permit authorized officials, and those who commit, who order to do, participate in the act or those who deliberately provide assistance at the time the crime is committed or those who deliberately provide opportunities, means to commit the crime, as referred to in Article 50 paragraph (3) letters a, b, e, and k Jo Article 78 paragraph (2), (5), and ( 10) Law Number 19 of 2004 concerning Amendments to Law Number 41 of 1999 concerning Forestry, Jo Articles 55, 56 of the Criminal Code. The problem in this research is what is the role of the National Police as an investigator in the criminal act of logging without the permission of the authorized official and what factors are the factors that hinder the role of the Police as an investigator in the criminal act of logging without the permission of the authorized official. The method that the author uses in this research is to use normative and empirical approaches, primary and secondary data types, data collection methods with literature study and field studies, and descriptive qualitative data analysis. Based on the results of the research, the role of the National Police as an investigator in the crime of forest logging without the permission of the authorized official case number BP / 83 / XI / 2010 / RESKRIM at the Tulang Bawang Police, among others, before the investigation was carried out, an investigation was first carried out to determine the truth of the criminal act that occur. The investigation is based on KUHAP and Law Number 02 of 2002 concerning the Police.
