The assessment process is usually done at school so far only able to describe aspects mahamahasiswa improvement in cognitive ability. This research is the development (development research) with the intended target is the development of assessment instruments which are focused realm is the psychomotor. This study uses ADDIE development model which consists of three phases: analysis, design, and development. Product psychomotor assessment instruments validated by expert lecturers material and design. Psychomotor assessment instruments developed tested on a small scale (limited). Assessment instruments in the form of observation sheet consisting of three aspects of the assessment (preparation, process, and product). From the results of analysis of the assessment of psychomotor aspects of preparation, assessment processes and products obtained during one session that students are very well categorized as 75.76%, 21.21% as much good criteria, and the criteria pretty well as much as 3.03%. As for the category of poor and very poor are not found in the assessment process (0%). And to answer the questionnaire responses obtained lecturer with a score of 86.67% percentage, so in theory faculty response to the products included in the category of very strong or positive. The conclusion of this study is the psychomotor assessment instrument developed by the author can be used to measure the psychomotor.

<p class="AbstractEnglish"><strong>Abstract</strong>: We have developed a FIDTI (Fluid Isomorphic Diagnostic Test Inventory) as misconception diagnostic instruments. This development research is based on the importance of educators knowing the misconceptions of learners. Beside that the accurate quantity of diagnostic tests to help learners and educators understand the misconceptions that occur in the fluid material is still small.The model that used in this research FIDTI development is ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) development model. We use four steps of ADDIE development model. Four of these stages are deemed to be sufficiently adapted to the circumstances and eligibility. The product of this research is diagnostic assessment instrument of multiple choice which has four options with only one option is true and the other options are false. The options of products are developed based on student answer at essay question that has done before the product was developed. The products consist of 9 isomorphics that one isomorphic is consisting of three questions presented in a different form, but finished with the same concept (isomorphic). The number of indicators and subject topics which have respectively developed have 44,4% and 53,6% more than the previsiouse research. FIDTI is suitable to diagnostie student misconseption’s about fluids with validity test scores of 3,6 from 4. Diagnostic conception product in the study is using two criterias. Based on analysis data, the mean accuracy of the first criteria and the accuracy of the second criteria are 73,8% and 68,9%.</p><p class="KeywordsEngish"> </p><p class="AbstrakIndonesia"><strong>Abstrak:</strong> Telah dilakukan penelitian pengembangan FIDTI (Fluid Isomorphic Diagnostik Test Inventory) sebagai instrumen diagnostik miskonsepsi fluida. Penelitian pengembangan ini didasarkan pada pentingnya pendidik mengetahui miskonsepsi peserta didik serta kuantitas tes diagnostik yang akurat untuk membantu peserta didik dan pendidik dalam memahami miskonsepsi yang terjadi pada materi fluida masih sedikit. Adapun model yang digunakan dalam penelitian pengembangan FIDTI adalah model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation). Produk yang dikembangkan merupakan instrumen penilaian diagnostik dengan karakteristik berbentuk tes objektif pilihan ganda yang memiliki empat pilihan jawaban dengan satu pilihan jawaban benar dan pilihan jawaban lainnya merupakan jawaban salah. Pilihan jawaban produk dikembangkan berdasarkkan jawaban subjek uji coba menggunakan soal uraian yang telah telah dilakukan sebelum produk dikembangkan. Produk yang dikembangkan memiliki kuantitas indikator dan subjek penelitian masing-masing 44,4 % dan 53,6% lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan penelitian sebelumnya.Instrumen FIDTI layak digunakan untuk mendeteksi miskonsepsi peserta didik dengan skor uji validitas sebesar 3,6 dari skor 4. Adapun diagnosis konsepsi produk pada penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan dua kriteria. Setelah dilakukan analisis hasil uji coba produk diperoleh tingkat rata-rata persentase keakuratan keakuratan diagnosis secara keseluruhan dengan menggunakan kriteria pertama dan kedua masing-masing sebesar 73,8% dan 68,9%.</p>

This study aims to develop a performance assessment instrument for Make up Training Subject in Beauty Education Program by appropriate validity and reliability procedure in thedevelopment of the assessment instrument as the assessment process and products. Thisresearch is a development research (R&D). The research focuses on the development ofassessment instrument for Makeup Training Subject. The aspects of research, data sources, techniques and instruments/data collection instrument, and validation and reliability of theinstrument used in the study conducted by interview, observation, and literature and documents.The data of this study is quantitative data, which was statistically analyzed due to relevant empirical testing (validation of instruments) that includes testing and content validity andinternal validity. Descriptive analyzes were undertaken to describe the research data. The results showed: 1) The design of the instrument Makeup Training Subject are developed through theneeds analysis. It is done through literature review and study of the course competencies byengaging a team of researchers. This study resulted in the instrument guidelines and assessment instrument completed with its scoring rubrics. The instrument comprising: a step of validityassessment is done through the stages: experts judgment, empirical tests to prove the validityand reliability of the instruments assessment. Practical performance assessment is an important part of the learning process, but several obstacles are found in its implementation. The objectives of this study are (1) to develop constructivism-based performance assessment instruments for class VII Yunior High School in  Life Organization subject,  (2) to describe aspects that need to be made in constructivism-based practical performance assessment instruments, and (3) to describe teacher responses in using constructivism-based practical performance assessment instruments. This research is a development research using a 4D model, the stages are defining, design, development and distribution. The trial subjects in this study consisted of 10 students for small group trials and 40 students for large group trials. The indicators used in the study include aspects related to the development of constructivist life-based practicum assessment instruments. Instrument used was a questionnaire to reveal the response of teachers and students to practical performance assessment instruments. The results of the data analysis showed that the content feasibility value is 86.31% at the intervals of 48.33 which means it is feasible to use. Most students gave a positive response to the assessment sheet given (96.67%), a small portion gave a negative response (33.3%). Because the average positive response of students is more than 75%, the performance assessment instrument is considered feasible to be applied.

While there is increasing awareness that spirituality is a central dimension of human existence, there are few assessment instruments that operationalize spiritual strengths in a clinically useful manner. Further, instruments tailored specifically for African Americans, the population for whom spirituality may be most salient, have been almost completely lacking in the literature. Correspondingly, this paper develops a diagrammatic assessment instrument, spiritual ecomaps, for assessing African American spirituality. After delineating the theoretical components of a spiritual ecomap, practical suggestions are given for the instrument's use, including a number of possible interventions that flow from the assessment process. A case study is provided to familiarize the reader with the instrument. The paper concludes by offering suggestions for using the instrument for other populations in a culturally sensitive manner.

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah selama proses perkuliahan Teori Graf berlangsung buku yang digunakan oleh mahasiswa mengacu pada berbagai buku teks yang beredar di pasaran namun urutan penyampaiannya tidak seragam dan terstruktur. Buku teks khusus teori graf sangat jarang sekali ada. Kalaupun ada, seringkali masuk pada sub bab matematika diskrit, sehingga dosen sering mengalami kesulitan untuk meramu materi yang sesuai dengan silabus dan RPS. Ketidaktersediaan buku Teori Graf yang dijadikan acuan sebagai sumber belajar menyebabkan mahasiswa sulit memahami konsep. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan buku ajar kompilasi Teori Graf yang berkualifikasi baik dan layak diterapkan dalam perkuliahan teori graf oleh dosen dan mahasiswa di STKIP PGRI Tulungagung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari analisis, perancangan, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil validasi buku ajar teori graf menunjukkan bahwa ahli isi/materi menilai buku ajar berkualifikasi baik, ahli desain pembelajaran menilai buku ajar berkualifikasi baik, dan ahli media pembelajaran menilai buku ajar berkualifikasi baik. Rerata hasil uji pada kelompok kecil baik dosen maupun mahasiswa menunjukkan bahwa buku ajar yang dihasilkan berada pada kualifikasi baik. Hasil penelitian pengembangan adalah buku ajar kompilasi teori graf berkualifikasi baik, layak, dan siap digunakan oleh dosen dan mahasiswa di STKIP PGRI Tulungagung. Kata kunci: buku ajar kompilasi, teori graf, model ADDIE.   ABSTRACT The background of this research is, during the Graph Theory lecture, the books used by students are textbooks on the market which have an unstructured contents and order. Special textbooks on graph theory are very rare, even if they are often included in the sub-chapter of discrete mathematics, so that lecturers often have difficulty compiling material that is in accordance with the syllabus and lesson plans. The unavailability of the graph theory book as learning sources has made the lack of students’ understanding the concept. The purpose of this study is to produce good quality and feasible text theory compilation textbooks in lectures on graph theory by lecturers and students at STKIP PGRI Tulungagung. This research is a development research. The development model used in this study is the ADDIE model, which includes five steps: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Data is collected using questionnaire. The results of the validation of graph theory textbooks are content/material experts assess textbooks as well qualified, learning design experts assess textbooks as well qualified, and learning media experts assess textbooks as well qualified. The average test results in small groups both lecturers and students indicate that the textbook is in good qualification. Thus the development research stated that the textbook compilation of qualified graph theory is good, feasible, and ready to be used by lecturers and students at STKIP PGRI Tulungagung. The assessment instrument is an important component needed in the learning assessment process. However, in practice, there are still many teachers who have not been able to produce quality assessment instruments. The purpose of this study was to produce valid and reliable assessment instruments for social attitudes and social studies learning outcomes in class V on theme of lingkungan sekitar kita. In this study using a 4D development model, namely define, design, develop, disseminate. In this development research, it is only up to the development stage. The instrument used for the assessment of social attitudes was a questionnaire (questionnaire), while for the assessment of social studies learning outcomes used was a multiple-choice test. The data obtained would be analyzed the validity and reliability of each assessment instrument. The results of the analysis of the validity of the social attitude assessment instrument and social studies learning outcomes obtained an average value of 1, which means that the two assessment instruments have very high validity, while the results of the analysis of the reliability of the social attitude assessment instrument are 0,89 and the reliability of the social studies learning outcomes assessment instrument is 0,89. 0,85 which means that these two instruments have a high level of reliability. From these results, it can be concluded that the development of an assessment instrument for social attitudes and social studies learning outcomes is feasible to use in assessing students.

This research aimed to determine the validity of the Physics Event Photo Analysis (AFKF) module based on the STEM approach and improve students' critical thinking skillsat SMA Negeri 1 Rogojampi. The researchers implemented the ADDIE development model to achieve these goals, which consisted of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The data collecting techniques used in this research were interviews, product validation, and tests. The validation results indicated that the product was feasible to use with a validity percentage of 93%. The percentages can be categorized as very valid and can be used without revision. Furthermore, the percentage of the product's effectiveness in improving students' critical thinking abilitywas 66.58% which was included in the medium category. The PhysBased on the STEM approach, the Event Photo Analysis Module (AFKF) based ed positive responses from students with a percentage of 76%.TThis development research concluded that the STEM approach-based Physics Event Photo Analysis (AFKF) module is very valid and effective in improving students' critical thinking skills.

This development research is conducted at SMKN 3 Jambi, the purpose is to develop contextual based chemistry learning material for Xth grade Technological Vocational High School (SMK) with content and contex representative enough for SMKN 3 students. The model used in this research development is the type 1 development mode from Richey by adopting the development model of Dick & Carey. This development research is conducted in four important steps, they are analysis, design, development, and evaluation. The data are collected using openended questionaire. The subjects are students from class X TPM1, X TKR2, and X TKR3. These samples are taken randomly but remain to represent each student ability level, high, medium and very low. The research result shows the positif respond towards the developed  product. Based on the  collected and analyzed data, it can be concluded that the developed product is interesting, simple and easy to understand, can increase student’s positif characters such as interest, participation, responsibility, and relate to student selected skill.

This study aims to determine the development, feasibility, and effectiveness of video media globalization of learning material in the subjects of Civics 4thgrade SDN 01 Purwoyoso Semarang. This research is a development (Research and Devlopment). The development model used is the Waterfall model. The population in this study are students of SDN 01 Purwoyoso totaled 27 students. Data collection techniques are test and non test. The development consists of five stages: analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Results of the assessment of the material validator figures show the percentage of 82.14% to the category of "Eligible". As for the assessment of media validator figures show the percentage of 85% to the category of "Very Decent". Based on the results obtained by the Sig t test (two-tailed) of 0.000.Value Sig (2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.05. It can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, which means there are significant differences between the learning outcomes of globalization Civics material before and after using the instructional video media. Thus instructional video media products is feasible and effective for use in the process of learning civics.

This study aims to develop a feasible Android-based Rockport Walking Fitness Test application. This development research uses the ADDIE development model which consists of four stages of development: analysis, design, development and implementation, and evaluation. The Rockport Walking Fitness Test application contains the application menu, in the form of: (a) homepage, (b) Rockport Test, which contains a description page about the Rockport Walking Fitness Test, (c) guide, contains a guide page for application use and implementation of the Rockport Walking Fitness Test , (d) start the test, the data input page and timer that guides the implementation of the Rockport Walking Fitness Test, which continues to display the results of the Rockport Walking Fitness Test conducted, and (e) about, is a page that contains information about the Rockport Walking Fitness Test application and developer profile. Feasibility of the Rockport Walking Fitness Test application is assessed based on the assessment of material experts, obtained a score of 53.50 from a total score of 56.00 (very feasible category). Appraisal of feasibility by media experts obtained a score of 63.00 from a total score of 68.00 (very feasible category). The assessment of users in small group trials obtained a score of 42.17 from a total score of 52.00 (decent category). In the large group/field trial, the user assessment obtained a score of 49.77 from a total score of 52.00 (very feasible category). ROCKPORT WALKING FITNESS TEST APPS: APLIKASI TES KEBUGARAN KARDIORESPIRASI METODE ROCKPORT BERBASIS ANDROID  AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi Rockport Walking Fitness Test berbasis Android yang layak. Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development and Implementation, Evaluation) yang terdiri dari empat tahap pengembangan yaitu analisis, perancangan, pengembangan dan implementasi, serta evaluasi. Gambaran umum aplikasi Rockport Walking Fitness Test memuat menu aplikasi, berupa: (a) beranda, (b) Rockport Test, yang berisi halaman deskripsi tentang Rockport Walking Fitness Test, (c) panduan, beirisi halaman panduan penggunaan aplikasi dan pelaksanaan Rockport Walking Fitness Test, (d) mulai tes, yaitu halaman input data dan penghitung waktu yang memandu pelaksanaan Rockport Walking Fitness Test, yang dilanjutkan menampilkan hasil Rockport Walking Fitness Test yang dilakukan, dan (e) tentang, merupakan halaman yang memuat informas mengenai aplikasi Rockport Walking Fitness Test serta profil pengembang. Kelayakan aplikasi Rockport Walking Fitness Test dinilai berdasarkan penilaian ahli materi, diperoleh skor sebesar 53,50 dari skor total sebesar 56,00 (sangat layak). Penilaian kelayakan oleh ahli media diperoleh skor sebesar 63,00 dari nilai skor total sebesar 68,00 (sangat layak). Penilaian para pengguna pada uji coba kelompok kecil diperoleh skor sebesar 42,17 dari nilai skor total 52,00 (layak). Pada uji coba kelompok besar/lapangan, penilaian pengguna diperoleh skor sebesar 49,77 dari nilai skor total 52,00 (sangat layak).
