This study aims to develop a performance assessment instrument for Make up Training Subject in Beauty Education Program by appropriate validity and reliability procedure in thedevelopment of the assessment instrument as the assessment process and products. Thisresearch is a development research (R&D). The research focuses on the development ofassessment instrument for Makeup Training Subject. The aspects of research, data sources, techniques and instruments/data collection instrument, and validation and reliability of theinstrument used in the study conducted by interview, observation, and literature and documents.The data of this study is quantitative data, which was statistically analyzed due to relevant empirical testing (validation of instruments) that includes testing and content validity andinternal validity. Descriptive analyzes were undertaken to describe the research data. The results showed: 1) The design of the instrument Makeup Training Subject are developed through theneeds analysis. It is done through literature review and study of the course competencies byengaging a team of researchers. This study resulted in the instrument guidelines and assessment instrument completed with its scoring rubrics. This study aims to (1) describe the need for pictorial multiple intelligence inventory for early grade students, (2) to find out the description of inventory forms, (3) to test usability, accuracy, and feasibility of the inventory, and (4) to know validity and reliability of the Inventory. The method of this research is a development research by using the research stages of Borg and Gall development research. Data is collected through interview, observation, and questionnaire, and the data were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that (1) inventory was needed by teachers and students in Darul Istiqamah Bongki, (2) The inventory was developed using orthogonal item extracts with alternative choices Yes and No. The inventory consists of eight sessions representing each Multiple Intelligences. (3) the results of expert validation tests show inventory products included in the criteria are very useful, very feasible and very appropriate. (4) the results of the validity test using Product Moment Correlation also show good validity on inventory, while the results of the reliability test with Cronbach Alpha show an alpha value of 0.729> 0.6 so that inventory has good reliability. This means that the substance of the Pictorial Multiple Intelligences Inventory developed has met the criteria of useful, feasible and appropriate, valid and reliable so that it can be used as a tool to map the plural intelligence of early grade students.

This article aims to describe the results of the development of a test instrument for problem solving abilities. Topics focused on Work and Energy. This article was the result of research and development (R&D) by adapting the 4D model. Define done by analyzing the needs that exist in Universitas Negeri Malang. The design phase was carried out by determining the question indicators that were in accordance with the CPMK course in Basic Physics I, the appropriate cognitive domain, determining the answer key, and scoring rubric. The develop phase was carried out in three steps, namely validation by experts, legibility testing, and empirical testing. The results of research and development obtained intrument tests of feasible problem solving abilities based on the results of (1) the validators state that the instruments in the category were very feasible; (2) the readability test respondents state that the instrument is very good; and (3) empirical tests related to validity and reliability with the results of all items are valid at a significance level of 0.05 and reliable with Cronbach's Alpha coefficient is 0.746.

This study aims to determine the feasibility of the module in improving students' understanding of eco-literacy. This research is development research using the 4D development model with ten students as research participants. The learning module developed is validated by two competent validators from internal and external campuses. The feasibility of the module includes the validity and reliability of the module as measured by the validation questionnaire sheet. The validation results show that the module obtained an average score of 3.66 (very valid category), with the reliability score of 0.83 (real category). The research data were analyzed descriptively and quantitatively. Students' understanding was measured on the competency test in the module on the pretest and posttest after giving the treatment. The results of the module trial calculated using the N-gain formula indicate that the effectiveness was under the high category with a score of 0.703 with an average pretest and posttest values of 43.7 and 83.49, respectively. Based on the study results, it can be concluded that the web-based science learning module developed is valid, reliable, and effective in improving students' understanding of eco-literacy.

PENGEMBANGAN INSTRUMEN MODEL MENTAL PADA TOPIK SUHU DAN KALORAbstrakKami telah mengembangkan tes sebagai analisis model mental pada materi suhu dan kalor. Penelitian pengembangan ini didasarkan pada pentingnya mengetahui tingkatan model mental siswa. Model mental merupakan representasi internal siswa dalam memahami sebuah konsep.  Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan 4-D. Produk yang dihasilkan merupakan instrumen analisis model mental berupa soal terbuka.  Selanjutnya, instrumen tes model mental diujicobakan kepada responden (N=90) untuk mengukur validitas dan reliabilitas. Tes yang telah dikembangkan terdiri dari 8 soal dengan reliabilitas sebesar 0,667. Berdasarkan analisis data, instrumen tes model mental pada materi suhu dan kalor layak digunakan sebagai instrumen penilaian. AbstractWe have developed test inventory as an analysis of mental models on heat and temperature topics. This development research based on the importance of knowing the level of students' mental models. The mental models are a student’s internal representation of understanding a concept. This study uses a 4-D model. The product being produced is a mental model analysis consists of open-ended questions. Furthermore, mental models test were tested on respondents (N = 90) to measure the validity and reliability. The test that has been developed consists of 8 questions with a value of reliability is 0.667. Based on data analysis, the test of mental models on heat and temperature topics is feasible to use as an assessment instrument.

The assessment process is usually done at school so far only able to describe aspects mahamahasiswa improvement in cognitive ability. This research is the development (development research) with the intended target is the development of assessment instruments which are focused realm is the psychomotor. This study uses ADDIE development model which consists of three phases: analysis, design, and development. Product psychomotor assessment instruments validated by expert lecturers material and design. Psychomotor assessment instruments developed tested on a small scale (limited). Assessment instruments in the form of observation sheet consisting of three aspects of the assessment (preparation, process, and product). From the results of analysis of the assessment of psychomotor aspects of preparation, assessment processes and products obtained during one session that students are very well categorized as 75.76%, 21.21% as much good criteria, and the criteria pretty well as much as 3.03%. As for the category of poor and very poor are not found in the assessment process (0%). And to answer the questionnaire responses obtained lecturer with a score of 86.67% percentage, so in theory faculty response to the products included in the category of very strong or positive. The conclusion of this study is the psychomotor assessment instrument developed by the author can be used to measure the psychomotor.

The purpose of this study was to develop and describe the quality and characteristics of an assessment instrument of by name of Qirāatul Kutub. This development research is based on Borg & Gall model. The steps of the development were (1) planning, (2) primary developing product, (3) preliminary field testing, (4) main field testing, and (5) final product revision. The subjects for preliminary field testing were 28 testees for performance test instrument and 96 testees for grammar mastery test derived from students of Darul Huda Islamic Boarding School, whereas the subjects for main field testing were 80 students for performance test instrument and 425 students for grammar mastery test. The research instruments were assessment instrument of Qirāatul Kutub which consisted of performance assessment instrument and grammar mastery essay test, observation and interview guide. The research data were analyzed based on Rasch Model. The results showed that: (1) the results of the development were 12 items of the performance test and 17 items of the grammar mastery test which were fit with the proposed model, (2) the item difficulty of the performance test ranged from -1.32 to 0.99, while for the grammar mastery test from -1.13 to 1.01; (3) the person reliability for the performance test was 0.86, item reliability was 0.97, and Cronbach’s alpha value was 0.97. The grammar mastery test has person reliability 0.97 and item reliability 0.99 with Cronbach’s alpha 0.90; (4) based on the test information function (TIF) and Standard Error of Measurement (SEM), the instruments were found to be good; the performance test and the grammar mastery test were suitable for learners with ability masteries between -4 and 4.

This article produces a product in the form of an individual smash training model to improve the forehand smash capability which is based on good motion, has advantages over the previous model, where the model of individual smash forehand variations is to improve motion-based badminton Smash Skills. The aim to be achieved in development research is to produce a product program for individual smash forehand training which is efficiently and effectively varied, and also improve smash forehand skills, both in motion, technical skills, individually in the IKIP Mataram students. The population and samples using NTB athletes belonging to the UKM FPOK IKIP Mataram were 100 students. The instruments used in this development research were questionnaires, questionnaires, and the Badminton Smash Test Instrument from Purnama. The design of this study uses the research & development (R & D) development method of Borg and Gall which is qualitative in nature and while the quantitative approach is used to reveal the second objective, with a pre-experimental research design in the form of the one group pretest-posttest design. who looked for significant differences in individual forehand smash models before and after training were given a smash model. Based on the analysis of research data using the t test with a significance level of 0.05. Therefore, the research on the development of individual forehand smash models based on the results of badminton training from the results of research shows that the use of a varied and effective forehand smash training model can improve this forehand smash training model for badminton athletes in IKIP Mataram students.

This paper examines the development of script assessment instruments in history department. So far, the assessment instrument has not been valid as a measurement so that the development is needed to be done. The aim is to develop the components and indicators of scripts' assessment as a basis for a valid instrument and describe the characteristics and forms of the instrument. The development is done through R & D. Subjects of the research were assessment instruments itself used by the rater (examiner) to assess the script. Rater consists of 10 persons. The research data is in the form of rater assessment scores at the time of the exam. Data analysis was performed by testing the validity and reliability of the instrument through expert judgment in the FGD and inter-rater reliability. R & D results indicate that the instrument in the form of assessment format history script consists of four components and 20 indicators/assessment items. While the assessment format of history education script consists of six components and 19 indicators/assessment items. The characteristic of the resulting instrument has been qualified as a good instrument in the term of validity and reliability. The analysis showed that the level of inter-rater reliability was significant to be said to be reliable (the assessment instruments of history script r between 0, 9751 and 0.9949, while the assessment instruments of history education r between 0, 9947 and 0.9990).

The potential of ICT is to have access to the technology that simplify the education The integration of ICT competence into assessment instruments in fact asset to compete what has not yet been covered by the existing assessment instrument’s standards in language learning. This research adapted Design and Development Research (DDR). The model of Design and Development Research (DDR) used Richey and Klein (2007) model. The used of DDR stages are analyzing, Designing. Prototype and Evaluation. The design of the ICT competences-integrated assessment instrument of Listening Course through the process of analyzing existing assessment instruments of English Language Study Program from five different universities in Indonesia. An analysis was also conducted the ICT Competences-based English assessment instrument. The result of this research first, found that the ICT competences are mostly integrated in the test instrument components. For the ICT tools in the existing test instrument mostly used computer, laptop, speaker and word processing software. UNESCO competence in the existing test instrument mostly integrated implicitly and explicitly in technology literacy. Second, found the model and procedure of integrating ICT competences into table of specification that commonly used. Third, found the integration of ICT into test instrument component can be applied by infusing the ICT indicator into the table of specification. Fourth, found designing ICT competences-integrated assessment instruments of listening courses used the cloze-test, note taking and multiple choice for the type of listening test instrument.
