This study aims to analyze the effect of GRDP and population on Regional Original Income (PAD). The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with Ordinary Least Square (OLS) 2006-2020. The results of this study indicate that the development of Regional Original Income (PAD) in Kerinci Regency has increased except for 2009, 2012, 2017, and 2019 with an average PAD of Rp. Forty-seven thousand two hundred twenty million per year, the development of GRDP in Kerinci Regency has increased continuously except in 2008 with an average GRDP of Rp. 5,907.25 billion per year, and the average population growth in Kerinci Regency is 245,932 people per year. As well as the results of the analysis of factors that affect original regional income in Kerinci Regency, simultaneously the GRDP and population variables have a significant effect on Regional Original Income and partially GRDP is having a considerable impact number of residents has no substantial effect. This study aims to measure the value of willingness to pay and analyze the factors that affect consumer willingness to pay toward Pertamax fuel. This study's dependent variable is income, number of owned vehicles, the frequency of vehicle use, and product literacy. In this study sample of 100 Pertamax fuel users in Yogyakarta were selected using the Purposive Sampling method. This study using multiple linear regression or Ordinary Least Square (OLS). The results show that the value of consumer willingness to pay toward Pertamax fuel is Rp. 10,545. The factors that influence willingness to pay are income, frequency of vehicle use, and product literacy. These three variables are positive and have a significant influence on consumer willingness to pay toward Pertamaxfuel. While the variable number of the owned vehicle

Indonesia is one of the world's largest coffee producers, it can be seen from the amount of exports from Indonesia for coffee export. In the past few years, several companies have carried out massive expansion to get Gayo coffee from Central Aceh Regency and Bener Meriah. The purpose of this study was to analysis what factors influence the volume of Gayo coffee exports from Central Aceh Regency to the United States. The data collection method using the documentary method is the data obtained and viewed by the document in accordance with the variables in the research model in the period 2013-2017. Data collected is secondary data. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with the method used is the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) Method. From the research using multiple linear regression analysis obtained that variables which have significant effect to the export demand of Gayo Coffee from the United States is Global Coffee Prices. While the production of domestic Gayo coffee, the exchange rate of dollars against the rupiah and the price of foreign Gayo coffee are not significant to the demand for export of Gayo coffee to the United States.

Multiple Linear Regression is a statistical approach most commonly used in performing predictive data modeling. One of the methods that can be used in estimating the parameters of the model on Multiple Linear Regression is Ordinary Least Square. It has classical assumptions requirements and often the assumptions are not satisfied. Another method that can be used as an alternative data modeling is Artificial Neural Network. It is  a free-distribution estimator because there's no assumptions that have to be satisfied.  However, modeling data using ANN has some problems such as selection of network topology, learning parameters and weight initialization. Genetic Algorithm method can be used to solve those problems. A set of simulation data was generated to test the reliability of ANN-GA model compared to Multiple Linear Regression model. Model comparison experiments indicate that ANN-GA model are better than Multiple Linear Regression model for estimating simulation data both on the data training and data testing. Keywords:Neural Network, Genetic Algorithm, Ordinary Least Square

The income of traders in the Banjarsari Emergency Market Pekalongan is influenced by various factors, one of which is the trader resources (capital, working hours, business length, education, and business location). This study aims to determine the effect of capital, working hours, business length, education, and business location on the income of traders in the Banjarsari Emergency Market in Pekalongan. There as 95 traders of Banjarsari Emergency Market in Pekalongan were taken as samples with purposive sampling and accidental sampling. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis tools with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. The results showed that capital, length of business, and location of business affect the income of traders. While working hours and education have not affected the income of the trader. Capital provides the most dominant influence on income trader

This study aims to determine and analyze the development of a gross domestic product, population, rupiah exchange rate, inflation, and rice imports. In addition, to choose and investigate the effect of gross domestic product, people, rupiah exchange rate, inflation, and rice imports. The method used to analyze this research is descriptive quantitative. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis based on Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Based on the results of this study, the development of rice imports fluctuates every year. It tends to increase rice imports, gross domestic product fluctuates and tends to grow, the population increases every year, the rupiah exchange rate fluctuates, and inflation fluctuates every year and tends to decrease. The results of multiple linear regression show that the variables of gross domestic product, population, and exchange rate significantly affect rice imports in Indonesia. In contrast, the inflation variable is not substantial on rice imports in Indonesia. Keywords: Import rice, GDP, Total population, Exchange rate, Inflation.

This study was aim to know and to analyze the influence the amount of population, unemployment rate and educational level to poverty in Aceh province, by using quantitative descriptive approach through time series during 20 years (1995-2015) the secondary data was used from Aceh province. Type of the study classified to multiple linear regression model that is based on OLS (Ordinary least Square.) The result of this study shown that unemployment rate and educational level have positive and significant effect on poverty while the number of population has no significant effect to poverty. This study was suggestions that should be considered by the government is that pay more attentions on the quality of human resource, by giving more trainingof capacity building and skills of workers in order to competition for better occupation and far from poverty. Keywords: Number of Population, Unemployment Rate, Educational Level, and PovertyAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa Pengaruh Jumlah Penduduk, Tingkat Pengangguran dan Tingkat Pendidikan Terhadap Kemiskinan di Provinsi Aceh, dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-kuantitatif yang berupa data time series, selama 20 tahun (1996-2015) berupa data-data sekunder yang dipilih dari total keseluruhan Provinsi Aceh.
