The income of traders in the Banjarsari Emergency Market Pekalongan is influenced by various factors, one of which is the trader resources (capital, working hours, business length, education, and business location). This study aims to determine the effect of capital, working hours, business length, education, and business location on the income of traders in the Banjarsari Emergency Market in Pekalongan. There as 95 traders of Banjarsari Emergency Market in Pekalongan were taken as samples with purposive sampling and accidental sampling. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis tools with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. The results showed that capital, length of business, and location of business affect the income of traders. While working hours and education have not affected the income of the trader. Capital provides the most dominant influence on income trader

<p align="center"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Ketimpangan wilayah merupakan salah satu masalah yang umum terjadi di Negara sedang berkembang termasuk di Indonesia. Jawa Timur merupakan provinsi yang nilai ketimpangannya cukup tinggi jika dibandingkan dengan provinsi lain yang berada di Pulau Jawa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengetahui keadaan ketimpangan di Provinsi Jawa Timur 2) mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi ketimpangan wilayah di Provinsi Jawa Timur.</p><p>Penelitian ini menggunakan 1) Indeks Williamson untuk mengukur ketimpangan wilayah, 2) Analisis regresi linear berganda (<em>Ordinary Least Square</em>) dengan waktu penelitian tahun 2001-2015. Penelitian ini menggunakan software Eviews 9.</p><p>Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat ketimpangan wilayah di Provinsi Jawa Timur cenderung meningkat dengan nilai indeks Williamson lebih dari 1. Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda dalam penelitian ini ada tiga variabel yang hasilnya signifikan (α=5%) dan berpengaruh terhadap ketimpangan wilayah yaitu variabel investasi, angkatan kerja dan IPM serta dua variabel yang tidak signifikan yaitu variabel pertumbuhan ekonomi, pengeluaran pemerintah.</p><p><strong> Kata Kunci:</strong> Ketimpangan Wilayah, Indeks Williamson, Jawa Timur</p><p> </p><p align="center"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p><em>Regional inequalities are one of the most common issues in developing countries including in Indonesia. East Java is the pro vince with the quiet high  inequalities value compared to the other provinces in Java Island. This study aims to: 1) to calculate the inequality value in East Java Province, 2) to classify the regions in East Java Province using Klassen Typology, 3) to determine factors that affect inequalities value in East Java Province.</em></p><p><em>The methods used in this study were 1) Williamson Index to calculate the inequalities values, 2) Multiple linear regression analysis (Ordinary Least Square) during 2001 – 2015 using Eviews 9 software.</em></p><p><em>The result of the study showed that the level of regional inequalities in East Java Province tends to increase with the Williamson index value more than 1. The result of  multiple linear regression analysis, the variable of </em><em> investment, labor forced and </em><em>HDI were resulted to significant and it affect to the regional inequalities, meanwhile the variable of economic growth, </em><em>and government expenditure</em><em> were insignificant.</em></p><p><em></em><strong><em>Keyword:</em></strong><em> </em><em>inequalities</em><em>, </em><em>Williamson Index</em><em>, </em><em>Klassen Typology</em><em>, East Java</em></p>

The aim is to determine the effect of taxpayer understanding and service quality on taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Gresik Selatan. This type of research is explanatory research which explains and proves the influence between variables through hypothesis testing. The sampling technique used random sample sampling with a sample size of 97 taxpayers who do report and tax payments located in South Gresik. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variables of taxpayer understanding, physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. The physical evidence variable has the most dominant influence on taxpayer compliance.

The paper attempt to identify the determinants of merchant income in Indonesia framework using a questionnaire to examining about a business location and business capital effect on the income of merchants of the Cilegon Entrepreneur Association (Pawon)  in Cilegon Car Free Day.  The using approach  is descriptive quantitative with the total population of 400 traders than by using slovin formula, resulting in a sample of 80 respondent,  with the analysis used multiple linear regression analysis, with variable X1 that is business capital, variable X2 that is business location and variable Y that is merchant's income The result of this research is business capital has an effect to the merchant's income then business location has an effect on the merchant's income and jointly business capital and business location have an effect 43,1% to the merchant's income.

This study was conducted to determine how the influence of the initial capital, long effort and hours of work on the performance of the market traders alai Padang. The respondents are all traders who sell in the market of alai which has shops , a variety of types of businesses and turnover are almost the same. Sampling done by the census where all the population into the sample in this study as many as 56 people traders. To test the hypothesis, this research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis obtained that the initial capital and long efforts has a significant influence on the Performance of the market traders alai. Indonesia is one of the world's largest coffee producers, it can be seen from the amount of exports from Indonesia for coffee export. In the past few years, several companies have carried out massive expansion to get Gayo coffee from Central Aceh Regency and Bener Meriah. The purpose of this study was to analysis what factors influence the volume of Gayo coffee exports from Central Aceh Regency to the United States. The data collection method using the documentary method is the data obtained and viewed by the document in accordance with the variables in the research model in the period 2013-2017. Data collected is secondary data. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with the method used is the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) Method. From the research using multiple linear regression analysis obtained that variables which have significant effect to the export demand of Gayo Coffee from the United States is Global Coffee Prices. While the production of domestic Gayo coffee, the exchange rate of dollars against the rupiah and the price of foreign Gayo coffee are not significant to the demand for export of Gayo coffee to the United States.

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Organizational Culture and Work Motivation on the Employee Performance of the Dompet Dhuafa Republika Foundation in Jakarta. The method used is Multiple Linear Regression analysis where it is assumed that the variable Organizational Culture and Work Motivation has an influence on the Employee Performance of the Dompet Dhuafa Republika Foundation in Jakarta. The results obtained state that Organizational Culture and Work Motivation have an influence on employee performance by 54.2%. Organizational Culture Variables have a dominant influence on employee performance. From the results of the study, it is expected that in the future, the application of organizational culture will be further enhanced so that it is truly pervasive and imbued by every individual in the dhuafa wallet. In addition, it is necessary to develop employees in the form of rewards and clear rewards, both in the form of material rewards and career advancements and increasing knowledge in accordance with employee achievements to generate high motivation from their employees.Keywords: Organizational Culture, Work Motivation, Employee Performance.

The effect of accounting attitude young SMEs and the use of accounting information to businesssuccess. Purchase decisions are actions taken by consumers to make a product purchase. This research has purpose to analyze how much influence prices and promotions on cement purchase decisions at PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero), Tbk and the dominant influential variables. The sample numbers in this research by using 150 (one hundred fifty) respondents. The technique used in sampling of this research was purposive sampling. The method of analysis is by using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis in this research indicate that the price and promotion variables have a positive value and significant effect on purchase decisions and independent variable that has a positive value, significant influence and dominant influence is the price variable on cement purchase decisions at PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero), Tbk

      The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of capital and working hours either partially or simultaneously on the income of traders in Gulingan Market, Mengwi District, Badung Regency. This research was conducted in Gulingan Market with a total sample of 80 respondents. The method used in this research is census technique. Data collection was carried out by interview, observation and documentation methods. The data analysis techniques used to solve the problems in this study were: 1) Classical Assumption Test which includes: Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test and Autocorrelation Test. 2) Hypothesis Testing using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Techniques.      The results showed that capital and working hours simultaneously had a significant effect on the income of traders in Gulingan Market, Mengwi District, Badung Regency. Capital and working hours partially have a positive and significant effect on the income of traders in Gulingan Market, Mengwi District, Badung Regency.

This study aims to determine and analyze the development of a gross domestic product, population, rupiah exchange rate, inflation, and rice imports. In addition, to choose and investigate the effect of gross domestic product, people, rupiah exchange rate, inflation, and rice imports. The method used to analyze this research is descriptive quantitative. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis based on Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Based on the results of this study, the development of rice imports fluctuates every year. It tends to increase rice imports, gross domestic product fluctuates and tends to grow, the population increases every year, the rupiah exchange rate fluctuates, and inflation fluctuates every year and tends to decrease. The results of multiple linear regression show that the variables of gross domestic product, population, and exchange rate significantly affect rice imports in Indonesia. In contrast, the inflation variable is not substantial on rice imports in Indonesia. Keywords: Import rice, GDP, Total population, Exchange rate, Inflation.
