This study aims to analyze the productivity of business units and to analyze the effect of business capital, working capital, and labor on the productivity of business units in small blacksmith industries in Koto Padang Village, Tanah Kampung Subdistrict, Sungai Penuh City. This research is quantitative research and the type of data used in this study is primary data in the form of cross-section data on productivity levels, business capital variables, working capital, and labor. The sample in this study amounted to 43 respondents with the instruments used in the form of questionnaires and interviews. The data obtained were processed using SPSS20 with multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results of the study with a significant level of 10%, the business capital variable obtained a significant level of 0.060 with a significant value less than 0.1, meaning that business capital affects productivity. The working capital variable obtained a significant level of 0.037 with a significant value less than 0.1, meaning that working capital affects productivity. And the labor variable obtained a significant level of 0.288 with a significant value greater than 0.1, which means that the number of workers does not affect productivity. This study aims: 1) to analyze the socio-economic conditions of small pecel catfish trading business in Telanaipura District, Jambi City. 2) to analyze the effect of length of business, working capital, age, education, and the number of dependents on the income of a small catfish pecel trade business in Telanaipura District, Jambi City. This research is quantitative research and the type of data used in this research is primary data in the form of cross-section data about the level of business income, length of business, working capital, age, education, and number of dependents. The sample in this study were all members of the population as a sample with a total of 37 respondents with the instruments used in the form of questionnaires and interviews. The data obtained were processed using SPSS 20 with the multiple linear regression analysis methods. The regression results show that partially only working capital and age variables have a significant effect on the business income of catfish pecel traders, while the length of business, education, and the number of dependents have no significant effect on the income of catfish pecel traders in Telanaipura District, Jambi City. This study aims to provide empirical evidence of the influence of unemployment and inflation for poverty. The type of data used in this study is primary data with quantitative research method using multiple linear regression analysis technique and test hypotheses processed with Eviews 10. The result of data analysis showed that unemployment and inflation has a significant impact on the poverty. Seen from coefficient of determination that unemployment and inflation for poverty affect 63.95%, while the remaining 36.05% influenced by the others thay not included in this research.

This study aims to determine Lifestyle, Destination Image and Ewom on Decisions Against the Decision to Visit Instagram Explore Indonesian Users.This research includes quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The samples used in this study were 80 visitors on the Explore Indonesia Instagram account. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient (R2), multiple correlation coefficient (R), f test, t test, and classic assumption test using SPSS version 18 for windows. Primary data in this study were obtained from questionnaires whose measurement used a Likert scale that was tested for validity and reliability.The results of the analysis prove that knowing Lifestyle, Destination Image and Ewom on Decisions on Visiting Decisions. Lifestyle influences visiting decisions, destination image affects visiting decisions, Ewom also affects visiting decisions.

Auditor berwenang melakukan pemeriksaan untuk menguji kepatuhan pemenuhan kewajiban perpajakan Wajib Pajak dan untuk tujuan lain dalam rangka melaksanakan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan perpajakan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analisis. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Kantor Pajak yang ada di kota Makassar yaitu Kantor Wilayah DJP Sulawesi Selatan, Barat, Tenggara dan Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Madya Makassar. Penentuan sampel penelitian berdasarkan metode teknik sensus dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 60. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian merupakan data primer yang dikumpulkan dengan metode kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda untuk hipotesis Pengetahuan, Pengalaman, dan Profesionalisme. Hasil penelitian dengan analisis regresi linier bergandamenunjukkan bahwa Pengetahuan dan Profesionalisme berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas audit dan Pengalaman tidak berpengaruh terhadap kualitas audit. The auditor has the authority to conduct audits to test compliance and tax obligations of tax payers and for other purposes in implementing the provisions of tax laws and regulations. This research is a quantitative research with a descriptive analytic approach. The population in this research is a Tax Office located in Makassar City which is South, West, Southeast Sulawesi Regional Tax Office of Directorate General of Taxesand Makassar Medium Tax Office. The determination of the research sample was based on the census technique method with a total sample size of 60. Data analysis is using that used in this study is primary data which gathered with questionnaire method. The data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis for the Knowledge, Experience, and Profesionalism hypothesis. The results of the study with multiple linear regression analysis shows that Knowledge and Profesionalism have a positive effect on Audit Quality and Experience have no effect on Audit Quality.

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of effectiveness of cash turnover, receivables,and working capital on economic rentability in the New Grogolan Market Traders Cooperative of Pekalongan City from 2016 to 2020. The method used in this study was quantitative research method with documentation techniques and analyzed used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study showed (1) the effectiveness of cash turnover has no significant effect on economic rentability, (2) the effectiveness of receivables turnover has no significant effect on economic rentability, (3) the effectiveness of working capital turnover has a positive and significant effect on economic rentability, and (4) there is a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of cash turnover, receivables, and working capital together on economic rentability. AbstractSharia Rural Banks (BPRS) are one of the sharia financial institutions that function the same as Sharia Commercial Banks (BUS) and Sharia Business Units (UUS), only BPRS have fewer assets compared to more economical and micro BUSs. There is some empirical evidence that affects the assets of the claimed BPRS, namely Inflation, Bank Indonesia Interest Rate (BI Rate), Equivalent Rate, and Return on Asset (ROA) ratio. This research is quantitative research, with multiple linear regression analysis that is processed using software Eviews 8. The results of the research are obtained from the valuation and the level of Equivalent to BPRS assets, while the BI rate and ROA affect the assets of the BPRS. Overall, the independent variable affect the assets of the BPRS. Keyword : Asset, Equivalent Rate, BPRS.Abstrak            Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) merupakan salah satu lembaga keuangan syariah yang fungsinya sama dengan Bank Umum Syariah (BUS) dan Unit Usaha Syariah (UUS), hanya saja BPRS memiliki aset yang lebih sedikit jika dibandingkan dengan BUS sehingga fokus pembiayaannya hanya pada sektor kecil dan mikro. Ada beberapa bukti empiris yang memengaruhi asset BPRS diantaranya yaitu Inflasi, Suku Bunga Bank Indonesia (BI Rate), Equivalent Rate,  dan rasio Return On Aset (ROA). Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan analisis regresi linier berganda yang diolah dengan menggunakan software Eviews 8. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa inflasi dan Equivalent Rate berpengaruh terhadap aset BPRS, sedangkan BI rate dan ROA tidak berpengaruh terhadap asset BPRS. Secara simultan seluruh variabel bebas berpengaruh terhadap aset BPRS.Kata Kunci : Aset, Equivalent Rate, BPRS.

The research objective is to model the types of learning media Whats App Group, Google Classroom, Zoom and YouTube with multiple linear regression analysis. Multiple linear regression analysis is a linear regression model with one continuous variable and k (two or more) independent variables. This type of research is quantitative research that can model several types of online learning. The object of study in this research is STKIP Pembangunan Indonesia students with a sample of 25 people. The source of data comes from primary data by giving questionnaires to students. Based on the results of the analysis, the type of online learning model obtained is = 70, 376 + 0, 357x1 + 0, 322x2 − 0, 279x1 − 0, 321x2 + ε with a contribution of 21.2%. From the resulting regression model, the best learning models or those often used by Lecturers at STKIP development are WhatsApp Group and Google Classroom. In addition to multiple linear regression analysis, other methods can also be used to model types of online learning media with the addition of media such as LMS Moodle, Edmodo and others.

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, teamwork, and compensation on emplayee performance at PT. Wastra Karya Prima at Pandaan.  This research is quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study were 100 employess at PT. Wastra Karya Prima at Pandaan. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), partial correlation coefficient, t test, F test and classic asumption test using SPSS version 18 for windows. This primary data was obtained from a questionnaire whose measurement used a Likert scale that tested the validity and reability and the data was declared valid and reliable.The results of this study prove that job satisfaction, teamwork, and compensation simultaneously influence emplayee performance. Job satisfaction. teamwork, and compensation have a partial effect on emplayee performance.

This study aims to analyze the Determinant Consumption of Curly Red Chili in Households in Baturaja, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. This research is a quantitative research, using primary data obtained from April to August 2018. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis, Research Results Shows when demand increases then prices also increase and vice versa. The price of substitution also affects when there is a decrease or increase in the substitution, the price of chili also experiences the same thing, while the number of families does not significantly affect the number of requests for dried chili.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of social media effectiveness, attractiveness, ticket prices, and tourist service facilities in making someone decide to visit Curug Goa Jalmo, Pasuruan Regency. The samples taken were 133 respondents. Samples taken are visitors to the jalmo cave tour. This research uses quantitative research methods with multiple linear regression analysis. The type of data in this study is primary data. The results of this study indicate that: the effectiveness of social media has no significant effect on visiting decisions, tourist attraction has a significant effect on visitor decisions, ticket prices have a significant effect on visiting decisions, and tourist service facilities have a significant effect on the decision to visit Curug Goa Jalmo, Pasuruan Regency. _________________________________________________________________ Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari efektivitas media sosial, daya tarik, harga tiket, dan fasilitas pelayanan wisata dalam membuat seseorang memtuskan untuk berkunjung ke Curug Goa Jalmo Kabupaten Pasuruan. Sampel yang diambil berjumlah 133 responden. Sampel yang diambil adalah pengunjung wisata curug goa jalmo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : efektivitas media sosial tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung, daya tarik wisata memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pengunjung, harga tiket berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung, dan fasilitas pelayanan wisata berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung di Curug Goa Jalmo Kabupaten Pasuruan.
