The  purpose  of  the  research  is  to  find  out  the  influence  of  activity, interest,  and  opinion  on consumer  decision  in  using  Chiquita  Salon in  Palu  City.  There  are  4  variables  that  used  in  this research; activity (X1), interest (X2), opinion (X3), and decision of the consumer (Y). Method of study is descriptive causal with a total sample of 60 respondents, who were selected by purposive sampling. Tool  of  analysis  is  multiple  linear regressions  with  Software  SPPS  17.  The  result  finds  that  activity (X1),  interest  (X2),  and  opinion  (X3)  simultaneously influence  the decision  of the  consumer in  using Chiquita  Salon  in  Palu  City,  with  the  level  of  significance  of  0.000  <  α  0.05.  Furthermore,  activity (X1) with the t-sig. value of 0.042; interest (X2) has the t-sig. value of 0.022; opinion (X3) has the t- sig. value of 0.001. These values are < 0.05, which means that each variable partially influences the decision of the consumer in using Chiquita Salon in Palu City. Tujuan  dari  penelitian  ini  adalah  untuk  mengetahui  pengaruh aktivitas,  minat,  dan  pendapat konsumen  terhadap  keputusan menggunakan  Chiquita  Salon  di  Kota  Palu.  Ada  4  variabel  yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini; aktivitas (X1), minat (X2), pendapat (X3), dan keputusan konsumen (Y).  Metode  penelitian  adalah  deskriptif kausal  dengan  total  sampel  sebanyak  60  responden,  yang dipilih secara  purposive  sampling.  Alat  analisis  regresi  linier  berganda dengan  Software  SPPS  17. Hasilnya  menemukan  bahwa  aktivitas (X1),  minat  (X2),  dan  pendapat  (X3)  berpengaruh  secara simultan terhadap  keputusan  konsumen  dalam  menggunakan  Chiquita  Salon di  Kota  Palu,  dengan tingkat  signifikansi  0,000  <α  0,05. Selanjutnya,  aktivitas  (X1) dengan  t-sig.  nilai  0,042;  minat (X2)memiliki  t-sig.  nilai  0,022;  pendapat  (X3)  memiliki  t-sig.  nilai  0,001.  Nilai  ini <0,05,  yang  berarti bahwa  masing-masing  variabel  mempengaruhi secara  parsial  keputusan  konsumen  dalam menggunakan Chiquita Salon di Kota Palu.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of variables of CSR, tunneling incentive, fiscal loss compensation, debt policy, profitability, and firm size on tax avoidance. The population of this research are 143Manufacturing Companies Listed on BEI In 2012-2016. This research used purposive sampling with a sample of 24 companies. The total sample unit is 120 samples. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regressions. The collected data then analyzed with classic assumption test the hypothesis test by means of SPSS 21. The result of this research is tunneling incentive, fiscal loss policy, and profitability have positive and significant effect to tax avoidance. Debt policies have a negative and significant effect on tax avoidance. Meanwhile, CSR and firm size does not affect tax avoidance. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that only tunneling incentive, fiscal loss compensation, and profitability are able to increase tax avoidance.

   This study aims to determine the effect of working capital and business variables on the income of ornamental plant business in Petiga Village, Marga District, Tabanan Regency. This study takes a sample of 64 respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regressions.   Based on the results of the calculation of SPSS 22.00, the calculated F value is 31,088 with a significance of F of 0,000. By using a 0.05 level of significance obtained F table value of 3.15, then F count (31.088)> F table (3.15), or the significance of F of 0.000 shows smaller than 0.05 so it can be concluded that the two independent variables i.e. working capital and length of business jointly influence the amount of income of ornamental plant business in Petiga Village, Marga Subdistrict, Tabanan Regency is accepted. Partially the working capital variable has a significant effect. While the duration of business influences the income of the business of ornamental plants in Petiga Village, Marga District, Tabanan Regency, but it is not significant

<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kausalitas antara kebijakan struktur modal, ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas yang diukur dengan ROA dan perapan GCG yang diukur dengan Good Corporate Perception Index (GCPI) terhadap ekspektasi investor yang diukur dengan nilai perusahaan. Teknik  sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahan yang go public dan masuk dalam Indonesia Most Trusted Companies. Periode penelitian selama tahun 2012 dan 2013, serta mempublikasikan laporan keuangan 2012-2013. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 48 perusahaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan struktur modal dan ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh, sedangkan profitabilitas dan GCPI berpengaruh terhadap ekspektasi investor. Secarasimultan variabel kebijakan struktur modal, ukuran peusahaan, profitabilitas dan GCPI berpengaruh terhadap ekspektasi investor.</p><p>The objective of the study was to analyze the causality influence among capital structure policy, firm size, profitability which was measured by ROA and the implementation of GCG which was measured by Good Corporate Perception Index  (GCPI) toward the investors’ expectations which was measured by the company value. It was a purposive sampling study. The samples of this study were go public companies listed on the Indonesia’s Most Trusted Companies. The period of the study was in 2012 and 2013, and financial reports from 2012 to 2013. The total samples were 48 companies. The data were analyzed by multiple linear regressions. The result of the study showed that the capital structure policy and firm size did not  give any influence, whereas the profitability and GCPI gave influence toward the investors’ expectations. Furthermore; capital structure policy, firm size, profitability and GCPI variables influenced simultaneously toward investors’ expectations.</p>

The purpose of the research were : 1) to analyze the influence mix marketing consisted product, price, promotion and location toward the satisfaction of customer at PT. Belian Cahya Utama in Makassar and 2) identify the most dominant variable in influencing toward the satisfaction of customer at PT. Belian cahya Utama in Makassar. The populations of the research were 117 customers of Housing Permata Indah Regency and Griya Bandara Permai in Makassar. Total sample were 90 customers. The research used primary data and secondary data. Method of analysis data used descriptive statistic analysis and multiple linear regressions using SPSS program. The result of the research showed that the variable product, price, promotion, and location gave the positive influence significantly toward the satisfaction of the customers at PT. Belian Cahya Utama in Makassar. Further, in partially, the research showed that the variable product, price, and location had the positive influence in satisfaction of customer while the variable of promotion did not. Moreover, the variable of product was the most dominant influence in satisfaction of customers.

This research aims to know and analyze: (1) the influence of product quality and brand image to consumer's decision to buy AQUA brand mineral water at Faculty of Economics in Tadulako This research aims to: 1) determine and analyze simultaneous influence of product quality and brand image on consumers’ decision to buy AQUA brand mineral water in The Faculty of Economics of Tadulako University; (2) determine and analyze the influence of product quality on consumers’ decision to buy AQUA brand mineral water in The Faculty of Economics of Tadulako University; (3)determine and analyze the influence of brand image on consumers’ decision to buy AQUA brand mineral water in The Faculty of Economics of Tadulako University. The type of research is quantitative. The Population consists of students in The Faculty of Economics who bought AQUA brand mineral water. Sampling technique is purposive to select 100 respondents. Data collection is questionnaires. Method of analysis is multiple linear regressions. The result indicates that: (1) product quality and brand image simultaneously influence consumer's decision to buy AQUA brand mineral water in The Faculty of Economics of Tadulako University; (2) product quality has partial influence on consumer decision to buy AQUA brand mineral water in The Faculty of Economics of Tadulako University; (3) brand image has partial influence on consumer decision to buy mineral water of AQUA brand in Faculty of Economics of Tadulako University.    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa: (1) pengaruh kualitas produk dan citra merek terhadap keputusan konsumen membeli air mineral merek AQUA di Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Tadulako, (2) pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap keputusan konsumen membeli air mineral merek AQUA di Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Tadulako, (3) pengaruh citra merek terhadap keputusan konsumen membeli air mineral merek AQUA di Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Tadulako. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif (menunjukkan hubungan antar variabel). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi yang membeli air mineral merek AQUA di Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Tadulako. Teknik penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Terdapat pengaruh kualitas produk dan citra merek terhadap keputusan konsumen membeli air mineral merek AQUA di Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Tadulako, (2) Terdapat pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap keputusan konsumen membeli air mineral merek AQUA di Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Tadulako, (3) Terdapat pengaruh citra merek terhadap keputusan konsumen membeli air mineral merek AQUA di Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Tadulako.

Abstract This paper aims to examine factors influencing investment decision in properties in Batam. The intended factors are anchoring, overconfidence, herding, and regret aversion. Purposive sampling method were used in this paper to take samples. 330 questionnaires were distributed to property investors in Batam, but only 246 questionnaires or around 74.54% datas were used to be primary data in generating the analysis which will be calculated using multiple linear regressions by SPSS version 24 software. Among the various factors, the results revealed that anchoring, overconfidence, and regret aversion have significantly positive influence towards property investment decision in Batam. Regret aversion has significantly negative influence towards property investment decision in Batam. This paper can be useful for investors, especially those investing in property sector in Batam..   Keywords: investment decision, anchoring, overconfidence, herding, regret aversion, property.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan unuk mengetahui faktor anchoring, overconfidence, herding, dan regret aversion dapat memberikan kepengaruhan terhadap investment decision properti di Batam. Metode purposive sampling dipilih oleh peneliti untuk mengambil sampel yaitu dengan teknik yang sudah ditentukan terlebih dahulu berdasarkan maksud dan tujuan penelitian Dari 330 kuesioner yang didistribusikan secara langsung kepada investor properti di Batam, peneliti mendapatkan 246 kuesioner atau sebesar 74.54% data yang layak diolah dan dijadikan sebagai data utama untuk dihitung serta dianalisa menggunakan regresi linier berganda melalui software SPSS versi 24.. Hasil yang disimpulkan dari analisa penelitian adalah anchoring, overconfidence dan herding memiliki signifikansi positif terhadap investment decision properti di Batam. Regret aversion memiliki signifikansi negatif terhadap investment decision properti di Batam. Penelitian ini dapat membantu investor dalam mengambil keputusan investasi properti khususnya di Batam Kata Kunci: Keputusan investasi, anchoring, overconfidence, herding, regret aversion, property.

AbstrackThis study empirically examined the effect of several company & audit characteristics on audit report lag or audit delay. Determinants of audit delay in mutual funds were chosen as an object of investigation. The purpose of this study to reveal that those variables have significant effect on audit delay simultaneously or partially. Samples are selected by purposive sampling method. The results of multiple linear regressions show that all of the explanatory variables influences audit delay simultaneously. The rest of variables do not appear to have any bearing on mutual fund audit delay. This Result is suggested for auditor to perform the audit more efficient and effective to get audit report timely, for BAPEPAM-LK as regulator to review again the deadline of audited financial statements delivery of mutual funds, for the future researcher to be reference in developing investigation.

The purpose of this research to analyze the effect of profitability, dividend policy,growth and firm size to firm value. This research used all the companies listed on Indonesian Exchange in the periods are five which is started from 2013 until 2017. The number of all companies that were became in this study were 36 companies with 5 years observation. Based on method purposive sampling, research sample total is 180 financial statement .The analysis method by using multiple linear regressions. Result of this research indicates that profitability, dividen policy, growth, does not influences significantly positive on the firm value. Meanwhile, firm size influences significantly positive to the firm value.

ObjectiveBurnout is constantly becoming more exhaustively researched topic. It is assumed there is strong relationship between burnout and work-stress. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between burnout and work-stress in order to test the hypothesis that there is an association between these two variables.MethodThe study sample comprised of economically active Czech population, that was a representative sample. Data was gained through combination of interviews and questionnaires depending on the age of the participants. Data was then analyzed using multiple linear regressions.ResultsThe total sample comprised of 1027 participants; 675 persons aged 25–50 years and 352 persons aged 51–65 years. The sample contained roughly equal number of men (52.8%) and women (47.2%) The full model explained 59,79% variance and was highly significant F (18,1008) = 85,76, P = 001. Some factors that participants feel like could help them reduce the stress in workplace and subsequently reduce the burnout are longer holidays, lowering the administration burden, better work place conditions and lastly increasing the authority a person has in a given work place.ConclusionThe study has shown an association between work-stress and burnout and thus in order to prevent burnout with it related job absence certain precaution steps should be made. The reoccurring theme that would seem to improve the situation is decreasing the administrative work that is unrelated to the profession as well as increasing the powers the employees have in their position.Disclosure of interestThe authors have not supplied their declaration of competing interest.

Abstrak: Karakteristik Perusahaan Sebagai Anteseden Pengungkapan Wajib Informasi Akuntansi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh karakteristik perusahaan yang meliputi ukuran perusahaan, umur perusahaan, profitabilitas, leverage, dan pertumbuhan perusahaan terhadap pengungkapan wajib. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausalitas. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu 47 perusahaan manufaktur dari 129 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2012. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data dianalisis dengan regresi linear berganda. Uji prasyarat analisis meliputi uji normalitas, heteroskedastisitas, linearitas, dan multikolinearitas dilakukan terlebih dahulu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ukuran perusahaan, umur perusahaan, profitabilitas, leverage, dan pertumbuhan perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengungkapan wajib. Kata Kunci: pengungkapan wajib, ukuran perusahaan, umur perusahaan, profitabilitas, leverage, pertumbuhan perusahaan Abstract: Company Characteristics as Antecedent of Mandatory Disclosure of Acounting Information. The objective of this research was to get knowledge about the influence of company characteristics including company size, company age, profitability, leverage, and company growth toward mandatory disclosure. The research was research of causality. The sample used in this research was 47 manufacturing companies from 129 manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012. Purposive sampling was the technique used to select samples. Data was analyzed by using multiple linear regressions. Before multiple linear regressions were conducted, the normality, heteroscedasticity, linearity, and multicolinearity must be met.
