Study aim. The specialists note that the latest changes in the rules of judo have a negative impact on the quality of competition between the athletes representing the Russian Federation and the CIS countries. In connection with this the goal of the research was to search for the objective and informative criteria for assessing the level of preparedness of the judoists in Russia and Kyrgyzstan for conducting competitive fights. Another purpose of the research was to analyze the readiness level of the elite judo athletes from Russia and Kyrgyzstan to conduct competitive attacking fight in conditions with the significant changes of the rules of judo competitions based on the selected criteria. Methods. The total number of the judoists – n = 176. The athletes competed in categories less than 60, 66, 73 and up to 81 kg. The time period for the research is 6 years (from 2010 to 2015). The level of the athletes’ readiness was determined by comparing the competitive coefficients (CC) of the judoists. The authors attribute to the significant CC of the number of won and lost technical actions, activity in a duel and time intervals between the attacking actions. CC values were determined by the method of analyzing the competitive judo matches. For the analysis, the specialists were involved: the high-level coaches and international judges – n = 16. The number of the studied judo competition – 4032. Results. Comparative analysis of the CC showed that the athletes of all weight categories reliably (P <0.001) reduced the time interval between attacking actions in the matches. At the same time, the number and quality of Nage-waza technical actions of the athletes of the weight categories less than 60 and 66 kg were revealed. Data CC significantly (P <0.01) increased in judoka categories to 73 kg. Besides, the athletes less than 81 kg did not show significant changes in the Nage-waza quantity and quality factors. It should also be noted that the number of lost Nage-waza receptions of the athletes of categories less than 60 and 66 kg has been reduced. The authors suggested that the judoists of light weight categories formed a defensive style of conducting competitive matches on the whole. Moreover, this style is characterized by a reduction of the risk of attacking Nage-waza actions and an increase in the number of Ne-waza receptions. The most meet the requirements of the modern judo CC athletes less than 73 kg. Consequently, the judoists less than 81 kg according to the majority of the CC have not significantly improved the quality of the competition during the research. Conclusions. Furthermore, in view of the new rules of the IJF for conducting an active attack training of the judo wrestlers for competitive activities should be based on the CC athletes. CC wrestlers are determined by the method of the mathematical analysis of the competitive fights of the athletes for certain time periods. Increase and decrease of data CC is an informative indicator of the level of readiness of a judoka in a certain component of the competition. However, the analysis of the CC judoists of the combined teams of Russia and Kyrgyzstan showed that the athletes of weight categories less than 60, 66 and 81 kg formed a generally defensive style of fighting. Besides, this style is aimed at keeping the gained advantage through the false activity and increasing the technique of Ne-waza. The most adapted to the modern requirements of IJF were the athletes weighing up to 73 kg.

Current methodological guidelines for assessing the quality of soils in populated areas do not include ecotoxicological indices, thereby underestimate the potential danger of the negative impact of urban soils on the health of the population. Monitoring of soil quality is carried out according to established indices. Sanitary-parasitological and sanitary-bacteriological studies, of course, play a primary role in the establishment both of the category of soil contamination in populated areas, and basic physic-chemical parameters. The list of controlled elements contains heavy metals, benz (a) pyrene, arsenic and several others, but there are no whole classes of chemical compounds with a high level of public health hazard, such as polychlorinated biphenyls, in spite of the fact that the study of the distribution of this group of substances in the soil profile of Moscow is being included in modern scientific research work for a long time. Thus, the lack of data on the content of a number of key chemical toxicants in the soil can form a distorted final assessment of the quality of the studied soils. Ultimately, this can lead to a number of mistakes in management decisions for the improvement of the territories of Moscow and the replacement of soils with artificially created soil. One of the solutions to this problem may be the expansion of the list of physic-chemical indices in monitoring. Another one is the inclusion of ecotoxicological indices for conducting a comprehensive diagnosis of “health” of soils. Such an approach will make it possible to assess the soils more correctly, taking into account all the factors of soil formation in the territory of Moscow, including intensive multifactor anthropogenic impact on soils, which is difficult to estimate only with the help of physical and chemical methods. In the work results of own researches on an estimation of the biological activity of soils of Moscow of various functional zones are presented.

SC Cuprom SA Bucharest Branch Baia Mare is known as one of the biggest copper factory from ores from Romania, but at the same time one of the biggest polluters from the recent history of the country. Placed in the Baia Mare basin, at the outskirts of the city, the plant generated, in the past, a significant negative impact over the environmental factors, especially over the air and soil. The monitoring of the environment factors in the period offunctioning and after closure revealed a high level of pollution of the emplacement. After ceasing of the activity, in 2009, the emplacement passed through a period of continuous degradation, successive demolitions of the buildings and minimum involving regarding the protection of the environmental factors and application of depollution processes. In this moment the platform of Cuprom Sa represents a tampon zone placed in the eastern part of Baia Mare, which stand in the path of development of the city in that direction due to the high level of degradation of the site, high level ofpollution and lack of capitalization measures.

Nurses with depression are not only likely to suffer themselves, but it may have an impact on their coworkers and potentially the quality of care they provide. This study aimed to determine the prevalence of depression and its association with burnout in cardiac nurses. A group of 400 cardiac nurses (361 women and 39 men) was enrolled. The standardized tools such as Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), Beck Depression Inventory (BDI), and Patient Health Questionaire-9 (PHQ-9) were used. A high level of professional burnout regarding emotional exhaustion was observed in 53.3% of nurses, high depersonalization in 52.5%, and low personal accomplishment in 72.8%. PHQ-9 and BDI were shown to correlate significantly and positively with all three MBI subscales (p < 0.05). High depressive symptoms and occupational burnout were correlated with depression (p < 0.05). In conclusion, nurses were found to have high levels of depression and professional burnout, which may have resulted in a negative impact on the quality of patient care. Identification of burnout in cardiac nurses is necessary to consider interventions to prevent stress and depression.

At present the laundry business is one of the promising businesses with targeted consumers from the upper middle class who do not have much time to wash clothes at home. Like other industries, laundry also produces wastewater that can have a negative impact on the environment if it is not managed properly. This study characterizes laundry wastewater and looks at its effect on the quality to the groundwater/wells close to the laundry business. Water samples include TSS, TDS, Turbidity, pH , COD, BOD, Phosphate, and Detergent parameters analyzed according to SNI and/or the HACH method (DR3900). Characterization of the laundry wastewater samples show a high level of detergent and phosphate parameters ranging from 27,7-39,4 mg/L and 6,1-27,1 mg/L, respectively with the highest levels corresponds to Laundry wastewater samples at Jalan Baru. The detergent and phosphate contents in all well water samples are still below the required quality standard. Although the concentrations of parameters analysed in the laundry wastewater  are very high and above the guidance, it is obvious from the well water samples results that there is no effect of laundry waste waters to the quality of ground waters.

Information held by a company is one of the important factors for its success. Nowadays with rapid development of usage of internet and social media, bad information can also have a significantly negative impact on every element / level that exists in the company or in the community. Sometimes it can lead to public unrest. Bad or good information has correlation with the quality of information. The aim of this research  is to assest and analyze  the quality of information using Six Sigma approach and we choose Kaskus website as a case study. Kaskus is the largest community online in Indonesia. It provided various kinds of information to its user. By using its approach, this research consists of 5 stages, they are “define”, “measure”, “analysis”, “improve”, and “control”. Each phase/stage using different tools to assess the current Information Quality, such as questionnaires for define phase, “Expert Choice”(Analytic Hierarchy Process) for measure phase, and quality function deployment (QFD) for analysis stage. Questionnaires used for defining customer specifications and identify information quality problem, meanwhile software “Expert Choice” used to measure the importance each quality information dimensions and then to validate/analyzise the problem of the data. And lastly, QFD used to determine the mutual relationships of information quality dimensions and critical to Information Quality factors. Output of “Analyze” stage shows that Accuracy, Relevancy, and Objectivity dimension on Kaskus website need to be improved immediately because it reaches unacceptable point.

A two-year study considered the effect of pod harvesting intervals of 3, 5, 7, 9, 11 or 20 weeks after pod set (WAPS) on the relationship between the physical condition of the pods, seed maturation and quality in fluted pumpkin (Telfairia occidentalis). Pod characteristics, such as the intensity of bloom wax on the pod and stiffness of the pod ridges, showed perfect linearity and correlation with the age of the pod, whereas changes in seed quality factors – germination, dry matter, oil and protein concentrations were curvilinearly associated with the time of pod harvest. Thus, seed quality factors increased steadily up to nine WAPS then declined. The point at nine WAPS defined as physiological maturity for fluted pumpkin seed and approximate visible indications of this point in the field were fairly stiff pod ridge condition and fading of bloom wax.

The male factor is the cause of infertility in 40 % of cases. This study is dedicated to the efficiency assessment of ICSI and PICSI techniques and the determination of indications of these methods. There are some relative indications for ICSI in clinical practice: advanced reproductive age of patients, a small number of obtained oocytes, prolonged infertility, repeated attempts of in vitro fertilization. However, normal sperm values are registered in 71.3 % of cases. PICSI method is more preferable at high level of DNA fragmentation and associated changes in sperm indicators. Nevertheless, the pregnancy rate after these methods was comparable – 19.3 % and 19.7 % respectively. The results indicate that the ICSI and PICSI methods do not have a negative impact on the quality of the embryos and do not increase the pregnancy rate.

Creation of an optimal fiscal space in Ukraine should become the priority task of the modern fiscal policy of the state. Perfect combination of fiscal space components can help to reach the positive results of the national economic development. Modern state of the domestic economy is characterized by fiscal asymmetric, amount of national debt, changes in GDP and its structure. The national fiscal space reformatting should be carried out substantially. There are some factors in national fiscal space, which slow down the processes of social improvement and have negative impact on the quality of a citizen’s life. These factors are formed under the influence of political, social and legal trends, as well as financial imbalances. Theoretical and practical issues of fiscal space formation and development along with the experience of the functioning and national economy evolution have been learned by such researchers as V. Heyets, Т. Iefiminko, G. Kołodko, N. Кravchuk, A. Krysovatyy, P. Kulawczuk, S. Owsiak, E. Reinert, P. Heller, J. Schumpeter, S. Yuriy. However, the challenges of modern social development confirm the importance of their thorough study. Purpose.
