Scripting cartographic technique is a new method of geospatial data visualization - especially with thematic mapping such as geomorphological models. The purpose of this study was to explore the use of Generic Mapping Tools (GMT) and R for geomorphological and topographic mapping of Serbia using free open datasets (DEM, SRTM/ GEBCO, OpenStreetMap). Current trend in education and research of distance-based and online-based education suggests that application of free high-resolution data for modelling and mapping by open source cartographic toolsets are more likely to result in deep geospatial analysis of the geomorphology of Balkans with associated geographic phenomena: hydrology, soils, vegetation, geology. Presented fragments of scripts aim to demonstrate the technical usage of R and GMT coding in cartographic workflow with a case study on Serbia. Using qualitative descriptive cartographic approach to visualize the slope, aspect and terrain elevations over the country and the ?raster? package provided by R, it was found that the geomorphology of Serbia spatially differs in southern and northern parts of the country resulting in regional geologic evolution and tectonic dynamics of the Balkan formation. The presented maps portrayed general distribution of the landforms in Serbian region of Balkans. The research contributes to the methodological development and testing of the cartographic techniques as well as geomorphological and environmental studies of Serbia.

ABSTRACTThe The increasingly difficult economic conditions require educational institutions at the tertiary level to develop a model for collecting funds from the community, one of which is through cash waqf. Airlangga University already has a model of developing and utilizing campus-based cash waqf. So with this waqf solution the community can be helped especially by students to continue their education. From here the authors are encouraged to conduct research on "Models of Development and Utilization of Cash Waqf for Higher Education (Case Study of Waqf Amerta Airlangga.".With the formulation of the problem: first, How to use cash waqf for higher education in Amerta Airlangga Waqf. Second, how to model the development of cash waqf in Amerta Airlangga. The method of this study used qualitative-descriptive because the data was qualitative, the data was not quantitative which used statistic. Practically, the data collection used three methods, they were: interview, observation, and documentation.Based on the results of research in Waqf Amerta Airlangga, it is known that the Community donated funds to the Waqf Amerta Airlangga through PUSPAS which is divided into two types, namely non-endowment social donations and endowment donations. Then some of the non-waqf funds were directly put into social donation accounts which could be directly utilized for the Airlangga University PUSPAS program, by 85%. While the other 15% is for the operations of PUSPAS Airlangga University. The Waqf Fund through the Amerta Endowments program will be managed separately for the fund as an investment in a number of portfolios. Key Words : Development and Utilization Model, Cash Waqf, Higher Education

Abstract Background and Purpose: Motivation of this research is to explore the current trend in automating the business processes through software robots (Robotic Process Automation – RPA) and its managing within enterprise environment where most of the processes are executed by human workforce. As the RPA technology expands the demand for its coordinating grows as well. The possible solution to this challenge is shown in case study research in form of implementing orchestration platform to a concrete business process of onboarding in HR department of a multinational company. The aim of this paper is to explore the phases and activities of the pilot project implementation of Robotic Service Orchestration (RSO) in combination with RPA technology and to assess the potential benefits. Design/Methodology/Approach: Case study research approach was selected to explore the research phenomena, which is the implementation of RSO platform in combination with RPA technology and assessing incoming benefits. The case is formed with 2 companies – (1) multinational company with ongoing effort of automating onboarding process, (2) technology and consulting company delivering the automation solution. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with respondents from two involved companies and by analysing internal documents. Results: The analysis of case provided in this paper revealed some key insights: (1) strategical position of RSO and tactical position of RPA towards the existing legacy systems, (2) need for increased focus on initial process modelling phase, (3) Application Programming Interface (API) integration is more viable solution for RPA, (4) the biggest benefit of RPA - its agility, (5) future potential of the RSO replacing the BPMS. Conclusions: First of all, there is a need of higher number of software robots adopted in a company before orchestration could pay off. On the other side, current Business Process Management Systems (BPMS) solutions don’t offer functionalities for managing human and software robots workforce altogether. RPA is expected to expand and without proper orchestration the effectivity will not grow constantly.
