The purpose of the study was to create a valid and practical learning media comic on moral subject. The type of this research was Research and Development by using the Borg & Gall development model which was consisted of 10 steps. The data analysis technique used in this study was a quantitative descriptive analysis. The instrument used to collect data on the development of the moral comic media was a questionnaire and the trial subjects in this research were media experts, material experts, teachers and the seventh-grade students of MTs (Islamic Junior High School). Based on the validation of material experts and media experts, it showed that the results of the validation of material experts with a percentage value of 81% or very feasible and the results of the validation of media experts with a percentage value of 94.2% or very feasible. The results of trial subjects on the seventh-grade teachers as an expert practitioner got a percentage value of 97% or very feasible and the results of the trial on 10 respondents got the general percentage value of 87.6% or very good. Overall, it showed that comic media was very suitable to be used as learning media. The implication of this research was the existence of comic learning media that could be used by teachers while teaching so that the choice of learning media was varied and the learning quality got better.

This study aims to improve mastery of dexterity gymnastics through playing approaches and assistive media in physical education learning for students. This research method uses a classroom action research method with research subjects namely students of class II SD Negeri 44 Ampenan. The research instrument used observation, interviews, and tests. The data analysis technique used in this research was qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the play approach and assistive media can increase interest, activeness, and dexterity gymnastics for the second grade students of SD Negeri 44 Ampenan.

The aim of this research is to analyze the quality of science textbooks for 7<sup>th</sup> grade of Junior High School in Bandung City. This research use content analysis method and data analysis with quantitative descriptive analysis technique. The compatibility analysis of subject matter description with basic competence use instrument which adopted from the instrument of BSNP and based on three indicators, (1) completeness, (2) broadness, and (3) deepness. Completeness based on the presentation of subject matter, broadness based on the presentation of concept, definition, procedure, or example which support to the subject matter, and deepness based on subject matter explanation. The samples are one electronic textbook (BSE), be code in A and two non-electronic textbooks (non-BSE), be code in B and C. The samples selected by purposive sampling technique. Analysis result shows that the completeness of book A, B, and C are 100%, 96,15%, and 96,15% consecutively. The broadness of book A, B, and C are 100%, 88,46%, and 84,62% consecutively. The deepness of book A, B, and C are 92,31%, 88,46%, and 73,08% consecutively. So, book A (BSE) have better quality than book B and C (non-BSE).

This research aims to find out students' interest and how much support from the school to support junior high school extracurricular sports activities in Pringsewu Kota District, Pringsewu Regency. The research method used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis technique. In this research instrument using a questionnaire or questionnaire (Questionnaires). The results of the study were obtained with good categories as a whole as many as 65 students with a total percentage of 93% in the category of extracurricular sports activities and 14 students with a total percentage of 20% in school infrastructure. Then from the results which stated that it was quite good, it reached 5 students with a percentage of 7% in the category of extracurricular sports activities and 35 students with a total percentage of 50% in school infrastructure. As for the poor classification, there are no extracurricular sports activities and 21 students with a percentage of 30% in school infrastructure.

This study aims to determine the physical fitness of students who are taught through a learning model with a play approach. This study uses a classroom action research method. The subjects of this study were 26 students of Class IX SMP Negeri I Bungku Timur. The research instrument used tests and the data analysis technique used qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the learning model with a play approach has an impact on changes in motivation and levels of students' physical fitness. This is because they can learn while playing. With this activity, students' cognitive, affective and psychomotor abilities can develop optimally.

One of the basic laws that the zakat seems to be ordered is the word of Allah SWT QS. At-Taubah verse 103, The study aims to analyze the effect of  productive Zakat, Infak, Sedekah (ZIS) to the micro-business growth of mustahik of Muhammadiyah Society in Medan City, micro-business growth towards mustahik welfare of Muhammadiyah Society in Medan City, and simultaneously effect of Productive Zakat, Infak, Sedekah (ZIS) and micro-business growth to the mustahik welfare of Muhammadiyah society in Medan City. This research used quantitative descriptive analysis, the sample was selected by using quota sampling, and the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence between productive Zakat and mustahik welfare, there is a relationship between micro-business growth and mustahik welfare and also simultaneously there is a relationship between productive Zakat and the micro-business growth towards mustahik welfare of Muhammadiyah society in Medan city. The implication of this study is emphasizing the distribution of Zakat that more prioritizing on Productive Zakat.

Abstract This study aims to determine the level of soundness of the company's financial performance from PT. BPR in 2013-2017 using ratio analysis of capital, profitability and liquidity factors. The data analysis technique used is a quantitative descriptive analysis technique. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion shows that the financial health performance of PT. Central Java Rural Banks (BPR) in 2013-2017 viewed from the capital factor if calculated using the CAR ratio can be categorized as HEALTHY. When viewed from the profitability factor and calculated using the ROA ratio it is also categorized HEALTHY, but when seen the BOPO ratio of PT. Central Java Rural Bank in 2015-2017 is categorized as NOT HEALTHY because the resulting ratio is too high so it is inefficient. While the health level is seen from the liquidity factor of PT. Central Java Rural Bank is categorized as HEALTHY. BPR Jateng Tahun 2013-2017 dengan menggunakan analisis rasio dari faktor permodalan, rentabilitas dan likuiditas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa kesehatan kinerja keuangan PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Jateng pada tahun 2013-2017 dilihat dari faktor permodalan apabila dihitung dengan menggunakan rasio CAR dapat dikategorikan SEHAT. Jika dilihat dari faktor rentabilitas dan dihitung dengan menggunakan rasio ROA juga dikategorikan SEHAT, namun apabila dilihat rasio BOPO PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Jateng tahun 2015-2017 dikategorikan TIDAK SEHAT karena rasio yang dihasilkan terlalu tinggi sehingga tidak efisien. Sedangkan tingkat kesehatan dilihat dari faktor likuiditas PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Jateng dikategorikan SEHAT. Kata Kunci : Tingkat Kesehatan, Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Return On Assets (ROA), Beban Operasional Terhadap Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO), Cash Ratio, Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR)

This study aims to improve student activity and learning outcomes through the application of the think pair share type of cooperative learning at SMK Negeri 4 Gowa. This research method used classroom action research. The subjects of this study were students of class XI TKJ1. The research instrument used observation, tests, and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research was qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Think Pair Share type of cooperative learning model can increase activity and learning outcomes. This is evidenced by the increase in student completeness scores from cycle I 41.18% to 85.30% in cycle II and student activity in terms of volunteering to answer questions, working on questions individually, working with group friends increased.

The purpose of this research is to find out the operational budget and revenue budget affect the level of financial performance at the crocs tm counter in Malang City. The design of this research is to use a quantitative descriptive method, in this research the data sources used are secondary data and primary data. The data collection techniques used in this research are interviews and observation. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis. It was found in the results of this research that operational variables can have a significant effect on the change ratio, while the revenue budget has no significant effect on the change ratio in Counter Crocs TM in Malang City, Malang City

ABSTRACT This reseaarch aims to determine the financial performance of PT. Indoris Printingdo, based on the Decree of the Minister of BUMN no. 100 / MBU / 2002 on Rating of State-Owned Enterprise Health Level during the period of 2013 - 2015. Data collection methods in this study is obtained by quoting directly from the financial statements in PT. Indoris Printingdo from 2013 to 2015. The analysis technique in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis. The data analysis used is based on the Decree of the Minister of BUMN no:100 / MBU / 2002.Based on the results of research known that the financial performance of PT. Indoris Printingdo based on Decree of the Minister of BUMN no.100 / MBU / 2002 is in 2013 to get the title of "HEALTHY A", in 2014 get the title "UNWELL BBB" and in 2015 the company get the title "HEALTHY AA". This shows the financial performance of PT. Indoris Printingdo is still in good category or experiencing increasing trend. Keywords : Financial performance and healthy level.

Abstract: This study aims to develop a comic-based basketball module for basketball extracurricular students at SD Lesanpuro 4 in Malang City. The research model uses a procedural model adapted from the Lee and Owens procedure using 5 steps, namely: (1) needs analysis, (2) carrying out a design, (3) developing or developing a product, (4) implementation or implementation of activities, (5) evaluation or product evaluation. Product trials include: (1) Trial design, the trial design used is descriptive design. (2) Experimental subjects, the subjects used in this study were extracurricular students of SD Lesanpuro 4 Malang City, and the subject of media experts and learning experts was one of the lecturers from the Faculty of Sports Science. The small group trial subjects consisted of 5 students and the large group test subjects consisted of 15 students. (3) The type of data used is descriptive quantitative and descriptive qualitative. (4) The data collection instrument used in conducting this validation is a non-test in the form of a questionnaire. (5) The analysis technique in this study uses qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of learning validation are 73 percent, and the results of media expert validation are 81 percent. While the results of small group trials obtained results of 89 percent and large group trials obtained results of 83.75 percent. Thus, the results of developing a comic-based basketball module for extracurricular students at SD Lesanpuro 4 in Malang City are very valid and can be applied to extracurricular basketball students at SD Lesanpuro 4, Malang City. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan modul bola basket yang berbasis komik untuk siswa ekstrakurikuler bola basket SD Lesanpuro 4 di Kota Malang. Model penelitian menggunakan model prosedural yang diadaptasi dari prosedur Lee dan Owens dengan menggunakan 5 langkah yaitu: (1) analisis kebutuhan, (2) melakukan sebuah desain, (3) development atau pengembangan sebuah produk, (4) implementation atau pelaksanaan kegiatan, (5) evaluation atau evaluasi produk. Uji coba produk meliputi: (1) Desain uji coba, desain uji coba yang digunakan adalah desain deskriptif. (2) Subjek coba, subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa ekstrakurikuler SD Lesanpuro 4 Kota Malang, dan subjek dari ahli media serta ahli pembelajaran merupakan salah satu dosen dari Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan. Subjek uji coba kelompok kecil terdiri 5 siswa dan subjek uji coba kelompok besar terdiri 15 siswa. (3) Jenis data yang digunakan berupa deskriptif kuantitatif dan deskriptif kualitatif. (4) Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam melakukan validasi ini yaitu non-tes yang berbentuk angket. (5) Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil validasi pembelajaran sebesar 73 persen, dan hasil validasi ahli media sebesar 81 persen. Sedangkan hasil uji coba kelompok kecil memperoleh hasil sebesar 89 persen dan uji coba kelompok besar memperoleh hasil sebesar 83,75 persen. Sehingga, hasil pengembangan modul bola basket berbasis komik untuk siswa ekstrakurikuler SD Lesanpuro 4 di Kota Malang sangat valid dan dapat diterapkan pada siswa ekstrakurikuler bola basket SD Lesanpuro 4 Kota Malang.
