This study aims to improve mastery of dexterity gymnastics through playing approaches and assistive media in physical education learning for students. This research method uses a classroom action research method with research subjects namely students of class II SD Negeri 44 Ampenan. The research instrument used observation, interviews, and tests. The data analysis technique used in this research was qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the play approach and assistive media can increase interest, activeness, and dexterity gymnastics for the second grade students of SD Negeri 44 Ampenan.

This study aims to determine the physical fitness of students who are taught through a learning model with a play approach. This study uses a classroom action research method. The subjects of this study were 26 students of Class IX SMP Negeri I Bungku Timur. The research instrument used tests and the data analysis technique used qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the learning model with a play approach has an impact on changes in motivation and levels of students' physical fitness. This is because they can learn while playing. With this activity, students' cognitive, affective and psychomotor abilities can develop optimally.

This study aims to improve student activity and learning outcomes through the application of the think pair share type of cooperative learning at SMK Negeri 4 Gowa. This research method used classroom action research. The subjects of this study were students of class XI TKJ1. The research instrument used observation, tests, and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research was qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Think Pair Share type of cooperative learning model can increase activity and learning outcomes. This is evidenced by the increase in student completeness scores from cycle I 41.18% to 85.30% in cycle II and student activity in terms of volunteering to answer questions, working on questions individually, working with group friends increased.

This study aims to improve the writing skills of negotiation texts through the application of problem-based learning strategies. This research is a classroom action research with the research subjects of class X MIPA 2 SMA Negeri 2 Labuapi consisting of 25 students. The research instrument used tests, observations, document analysis, interviews, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research was qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that in the process there is an increase in student enthusiasm in participating in learning, student interaction in groups, and student attention. This can be shown from the results of observations during the learning process. The product improvement can be seen with the increase in the students' writing value of negotiating text. In the pre-cycle there were 16 students who had not yet completed it and in the first cycle there were still 6 students who had not finished, and in the second cycle it increased again, that all 25 students had all completed. These results indicate that the application of problem-based learning strategies can increase student activeness in teaching and learning activities and can improve writing negotiation text skills for class X MIPA 2 SMA Negeri 2 Labuapi.

This study aims to increase student participation through limited structured guidance in distance learning at SMA Negeri 2 Bayan. This research method used school action research with the stages of planning, action, observation and reflection which consists of 2 cycles. The instruments used were questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research was qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that in the pre-cycle, learning participation was very low, namely only 5%, (less) in the first cycle of 41% (less) and in the second cycle of 51% (sufficient). The quality of guidance in the first cycle was 74 (enough) while in the second cycle it was 84% (good). So that the results of this study can be concluded that limited structured guidance can increase student participation in SMA Negeri 2 Bayan.

<p>The purpose of this study is to determine (1) the effect of professionalism competence variable on students' achievement, (2) the effect of teacher's personality variables on students' achievement, (3) the effect of teacher's professionalism and personality on students' achievement. This research is a quantitative descriptive research, with 60 teachers of MAS/SMA al-Washliyah UNIVA as research subjects taken by total sampling method. Data collected by the instrument in form of questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis method, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, hypothesis testing by F test and t test. Results from the study shows regression equation Y = 43.764+ 0,243 X1 + 0.173 X2 that has meaning when variables X1 and X2 changes, it will have an impact on student achievement. The result of data analysis shows that partially teacher’s professionalism affects significantly on students’ achievement with the value tcount 3,485 &gt; ttable 2,002.Analysis on effect of personality on students’ learning achievement partially influences significantly with value tcount 3,105 &gt; ttable 2,002. The result simultaneously shows that teacher’s professionalism and personality conjunctly affecting the achievement of MAS/SMA al-Washliyah UNIVA Medan student with value of 8,143 &gt; Ftable 4.01. Other than that, the coefficient of determination (R2) has value of 222. It means in the amount of 22,20% of students’ learning achievement variable is affected by two independent variables in this research, meanwhile the rest as big as 77,80% is affected by other variable that is not studied in this research.</p>

The competition between Banks in Indonesia required the existence of a marketing strategy for appropriate banking products and services offered on the state-owned bank in Indonesia, including in Jakarta. This study aims to determine whether there is influence between variable Product Development, Advertising and Service Quality, to Saving Decision in State-Owned Bank in Jakarta. Methods of data collection using a survey distributed to 127 customers. The research method used quantitative descriptive analysis and method of data analysis used in this research is multiple regressions. The results of this study, shows that Product Development, Advertising and Service Quality has an influence on Customers Saving Decision at State-Owned Banks in Jakarta.

Abstrak Penelitian eksperimen ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) formula choco cookies tepung bonggol pisang kepok (2) kualitas choco cookies tepung bonggol pisang kepok dari rasa, aroma dan tekstur. Objek penelitian ini adalah proses pembuatan dan kualitas choco cookies tepung bonggol pisang kepok dari aspek rasa, aroma, dan tekstur. Panelis yang dipilih adalah panelis terlatih terdiri dari guru dan dosen tata boga berjumlah 19 orang. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dan metode observasi. Data kualitas choco cookies tepung bonggol pisang kepok dikumpulkan melalui uji organoleptik mutu hedonik dengan skala 3 tingkatan. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian, ditemukan bahwa (1) formula choco cookies tepung bonggol pisang kepok sebagai berikut tepung bonggol pisang kepok 150g, margarin 180g, choco chip 150g, gula halus 150g, cokelat bubuk 25g, kuning telur 20g dan vanilli 4g (2) kualitas choco cookies tepung bonggol pisang kepok dilihat dari aspek rasa berada pada kategori baik dengan skor rata-rata 2,94 artinya memiliki rasa manis dan gurih. Aspek aroma berada pada kategori baik dengan skor rata-rata 2,89 artinya memiliki aroma khas bonggol pisang kepok. Aspek tekstur berada pada kategori baik dengan skor rata-rata 2,78 artinya memiliki tekstur yaitu rapuh. Kata Kunci : choco cookies, kualitas, tepung bonggol pisang kepok, formula. Abstract This experimental research is aimed to know (1) the formula of kepok banana hump flour choco cookies (2) the quality of kepok banana hump flour seen from flavor, aroma and texture. The object of this study is process and quality of kepok banana hump flour choco cookies from the aspect of flavor, aroma and texture. The selected panelists were 19 trained panelists. The method used in this is the method of laboratory and method of observation. The data kepok banana hump flour was collected through organoleptic test of hedonic quality with scale 3 levels and then the data of this study was found some result will be analyzed by using qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis method. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found (1) the formula of kepok banana hump flour choco cookies is a kepok banana hump flour 150g, margarine 180g, choco chip 150g, refined sugar 150g, cocoa powder 25g, egg yolk 20g, and vanillie 4g (2) the quality of kepok banana hump flour choco cookies seen from flavor aspect is good category with the average 2,94 has a desired flavor there are sweat and savory, from the aspect aroma is in the good category with the average 2,89 has a distinctive aroma of kepok banana hump flour, from the aspect of the texture is good category with the average 2,78 has a distinctive texture is fragile. This study aims to determine the effect of the influence of Recruitment, Training and Counseling on Employee Productivity at PT. Telkom Medan access both partially and simultaneously. The research method uses quantitative descriptive analysis.  The population in this study were all totaling 462 people. Data analysis techniques using the F Test, T Test, and Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of data analysis in this study shows that partially it can be seen that the recruitment variable (X1) has a tcount of 0.837 and a value of 1.663, then the tcount value <ttable (0.837 <1.663) and a sig.0.00 value <0.405. This means the hypothesis is rejected namely: partial recruitment has no positive and significant effect on employee productivity at PT Telkom Akses Medan. The results showed that the training (X2) had a tcount of 3.254 and a t-table value of 1.663, then a tcount> ttable (3.254> 1.663) and a sig value. 0.00 <0.002. This means that the hypothesis is accepted: training has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity in PT Telkom Akses Medan. The results showed that counseling (X3) had a tcount of 2.974 and a t-table value of 1.663 then the tcount> ttabe l (2.974> 1.663) and a sig value. 0.00 <0.004. This means that the hypothesis  is accepted: counseling has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity at PT Telkom Akses Medan.

The laboratory has an important role in the implementation of learning, especially in the form of practicum. The use of school laboratories needs to be evaluated as a form of running school management. This study aims to determine: 1) the Principal's carrying capacity (contexts); 2) Resources support (input); 3) Laboratory utilization and constraints (process); 4) The percentage of students' interest in studying in the laboratory (product). This evaluation research uses the context, input, process, and product (CIPP) model. The research subjects were school principals, laboratory heads in SMA/MA Negeri in Godean sub-district, laboratory assistants at SMA N 1 Godean, two biology teachers from each school, and students SMA N 1 Godean 89 people and MAN 1 Sleman 80 people using proportionate stratified random sampling. The research object is the use of biological laboratories. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is in the form of qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The evaluation results by CIPP obtained: 1) Context, the support capacity provided by the Principal by facilitating laboratory utilization activities; 2) Input, the availability of infrastructure suggestions is used to support learning through practicum and demonstrations. Management is carried out by laboratory personnel. Management includes planning, arrangement, arrangement, monitoring, and evaluation; 3) Process, the laboratory is used based on its function. The obstacles faced are infrastructure, limited time, and human resources; 4) Product, the percentage of student interest in learning in the laboratory of SMA N 1 Godean is 94.01% and MAN 1 Sleman is 91.39%.

The purpose of this study was to study the influence of Leadership Style, motivation, and Work Discipline on Employee performance at PT. Agro Nusantara facilities in Medan. The research method uses quantitative descriptive analysis. With a total of 163 people in this study, as many as 163 people. Data analysis techniques using the F Test, T Test, and Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of data analysis in this study shows that the leadership style (X1) has a positive influence on the performance of employees of PT SAN Medan. The results showed motivation (X2) had a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT SAN. The results showed work discipline (X3) work discipline did not have a positive or significant effect on employee performance at PT Sarana Agro Nusantara Medan.
