This research aims to determine the strategy of upgrading waiter/ss skills at Makase Restaurant. The subject of this study is Supervisor and employee of Makase Restaurant. The object of this study is a strategy to improve the skills of waiter/ss at Makase Restaurant. Data collection methods are observations, documentation and interviews. The results of this research are (1) waiter/ss constraints in serving guests at Makase Restaurant is a limitation of foreign languages because not all guests can speak English cause slow service and guest complaint. (2) the strategy used to improve the skills of waiter/ss is to provide consistent training, competency tests, and hold competitions in hotels that can affect operational smoothness, increase guest satisfaction and increase sales.

Zastrow Al-Ngatawi as the subject of this research has done something similar to Wali Songo, but the scope of activities carried out by Zastrow Al-Ngatawi is more simple. The thing he did was one of the glory in Da’wah activities. This research is qualitative descriptive. The subject in this study was Zastrouw Al-Ngatawi. Data collection methods used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. For analysis using Miles and Huberman's interactive analysis theory which includes data reduction (data reduction), presenting data (data display), and making conclusions or verification (conclusion drawing).

ABSTRACTThis purpose of this study is to examine whether introvert personality types can lead to burnout at nurses who work in RSUD Karanganyar. The subjects of this study involved 84 nurses with the characteristics of the subject being nurses who had worked for at least 1 year. Data collection methods used in this study are introvert personality scale and burnout scale. The results of data analysis show that there is a significant positive relationship between introvert personality types and burnout at nurses who work in RSUD Karanganyar, which is the higher the introvert personality types owned by nurses, the higher the chance of burnout, so the hypothesis of this study is accepted. This indicates that the introvert personality types is determining the chances of burnout appearing at nurses.Keywords: Introvert Personality Type, Burnout, NurseABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah tipe kepribadian introvert dapat mengakibatkan burnout pada perawat yang bekerja di RSUD Karanganyar. Subjek penelitian ini melibatkan perawat sebanyak 84 orang dengan karakteristik subjek adalah perawat yang minimal sudah bekerja selama 1 tahun. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala kepribadian introvert dan skala burnout. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara tipe kepribadian introvert dengan burnout pada perawat RSUD Karanganyar, dimana semakin tinggi tipe kepribadian introvert yang dimiliki oleh perawat, maka semakin tinggi peluang munculnya burnout, sehingga hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima. Hal tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa tipe kepribadian introvert menentukan peluang munculnya burnout pada perawat.Kata kunci: Tipe Kepribadian Introvert, Burnout, Perawat

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kendala-kendala apa saja yang dialami chef de partie hot kitchen dalam meningkatkan kualitas makanan di Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel serta strategi dalam meningkatkan kualitas makanan di Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Chef de Partie hot kitchen Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel. Objek penelitian ini adalah strategi chef de partie hot kitchen dalam meningkatkan kualitas makanan di Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel. Teknik analisis data yang dipergunakan adalah analisa deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) kendala-kendala yang dialami chef de partie hot kitchen dalam meningkatkan kualitas makanan, yaitu pengadaan peralatan kurang, pengadaan bahan baku kurang memadai, product knowledge. (2) Strategi chef de partie hot kitchen dalam meningkatkan kualitas makanan di Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel dilakukan dengan melakukan survey kepuasan tamu dan mengikuti pelatihan seperti standar penyajian dan standar rasa. The results showed that (1) any obstacles experienced by Chef de partie hot kitchen in improving food quality at the discovery kartika plaza hotel, is the procurement of equipment is lacking,the procurement of raw materials is inadequate,and product knowledge. (2) Chef de partie hot kitchen strategy in improving food quality at the discovery kartika plaza hotel is done by conducting guest satisfaction surveys and attending training such as presentation standard and taste standard. This research is used to analyze the error profile encountered by STKIP PGRI Pacitan students in the course of Complex Analysis on the subject of PolarShape. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive. Subjects used as many as 2 students. Data collection methods used are test methods andinterview methods. The results of this study are on Misunderstanding, Transformation Errors and Process Errors. Misunderstanding is to assume thesymbol R = r when R ≠ r. Then assume that in calculating the root of the value of negative/positive just the same, even though the end result also remains the same. And it is often reversed between the values of x and y. Transformation error is inverted in determining x and y for cos arc formula. While the Process Error is unable to determine the magnitude of a special angle adjusted to the location of the point of z. weak in calculating the powers in the form of fractions. And wrong in drawing the z-point coordinates.

The purpose of this study is to describe the ways the spiritual songwriter creating their songs, weave patterns or how they are to be used as a model of hymns writng that can be implemented by others. Design used is research and development. Research conducted on some of the literature related to the birth stories of spiritual songs. Development is done on the model creation hymns, as the combination of the results of the research literature and research experience in creating spiritual songs. Data collection methods that researchers use is the study of literature. interviews and try quisener the subject. Data were analyzed by descriptive qualitative. Through this study has developed a model of the creation of spiritual songs that can be implemented by others. The model developed includes the steps of: a simple poem procurement, laying of lines bars, beats determination, giving tone and perform melodic refinement by utilizing certain ethnic scales.

Content analysis is a research method that has been widely used in the education area. This method is used to determine the presence of certain words or concepts within texts or sets of texts. In this study, it is aimed to analyse the research trends based on the studies conducted on the subject of virtual museums between 2014 and 2017. The study was carried out with content analysis research method and the sample was limited to 60 articles, which were analysed after searching the Taylor and Francis and Scopus databases for relevant articles. The articles, which was selected, were elicited according to six criteria, containing year of research, research type, research method, data collection methods, sample and subject of the research. As a result of the the study, it was established that the year in which the most amount of research studies was conducted was 2016.

This research aimed to describe (1) the use of Indonesian language as the first language in terms of sentence based on the content and structure of children in the Balinese ethnic families and (2) the constraints faced by the Balinese ethnic families in Banjar Bernasi in using the Indonesian language as the first language of their children. The subject of this research was the Balinese family in Banjar Bernasi who used the Indonesian language as the first language of their children. The object of this research was the use of Indonesian language as the first language of children in the Balinese family ethnic in Banjar Bernasi and the constraints faced by the family in Banjar Bernasi in using the Indonesian language as the first language of their children. The data collection methods used were observation method, interview, and recording. There were several steps in analyzing the data, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that (1) the use of Indonesian language as the first language of children in the Balinese ethnic families in Banjar Bernasi in terms of sentence based on the content and structure could be declared that children on the primary school were able to use the sentence well. (2) There was no constraint felt by parents in teaching the Indonesian language to their children. That was because the children had already been using the Indonesian language as a mother language start from the baby. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that children were able to use the Indonesian language well in terms of sentences based on the content and structure. Therefore, it is suggested to parents to always teach their children to speak well so that children are able to communicate by using the Indonesian language effectively.

Abstract: The Ability of Designing and Implementing Learning Process Based on Curriculum 2013 through Lesson Study. This study was aimed to describe the ability enhancement to design and implement appropriate learning process based on Curriculum 2013 in Microteaching course through lesson study of the VI (Sixth) semester students of PGSD Denpasar. The subject of this study was VI (Sixth) semester student of PGSD Denpasar as many as 43 students consist of 5 males and 38 females. This study is a classroom action research (PTK) which is designed in two action cycles. The data collection methods used in this study was the observation and recording documents method. The instrument was an assessment rubric form used to collect data of the ability to design the learning process and observation sheet used to collect the data of learning implementation ability. Data were analyzed descriptively. The results show that there is the average score enhancement of students' ability to design learning process, 68 cycles I became 78.51 cycles II and the average score of learning implementation 69.04 cycles I became 78.1 cycles II. Thus we can conclude that the implementation of lesson study can improves students' ability in designing and implementing the learning process in Microteaching course of the VI (Sixth) semester students of PGSD Denpasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan kemampuan merancang dan melaksanakan pembelajaran sesuai kurikulum 2013 dalam mata kuliah Microteaching melalui kaji tindak pembelajaran (lesson study) mahasiswa semester VI PGSD Den-pasar. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa semester VIPGSD Denpasar sebanyak 43 orang yang ter-diri dari 5 orang laki-laki dan 38 orang perempuan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan ke-las (PTK) yang dirancang dalam dua siklus tindakan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode observasi dan pencatatan dokumen. Instrumen penelitian berupa rubrik penilaian yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data tentang kemampuan merancang pembelajaran, dan lem-bar observasi digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data kemampuan melaksanakan pembelajaran. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan skor rata-rata kemampuan mahasiswa merancang pembelajaran  adalah 68 pada siklus I menjadi 78,51 pada siklus II), dan skor rata-rata melaksanakan pembelajaran adalah 69,04 pada siklus I menjadi  78,1 pada siklus II. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan penerapan kaji tindak pembelajaran (lesson study) dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam merancang dan melaksanakan pembelajaran pada mata kuliah Microteaching mahasiswa semester VI PGSD Denpasar.
