This research aimed to describe (1) the use of Indonesian language as the first language in terms of sentence based on the content and structure of children in the Balinese ethnic families and (2) the constraints faced by the Balinese ethnic families in Banjar Bernasi in using the Indonesian language as the first language of their children. The subject of this research was the Balinese family in Banjar Bernasi who used the Indonesian language as the first language of their children. The object of this research was the use of Indonesian language as the first language of children in the Balinese family ethnic in Banjar Bernasi and the constraints faced by the family in Banjar Bernasi in using the Indonesian language as the first language of their children. The data collection methods used were observation method, interview, and recording. There were several steps in analyzing the data, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that (1) the use of Indonesian language as the first language of children in the Balinese ethnic families in Banjar Bernasi in terms of sentence based on the content and structure could be declared that children on the primary school were able to use the sentence well. (2) There was no constraint felt by parents in teaching the Indonesian language to their children. That was because the children had already been using the Indonesian language as a mother language start from the baby. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that children were able to use the Indonesian language well in terms of sentences based on the content and structure. Therefore, it is suggested to parents to always teach their children to speak well so that children are able to communicate by using the Indonesian language effectively.

Zastrow Al-Ngatawi as the subject of this research has done something similar to Wali Songo, but the scope of activities carried out by Zastrow Al-Ngatawi is more simple. The thing he did was one of the glory in Da’wah activities. This research is qualitative descriptive. The subject in this study was Zastrouw Al-Ngatawi. Data collection methods used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. For analysis using Miles and Huberman's interactive analysis theory which includes data reduction (data reduction), presenting data (data display), and making conclusions or verification (conclusion drawing).

ABSTRACT Introduction. The purpose of this study was to determine the ability of the students of the Al-Muhsinin Islamic Boarding School in Koto Petai Village to access, evaluate, and use information on the kitab kuning content with literacy standards of the International Federation of Library Association and Institutions (IFLA).Data Collection Method. To collect precise and accurate data, the researcher used qualitative research. The method of determining the subject was done by purposive sampling, the data collection methods used were the interview method, the observation method and the documentation method.Analysis Data. Data analysis was used, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.Results and Discussions. The results of this study are: The ability of the Santri at the Al-Muhsinin Islamic Boarding School of the Koto Petai Village in Accessing Information on the Kitab Kuning is quite good, this can be seen from the information obtained from discussions with teachers and clerics and also with friends. and chosen to be applicable in everyday life. The ability of the Santri at the Al-Muhsinin Islamic Boarding School of Koto Petai Village in Evaluating Information on the Kitab Kuning is quite good, it can be seen that to get clear information each person has different versions, some select and sort the information first and some are direct use the information. It depends on each person how to get the information. The ability of the Santri at Al-Muhsinin Koto Petai Islamic Boarding School in using the Kitab Kuning information is not good. It can be seen that in using the information obtained by the informants they have not applied or applied it and in communicating information to other parties, the informants also rarely communicate the information they know to other parties. This study aims to determine the management control is applied to the family firm so that it can affect the performance of management. This research is qualitative approach. The object of this research is Tahu Mekar Group that located in Ngunut. Data collection methods used were interviews, observation and document analysis. This study aims to form the characters of Indonesian students through the implementation of Value-clarified Techniques with the help of folklore. The implementation of this lesson is based on the dynamics and problematics of characters that occur today in primary schools and intends to bridge the issues. The research design used is the type of action research with the subject of the study of grade V of Pontianak Elementary School Pontianak amounted to 32 people in the first semester. Data collection methods are observation and interview, while to analyze the data with qualitative descriptive. From the analysis of the results of research and discussion obtained the conclusion that the implementation of Value-assisted Clarification Technique folklore can improve the formation of the character of Indonesian students in primary schools.

This paper aims to describe the view of NinikMamak about gender relations in the island village of Jambu sub district Kuok. Forms of this research is descriptive qualitative and data collection methods is indepth interviews. The results showed that the views of NinikMamak against women who play a role in the public sphere is not contrary to the customs and culture because there is no fixed rule in tradition about what work is done and is not appropriate for women and men. However, women can not be leaving responsibilities as wives and mothers even though women are the backbone of the family. In general shift among the view of NinikMamak is encouraging, but in substantive, views NinikMamak still experienced gender bias. It is suggested to governments and organizations engaged in gender to further improve socialization or education on gender equality among Ninik Mamak that their understanding of the problems of women do not experienced gender bias.

ABSTRACTThis purpose of this study is to examine whether introvert personality types can lead to burnout at nurses who work in RSUD Karanganyar. The subjects of this study involved 84 nurses with the characteristics of the subject being nurses who had worked for at least 1 year. Data collection methods used in this study are introvert personality scale and burnout scale. The results of data analysis show that there is a significant positive relationship between introvert personality types and burnout at nurses who work in RSUD Karanganyar, which is the higher the introvert personality types owned by nurses, the higher the chance of burnout, so the hypothesis of this study is accepted. This indicates that the introvert personality types is determining the chances of burnout appearing at nurses.Keywords: Introvert Personality Type, Burnout, NurseABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah tipe kepribadian introvert dapat mengakibatkan burnout pada perawat yang bekerja di RSUD Karanganyar. Subjek penelitian ini melibatkan perawat sebanyak 84 orang dengan karakteristik subjek adalah perawat yang minimal sudah bekerja selama 1 tahun. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala kepribadian introvert dan skala burnout. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara tipe kepribadian introvert dengan burnout pada perawat RSUD Karanganyar, dimana semakin tinggi tipe kepribadian introvert yang dimiliki oleh perawat, maka semakin tinggi peluang munculnya burnout, sehingga hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima. Hal tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa tipe kepribadian introvert menentukan peluang munculnya burnout pada perawat.Kata kunci: Tipe Kepribadian Introvert, Burnout, Perawat

Pesantren is a live episode that combines various life skills, not least agriculture. Various activities of life in pesantren have encouraged the sense of ideology of Santri. Educational activities that essentially the learning process requires thinking as a strong foundation so that the implementation of education that becomes the duty of his duties performed with a solid and really can be accounted for. This research uses descriptive qualitative, research place at Pesantren Al-Ittifaq Ciwidey district of Bandung. The subject of this research is Santri in pesantren while the informant is the Kiai or Ustādh. Data collection techniques use observation, interview, and documentation. I am checking the validity of the data using triangulation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that the model of empowering students at Pesantren Al-Ittifaq that is by the establishment of Core Management Unit Agribusiness, - effective practice in the field, establishing the Agribusiness Incubator Center, cooperating with various institutions and institutions, forming Santri agribusiness groups.

This research is used to analyze the error profile encountered by STKIP PGRI Pacitan students in the course of Complex Analysis on the subject of PolarShape. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive. Subjects used as many as 2 students. Data collection methods used are test methods andinterview methods. The results of this study are on Misunderstanding, Transformation Errors and Process Errors. Misunderstanding is to assume thesymbol R = r when R ≠ r. Then assume that in calculating the root of the value of negative/positive just the same, even though the end result also remains the same. And it is often reversed between the values of x and y. Transformation error is inverted in determining x and y for cos arc formula. While the Process Error is unable to determine the magnitude of a special angle adjusted to the location of the point of z. weak in calculating the powers in the form of fractions. And wrong in drawing the z-point coordinates.

Abstract: This research aims to examine the implementation of reward and punishment strategies implemented in KB-TK Rumah Cerdas in an effort to improve teacher discipline. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The subject in this study was teacher of KB-TK Rumah Cerdas Malang. Data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and inference. The results showed that the implementation of reward and punishment strategies in teacher discipline management in KB-TK Rumah Cerdas is to sanction money fines for late teachers and gold awards for teachers whose discipline comes on time. The implementation of this strategy has been shown to help improve teacher discipline in KB-TK Rumah Cerdas. Keywords: discipline; teacher; reward; punishment Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti implementasi strategi reward and punishment yang diterapkan di KB-TK Rumah Cerdas Kota Malang dalam upaya meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu guru di KB-TK Rumah Cerdas Kota Malang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk implementasi strategi reward and punishment dalam manajemen kedisiplinan guru di KB-TK Rumah Cerdas adalah dengan pemberian sanksi denda uang bagi guru yang terlambat dan penghargaan berupa emas bagi guru yang disiplin datang tepat waktu. Penerapan strategi tersebut terbukti membantu meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru di KB-TK Rumah Cerdas. Kata kunci: Kedisiplinan; guru; penghargaan; hukuman

The purpose of this study is to describe the ways the spiritual songwriter creating their songs, weave patterns or how they are to be used as a model of hymns writng that can be implemented by others. Design used is research and development. Research conducted on some of the literature related to the birth stories of spiritual songs. Development is done on the model creation hymns, as the combination of the results of the research literature and research experience in creating spiritual songs. Data collection methods that researchers use is the study of literature. interviews and try quisener the subject. Data were analyzed by descriptive qualitative. Through this study has developed a model of the creation of spiritual songs that can be implemented by others. The model developed includes the steps of: a simple poem procurement, laying of lines bars, beats determination, giving tone and perform melodic refinement by utilizing certain ethnic scales.
