This study aims to examine the effects of: 1) motivation on employee performance, (2) capability on employee performance, (3) motivation on capability and (4) motivation on employee performance through capability at Gran Surya Seririt Hotel. Research design used in this study was quantitative causal. The research subjects were all employees of Gran Surya Seririt Hotel with a population of 32 people. Data were collected using questionnaire and were analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that: (1) motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (2) capability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (3) motivation has a positive and significant effect on capability and (4) motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through capability at Gran Surya Seririt Hotel.

This study aims to examine the effect of work environment and motivation towards employee performance at Matahari Beach Resort & Spa Hotel. Research design used in this study is quantitative causal. The research subjects were 122 employee who worked at Matahari Beach Resort & Spa Hotel and the objects in this study were work environment, work motivation and employee performance. Data collected through questionnaire and analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that: (1) work environment has a positive and significant affect on employee performance (2) work motivation has a positive and significant affect on employee performance (3) work environment has a positive and significant affect on work motivation and (4) work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work motivation at Matahari Beach Resort & Spa Hotel

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research was to determine the effect of organizational culture on employee performance and the role of job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research used an explanatory research design. The population of this research were all employees of Bank Indonesia Jember Representative Office consisting of 69 organic and non organic employees. The type of data analysis of this research was path analysis. The result of this research showed that organizational culture (X) having a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (Z) of 50,2%, organizational culture (X) having a positive and significant effect on performance (Y) of 29,2%, job satisfaction (Z) has a positive and significant effect on performance (Y) by 34,4%, organizational culture (X) has a positive and significant effect on performance (Y) through job satisfaction (Z) of 46,4%.

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh: 1. kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian, 2. Citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian, 3. kualitas produk terhadap citra merek dan 4. kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui citra merek pada PT Mertha Buana Motor Singaraja.  Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif kausal. Subjek penelitian adalah konsumen pada PT Mertha Buana Motor Singaraja dan objek pada penelitian ini adalah kualitas produk, citra merek dan keputusan pembelian. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 120 responden. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1. kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada PT Mertha Buana Motor Singaraja 2. Citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian 3. Kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap citra merek dan 4. This study aims to examine the effect of: (1) work motivation on employee performance, (2) job satisfaction on employee performance, (3) work motivation on job satisfaction, (4) work motivation on employee performance through job satisfaction on PB Suwela Amerta. The research design used in this study is causal quantitative. The subjects of this study were all employees at PB Suwela Amerta. The object of this study were work motivation, job satisfaction and employee performance. The population used in this study amounted to 40 people. Data collected by questionnaire and analyzed by path analysis. The results showed that: (1) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (4) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through satisfaction working at PB Suwela Amerta.

This study aims to examine the effect of (1) work environment and discipline on employee performance, (2) work environment on work discipline, (3) work environment on employee performance, and (4) work discipline on employee performance on CV Puspa. The research design used in this study is causal quantitative. The subjects of this research are employees at CV Puspa and the object is the work environment, work discipline and employee performance. The population in this research is 76 Puspa employees. All populations are made as observation units, therefore this study is included as population research. Data collected by questionnaire technique, then analyzed by path analysis. The results showed that, (1) work environment and discipline had a positive effect on employee performance, (2) work environment had a positive effect on work discipline, (3) work environment had a positive effect on employee performance, and (4) work discipline had a positive effect on performance employee at CV Puspa.

This study aims to examine the effect of (1) competence and compensation for employee performance, (2) competence for compensation, (3) competence for employee performance, and (4) compensation for employee performance at various Lovina Villas And Spa hotels. The research design used in this study is causal quantitative. The subjects of this study were employees at the Hotel Aneka Lovina Villas and Spa and the object was competence, compensation, and employee performance. The population in this research is all employees of all employees who work at Aneka Hotel Lovina Villas and Spa, amounting to 44 employees. All populations are made as observation units, therefore this study is included as population research. Data collected by questionnaire technique, then analyzed by path analysis. The results showed that, (1) competence and compensation had a positive effect on employee performance, (2) competence had a positive effect on compensation, (3) competence had a positive effect on employee performance, and (4) compensation had a positive effect on employee performance at Aneka Lovina Hotel Villas and Spa. Keywords: employee performance, compensation, competence

This research aims to influence: 1) placement and compensation on employee performance, (2) work placement on employee compensation, (3) work placement on employee performance, and (4) compensation for employee performance at Sea Breeze Lovina. The research design used is a causal quantitative, research design using path analysis and the calculation operation uses the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) 16.0 for Windows program. This research was conducted at Sea Breeze Lovina by taking the entire population of 32 employees and the objects were placement, compensation, and employee performance. The results of this study are as follows: (1) placement and compensation have a positive effect on employee performance by 94.60%, (2) placement has a positive effect on employee compensation by 90.10%, (3) placement has a positive effect on performance employees of 36.60%, and (4) compensation has a positive effect on employee performance by 67.00% at Sea Breeze Lovina.

This aim of research is to know the effect of implementation managerial competencies, compensation and career planning toward employee performances through Job satisfaction at PT. BANK BTPN Tbk Micro Banking Division (MUR) Pekanbaru Branch. The number of populations in this research was 71 employee at PT. Bank BTPN Tbk Micro Banking Division (MUR) Branch Pekanbaru. According to sampling qualification, all of population will be used for sampling research. Data collecting method employed questioner within conducted validity test, reliability test. Hypothesis test employed normality test, linierity test, Multicolinearity test, path analysis, F test, and test t. The result of this research found that : 1) there is a significant effect of managerial competencies toward job satisfaction with path analysis of 0,234; 2) there is a significant effect of compensation on job satisfaction with path analysis of 0,233; 3) there is significant effect of career planning on job satisfaction with path analysis of 0,237; 4) there is a significance effect of managerial competencies on employee performance with path analysis of 0,339; 5) there is a significance effect of compensation on employee performance with path analysis of 0,264; 6) there is a significance effect of career planning on employee performance with path analysis of 0,222; 7) there is a significance effect of job satisfaction on employee performance with path analysis of 0,208. This research also found that the most influence factors is the managerial competencies.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji, menganalisis menginterprestasi kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja, Quality of Work Life Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Perilaku Pada Hotel Dinasti Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriftip analisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan pendekatan kualitatif. dan metode analisis yang digunakan Analisis Path/ Path Analysis. Data diperoleh dari Hotel Dinasti Kota Makassar dan Responden adalah karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menemukan bebe-rapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di Hotel Dinasti Kota Makassar, antara lain Kepemimpinan, Kepuasan Kerja, Quality of Work Life dan Perilaku. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku karyawan. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku karyawan. Quality of Work Life berpengaruh positif dan signifikan ter-hadap perilaku karyawan. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui perilaku karya-wan. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui perilaku karyawan. Quality of Work Life berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui perilaku karyawan.  This study aims to examine, analyze leadership interpretation, job satisfaction, Quality of Work Life Against Employee Performance Through Behavior at the Hotel Dynasty Makassar City. This research is a descriptive analysis using a quantitative approach and a qualitative approach. And the analytical method used is Path Analysis. Data obtained from the Hotel Dynasty Makassar City and respondents were employees. The results of this study can find several factors that affect employee performance in the Makassar City Dynasty Hotel. These include leadership, job satisfaction, quality of work life and behavior. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee behavior. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee behavior. Quality of Work Life has a positive and significant effect on employee behavior. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee behavior. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee behavior. Quality of Work Life has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee behavior.

This study aims to reveal the characteristics of Islamic organizational culture at University of Muhammadiyah Malang as an effort to improve employee performance. This study uses qualitative method by applying phenomenology approach. It is conducted by examining the experience realized by the informant (conscious experience) and the instruments of data collection are interviews, observation, and documentation so that researchers can obtain more complete data about the characteristics of Islamic organization culture at University of Muhammadiyah Malang. The research subjects are: (1) university board; (2) deans; (3) employees. Moreover, the qualitative data analysis techniques in this study uses 3 (three) analyzes, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that perceptions of Islamic organizational culture can be seen from the perception of university board, lecturers and employees on the value of leadership, norms and management practices, stories and figures, traditions and rituals, as well as perceptions on symbols. It can be concluded that the characteristics of Islamic organizational culture include: (1) Shiddiq (truthfulness) to achieve personal excellence that is honest, transparent, and accountable, (2) Amanah (trustworthiness) to achieve inter-personal capital that is unprejudiced and commitment, (3) Tabligh (advocacy) to achieve visionary and communicative leadership that is communicative and open, (4) Fathonah (wisdom) to achieve professionalism and technical leadership that is smart, competent, and innovative.
