This study aims to examine the effect of (1) work environment and discipline on employee performance, (2) work environment on work discipline, (3) work environment on employee performance, and (4) work discipline on employee performance on CV Puspa. The research design used in this study is causal quantitative. The subjects of this research are employees at CV Puspa and the object is the work environment, work discipline and employee performance. The population in this research is 76 Puspa employees. All populations are made as observation units, therefore this study is included as population research. Data collected by questionnaire technique, then analyzed by path analysis. The results showed that, (1) work environment and discipline had a positive effect on employee performance, (2) work environment had a positive effect on work discipline, (3) work environment had a positive effect on employee performance, and (4) work discipline had a positive effect on performance employee at CV Puspa.

This study aims to examine the effect of (1) competence and compensation for employee performance, (2) competence for compensation, (3) competence for employee performance, and (4) compensation for employee performance at various Lovina Villas And Spa hotels. The research design used in this study is causal quantitative. The subjects of this study were employees at the Hotel Aneka Lovina Villas and Spa and the object was competence, compensation, and employee performance. The population in this research is all employees of all employees who work at Aneka Hotel Lovina Villas and Spa, amounting to 44 employees. All populations are made as observation units, therefore this study is included as population research. Data collected by questionnaire technique, then analyzed by path analysis. The results showed that, (1) competence and compensation had a positive effect on employee performance, (2) competence had a positive effect on compensation, (3) competence had a positive effect on employee performance, and (4) compensation had a positive effect on employee performance at Aneka Lovina Hotel Villas and Spa. Keywords: employee performance, compensation, competence

This study aims to obtain explanative findings that test the effect (1) work environment on employee performance indirectly through job satisfaction; (2) work environment on job satisfaction; (3) work environment on employee performance; and (4) job satisfaction on employee performance at Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Karangasem. The design used in this research is causal quantitative. The subjects used in this study were all 67 employees at Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Karangasem and the object of this research were work environment, job satisfaction and employee performance. The research data were collected using a questionnaire method, then analyzed using path analysis. The results of this analysis significantly indicate that (1) work environment indirectly affects employee performance through job satisfaction; (2) work environment has a positive effect on job satisfaction; (3) work environment has a positive effect on employee performance; and (4) job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance at Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Karangasem.

The subjects in this study were all employees of Koperasi Serba Usaha Tunas Mertha Mandirii Singaraja and the object of this research were work motivation, work discipline and employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of 39 people. This research includes population research because all employees are used as observation units. Data were collected by questionnaire method, then analyzed by path analysis. The findings of this study show that (1) work motivation and work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance, (2) work motivation has a positive effect on work discipline, (3) work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance, and (4) work discipline has a positive effect on the performance of Koperasi Serba Usaha Tunas Mertha Mandiri Singaraja.

This research aims to influence: 1) placement and compensation on employee performance, (2) work placement on employee compensation, (3) work placement on employee performance, and (4) compensation for employee performance at Sea Breeze Lovina. The research design used is a causal quantitative, research design using path analysis and the calculation operation uses the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) 16.0 for Windows program. This research was conducted at Sea Breeze Lovina by taking the entire population of 32 employees and the objects were placement, compensation, and employee performance. The results of this study are as follows: (1) placement and compensation have a positive effect on employee performance by 94.60%, (2) placement has a positive effect on employee compensation by 90.10%, (3) placement has a positive effect on performance employees of 36.60%, and (4) compensation has a positive effect on employee performance by 67.00% at Sea Breeze Lovina.

With the existence of a conducive and comfortable work environment, will create enthusiasm from employees in work and will improve performance and work discipline in each his job. Comfortable work environment, adequate facilities, and good employee relations. Will affect employee performance. When employees feel comfortable with the environment in which they work will certainly bring them to be more disciplined and can improve their performance in achieving the goals of the company/agency. The purpose of this study is to find out (1) the influence of the work environment on employee performance (2) the influence of the work environment on work discipline (3) work discipline mediates the influence of the work environment on employee performance. This research uses a quantitative approach that is useful for researching the population and samples within a company, where in this study using proportional random sampling as a sampling techniques. The population in this study amounted to 208 employees. And a sample of 137 respondents from PT. GatraMapan. Methods of research data collection used questionnaires. Data analyzed with Path Analysis. The results of this study prove that work discipline is able to mediate the influence of the work environment on employee performance.

This study aims to examine the effect of work environment and motivation towards employee performance at Matahari Beach Resort & Spa Hotel. Research design used in this study is quantitative causal. The research subjects were 122 employee who worked at Matahari Beach Resort & Spa Hotel and the objects in this study were work environment, work motivation and employee performance. Data collected through questionnaire and analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that: (1) work environment has a positive and significant affect on employee performance (2) work motivation has a positive and significant affect on employee performance (3) work environment has a positive and significant affect on work motivation and (4) work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work motivation at Matahari Beach Resort & Spa Hotel

An employee who has a high performance and better able to support the achievement of the goals and objectives set by the company. Employees can work well if you have a high performance that can produce good work anyway. With the high- performance that employees, is expected to achieve organizational goals. This study examines the effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction to be intervening variable. Data on compensation, work environment, job satisfaction, and employee performance obtained through observation, record keeping and questioner with respondents. The data obtained are then analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS). Statistical tests results showed  (1) the compensation proved significant positive effect on job satisfaction the path coefficient of 0.434 and T-Stats for 4.880, (2) work environment proved to be a significant positive effect on job satisfaction the path coefficient of 0.434 and T-Stats for 4.074, (3) job satisfaction proved to be a significant positive effect on employee performance the path coefficient of 0.264 and T-Stats for 2.458, (4) compensation proved positive and significant effect employee performance the path coefficient of 0.242 and T-Stats for 2.912, (5) work environment proved positive and significant effect employee performance the path coefficient of 0.378 and T-Stats for 3.343. Based on test results obtained statistical results of all variables positive and signicant impact.

This aim of research is to know the effect of implementation managerial competencies, compensation and career planning toward employee performances through Job satisfaction at PT. BANK BTPN Tbk Micro Banking Division (MUR) Pekanbaru Branch. The number of populations in this research was 71 employee at PT. Bank BTPN Tbk Micro Banking Division (MUR) Branch Pekanbaru. According to sampling qualification, all of population will be used for sampling research. Data collecting method employed questioner within conducted validity test, reliability test. Hypothesis test employed normality test, linierity test, Multicolinearity test, path analysis, F test, and test t. The result of this research found that : 1) there is a significant effect of managerial competencies toward job satisfaction with path analysis of 0,234; 2) there is a significant effect of compensation on job satisfaction with path analysis of 0,233; 3) there is significant effect of career planning on job satisfaction with path analysis of 0,237; 4) there is a significance effect of managerial competencies on employee performance with path analysis of 0,339; 5) there is a significance effect of compensation on employee performance with path analysis of 0,264; 6) there is a significance effect of career planning on employee performance with path analysis of 0,222; 7) there is a significance effect of job satisfaction on employee performance with path analysis of 0,208. This research also found that the most influence factors is the managerial competencies.

This study aimed to determine the effect of work environment, training, and competence on work satisfaction in improving employee performance. The object in this study is PT. Asaputex Jaya, located in Tegal City, engaged in woven sarong’s trading business with the Korma Tree brand. The sample used in this study was determined by a simple random sampling method, obtaining 105 respondents. The data in this study were obtained through a questionnaire that was filled out independently. The analysis used in this study uses the analysis method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). This study proves and concludes that: work environment and work training have a significant positive effect on work satisfaction. However, competence does not affect work satisfaction. Besides, the work environment negatively affects employee performance, and work training does not affect employee performance. Also, competence and work satisfaction have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Further research must develop more varied models to provide different research findings, such as adding work stress variables, work motivation, work discipline, and others.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Work Motivation and Discipline partially and or jointly on Employee Performance in Ksatrya Vocational High School. The research data was taken from a survey conducted on all employees at the Kstrya Vocational School. From a population of 46 employees using the Solvin formula a sample of 41 respondents was taken. The research method used is linear regression with 2 independent variables processed using SPSS. The results of the study stated that the coefficient of determination 0.550, which means the percentage contribution of the influence of independent variables (motivation and work discipline) to the dependent variable (employee performance) of 55.0% The remaining 45.0% is influenced or explained by other variables not included in this research model . The results showed that partially, Work Motivation and Discipline variables significantly positive effect on Employee Performance. And together (simultaneously), there is a significant influence of Work Motivation and Discipline on Employee Performance at SMK Ksatrya Jakarta.
