The purpose of this study is to describe the role of learning leadership and the obstacles faced by school principals in improving student learning outcomes at SMK Pelita Bangsa Sumberlawang Sragen. This research is a qualitative research that produces descriptive data in the form of words, written or oral from people and observed behavior. Data collection techniques carried out by in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using an interactive model of analysis. The results showed, first, the principal was the most instrumental element in improving the quality of education and learning. Learning leadership at SMK Pelita Bangsa Sumberlawang Sragen is carried out in 3 dimensions, namely through the formulation of school missions, good learning management, and building a conducive school climate. Second, the obstacles in implementing leadership learning in SMK Pelita Bangsa Sumberlawang Sragen include several things, namely the lack of professional teachers, conventional curriculum, incomplete supervision, and incomplete learning infrastructure.

This study has two objectives, namely to describe the implementation of learning leadership by principals in improving student learning outcomes. This is a qualitative research that produces descriptive data in the form of written or oral words from people and observable behavior. This research applied interview, observation and documentation in collecting the data. For analyzing the data, this research used a nonstatistic method, namely descriptive data analysis. It means that the data obtained through research on the implementation of learning leadership by principals and is reported as it is. Then, the data were analyzed descriptively to get an overview of the facts. Based on the results of research conducted in SMK Pelita Bangsa Sumberlawang, it can be concluded that the principal is the most important element in improving the quality of education. To be able to improve the quality of education, principals must conduct good learning leadership. The implementation of learning leadership in SMK Pelita Bangsa Sumberlawang in terms of the learning leadership model expressed by Hallinger and Murphy is divided into three dimensions, namely through the formulation of school missions, management of good learning and creating a conducive school climate. These three dimensions are then specified into eleven descriptors.

The use of the Guided Writing Activity Strategy (SAMT) method in making a simple dialogue script can be applied by the teacher to optimize the ability of students. SAMT method makes the role of the teacher who so far has only been a giver of assignments will switch in the form of collaboration with students. SAMT method in fifth-grade students of SDN Malaka Jaya 06 Pagi East Jakarta is intended to make efforts to improve the quality of learning, especially on simple dialog scriptwriting skills that are expected to affect improving student learning outcomes in writing simple dialog scripts.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengetahui tanggapan siswa terhadap kualitas media pembelajaran interaktif pada pembelajaran Teknik Pemesinan Bubut. (2) Mengetahui keefektifan media pembelajaran interaktif pada pembelajaran Teknik Pemesinan Bubut pada siswa program keahlian Teknik Pemesinan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan. Data tentang kualitas produk pengembangan ini dikumpulkan dengan angket dan dianalisis dengan teknik analisis deskriptif kualiatatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; (1) uji ahli materi pelajaran Teknik Pemesinan Bubut berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (88,92%), (2) uji ahli desain pembelajaran berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (85,21%), (3) uji ahli rekayasa perangkat lunak berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (84,03%), (4) uji coba perorangan berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (88,75%), (5) uji coba kelompok kecil berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (91,35%) dan (5) uji coba lapangan berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik (88,31%). Hasil pengujian hipotesis membuktikan bahwa terdapat perbedaan antara hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan media pembelajaran interaktif  dengan hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan buku teks. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan hasil pengolahan data diperoleh  thitung sebesar 4,68 dan ttabel sebesar 1,67 pada taraf kepercayaan 95 persen. Maka diperoleh bahwa thitung> ttabel. Disimpulkan bahwa  hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan media pembelajaran interaktif dengan efektifitas sebesar 72,77 %. lebih tinggi dari hasil belajar siswa yang diajar dengan pembelajaran menggunakan buku teks dengan efektifitas sebesar 62,13%. Kata Kunci: media pembelajaran interaktif, teknik pemesinan bubut Abstract: This study aims to: (1) Determine student responses to the quality of interactive learning media on learning Lathe Machining Techniques. (2) Knowing the effectiveness of interactive learning media on learning of Machining Lathe in students of Machining Engineering expertise program. This type of research is development research. Data about the quality of this development product was collected by a questionnaire and analyzed by qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that; (1) Lathe machining engineering subject matter expert test is in very good qualification (88.92%), (2) learning design expert test is in very good qualification (85.21%), (3) software engineering expert test is in in very good qualifications (84.03%), (4) individual trials were in very good qualifications (88.75%), (5) small group trials were in very good qualifications (91.35%) and (5 ) field trials are in very good qualifications (88.31%). Hypothesis testing results prove that there are differences between student learning outcomes using interactive learning media with student learning outcomes using textbooks. This is indicated by the results of data processing obtained by tcount of 4.68 and ttable of 1.67 at a confidence level of 95 percent. Then it is obtained that tcount> ttable. It was concluded that student learning outcomes using interactive learning media with an effectiveness of 72.77%. higher than student learning outcomes taught by learning to use textbooks with an effectiveness of 62.13%. Keywords: interactive learning media, lathe machining techniques

The purpose of this study was to develop student work ethics-oriented student worksheets based on guided discoveries on the material of flat side space and to find out the quality of worksheets developed in terms of validity, practicality and potential effects. The method, this research is Research and Dependency (R&D), that is development research that refers to a modified 4-D development model. The instruments used to measure the quality of worksheets developed include validation sheets, practicality questionnaires, walkthroughs and tests. Worksheets that are developed are valid based on validation sheets by experts and are practical based on a practical questionnaire. The potential effects of worksheets developed can be seen from the activities and understanding of students in working on the problems given to the worksheets. The results showed that: (1) the quality of worksheets seen from the aspect of validity included in the valid category with an average score of 3.18; (2) the quality of worksheets seen from the practical aspect is categorized practically with an average score of 3.24; and (3) worksheets have a potential effect on student learning outcomes where 20 students (76.9%) are included in the category of completion while there are 6 students (23.1%) have not been completed with the Minimum Learning Completion (KBM) specified. Conclusion, ethnomatematics-oriented worksheet based on guided discovery developed is declared valid, practical and potential in improving student learning outcomes in the material of flat side spaces. The corona virus has caused changes in the education system in Indonesia. This causes learning that was originally carried out face-to-face into learning from home. The Learning from Home system requires parents to play a full role in learning. To maintain and increase students' learning motivation while studying from home, parents really need the role. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The instrument of data collection was done by interview and questionnaire. The subjects of this study were parents of grade II and III students at SD Negeri 2 Palaan located in Palaan Village, Ngajum District. The results of this study discuss the role of parents who are very influential in improving student learning outcomes of SD Negeri 2 Palaan during the Learning from Home System.

Learning is a process and the students towards a better direction. Islamic Education as one of the subjects taught in schools not only function as a transfer of knowledge but also teaches values and norms to practice them in their daily lives. The application of Islamic religious education in Indonesia is not maximum, there are still many shortcomings and weaknesses both in terms of the quality of teaching and the quality produced by the students. The development of sujud tutorial learning videos is the development of learning media that aims to improve students' understanding and learning outcomes in prayer and prostration material. This type of research and development is known as Research and Development which is carried out to produce products and prove the effectiveness of the products produced. The results of the material validation expert about prayer and prostration were 90%, while the validation of media experts also produced a value of 92%, which means "very valid". The results of the analysis of student learning effectiveness showed the results of T count = 9.02> T table = 0.05, meaning that the sujud tutorial learning videos developed were effective in improving student learning outcomes. This proved that there was a difference in the value of students between pretest (63) and posttest (76). Thus it can be concluded that the product developed is proven to be valid and effectively used as a medium of learning in schools.

Abstrak: Tujuan: 1) meningkatkan kemampuan kerjasama, 2) meningkatkan hasil belajar, 3) meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek penelitian kelas IV terdiri dari 10 siswa. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa pedoman observasi, angket, pretest, posttest, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yaitu wawancara, observasi, angket, tes dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian, 1) kerjasama siswa 80,50 (Tinggi). 2) Hasil belajar 90% (Tinggi). 3) Proses pembelajaran sebelum siklus I masih monoton. Siklus I dan II meningkat sesuai dengan langkah-langkah Problem Based Learning, a) Orientasi siswa terhadap masalah, b) Mengorganisasikan siswa, c) Membimbing penyelidikan, d) Mengembangkan hasil karya, e) Analisis dan evaluasi. Terbukti dari skor yang diperoleh 3,8. Disimpulkan bahwa kerjasama dan hasil belajar dapat meningkat dengan menggunakan model Problem Based Learning pada mata pelajaran Matematika kelas IV MI tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Kata Kunci: Kerjasama, Hasil Belajar Siswa, PBL, Matematika Bangun Datar  Abstract: Objectives: 1) increase the ability to work together, 2) improve learning outcomes, 3) improve the quality of learning. Is a classroom action research. Class IV research subjects consisted of 10 students. The data collection instruments were observation guidelines, questionnaires, pretest, posttest, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are interviews, observation, questionnaires, tests and documentation. The results of the study, 1) student cooperation 80.50 (High). 2) Learning outcomes 90% (High). 3) The learning process before the first cycle is still monotonous. Cycles I and II increase according to the steps of Problem Based Learning, a) Student orientation to problems, b) Organizing students, c) Guiding investigations, d) Developing work results, e) Analysis and evaluation. Evidenced by the score obtained 3.8. It is concluded that cooperation and learning outcomes can be increased by using the Problem Based Learning model in Mathematics for grade IV MI for the 2020/2021 academic year.  Keywords: Cooperation, Student Learning Outcomes, PBL, Flat-Building Mathematics

He took this problem based on the consideration that there were many educated unemployed workers, especially high schools and equals. This in turn will negatively affect the future of education which is not only a skilled and competitive generation of printing vehicles. This research specifically aims to determine the contribution of Islamic Religious Department of Al-Islam Islamic Boarding School in improving the quality of graduates, namely about readiness in optimizing all potential students to develop, thus providing an ideal guarantee for their future when entering the workforce. Data collection is mainly carried out through in-depth interviews (in-depth interviews), documentation (documentation) and reinforced by participant observation. Furthermore, the collected data is collided with relevant theories in order to obtain a complete picture of the objective conditions. The results of this study indicate that the contribution of Madrasah Aliyah Department of Religion Al-Islam Kemuja in improving the quality of graduates is by improving the quality of employment, understanding of students, improving academic achievement of students through religious majors and extracurricular programs and evaluating student learning outcomes

In the analogy-based learning method we map a concept that is being learned to a well-understood concept. An analogy is mainly useful when learners lack prior knowledge of the topic being learned. Computer Science (CS) is a subject whose concepts tend to be highly abstract and therefore difficult for undergraduate students to understand. Analogy-based instruction can greatly reduce a student’s burden of learning these abstract CS concepts. Role of analogy in teaching CS topics has not been adequately explored. In this paper we discuss analogy-based instruction in computer science and its advantages. Over the last decade we have developed analogies for a large number of difficult CS concepts and extensively used them in the classroom at our institution. We list these analogies and as an illustration discuss one of them (from the subfield of operating systems) in detail. We also present the evaluation of our analogy-based instruction method. Our results indicate that our techniques are quite effective in improving student learning outcomes.

The chapter aims to explore the various models proposed in the literature related with the impact of school leadership on student academic achievement. In doing so, and drawing mainly from the mediate and indirect models, the chapter also discusses the role of various intermediate/moderate variables that facilitate the impact of principal leadership on student-learning outcomes. Results from a qualitative exploratory study that took place in Cyprus are also presented. This study developed a framework of school principals' actions and strategies that teachers considered as effective in relation to improving their quality of teaching and student outcomes. Some of the problems related with measuring the impact of school leadership on student achievement, such as issues of conceptual and operational definitions of school leadership and methodological issues in research design are also elaborated. Finally, implications for policy and practice on school leadership are discussed and suggestions for future research are provided.
