This study has two objectives, namely to describe the implementation of learning leadership by principals in improving student learning outcomes. This is a qualitative research that produces descriptive data in the form of written or oral words from people and observable behavior. This research applied interview, observation and documentation in collecting the data. For analyzing the data, this research used a nonstatistic method, namely descriptive data analysis. It means that the data obtained through research on the implementation of learning leadership by principals and is reported as it is. Then, the data were analyzed descriptively to get an overview of the facts. Based on the results of research conducted in SMK Pelita Bangsa Sumberlawang, it can be concluded that the principal is the most important element in improving the quality of education. To be able to improve the quality of education, principals must conduct good learning leadership. The implementation of learning leadership in SMK Pelita Bangsa Sumberlawang in terms of the learning leadership model expressed by Hallinger and Murphy is divided into three dimensions, namely through the formulation of school missions, management of good learning and creating a conducive school climate. These three dimensions are then specified into eleven descriptors.

The purpose of this study is to describe the role of learning leadership and the obstacles faced by school principals in improving student learning outcomes at SMK Pelita Bangsa Sumberlawang Sragen. This research is a qualitative research that produces descriptive data in the form of words, written or oral from people and observed behavior. Data collection techniques carried out by in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using an interactive model of analysis. The results showed, first, the principal was the most instrumental element in improving the quality of education and learning. Learning leadership at SMK Pelita Bangsa Sumberlawang Sragen is carried out in 3 dimensions, namely through the formulation of school missions, good learning management, and building a conducive school climate. Second, the obstacles in implementing leadership learning in SMK Pelita Bangsa Sumberlawang Sragen include several things, namely the lack of professional teachers, conventional curriculum, incomplete supervision, and incomplete learning infrastructure.

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan joyful learning terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah fisiologi tumbuhan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian menggunaan tes, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan membandingkan nilai UTS fisiologi tumbuhan mahasiswa angkatan 2017 dengan nilai UTS fisiologi tumbuhan mahasiswa angkatan 2016. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan joyful learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa sebesar 32,67. Selain itu pembelajaran fisiologi tumbuhan dengan  joyful learning dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran fisiologi tumbuhan yaitu meningkatkan kenyamanan mahasiswa selama pembelajaran, meningkatkan aktivitas mahasiswa dan meningkatkan minat mengikuti pembelajaran fisiologi tumbuhan.   Abstract This research was aimed to describe the implementation of joyful learning towards student learning outcomes in plant physiology course. This research included in a quantitative descriptive. Data was collected through test, observations, and documentation.  Findings of the research were analized by comparing the mid-term test of plant physiology between students in 2017 class and 2016 class. The results indicated that joyful learning was able to increase the student learning outcomes. In addition, it can improve the quality of learning by increasing comfort situation, interactive activities, and interest in participating of students.

The purpose of this study was to develop student work ethics-oriented student worksheets based on guided discoveries on the material of flat side space and to find out the quality of worksheets developed in terms of validity, practicality and potential effects. The method, this research is Research and Dependency (R&D), that is development research that refers to a modified 4-D development model. The instruments used to measure the quality of worksheets developed include validation sheets, practicality questionnaires, walkthroughs and tests. Worksheets that are developed are valid based on validation sheets by experts and are practical based on a practical questionnaire. The potential effects of worksheets developed can be seen from the activities and understanding of students in working on the problems given to the worksheets. The results showed that: (1) the quality of worksheets seen from the aspect of validity included in the valid category with an average score of 3.18; (2) the quality of worksheets seen from the practical aspect is categorized practically with an average score of 3.24; and (3) worksheets have a potential effect on student learning outcomes where 20 students (76.9%) are included in the category of completion while there are 6 students (23.1%) have not been completed with the Minimum Learning Completion (KBM) specified. Conclusion, ethnomatematics-oriented worksheet based on guided discovery developed is declared valid, practical and potential in improving student learning outcomes in the material of flat side spaces. Kualitas pendidikan sangat bergantung pada kualitas pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan guru di kelas. Optimalisasi proses pembelajaran dapat dilakukan dengan mengintegrasikan penggunaan teknologi sebagai media pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu sangat penting melatihkan penggunaan google classroom kepada para guru. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pelatihan penggunaan google classroom untuk mengoptimalkan proses pembelajaran di SMK ISFI Banjarmasin, dan menghasilkan modul google classroom. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah para guru SMK ISFI Banjarmasin. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini, antara lain memberikan pelatihan pengetahuan mendasar mengenai penggunaan google classroom, memberikan gambaran pengalaman bagaimana penggunaan google classroom secara sistematis dalam pembelajaran, serta menghasilkan modul google classroom. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan modul google classroom yang digunakan oleh para guru dalam pelatihan. Selain itu, kegiatan ini berkontribusi meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan guru dalam penggunaan google classroom sebagai media pembelajaran. Penggunaan google classroom diharapkan dapat membuat proses pembelajaran menjadi menyenangkan, sehingga berdampak positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa, serta meningkatkan kualitas kinerja guru. The quality of education is very dependent on the quality of learning carried out by teachers in the classroom. The optimization of the learning process can be done by integrating the use of technology as a learning medium. Therefore it is very important to train the use of google classroom to teachers. Community service aims to provide training in using google classroom to optimize the learning process at SMK ISFI Banjarmasin and produce a google classroom module. The target of this activity is Banjarmasin ISFI Vocational School, teachers. The methods used in this activity include providing training in basic knowledge about using google classroom, providing an overview of experiences on how to use google classroom systematically in learning, and producing a google classroom module. This activity produces a google classroom module that is used by teachers in training. In addition, this activity contributes to increasing teacher knowledge and ability in using Google classroom as a learning medium. The use of google classroom is expected to make the learning process enjoyable so that it has a positive impact on student learning outcomes while improving the quality of teacher performance.

Learning is a process and the students towards a better direction. Islamic Education as one of the subjects taught in schools not only function as a transfer of knowledge but also teaches values and norms to practice them in their daily lives. The application of Islamic religious education in Indonesia is not maximum, there are still many shortcomings and weaknesses both in terms of the quality of teaching and the quality produced by the students. The development of sujud tutorial learning videos is the development of learning media that aims to improve students' understanding and learning outcomes in prayer and prostration material. This type of research and development is known as Research and Development which is carried out to produce products and prove the effectiveness of the products produced. The results of the material validation expert about prayer and prostration were 90%, while the validation of media experts also produced a value of 92%, which means "very valid". The results of the analysis of student learning effectiveness showed the results of T count = 9.02> T table = 0.05, meaning that the sujud tutorial learning videos developed were effective in improving student learning outcomes. This proved that there was a difference in the value of students between pretest (63) and posttest (76). Thus it can be concluded that the product developed is proven to be valid and effectively used as a medium of learning in schools.

Abstract This article aims to describe the dance activity of the teachers at SMP Negeri 3 Koto XI Tarusan / Kabupaten Pesisir selatan in conducting the analysis of validity of the exam questions, especially that are used in the final exam. The criteria for validating the analysis of these questions have the same purpose as the measured and clear questions. The method used in this study was qualitative with descriptive analysis approach. The object of the research was the activity of the teacher in analyzing the questions of cultural art made by the teachers of SMP Negeri 3 Koto XI Tarusan, which amounts to 20 items. Those items have been tested to 20 students in the final examination of odd semester 2018/2019. The research instruments used were observation note, interview question lists and documentation files. In order to support the data collection activities, there were some steps such as doing observation, interview and documentation studies. The result of the research can explain that the questions of cultural arts analyzed by its validity has provided an overview of the improvement of the quality of education evaluation in school. The level of student learning outcomes, solely not caused by the level of students' ability in learning, it is also influenced by assessment instruments that are made like a question, whether it is valid or not. The result of the validity analysis of the cultural arts questions in the final exam at class VII-1 of SMP Negeri 3 Koto XI Tarusan were categorized as moderate difficult and 70% of the items have high validity. Keywords: activities, validity analysis, cultural arts exam questions (dance)

ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa melalui pemilihan media dan sumber belajar yang tepat, sehingga bahan pembelajaran yang disampaikan dapat diterima dengan baik. Dalam menyikapi perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan guru dituntut untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Peneliti membahas bagaimana meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa melalui penggunaan media gambar seri pada materi menyusun paragraf narasi. Peneliti juga memiliki tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa melalui penggunaan media gambar pada materi menyusun paragraf narasi berdasarkan rangkaian gambar seri. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian yang dirancang mengunakan PTK (Penelitian Tindakan Kelas) dengan II siklus, peneliti menggunakan data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Kedua data tersebut dikumpulkan dengan teknik observasi dan hasil tes siswa. ABSTRACT: This study aims to improve student learning outcomes through the selection of media and appropriate learning resources, so that the learning materials delivered can be received well. In addressing the development of science teachers are required to improve the quality of education. The researcher discusses how to improve student learning outcomes through the use of drawing media series on the material compiling narrative paragraphs. Researchers also have a goal to describe the improvement of student learning outcomes through the use of image media on the material to arrange a narrative paragraph based on a series of series drawings. Researchers use research methods designed using PTK (Classroom Action Research) with II cycles, researchers used quantitative and qualitative data. Both data were collected by observation technique and student test result.

The use of the Guided Writing Activity Strategy (SAMT) method in making a simple dialogue script can be applied by the teacher to optimize the ability of students. SAMT method makes the role of the teacher who so far has only been a giver of assignments will switch in the form of collaboration with students. SAMT method in fifth-grade students of SDN Malaka Jaya 06 Pagi East Jakarta is intended to make efforts to improve the quality of learning, especially on simple dialog scriptwriting skills that are expected to affect improving student learning outcomes in writing simple dialog scripts.

Online-based distance learning is an alternative to learning in the current situation. Distance Education is an education whose students are separated from educators, and their learning uses a variety of learning resources through communication technology, internet information and other media. This study aims to find out how much influence online-based distance learning has on students' learning outcomes in PAI. The research method used is expost facto research. This type of pining is with primary data and secondary data. The results showed that; Online-based Distance Learning positively and signification of student learning outcomes by 13.3%. Online-based Distance Learning can improve the quality of education in order to continue to be carried out properly, especially in student learning outcomes even in the condition of the covid-19 pandemic.

<p>Improving student learning outcomes can be known through examination or evaluation of student learning outcomes, as well as to improve the quality of education at a particular Islamic Junior Secondary School (MTs) Ali Maksum that can be seen through the entrance test the institution itself. Entrance test could be determine the quality of student learning outcomes, therefore it is very important be re-examined or entrance test kits that is used to determine the graduation of new students. Entrance tests can also determine the outcome of the first year students in the first and second semester. In this case retesting can be done by looking at the results of the entrance test, the results of the 1st semester final exam, and the results of the final exams 2 that is analyzed using multiple regression. This analysis is used to predict the results of the entrance test and see how much influence the results of the 1st semester final exams and final exams 2. From the discussion, it is a result of its high predictive significance between entrance exams, final exams 1, 2 and semester exams in the first year in MTs Ali Maksum.</p><p> </p><p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong> : <em>Entrance test, predictabilities, validity</em></p>
