The results of dendrochronological studies of the radial growth of common pine in the sanitary protection zone under the influence of harmful emissions from LLC «Tomskneftekhim» and without man-made impact in the SPNT «Lake Peschanoe» are presented. It was revealed that after the start of the industrial enterprise, there was a sharp decrease in the growth of trees, deterioration of their condition.

The article is devoted to the study of the movement for communist labour at the Tyumen Shipbuilding Plant during the period of the seven-year plan (1959-1965). The authors seek to fill a historical narrative with the particular facts connected with the peculiarities and specifics of such phenomenon as the movement for communist labour. They consider it in the context of microhistory and as the most important element of production routine. The employees of the largest industrial enterprise of Soviet Tyumen — Shipbuilding Plant in concrete historical circumstances came under the spotlight of the authors. The submitted article is written with attraction of a wide range of archival documents, taken from the funds of the State Archive of the Tyumen Region and also funds of the State Archive of Socio-Political History of the Tyumen Region. Having studied the documents the authors come to conclusion that the movement for communist labour had little effect on the production progress of the plant employees.

Topicality. In Ukraine, the number of patients with diabetes is growing rapidly, it ranks the 4th in the structure of diseases of the endocrine system, and it is one of the main causes of incapacitation and disability among the population and takes the second place by the number of deaths. Polyphenolic extracts from leaves of the heather (Ericaceae) family, in particular blueberries, cranberries and bearberry, in the previous studies demonstrated the presence of antioxidant, hypoglycemic and lipotropic properties. However, the pharmacological activity of extracts from cranberry leaves has not been sufficiently studied. Aim. To study the effect of polyphenolic extracts from cranberry leaves on the processes of LPO and the state of the antioxidant defense in the liver and serum in rats with the experimental insulin resistance. Materials and methods. The study was performed on white outbred male rats weighing 180 ± 15 g, kept in the vivarium of the NUPh. Insulin resistance was induced by keeping animals on a high fructose diet for 6 weeks according to the recommendations. The extracts were administered intragastrically in the dose of 200 μg/100 g of the body weight from the fourth week of the experiment for 14 days. The POL activity was assessed by the level of TBA reactants, diene conjugates and conjugated trienes in the liver and serum. The state of the antioxidant defense was assessed by the level of reduced glutathione, as well as the activity of catalase and superoxide dismutase. Indicators were determined by the spectrophotometric method. Results and discussion. The development of the experimental resistance was accompanied by an increase in LPS activity in the liver and serum of rats. In the serum of animals with IR the content of primary products of LPO increased in 1.75 times, the content of triene conjugates in 1.7 times, respectively, while the content of TBA reactants in 1.61 times. The introduction of the polyphenolic concentrate from cranberry leaves was accompanied by a sharp decrease in the products of lipid peroxidation both in the eserum and liver to almost ascending levels. There was normalization of the activity of enzymes of the first line of the antioxidant defense compared to animals with insulin resistance due to the presence of plant flavonoids in the extract. Conclusions. Thus, the data obtained indicate that the polyphenolic extract from cranberry leaves exhibits antioxidant properties in the liver and serum of rats with the experimental insulin resistance. The polyphenolic extract also restored the antioxidant defense of cells and the body as a whole. The data obtained indicate the need for further research to create a new herbal medicine for use in the treatment of insulin resistance and diabetes.

Thyroid hormones can affect the cardiovascular system directly by binding to nuclear thyroid receptors, as well as indirectly by changing the neuro – humoral status of the body as a whole. The aim of the work was to assess the effect of levothyroxine suppressive therapy on the regulation of the heart rate and activity of the sympathoadrenal system, as well as the level of cortisol in the blood of young patients with thyroid cancer. It is shown that the effect of suppressive therapy with levothyroxine on the state of the cardiovascular system is manifested in an increase in the risk of tachycardia and changes in heart rate variability associated with the body mass index. Patients with thyroid cancer had a sharp decrease in normetanephrine (norepinephrine metabolite) in the urine. The levels of metanephrine (metabolite of adrenaline) and dopamine in the urine was dependent on the tonus of the autonomic nervous system and blood pressure. The revealed shifts indicate that against the background of subclinical hyperthyroidism, the mechanisms aimed at stabilizing the heart rate and preventing the effects of hyperstimulation of thyroid and beta-adrenoreceptors of the myocardium are included.

Recent years were a transformation period of the analytic systems to support management decision-making on continuously available open data away from official periodic reports. In this regard, the system of control and supervision of management objects by the state controlling bodies is changing, new sources of information are included; monitoring of the external environment and media space is introduced. The author proposes an approach to the formation of a generalized key indicator for rapid assessment of the object of management (on the example of an industrial enterprise) on the basis of open data from the Internet. The object of the research is developing universal comprehensive indicator for rapid assessment of the compliance of the economic object of management on the part of regulators or relevant services on the basis of structured and unstructured data from the Internet. Scientific novelty of the study is to propose the concept of building a universal comprehensive indicator (UCI) based on a logical function that uses an extended set of arguments, including both continuous and discrete variables. Transformation into the values of the indicator is proposed using the logical rules, given the requirements for the control object from the regulators. Main results of the work: the concept of constructing universal comprehensive indicator allowing to get an express assessment of the state of the object in control was developed. The algorithm was tested to assess the need and feasibility for the state authorities in the financial assistance of the Moscow industrial enterprise. The approach in this research is applicable to current monitoring of the situation due to official reporting at the tactical level of management.

Biodiversity ensures the functioning of ecosystems that provides oxygen, clean air and water, plant pollination, pest control, wastewater treatment and many ecosystem services. Recreational resources rely on our unique biodiversity, such as bird watching, hiking, camping, fishing etc. But it is known that anthropogenic load leads to degradation or destruction of natural landscapes. One of the manifestations of degradation is the fragmentation and division of solid forests or steppes into separate territories. As a result, they are transformed into small islands of nature surrounded by arable land, settlements, roads and railways. The leading ecologists think that a significant influence on the level of biodiversity has been identified (According to National report on the state of the environment in Ukraine in 2020). It was a result of anthropogenic pressure on the environment. Therefore, determining the level of entomofauna biodiversity in different stations is relevant. During the research, the condition of entomofauna on the natural, semi- natural stations and sanitary protection zone (SPZ) of the Poultry Farm Kyivska was assessed. As a result of analytical and faunal studies, constant-dominant orders were 2 revealed in research areas: Coleoptera, Lepidoptera and Diptera. These orders include more than 80% of species and others only about 20% of insect species. The low number of species of entomofauna of dendrobionts is established due to excessive anthropogenic load and the depleted species diversity of trees and shrubs. Preservation of the ecological stability of landscapes by reproduction and maintenance of biodiversity requires the additional creation of protective forest plantations with high species richness of plants.

A special place in the industrial enterprise’s financial relations belongs to the relationship with the State budget and the earmarked budgetary and non-budgetary funds regarding the tax and fees charges and payments. These relationships arise from the moment the enterprise was created and continue throughout the entire period of its operation. Determining the amount of taxes and fees that an enterprise should pay based on the results of its activities, ensuring the timeliness and completeness of tax calculations, forming tax potential, assessing it and optimizing the tax burden (tax planning) are important areas of work for the financial services of an industrial enterprise.

Labor protection and industrial safety are of great importance in the production activities of an industrial enterprise. The effective functioning of the occupational health and safety management system reduces the risk of accidents. Analysis of information that characterizes the state of labor protection and industrial safety requires large data processing. This article discusses the implementation of the module on accounting and analyzing the results of control and preventive activities in the field of industrial safety and labor protection. Its practical relevance consists in consolidating data on industrial safety, reducing the time for information processing, and increasing the reliability of information on the state of industrial safety at the enterprise.
