This article is a response to the state of the art in monitoring the cooling capacity of quenching oils in industrial practice. Very often, a hardening shop requires a report with data on the cooling process for a particular quenching oil. However, the interpretation of the data can be rather difficult. The main goal of our work was to compare various criteria used for evaluating quenching oils. Those of which prove essential for operation in tempering plants would then be introduced into practice. Furthermore, the article describes monitoring the changes in the properties of a quenching oil used in a hardening shop, the effects of quenching oil temperature on its cooling capacity and the impact of the water content on certain cooling parameters of selected oils. Cooling curves were measured (including cooling rates and the time to reach relevant temperatures) according to ISO 9950. The hardening power of the oil and the area below the cooling rate curve as a function of temperature (amount of heat removed in the nose region of the Continuous cooling transformation - CCT curve) were calculated. V-values based on the work of Tamura, reflecting the steel type and its CCT curve, were calculated as well. All the data were compared against the hardness and microstructure on a section through a cylinder made of EN C35 steel cooled in the particular oil. Based on the results, criteria are recommended for assessing the suitability of a quenching oil for a specific steel grade and product size. The quenching oils used in the experiment were Houghto Quench C120, Paramo TK 22, Paramo TK 46, CS Noro MO 46 and Durixol W72.

A methodology to determine the size distribution curve of the ROM was developed in a Brazilian iron ore mine. The size of the larger fragments was determined taking photographs and setting the scale of the images to analyze their dimensions (length of their edges and areas). This was implemented according to a specific protocol of sampling that involves split and homogenization stages in situ of a considerable quantity of ore (about 259 metric tonnes). During the sampling process, larger fragments were separated and smaller size material was screened. The methodology was developed initially in order to preview the performance of a primary gyratory crusher that is fed directly from trucks. Operational conditions of the equipment such as closed and open-side settings could be adjusted previously, obtaining different product size distributions. Variability of size of the fragments affects subsequent stages of crushing and can increase circulating load in the circuit. This leads to a decrease of productivity or recovery of the ore dressing. The results showed insignificant errors of accuracy and reproducibility of the sampling protocol when applied to friable itabirite rocks.

The studies present the results of morphological, cultural and genetic analysis of the ITS1-ITS4 region of the autochthonous yeast strains genome by using the HaeIII restriction enzyme. On the red and white grapes varieties, based on the morphology of the cells, autochthonous strains belonging to the genus Saccharomyces prevail – 83.3%, what is confirmed by genetic analysis of rDNA ITS region. Restriction analysis showed that all strains of the genus Saccharomyces belong to the species Saccharomyces cerevisiae / S. paradoxus. The percentage of Saccharomyces isolated on the Pervenets Magaracha variety is 86.7%, Krasnostop Anapsky - 80%. The non-Saccharomyces yeast had a product size of 750 bp, presumably of the species Hanseniaspora uvarum.

Tumbling mills are often taken as the object of optimization studies because they are a type of equipment that consume large amounts of energy. Among the current available resources to conduct such studies, mathematic modelling presents great efficiency due to its low cost, speed and reliability. The total charge and grinding media charge are very important variables to conduct modelling exercises that aim at power draw and product size distribution forecasting. However, the common measurement methods require people entering the equipment, which carries a number of adversities related to confined spaces. In this regard, this paper presents the development of a method and the prototype of a device able to measure tumbling mill charges, quickly, precisely, with low cost and, above all, ensuring safety. The result of this work is a method that allows equivalent or superior precision in comparison to the existing methods, whose main aspect is to eliminate the requirement of people entering dangerous environments, such as tumbling mills.

The article raises the problem of the need to take into account real dimensions when they are strengthened by wave deformation. The fact is that in carrying out initial calculations the overall dimensions of the models under study are quite often neglected. On the one hand, this makes it possible to significantly simplify the calculation of the flat model, and on the other - to exclude consideration of the influence of geometric dimensions of the sample on the process to be followed. This is especially relevant in the study of shock systems in which wave processes lie. The effect of the final samples on the hardening process should not be excluded. This is because the elastic-stic deformation pattern has its own features. Hardening is carried out due to transmission of energy in the form of deformation wave, which is transformed on all gras with variable acoustic rigidity, including on boundaries, which are final dimensions of the analysed sample. Preliminary studies have developed a significant effect on the process of wave deformation hardening of geometrical dimensions of the material to be treated, since at equal volumes of strengthened materials and processing modes different distribution of microassay in the surface layer is observed. The established algorithm of further research of the given direction will allow not only to reveal the regularities of through strengthening of samples of different shapes and sizes, but also to establish the possibility of contactless de-formation strengthening of the sides of the sample opposite to the impact of the HRD, which have a complex profile shape, as well as the possibility of contactless deformation strengthening of internal hard-to-reach surfaces.

This   study   aims   to  determine   the  analysis   of   differential accounting information  in assisting decision-making  accept or reject  special  orders  at  Indah  Indah  Cemerlang  Malang.  The problem  is that the  company  in decision-making  is based  on the total costing,  so that for special  orders below the normal selling  price  is  not  accepted  because  it  is  considered  not  to provide additional profits for the company. The results of the analysis with quantitative descriptive method that (1) Capacity of the company is not enough enough to receive  special  order  terrazzo  tile  size  30 x 30  cm in the year 2014 as much as 2,875 m2, (2) There has been a market separation  between regular sales with sales to serve  special orders  whose price (3) Analysis of differential accounting information as the basis of  decision making emphasize the technique of calculation by the method of variable costingmaka company can maximize the profitability in 2014, where the calculation of profit / loss of the company for tegel terrazzo product size  30 x 30 cm Year 2014 is Rp. 30.294.066,59, - obtained from the regular sale of Rp. 21.693.872,00,  - and  additional  profit  from  receiving  special order Griya Singosari  Inside   Rp.8,600,194,59,-. If the company receives a special order from Griya Tanjung Priok Jaya, Grand Villa Dau, Dieng  Inside  and  Bumi Royal Park the company should be able to earn additional profit of Rp. 24,799,830.90, - so the calculation of profit / loss of the company for tegel teraso product size 30 x 30 cm can achieve a maximum profit of Rp. 55.093.896, 49, -.
