This study aimed to determine how much influence e-service quality, e-advertisement, and celebrity endorser had on online purchasing decisions at Bening's Clinic skincare. The population in this study were Bening's Clinic consumers. The data were obtained from questionnaires that were filled out online using a Likert scale,. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique with a total sample size of 385 respondents from Bening's Clinic consumers. The data analysis of this research used descriptive data analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicated that e-service quality partially did not had a significant effect on purchasing decisions, e-advertisement and celebrity endorsers partially have a significant effect on online purchasing decisions at Bening's Clinic skincare. In this study, trust and response were dominant factors that need to be maintained, because they determined Bening's Clinic's online skincare purchase decision as a beauty product.    Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh e-service quality, e- advertisement, dan celebrity endorser terhadap keputusan pembelian secara online pada skincare Bening’s Clinic. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Bening’s Clinic. Data tersebut diperoleh dari kuesioner yang diisi secara online dengan menggunakan skala likert, . teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 385 responden konsumen Bening’s Clinic. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa e-service quality secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, e- advertisement dan celebrity endorser secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian secara online pada skincare Bening’s Clinic. Pada penelitian ini kepercayaan dan respon menjadi faktor dominan yang perlu dipertahankan, karena menentukan keputusan pembelian online skincare Bening’s Clinic sebagai produk kecantikan.

This study aims to know the influence of service quality and price to consumen satisfaction at J.CO Donuts and Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Total sample in this study are 60 respondent, with Purposive sampling as sampling technique. Data analysis methode used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The result shows that service quality and price simultaneously have a signifikan influnce to consument satisfaction at J.CO Donuts and Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Service quality partially have a signifikan influence to consument satisfaction at J.CO Donuts and Coffe  Palu Grand Mall. Price partially have a signifikan influence to consument satisfaction at J.CO Donuts and Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan dan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen di J.CO Donuts dan Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Sampel yang digunakan penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 60 responden, dengan teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan dan harga secara serempak berpengaruh siginifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di J.CO Donuts dan Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Kualitas layanan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di J.CO Donuts dan Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Harga secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di J.CO Donuts dan Coffe Palu Grand Mall.

English This study aims to determine the effect of few variables, that is industiral type, profitability proxied by ROE and ROA, and environmental performance towards Islamic social reporting disclosure in companies listed in JII 2011-2015. The population in this study were all companies registered in JII 2011-2015, the sampling technique using purposive sampling, so that a total sample of 11 companies was obtained for five years, or equal to 55 annual reports. The analysis in this study is a descriptive statistical analysis by conducting a classic assumption test. The multiple linear regression analysis in this study uses SPSS 17 statistical analysis tools. The results of this study indicate that the Industry Type and Environmental Performance variables have no significant effect on Islamic Social Reporting Disclosure, while ROE has a significant negative effect and ROA has a significant positive effect on Islamic Social Reporting Disclosure. Indonesia Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel tipe industri, profitabilitas yang diproksikan dengan ROE dan ROA, serta kinerja lingkungan terhadap pengungkapan islamic social reporting pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di JII Periode 2011-2015. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan yang terdaftar di JII periode 2011-2015, teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan purposive sampling, sehingga diperoleh total sampel sebanyak 11 perusahaan selama lima tahun, atau sama dengan 55 laporan tahunan. Analisis dalam penelitian ini merupakan analisis statistik deskriptif dengan melakukan uji asumsi klasik. Adapun analisis regresi linier berganda dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis statistik SPSS 17. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Tipe Industri dan Kinerja Lingkungan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Pengungkapan Islamic Social Reporting, sedangkan ROE berpengruh negatif signifikan dan ROA berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Pengungkapan Islamic Social Reporting.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effects of service quality, product, price, and place towards the customers satisfaction (Case Study at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Unit Ngesrep Semarang) both simultaneously or partially. The population in this study are all the customers at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Unit Ngesrep Semarang. The data used in the research are primary and secondary data. The sample used of 100 respondents collected through the questionnaire by following the accidental sampling technique. Data analysis model using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Model. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques use Statistical F Test, Coefficient of Determination Test (Adjusted R Square), and Statistical t Test. The result of the analysis and discussion show that the variables of service quality, product, price, and place simultaneously have a significant effects towards the customers satisfaction at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Unit Ngesrep Semarang. Partially, the variables of service quality, product, price, and place each have a positive and significant effect towards the customer satisfaction at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Moslem Wedding Organizer is a form that personally helps brides and families to providing the supplies and implementation of wedding events in accordance with Islamic religious rules. The population of Surabaya city is majority moslem city that still adhering to diverse traditions and cultures, this is an opportunity for krar Suci to become the choice of moslem wedding organizer for brides in Surabaya. Several factors that are considered by the brides in making decisions about choosing wedding organizer are service quality, price, and brand image, so this study aims to determine the effect of service quality, price and brand image on the decision to purchase moslem wedding equipment. This type of research is quantitative, with the population being all Muslim couples in Surabaya who married in 2019, at the age of 19, who used the services by a wedding organizer. The sampling technique used incidental sampling with a sample size of 100 respondents who were processed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on service quality, price, and brand image on purchasing decisions for moslem wedding equipment services. Suggestions for the company are to improve service quality, re-analyze prices according to market, and improve brand image to be better known and trusted by the public.

This research aims to know the influence of marketing public relation and service quality against customer loyalty at PT Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Surabaya. The variables used in this study i.e. marketing public relation, service quality, and customer loyalty. The population used in this study are all the consumers who use the service delivery on PT Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Surabaya.As for the sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique with the total sample as many as 140 respondents. In this research analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The test results showed that the variables consist of marketing public relation, service quality effect significantly to consumer loyalty on the PT Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Surabaya. These results indicate that the variable quality of service had a dominant influence on consumer loyalty against PT Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Surabaya. Keywords: marketing public relation, service quality, consumer loyalty

This study aimed to determine the effect of customer experience, reference group and price perception on consumer purchasing decisions at fashion ethnic product. The population in this study was the consumers of Juragan Kain Boutique. The data were obtained from questionnaires that were filled in online using a likert scale; the sampling technique used purposive sampling with total sample of 100 respondents of Juragan Kain Boutique consumers. The data analysis in this study used descriptive data analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicated that customer experience; reference group and price perception partially and simultaneously had positive and significant effect on purchasing decision. In this study, price suitability with product quality was the dominant factor in price perception, because it determined the purchasing decision of the Juragan Kain boutique as an ethnic fashion product. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh pengalaman pelanggan, reference group dan persepsi harga terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Butik Juragan Kain. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Butik Juragan Kain. Data tersebut diperoleh dari kuisioner yang diisi secara online dengan menggunakan skala likert, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden konsumen Butik Juragan Kain. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman pelanggan, reference group dan persepsi harga, secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Pada penelitian ini kesesuaian harga dengan kualitas produk menjadi faktor dominan dari persepsi harga, karena menentukan keputusan pembelian Butik Juragan Kain sebagai produk ethnic fashion.

This study examines purchasing decisions of The Executive product, viewed from the aspect of foreig branding, price, and product quality in the perspective of consumer behavior. A quantitative approach was applied, using a questionnaire to 400 respondents. The sampling technique using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicated that foreign branding, price, and product quality influence purchasing decisions partially and simultaneously had positive and significant effect on purchasing decision. The highest effect in this study was product quality, with comfort and quality of raw material which the main factor need to be maintened because they determined the purchasing decision of The Executive as a fashion product. Abstrak Studi ini mengkaji keputusan pembelian produk The Executive, dilihat dari aspek foreign branding, harga, dan kualitas produk dalam perspektif perilaku konsumen. Pendekatan kuantitatif diterapkan, dengan menggunakan kuesioner pada 400 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan regresi linear berganda. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, foreign branding, harga, dan kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Pengaruh terbesar terletak pada variabel kualitas produk, dengan kenyamanan dan kualitas bahan baku menjadi faktor dominan yang perlu dipertahankan, karena menentukan keputusan pembelian The Executive sebagai produk fashion.

The performance of bonds reflect from bond yields that are useful as information in making investment decisions. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of  coupon, maturity, liquidity and  interest rate  of the corporate bond yields This research was conducted on all companies that issue corporate bonds and are listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange on 2015-2017 periods. with a total sample of 44 bonds from 23 companies through non purposive sampling technique. Data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis and methods of data collection in this study using non-participant observation. Based on data analysis indicate that coupon, maturity, and  interest rate partially positive and significant effect on bond yields. By contrast, liquidity partially negative and significant effect on bond yields. Keyword : coupon, maturity, liquidity and  interest rate , bond yields

The growing internet today encourages companies to determine the right marketing strategy to survive and win the competition from its competitors. Like using the Shopee application as an e-commerce or online trade used in marketing products and services. The population in this study were students of the Department of Pharmacy, Universitas Perintis Indonesia TA. 2017-2020 as many as 659 students. The research sample was 87 students with sampling technique using non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling technique or sampling technique with certain considerations. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires while data processing used validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis and t tests using SPSS version 20. The results of this test prove that service quality, price, product design and celebrity endorsers have a positive and significant influence. to purchasing decisions.

The  purpose  of  this  research  is  to  test  and  analyze  1)  Influence  simultaneously  variable  of satisfaction and trust to customer loyality of Two Princess Restaurant in Matano Sub-District of Bungku Tengah District. 2) Partial influence of customer satisfaction variable on customer loyalty Two Putri Restaurant in Matano Village, Central Bungku District. 3) Partial influence of customer trust variable on customer loyalty of Two Princess Restaurant in Matano Sub-district of Bungku Tengah District. This type of research is descriptive causally. Sampling technique using Purposive Sampling, obtained sample of 60 respondents. Data analysis technique is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that based on the results of Test F, customer satisfaction variables and customer trust simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty Two Putri Restaurant in Matano Village, Central Bungku District. Partially, customer satisfaction variable (X1) has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty of Two Putri Restaurant in Matano Village, Central Bungku District. The variable of customer trust (X2) has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty of Two Princess Restaurant in Matano Sub-district, Bungku Tengah District. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis 1) Pengaruh secara simultan variabel kepuasan dan kepercayaan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Rumah Makan Dua Putri di Kelurahan Matano Kecamatan Bungku Tengah. 2) Pengaruh secara parsial variabel kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Rumah Makan Dua Putri di Kelurahan Matano Kecamatan Bungku Tengah. 3) Pengaruh secara parsial variabel kepercayaan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Rumah Makan Dua Putri di Kelurahan Matano Kecamatan Bungku Tengah. Tipe penelitian adalah deskriptif kausal. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling, diperoleh sampel sebanyak 60 responden. Teknik analisis data adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan hasil Uji F, variabel kepuasan pelanggan dan kepercayaan pelanggan secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Rumah Makan Dua Putri di Kelurahan Matano Kecamatan Bungku Tengah. Secara parsial variabel kepuasan pelanggan (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Rumah Makan Dua Putri di Kelurahan Matano Kecamatan Bungku Tengah. Variabel kepercayaan pelanggan (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Rumah Makan Dua Putri di Kelurahan Matano Kecamatan Bungku Tengah.
