  Problems faced in optimizing the quality of "Education for Learners in Tangerang correctional institution" today is the contradiction between the values of hope (das sollen) with the values of reality (das Sein), and the dominant factor affecting the quality of the "Education students in Tangerang correctional institution ", is a factor of the input instrument of education. Qualitative study, this study aims to find patterns of education in accordance with the legal awareness education for students penitentiary child. The research process was conducted based on the qualitative method, which is natural, descriptive, inductive, and discover the meaning of a phenomenon. Educator Qualifications research results that have a faithful and devoted personality, friendly, full of tenderness, acting as a parent, insightful, and empathy, positive impact on the development process; Development Planning combines the Bottom Up Top Down; Approach and method that combines coaching and religious functionalist models, through: the example (example), habituation and training, creation of favorable situation, discipline, implementing worship deeply, accelerate the process of coaching, Evaluation of Education in Prison, the need to involve the role students, families, and communities, thus serving as a feed back to the improvement of the quality of coaching in prison. <p>Research methodology is the application of epistemology in philosophical which is realized by logico hypotetico verificative-deducto hypothetico verificative. The results of the evaluation of the quality of the research methodology that gave rise buildings recently become a standard formula valid and tested public. In this context it is necessary scrutiny of the functioning and the importance of pre usability, and value the benefits of the research process so that the quality of research produced a positive impact on building science researchers. The role of the researcher holds a central position of being able to adjust the ground circumstances. Benefit value for the benefit of life as the goal of research in theory and practical should be explicitly and implicitly always accompanies every step of research. A consequence of the value of the benefits of scientific research which is undertaken is delivering research results to the user community. The use of research methodologies in the study strongly influenced the extent of the ability of researchers and scientists at the clump science community are able to map the identity of the building a distinctive methodology of scientific disciplines that is useful for subsequent research.</p> <p>Metodologi Penelitian merupakan penerapan epistimologi secara filsafati yang diwujudkan dengan logico  hypotetico  verificative-deducto  hypothetico  verificative.  Hasil  evaluasi terhadap  kualitas  bangunan  metodologi  penelitian  yang  memunculkan  formula  baru menjadi standar yang valid dan teruji publik. Dalam konteks ini maka perlu pencermatan tentang fungsi dan kegunaan akan pentingnya pra, proses dan nilai manfaat riset agar kualitas riset yang dihasilkan berdampak positif pada bangunan keilmuan peneliti. Peran peneliti  memegang  posisi  sentral  karena  mampu  menyesuaikan  situasi  dan  kondisi lapangan. Nilai kemanfaatan bagi kemaslahatan hidup sebagai tujuan riset secara teoritis dan praktis sebaiknya secara eksplisit dan implisit selalu menyertai setiap langkah riset. Konsekuensi ilmiah dalam nilai manfaat riset yang dilakukan adalah menyampaikan hasilhasil riset ke masyarakat pengguna. Penggunaan metodologi penelitian dalam riset sangat dipengaruhi sejauhmana kemampuan peneliti dan komunitas ilmuan pada rumpun ilmu mampu memetakan jati diri bangunan metodologi disiplin keilmuan yang khas sehingga bermanfaat bagi peneliti berikutnya.</p>

One of theylost urgent problems with increasing quality of madrasah (Islamic institution of learning) is that so many madrasah teachers are unqualified. The dominant factor that assumedly causes low compe­tence of teachers is because of numerous madrasah teachers have no educational background and a mismatch between educational background of the teachers with their duties and functions. Education and training undertaken by Department of Religious Affairs is considered one of breakthroughs to get out of this problem. This research explains about Indonesian labor competitiveness from perspective of the 5th pillar GCI (education and training). The purpose is to (1) measure the readiness of Indonesian labor at the ASEAN level and (2) ana-lyzed relationship between GCI and HDI. This research was using descriptive and inferential analysis. The re-sults show Indonesia is in fourth place in ASEAN. Coefficient correlation between the 5th pillar of CGI and HDI is 0.874. This explain the quality of human development is strongly related to global competitiveness. It can be interpreted that increasing human resources will also have positive impact on global competitiveness trough improving education.

This research is called the influence of the quality of services and performance employees to of community satisfaction his people residents under the jurisdiction of correctional in a correctional institution class IIB slawi. Based on a title in on the research aims to understand: 1. Know the influence of the quality of service for of community satisfaction his people residents under the jurisdiction of correctional in a correctional institution class iib slawi. 2. Know the influence of performance employees to of community satisfaction his people residents under the jurisdiction of correctional in a correctional institution class iib slawi. 3. Know the influence of the quality of services and performance employees to of community satisfaction his people residents under the jurisdiction of correctional in a correctional institution class IIB slawi. Research methodology used in this research is the method observation, interview, the questionnaire, and study literature, technique the sample non probability of sampling by using scale likert and methods the determination of sample used is convenience / accidental sampling as many as 171 sample.The method of analysis the data used is the method linear regression multiple ( multi linear regression ).The results of the study in partial shows that 1). The quality of services (x1) and performance employees (x2 in together have had a positive impact and significant impact on of community satisfaction his people residents under the jurisdiction of correctional) (y in a correctional institution class IIB Slawi. 2). Tasikmalaya regency has great potential in the development of the livestock sector due to land use which is dominated by agricultural activities as a producer of forage. The current problem is the supply of forage which is influenced by the season. This service program aims to overcome these problems so as to increase the productivity of the livestock business. This service includes several stages, namely counseling, training, monitoring and evaluation and reporting. The time and place of the activity is from 5th June to 15th July 2021 in Setiawaras Village, Tasikmalaya Regency. Extension activities and training on feed processing with M-Bio technology have a positive impact in terms of the quantity and quality of feed. The use of local ingredients and M-Bio produces feed that can be stored for a week with complete nutrient content. In the long term, this activity will increase knowledge, skills and independence of farmers. Results of evaluation show attitude of farmers who are enthusiastic and satisfied with this activity.

As a process, development is carried out continuously and well planned which covers all aspects of life in the country such as politics, economy, social culture and defense and security. Development is a way to achieve the ideals of independence stated in the Preamble of Undang-Undang Dasar 1945 that must be carried out carefully, effectively, efficiently and integrated. In implementing development, each local government requires accurate planning and expected to be able to evaluate development. The main key to the success of development lies in the quality of the development planning. One example of a development planning document is Rencana Kerja Pemerintah Daerah (RKPD). The objectives of this study is to describe and analyze the process of preparing RKPD. This study shows that the planning process in the preparation of RKPD has gone through the stage of problem diagnosis; formulation of objectives; and forecasts and projections. As for the alternative development stage; feasibility analysis; and evaluation, not done yet.

Актуальность статьи обусловлена необходимостью обеспечить соответствие качества вузовской подготовки выпускников современным требованиям к профессиональной деятельности в условиях рыночного социально-экономического пространства. Потребность сферы переводческих услуг в конкурентоспособных специалистах диктует постановку соответствующих задач перед вузами. Одной из таких задач является развитие у студентов качеств конкурентоспособной личности в учебной деятельности. В данной статье рассматривается процесс освоения письменного перевода как будущей профессиональной деятельности и условия, способствующие развитию конкурентоспособной личности студента в процессе обучения письменному переводу. Традиционный подход к изучению и формированию конкурентоспособного специалиста имеет определенные недостатки, один из которых состоит в несоответствии категориального аппарата, заимствованного из экономической науки, современной гуманистической парадигме высшего профессионального образования. В качестве решения соответствующей проблемы автором предлагаются и описываются организационно-педагогические условия развития комплекса качеств конкурентоспособной личности студента в обучении письменному переводу, разработанные на основе положений теории конкуренции, более адекватных с точки зрения гуманистических принципов. В качестве инструмента реализации данных условий в процессе обучения автором предлагается комплекс дидактических средств развития конкурентоспособной личности студента в учебной деятельности. Приведены результаты экспериментальной работы по внедрению данного комплекса в процесс обучения письменному переводу в рамках дополнительного образования. Результаты свидетельствуют о положительном влиянии представленных педагогических мер на обучающихся. The urgency of the article is due to the need to provide correspondence between the quality of professional training at universities and the requirements for professional occupation in current social and economical conditions. There is a high demand for translation services for specialists able to work successfully in competitive professional environment which is a social mandate for universities. This results in the need to develop student’s personal qualities peculiar for a competitive specialist in the learning process. We focus on learning written translation as future profession and on the conditions facilitating development of student’s competitive personality in the learning process. There are some weaknesses in the traditional approach to investigating and training competitive specialists, in particular, lack of correspondence between the concepts derived from economical science and the humanistic paradigm of the modern professional education at universities. To solve the problem concerned some organizational and pedagogical conditions have been developed and described in this article aimed at developing a combination of qualities specific for student’s competitive personality on the basis of more adequate, in terms of humanistic principles, competition theories. These conditions apply to the use in the learning process with a combination of teaching tools aimed at developing student’s competitive personality in the learning process. Some results of experimental work to use these tools in teaching written translation under supplementary programme are presented. The results obtained prove the positive impact of the proposed techniques on students.

Computerized auditory training (CAT) is a convenient, low-cost approach to improving communication of individuals with hearing loss or other communicative disorders. A number of CAT programs are being marketed to patients and audiologists. The present literature review is an examination of evidence for the effectiveness of CAT in improving speech perception in adults with hearing impairments. Six current CAT programs, used in 9 published studies, were reviewed. In all 9 studies, some benefit of CAT for speech perception was demonstrated. Although these results are encouraging, the overall quality of available evidence remains low, and many programs currently on the market have not yet been evaluated. Thus, caution is needed when selecting CAT programs for specific patients. It is hoped that future researchers will (a) examine a greater number of CAT programs using more rigorous experimental designs, (b) determine which program features and training regimens are most effective, and (c) indicate which patients may benefit from CAT the most.
