This research begins with the discovery of problems in employee performance. The problem in this study is the low performance of employees, which is indicated by low human intelligence and competence. This study aims to analyze how the influence of human intelligence on employee performance is mediated by competence. With a sample of 90 people, using path analysis data analysis techniques (Path Analysis), the results show that emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on competence by 32.95%. Also, emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on performance mediated by competence of 15.88%. Then, intellectual intelligence has a positive and significant effect on competence by 22.49%, while intellectual intelligence has a positive and significant effect on performance mediated by competence by 12.77%. Furthermore, spiritual intelligence has a positive and significant effect on competence by 7.31%, and spiritual intelligence has a positive and significant effect on performance mediated by competence by 2.62%. Then competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 73.44%.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality on customer loyalty with customer delight as a mediating variable. This research was conducted at Gardin Bistro & Patisserie Seminyak Bali with Path Analysis data analysis techniques. The sample size obtained by using purposive sampling method as many as 130 respondents. Based on the results of the analysis it can be stated that Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer delight, customer delight has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The results of the study also found that customer delight mediated the influence of service quality on customer loyalty positively and significantly. Gardin Bistro & Patisserie Seminyak Bali needs to rejuvenate the facilities provided and improve the appearance of staff by providing work clothes every year so that the employees are clean and tidy. Management must re-educate every staff who works by providing service training so that they can better serve consumers. Keywords: service quality, customer delight, customer loyalty

This study studies any factors that can improve the low performance of employees either partially or simultaneously. There are several factors that will be discussed in this study, discussed work Performance (X1), and seniority (X2). The object of this research is the company employees of PT Bank Bengkulu Cabang Utama, which gathered 60 people. The sampling method in this study is total sampling by taking an object or participating to take a sample. In this research the authors use the method of data collection by observation and questionnaires. There are several data analysis techniques used in this study, including using the instrument test, classic assumption test, respondent response analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient, and also hypothesis testing. From the results of tests that have been carried out it can be concluded that the work performance reward and seniority variables have a partial or simultaneous effect on employee performance at PT Bank Bengkulu Cabang Utama.

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of job satisfaction in mediating the influence of emotional intelligence on organizational commitment. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated samples because the entire population is used as a sample, and the number of samples used is 33 people. Data were analyzed using path analysis techniques and multiple tests. The results of data analysis showed that emotional intelligence had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction mediates the influence of emotional intelligence on organizational commitment. Employee organizational commitment can be improved by maintaining employee job satisfaction and increasing emotional intelligence in employees.   Keywords: organizational commitment, emotional intelligence, job satisfaction

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi pelayanan publik, profesionalisme terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai yang bekerja pada Kantor Kecamatan Binamu Kabupaten Jeneponto. Jenis penelitian yang dikemukakan adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif, karena penelitian ini disajikan dengan angka-angka, teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner, dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur.  Hasil temuan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa motivasi pelayanan publik dan profesionalisme berpengaruh secara nyata terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan kinerja pegawai, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh secara nyata dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi secara parsial pengaruh motivasi pelayanan publik terhadap kinerja pegawai, Kepuasan kerja tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh antara profesionalisme terhadap kinerja pegawai, sedangkan profesionalisme hanya bepengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of public service motivation, professionalism on employee performance through job satisfaction. The population in this study were employees who worked at the Binamu District Office, Jeneponto Regency. The type of research proposed is a quantitative research type, because this research is presented with numbers. Data were collected through observation, interviews and questionnaires with data analysis techniques using path analysis. The results of this study are that public service motivation and professionalism have a significant effect on job satisfaction, and employee performance, job satisfaction has a significant effect on improving employee performance. Job satisfaction can partially mediate the effect of public service motivation on employee performance. Job satisfaction cannot mediate the effect of professionalism on employee performance, while professionalism only has a direct effect on employee performance.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, kedisiplinan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja APIP, pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja, pengaruh kompetensi dan kedisiplinan terhadap kinerja APIP melalui kepuasan kerja. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner, observasi, interview dan dokumentasi, dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur, pengujian hipotesis dan analisis sobel test. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa kompetensi dan kedisiplinan memberikan pengaruh secara nyata terhadap peningkatan kepuasan kerja, kompetensi dan kedisiplinan memberikan dampak terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai. Kepuasan kerja memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap kinerja APIP. Kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh secara parsial kompetensi dan kedisiplinan  terhadap kinerja APIP. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of competence, discipline on job satisfaction and performance of APIP, the effect of job satisfaction on performance, the influence of competence and discipline on APIP performance through job satisfaction. The data were collected through questionnaires, observation, interviews and documentation, with data analysis techniques using path analysis, hypothesis testing and sobel test analysis.  The results of the study show that competence and discipline had a significant effect on increasing job satisfaction, competence and discipline had an impact on improving employee performance. Job satisfaction has a real influence on Apip's performance. Job satisfaction can partially mediate the influence of competence and discipline on APIP's performance

Employee performance is an important factor for company’s sustainability.The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of career development and work motivation on employee performance and the influence of career development on employee performance through mediating work motivation. The population and sample in this study are all employees of PT. Kanmo Group in the Havaianas brand of 64 people. Data were analyzed using path analysis techniques. The results of data analysis show that career development and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, career development has a positive effect on work motivation, and work motivation can mediate the influence of career development on employee performance. Employee performance can be improved by maintaining or enhancing career development and employee motivation. Keywords: career development, work motivation, employee performance

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and work leadership on organizational commitment to improve employee performance through both direct and indirect influence and to determine the effect of organizational commitment at PT Niki Mapan Surabaya. As many as 102 employees of PT Niki Mapan Surabaya as research samples. Analysis techniques used were path analysis, t-test statistics and F-test statistics. Data analysis was performed with the help of the SPSS program. The results showed that the leadership style and breadth of work affect the organizational commitment and employee performance, and organizational commitment affects the performance of employees of PT. Niki Mapam Surabaya.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepribadian, kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sampel penelitian adalah 208 karyawan yang bekerja pada perusahaan retail di Lampung. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, sedangkan alat analisis data menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepribadian, kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kecerdasan spiritual memiliki pengaruh paling besar dibandingkan kepribadian dan kecerdasan emosional. Saran penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri karyawan, senantiasa berfikir dengan baik untuk merespons setiap situasi, memiliki tenggang rasa agar dapat memahami emosi teman kerja dengan lebih baik, serta memperhatikan kemampuan karyawan mengatur rencana kerja sendiri untuk memaksimalkan pekerjaan serta selesai tepat waktu. Kata kunci: Kepribadian, Kecerdasan Emosional, Kecerdasan Spiritual Kinerja Karyawan This study aims to explore the effect of personality, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence on employee performance. The study sample was 208 employees who worked at retail companies in Lampung. Data collection conducted using a questionnaire, and the data analysis tool uses SPSS. The results showed that personality, spiritual intelligence, and emotional intelligence had a positive effect on employee performance. Spiritual intelligence has the most influence compared to personality and emotional intelligence. The suggestion of this research is to increase employee confidence, be able to think well in response to every situation, have a sense of tolerance to better understand coworkers 'emotions, and pay attention to employees' ability to manage their work plans so that maximize their work and completed on time. CAN Tour & Travel is the new agent company so it’s need to find the satisfaction customer of quality service in this company. This paper will give input to improve company towards better. CAN Tour & Travel realize the tourist desire to provided services. Technique of determining the sample used in this research is the accidental sampling of 75 respondents. Data analysis techniques in this research used the analysis of quantitative and qualitative data analysis. Based on the research results have produced an average performance appraisal CAN Tour & Travel of 3.28 which means that the performance of CAN Tour & Travel is in excellent condition. And also generated an average rating of 3.51 valuation interest which means very important. There are various factors contained in determining tourist satisfaction is that the cleanliness and tidiness of employees, completeness and readiness of facilities, employee performance, employee's ability to communicate and provide information very well, timely and responsive to the needs and guest complaints, and build a good relationship with tourists itself. Discussion of the result obtained in this research that many performance factors that must be maintained and be prioritywith which should be further improved. It can be seen from the tourist’s perception of low performance with great interest.Result in this research can be recommended the CAN Tour & Travel giving great concern to employees in serving tourist.

The population of this research is all operator employees of PT. Gas Station Pratama Anugrah Dewata who is an employee with contract status. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling or census with the research instrument using a questionnaire. Because the population is relatively small, all populations are used as samples, so the number of samples in this study were 40 operator employees of PT Gas Station Pratama Anugrah Dewata. Data were then analyzed using path analysis and Sobel test. The results showed that emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence had a positive and significant effect on transformational leadership, emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and transformational leadership positive and significant effect on employee performance, and transformational leadership was able to mediate the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence variables on the performance of PT Gas Station Pratama Anugrah Dewata operator employees.
