The problem at SMPN 3 Padang Panjang is the low level of student learning competencies including knowledge, attitudes, and skills. Efforts that can be done are applying giving recitation in the form of mind mapping with giving questions that start cooperative learning model talking stick to student biology learning competencies. This type of research is a experimental research design, namely the The Statis Group Comparison Design. The population in the study of all students of class VII SMPN 3 Padang Panjang who were enrolled in the 2018/2019 Academic Year grouped in 7 classes. Sampling used purposive sampling technique. Based on the results of the study using the t-test on the competency of students' knowledge the value of tcount was 1,69>1.67 ttable, and the competency skill of the experimental class 1 is 80%  with very good categories while the experimental class II are  76 % with good categories. In the attitude competence of the experimental class 1 is 85%  are good categories while the experimental class II are 81% with sufficient categories. This shows that the hypothesis is accepted in the competence of knowledge, attitudes and skills. The conclusion of the study ,there is a difference in giving recitation in the form of mind mapping with the provision of questions that initiate cooperative learning the talking stick model to biology learning competencies in the realm of knowledge, attitudes and skills in class VII of SMPN 3 Padang Panjang.

ABSTRACT The low learning competency of students is caused by several problems encountered during the learning process, including the learning process centered on teacher (teacher centered). This will cause students to play an less active role, causing students learning competencies to be low. One effort was made to improve learning competencies by applying cooperative learning models with talking stick method assisted by problem question. Learning with this model requires students to play more active roles during the learning process. This study aims to reveal the effect of the use of cooperative learning models with talking stick method assisted by problem question on students learning learning competencies. This research was conducted at SMPN 23 Padang on global warming material. This research is an experimental study with the design of the Randomized Control Group Posttest Only Design. The population of this study was all students of class VII of SMPN 23 Padang. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used was a learning outcome test with multiple choice questions, and an attitude and skills assessment in the form of an observation sheet. Knowledge and attitude competency data use t test, while skill competency uses t’ test. The result showed that the science learning competencies of axperimental class students were higher than the control class. It can be concluded that the cooperative learning models with talking stick method assisted by questions card has a positive effect on students’ learning competencies.Keywords: (Cooperative Learning, Talking Stick Method, Learning Competencies)

Abstract: This study aims to examine how much the effectiveness of the application of cooperative learning method of Talking Stick Type to the learning outcomes of Religious Education in SD Negeri I Plawad, in order to improve the learning outcomes in the elementary school, and to know how much student response to the application of cooperative learning model with Talking Stick model. This research was conducted with research subjects of V student of SD Negeri I Plawad karawang academic year 20017/2018. The research method used is class action method (PTK) consisting of 2 cycles, each cycle consists of 2 meetings. Data collection through pretest, posttes, observation, questionnaires, field notes, and interviews. From the results of this study, the researcher hopes to give contribution and benefit for all related parties, especially the school in order to improve the learning result especially in the field of PAI lesson generally for other lessons, so it can be useful also for other schools in general. Keywords: Learning Talking Stick, Learning Outcomes. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah seberapa besar efektifitas penerapan pembelajaran metode cooperative learning Tipe Talking Stick terhadap hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama di SD Negeri I Plawad, guna meningkatkan hasil belajar di SD tersebut, dan mengetahui seberapa besar respon siswa terhadap penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif dengan model Talking Stick. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan subjek penelitian siswa kelas V SD Negeri I Plawad karawang tahun ajaran 20017/2018. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan adalah metode tindakan kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari 2 siklus, setiap siklus terdiri dari 2 pertemuan. Pengumpulan data melalui pretest, posttes, observasi, angket, catatan lapangan, dan wawancara. Dari hasil penelitian ini peneliti berharap agar dapat memberikan kontribusi dan manfaat bagi semua pihak-pihak yang terkait, terutama pihak sekolah dalam rangka peningkatan hasil belajar khususunya dibidang pelajaran PAI umumnya bagi pelajaran yang lainnya, sehingga dapat bermanfaat juga bagi sekolah-sekolah lain pada umumnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian positive reinforcement terhadap rasa percaya diri anak kelompok B TK Dharma Widya Kumara Denpasar Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019. Rasa percaya diri adalah perasaan yakin dan mampu akan kemampuan diri sendiri yang merupakan modal setiap manusia menuju suatu kesuksesan, mudah bergaul, beinteraksi, dan lebih mudah menyerap informasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pra-eksperiment dengan rancangan yang digunakan adalah Intact Group comparison. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah 4 kelas yang berjumlah 85 anak. sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 42 anak. Penentuan sampel yaitu dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Pada kelompok eksperimen diberikan positive reinforcement sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol dibelajarkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode observasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan uji-t. Hasil analisis diperoleh thitung = 7,84 pada taraf signifikansi 5% dengan dk (21+21-2=40) diperoleh ttabel = 2,021 sehingga thitung 7,84 > ttabel 2,021. Berdasarkan kriteria pengujian, maka H0 ditolak. Adapun nilai rata-rata rasa percaya diri pada kelompok anak yang diberikan positive reinforcement adalah 81,34 sedangkan pada kelompok anak yang dibelajarkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional adalah 64,79. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian positive reinforcement dapat berpengaruh terhadap rasa percaya diri anak kelompok B TK Dharma Widya Kumara Denpasar Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019. Berdasarkan simpulan tersebut, maka disarankan kepada guru agar menciptakan suasana belajar yang efektif dan menyenangkan dengan menerapkan strategi pembelajaran yang inovatif untuk membentuk rasa percaya diri anakKata Kunci : positive reinforcement, rasa percaya diri This study aims to determine the effect of giving positive reinforcement on the confidence of children in the B group Dharma Widya Kumara Kindergarten Denpasar Academic Year 2018/2019. Self-confidence is feeling confident and capable of one's own abilities which is the capital of every human being towards a success, easy to interact, interact with, and more easily absorb information. This research is a pre-experiment research with the design used is Intact Group comparison. The population of this study were 4 classes totaling 85 children. the sample used in this study amounted to 42 children. Determination of the sample is by using random sampling technique. In the experimental group given positive reinforcement while in the control group learned by conventional learning. Data collection is done using the observation method. The data obtained were analyzed using the t-test. The results of the analysis obtained thitung = 7.84 at the significance level of 5% with dk (21 + 21-2 = 40) obtained t table = 2.021 so that tcount 7.84> t table 2.021. Based on the testing criteria, H0 is rejected. The average value of self-confidence in the group of children given positive reinforcement is 81.34 while in the group of children taught by conventional learning is 64.79. Thus, it can be concluded that giving positive reinforcement can affect the confidence of children in the B group Dharma Widya Kumara Kindergarten Denpasar Academic Year 2018/2019. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan hasil belajar siswa antara model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Numbered Heads Together (NHT) berbasis kontekstual lebih dari pembelajaran Ekspositori pada materi segiempat Kelas VII SMP Negeri 6 Kota Bengkulu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Quasy experiment (Eksperimen semu). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 6 Kota Bengkulu Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh kelas VII.G sebagai kelas Eksperimen dan kelas VII.F sebagai kelas Kontrol dan kelas VII.A sebagai kelas uji coba. Pengambilan data penelitian hanya dengan menggunakan instrumen posttest (tes hasil belajar). Instrumen penelitian telah di validasi dengan uji Ahli. Instrumen posttest di uji cobakan di kelas uji coba, kemudian dilakukan analisis dengan Uji Validasi, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Daya Beda Soal dan Uji Taraf Kesukaran untuk memilih soal yang dianggap baik untuk dijadikan soal posttest. Hasil posttest menunjukkan kelas eksperimen dengan jumlah siswa 28 orang, memperoleh rata-rata hasil belajar matematika adalah 62,61 dan varians adalah 82,618. Sedangkan kelas kontrol dengan jumlah siswa 29 orang, memperoleh rata-rata hasil belajar matematika adalah 51,79 dan varians adalah 147,804. Uji prasyarat analisis dengan menggunakan Uji-t untuk sampel independen, diperoleh bahwa rata-rata hasil belajar matematika siswa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Numbered Heads Together (NHT) berbasis kontekstual lebih dari pembelajaran Ekspositori. Kata Kunci :    Hasil belajar matematika, Model Pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Numbered Heads Together (NHT) berbasis kontekstual, Pembelajaran Ekspositori.ABSTRACTThis research is aimed to know the comparison of the students’ learning result between using cooperative learning model with Numbered Heads Together (NHT) contextual based more than Expository learning on rectangular material in class VII SMP Negeri 6 Bengkulu City. This research uses Quasy Experiment. The population of this research is all students’ in class VII SMP Negeri 6 Bengkulu City in 2017/2018 academic year. The sample of this research is taken by using purposive sampling technique so that it is gained that class VII.G as the class Experimental and Class VII.F as the Control class and Class VII.A as the trial class. The data area taken using only posttest instrument (learning result test). The instrument of the research is validated by Expert. Posttest instrument has tested in trial class, then it is done an analysis with validation test, reliability test, different question capacity test and difficulties standard test to choose the questions that are assumed better to be posttest question. The result of the post test question shows that the Experimental class with 28 students get mean of the result of learning mathematics is 62,61 and varians is about 82,618. Meanwhile, control class with 29 students get mean  of the result of learning mathematics is 51,79 and variance is about 147,804. An analysis Pra-condition test by using t-test for independent sample shows that mean of the result of students’ learning mathematics in cooperative learning model with Numbered Heads Together (NHT) contextual based more than Expository learning. Keywords:      The Result of learning mathematics, cooperative learning model with Numbered Heads Together (NHT) contextual based, Expository learning.

The experimental research is aimed to revealing the difference between science process through inquiry learning model and inquiry learning model with pictorial riddle method for students in SMP Negeri 1 Gunungsari academic year 2015/2016. The research designs is using pretest posttest control group design. The samples were chosen by purposive sampling technique. The population is all students of SMP Negeri 1 Gunungsari grade VIII, while the samples are the  students in VIII D class (experiment class 1) and VIII F class (experiment class 2). The instrument of this research  is the science process skills test in form of reasoned multiple choice, which has been tested statistically it’s  validity, reliability, discrimination index and level of difficulty of  the item. The data analysed used  independent sample t-test at significant  level  of 5 % with  tcount is 2,535 and ttable  is 1,671 because tcoun > ttable,, then H0  is  rejected and Ha accepted. The result indicates that there is a difference between science process through inquiry learning model and  inquiry learning  model with  pictorial riddle  method for student in SMP Negeri 1 Gunungsari academic year  2015/2016.

The aimed of this research was: 1) to know the difference of the average of mathematics learning result of students obtained through Cooperative Script model with the average of student learning result obtained through STAD type cooperative learning model in class VII class material in SMP Negeri 1 Banyumas, and 2) to know the average of mathematics learning outcomes which is better between students whose learning is obtained through Cooperative Script model with students whose learning is obtained through STAD type cooperative learning model in class VII class material in SMP Negeri 1 Banyumas. The population in this study is all students of class VII even semester SMP Negeri 1 Banyumas academic year 2016-2017 with the number of 162 students divided into 5 (five) class. The sampling technique uses cluster random sampling. Obtained Class VII A amounted to 33 students as experimental class and class VII B which amounted to 33 students as a control class. Learning outcomes obtained through the test in the form of a description consists of 4 items. Data were analyzed using two-t test and one-party test. Data analysis using two-party t test with 5% real level obtained by result of 1,999 and 2,602, < , so reject H0 and accept H1 which indicate that there is difference of mean result of learning of mathematics between them. Analysis of data using t-test one party with 5% real level obtained ttable = 1.670 and tcount = 2.602 turns < , so H0 rejected and accepted H1 which indicates that the average mathematics learning outcomes of students applied Cooperative Script learning model more both from the STAD type cooperative learning model. The result of t test analysis concluded that there is influence of Cooperative Script model to the result of learning of class VII in SMP Negeri 1 Banyumas

The COVID-19 pandemic has turned face-to-face learning into distance learning using online media. Educational institutions strive to provide a system to meet students' needs in conducting distance learning using online media. Educational institutions also try to familiarize teachers and students with using online media in the learning process. Educators and students can utilize distance learning media in Whatsapp groups and google meetings to carry out the learning process. This study aims to determine whether there are differences in student biology learning outcomes between the experimental class I learning using WhatsApp group and the practical class II learning using google meetings. This type of research is a quasi-experimental design with a posttest-only control design. The study population was all class X MIPA (mathematics and science) Public Senior High School 02 Batu (There are five classes). The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The experimental class I was class X MIPA 4 with 28 students and the practical class II was class X MIPA 5 with 28 students. Descriptive and inferential statistical data analysis techniques using Ms. Excell and the Independent Sample T-Test (SPSS Statistics 17.0). This study indicates that there is a difference in the average learning outcomes of students between experimental class I (74.75) who carry out learning using WhatsApp group and experimental class II (64.75) who carry out learning using google meetings. In conclusion, learning using the WhatsApp group is better.

This study aims to determine the difference in the effect on the ability to read the beginning by using Model Coopertive Learning Type of picture and picture in grade 1 SDN Sukapura III. This type of research is Experimentation. The design used in this study is Nonequivalent Control Group Design.The population used in this study were all students of SDN Sukapura III. The sample used was class 1 SDN Sukapura III, amounting to 50 students, where class 1 A numbered 25 students as Experiment class and class 1 B amounted to 25 students as control class. Data collection techniques used in this study were in the form of a preliminary reading test using five indicators, namely the accuracy of writing the sound, the reasonableness of pronunciation, the reasonableness of intonation, fluency, sound clarity. Test instruments used to determine the ability to read the beginning is to use an oral test or pratik reading the beginning. This test consists of an initial test (pretest) and a testpost-action (posttest). The results of the study showed Pretest the average value of the experimental class was 50.24 and the control class was 51.04. After treatment of learning using the Cooperative Learning Model Type Picture and Picture, the results of data analysis in the experimental class Postest with an average of 86.24 and the value of the control class with an average of 70.88. Based on the hypothesis test shows that the significant value is 0,000. Due to the significant value of 0.000 < α = 0.05, then H 0 accepted, meaning that this proves that there is a difference between the Model Cooperative Learning mode Picture and picture of the ability to read beginning in grade 1 to grade not use the Model Cooperative Learning mode Picture and picture. From the results empirically that it can be concluded sump wa there are differences in the effect of M odel Cooperative Learning Type of picture and picture of the ability to read beginning in grade 1 SDN Sukapura III 2018/2019 academic year.

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the Teams Games Tournaments (TGT) cooperative learning model on the learning outcomes of VII grade students SMPN 3 Kempo academic year 2020/2021 on the material algebraic form.  The type of research is pre-experimental research with one shot case study design. The research was conducted in 4 meeting for using the TGT cooperative learning and 1 meeting for the implementation of the posttest. The sample is done by purposive sampling technique, the sample was class VII-A as the experimental class which is using the TGT cooperative learning. Data collection using observation and test techniques. Instruments include: observation sheets and learning outcomes tests. The learning outcome data is used to determine how far the students understand the material being taught and the observation data is used to determine the quality of the teaching and learning process which is analyzed descriptively. The research indicator is model TGT cooperative learning, effective if the students’ learning with a classical learning completeness percentage ≥ 85%. Based on the results obtained 16 students who had completed their studies or equal to 88.89% and 2 students who did not complete their studies or 11.11%. The results of observations teacher activities obtained 85% with good criteria, and observations students activities obtained 80% with active criteria. Based on the research results, the cooperative learning model type Teams Games Tournaments (TGT) is effective on the learning students outcomes.

The aim of this research was to reveal the influence of Think Pair Share cooperative learning model and initial ability on affective competence biology class VIII of SMPN 38 Sijunjung. This was a Quasi Experimental research which used 2 x 2 factorial design. The population of the research was the students in class VIII os SMPN 38 Sijunjung in academic year 2015/2016. By using saturated sampling technique, class VIII1 was chosen as the experimental class and class VIII2 was as the control class. Instrument used in this research is observation sheet filled by observer to see student affective competence. The results of the research revealed that Think Pair Share cooperative learning model exerted an influence upon affective competence of the students having either high or low initial ability.
