This research is based on the low level of mathematics lecture result, which is caused by the learning that is still dominated by the lecturers so that the students are less motivated and bored with the learning activities in the lectures. Lecturers have not been able to encourage students to develop the talents and skills of individual students, and still many students who have not been able to formulate their own hypothesis. learning that is not optimal yet it is necessary efforts to improve learning outcomes math lectures. This study aims to reveal the effect of ROPES learning model and initial knowledge on mathematics learning outcomes in STIKes Prima Nusantara. The research design used was Randomized Group Only Design. The population of this study is all students STIKes Prima Nusantara level I of the academic year 2017-2018. Data were collected through initial knowledge tests and and learning result tests. The results revealed that the results of lectures of students who were taught with ROPES learning model higher than the results of student learning taught by conventional learning model, student learning outcomes that have a high initial knowledge with ROPES learning model higher than the results of learning mathematics students who have a high initial knowledge with conventional learning model, student learning outcomes that have low initial knowledge with ROPES learning model higher than the results of mathematics learning students who have low initial knowledge with conventional learning model and there is no interaction between learning models and knowledge early in influencing the results of college mathematics students STIKes Prima Nusantara.

The formulation of the problem in this research are: (1) How the result of learning mathematics of students after taught by SAVI learning model?, (2) How the result of learning mathematics of students after taught by NHT learning model?, (3) Is the result of learning mathematics of students who taught with SAVI learning model is higher than students taught by NHT learning model. The purpose of this study are: (1) To know how the results of learning mathematics students after teaching with SAVI learning model, (2) To find out how the results of learning mathematics students after being taught with NHT learning model, (3) To determine whether the results of learning mathematics students taught by SAVI learning models higher than students taught by NHT learning models. Type of research using experimental method. The population in this study is all students of class X spread in 11 parallel classes with the number of 310 people. Sampling was done by using cluster random sampling technique. In this research as a sample taken 2 classes from the entire population that is class X A3 as experiment class 1 using SAVI learning model and class X A1 as experiment class 2 using NHT learning model. From result of data analysis obtained that: (1) result of student learning taught by using SAVI learning model which consist of 25 students show minimum value 62, maximum value 96, mean (mean) 80,36, with standard deviation 9,10; (2) student learning outcomes taught using NHT learning model consisting of 25 students showing minimum score 62, maximum value 96, mean (mean) 79,62, with standard deviation 10,512; (3) result of t-test analysis using independent sample t-test obtained tcount = 0,302 at = 0,05 with degrees of freedom (dk) = 48 obtained t table = 2,011. Because t <t table then Ha is rejected and H0 is accepted. So it can be concluded that the mathematics learning outcomes of students who were taught with the SAVI model was not higher than the students taught by the NHT model.

This research conducted caused by students' score at class X MIPA 4 very low in the vector material. The avarage of score of the daily test obtained by students was 60,5 and it had not yet reached mastery learning. One of the efforts to improve learning outcomes was to use powerpoint as a learning media. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in activity and mathematics learning outcomes on vector material in learning using PowerPoint.This research design used the classroom action research. The research subjects were 36 students of class X MIPA 4 SMA Negeri 1 Lubuklinggau in the 2019/2020 academic year. Data collected by using tests and observations.The test used to obtain student learning outcomes in each cycle, while observation used to determine the learning process in each cycle. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showed that the average score of student learning outcomes in the first cycle was 62.2 and 77.3 in the second cycle. The percentage of student learning completeness in the first cycle was 52.8%, in the second cycle it was 80.6%. The percentage of improvement in student learning outcomes after being given action was 15.29%. So it can be concluded that learning mathematics by using powerpoint media can improve student learning outcomes in class X MIPA 4 SMA Negeri 1 Lubuklinggau in the 2019/2020 academic year.

<p><em>The problem in this study was the low student learning outcomes in mathematics learning the subject of multiplication of mixed fractions in class V. The purpose of this study was to see an increase in student learning outcomes in learning mixed fraction multiplication using the TGT learning model in class V SDN 2 Cigembor, Ciamis District, Regency. Ciamis. The population in the study were 30 grade students of SDN 2 Cigembor. The method used in this research is Classroom Action Research Methods (PTK) according to Kemmis and Mc. Taggart which consists of four stages: planning, implementing, observing, reflecting. This research was conducted in two cycles. The instruments used in this study were evaluation instruments, teacher performance instruments, and student activity instruments. Based on the results of the evaluation test data from cycle I to cycle II, it shows that in the first cycle the average student learning outcomes were 74.40 and learning completeness was 57%, while in the second cycle the average student learning outcomes were 79.83 and completeness learn by 87%. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the use of the TGT learning model can improve student learning outcomes in the multiplication of mixed fractions in class V SDN 2 Cigembor, Ciamis District, Ciamis Regency, Academic Year 2019/2020.</em></p>

Abstract. Natural Science learning that took place 9H class at Pakusari State Junior High School in 2018/2019 still did not get the results desired, this is because the learning model used was not optimal to achieve student learning outcomes in accordance with the Curriculum Target. The formulation of the problem in this study are (1) How the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) learning model can improve the learning outcomes of inheritance science material in 9H grade students of Pakusari State Junior High School in Jember 2018/2019 academic year. The data obtained in this study include the average evaluation learning outcomes for the first cycle that is 83.94, for the second cycle that is 85, the evaluation results can be seen that there is a significant increase in the average student learning outcomes from Cycle I to Cycle II, which is 1.05. This shows that in the first cycle students' learning completeness has not been achieved that is equal to 89.47%, while in the second cycle increased to 92.10% which suadah fulfill the minimum completeness of 75 and the average grade set is 85, the second cycle shows an increase of 1.05. Thus in the second cycle has reached the target, that learning the STAD Coopetive Learning type can improve the results of mathematics learning achievement. Keywords: STAD, IPA results

This study aims to (1)  find out whether the application of problem-based learning model can improve students' mathematics learning outcomes on statistical materials, (2) to know how to improve student learning outcomes in statistical materials after being taught by applying problem-based learning model in class IX SMP Negeri 30 Medan. This study is a classroom action research conducted in 2 cycles, each cycle is implemented in 3 meetings. Subjects in this study were students of class IX-7 SMP Negeri 30 Medan academic year 2017/2018 which amounted to 34 people. Based on the results of the diagnostic tests are known low student learning outcomes with an average grade grade of 55.58. After giving the action in cycle I by applying Problem-Based Learning Model, student's classical learning completeness level is medium with average score 70,14 with 22 student or 64,7% from all student have reach learn masculinity and ability of teacher to manage learning is 2, 44 with good category. Furthermore, after the implementation of the action in cycle II, the student's classical learning completeness is high with the average grade grade 80,3 where the number of students who have achieved mastery of learning as many as 30 students or 88,23% of all students and the ability of teachers to manage learning is 3,21 with very good category. Based on the results of this study can be concluded that Problem-Based Learning Model can improve student learning outcomes on the subject of statistics in class IX-7 SMP Negeri 30 Medan in the academic year 2017/2018.Keywords: Learning Outcomes, Problem Based Learning Model, Statistics.

The background of this research is that there are several symptoms in the process of learning mathematics, namely: 1) passive / inactive students are characterized by the absence of questions after the teacher explains. 2) the number of noisy students is seen from the number of students who walk to see the assignment exercises given by the teacher. 3) the number of students who do not understand and understand is seen from the number of students who repeatedly ask when given practice. This research is a classroom action research that aims to improve student mathematics learning outcomes by applying problem-based learning models. This research was conducted in class V SDN 30 Pekanbaru. Data collection instruments in this thesis are teacher and student activity sheets and student learning outcomes assessment sheets. This thesis presents preliminary data before applying the problem-based learning model (PBM) which is 79.17 and increased to 83.04 in the first cycle and increased again to 92.60. Teacher activity also increased at each meeting, namely 65% with a good category in the first cycle the first meeting increased to 70% with a good category. In the second cycle also increased to 90% with a very good category at the first meeting and increased to 95% with a very good category at the second meeting. In the results of this study student learning outcomes have increased after applying the problem-based learning model (PBM) marked by an increase in teacher and student activities in each cycle. The results of this study prove that the problem-based learning model can improve mathematics learning outcomes of fifth grade students of SDN 30 Pekanbaru.

<p><em>The purpose of this study was to improve student learning outcomes in learning mathematics through the Jigsaw learning model. This research method is classroom action research using a cycle model. Each cycle consists of 4 stages, namely: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. This research was conducted in 2 cycles which were divided into 4 meetings. At the end of each cycle, a post test or evaluation will be carried out to determine the level of achievement and completeness of students in learning. In the pre-cycle activities, the number of students whose score is 71 (KKM) is only 30% then in the first cycle it increases to 70% and in the second cycle the student learning completeness increased to 90%. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the use of the Jigsaw Learning Model can improve mathematics learning outcomes in fifth grade students of SDN 2 Sedayu.</em></p>

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui apakah penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa pada materi statistika, (2) mengetahui bagaimana peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada materi statistika setelah diajar dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah di kelas IX SMP Negeri 30 Medan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus yang masing-masing siklus dilaksanakan dalam 3 kali pertemuan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IX-7 SMP Negeri 30 Medan tahun ajaran 2017/2018 yang berjumlah 34 orang. Berdasarkan hasil tes diagnostik diketahui hasil belajar siswa rendah dengan nilai rata-rata kelas 55,58. Setelah pemberian tindakan pada siklus I dengan menerapkan Model Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah, tingkat ketuntasan belajar klasikal siswa adalah sedang dengan nilai rata-rata 70,14 dengan 22 siswa atau 64,7% dari keseluruhan siswa telah mencapai ketuntasan belajar dan kemampuan guru mengelola pembelajaran adalah 2,44 dengan kategori baik. Selanjutnya, setelah pelaksanaan tindakan pada siklus II, tingkat ketuntasan belajar klasikal siswa adalah tinggi dengan nilai rata-rata kelas 80,3 dimana jumlah siswa yang telah mencapai ketuntasan belajar sebanyak 30 siswa atau 88,23% dari seluruh siswa dan kemampuan guru mengelola pembelajaran adalah 3,21 dengan kategori sangat baik. . This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of mathematics through Think Pair Share (TPS) learning model in fourth grade students of SD Negeri 14 Biru Tanete Riattang Sub-district  Bone District. Students' learning outcomes on material count arithmetic addition and fractional breaking is still much below the established KKM that is 75. This is caused by factors derived from the teacher are: (1) the presentation of the material is still monotonous, (2) the lack of mastery of the class, (3) The teacher's attention to the students is less, that is only focused on some students only, (4) instructional Media. Meanwhile, from the aspect of the students, it can be seen that during the learning process of mathematics, (1) the students feel bored during the learning process, (2) the students become noisy, (3) other students are allowed to do whatever activities they want, (4) teach. Therefore researchers attempt to solve problems through the application of Think Pair Share (TPS) learning model. This type of research is a classroom action research (PTK) consisting of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The focus of the research is the application of Think Pair Share (TPS) learning model and student learning outcomes in mathematics learning. Subjects in this study were active fourth graders and enrolled in the even semester of the academic year 2016/2017 consisting of 24 students, 11 male students and 13 female students. Technique of collecting data in this research is done obeservasi, tes and documentation. While data analysis technique in this research that is 1) reducing data, 2) data presentation and 3) drawing conclusion. The results of the research have been analyzed, indicating that there is an increase in student learning outcomes from cycle I with enough category (C) increased to either category (B) on the second cycle. Results of data analysis concluded that the model of Think Pair Share (TPS) can improve student learning outcomes in learning mathematics in class IV SD Negeri 14 Biru Tanete Riattang sub-district Bone District.

Proper education and care for children will result in the birth effect of achieving children. Therefore, one of the most important things parents do is to know what principles need to be adhered to in order for parents to succeed in educating children and also how to successfully educate children, including parents who have little time to educate his children. Based on the problems above, the authors are interested to make the title "The Effect of Parenting Democratic Parents Against Students' Learning Outcomes in Mathematics Subject Class VIII in SMP Negeri 1 Situbondo Lesson Year 2017/2018". The issues raised are whether the influence of parenting patterns of democratic parents to the results of learning mathematics students (class VIII) SMPN 1 Situbondo academic year 2017/2018. The method used in this study is a quantitative method in which the studied is whether or not the influence of parenting patterns democratic parents to student learning outcomes. Technique of data collecting through observation, questionnaire, and documentation. The result of research indicate There is positive and significant influence of parenting pattern of democratic parent to student's learning result on mathematics subject (SMP Negeri 1 Situbondo 2017/2018) shown by rtabel price for significance 5% of 0.151, Price rH calculated 0.613. So rHitung bigger than rTabel (0,613> 0,151) and value 0,613 consulted with interpretation table which lies between 0,60 - 0,799 which mean level influence of parenting pattern of democratic parent toward result of student learning is strong influence
