This research aimed to determine the influence of work environment on service quality at Labor and Industry Agency of Padang City. This was an associative study with a causal relationship variable. The population of this study was all of people who received services at Labor and Industry Agency of Padang City on July 2018. Sample of this research consisted 265 respondents, determined through the table of Isaac and Michael with a level of 10% error. Data in this research were collected through questionnaires and analyzed with Multiple Linear Regression Analysis by SPSS version 22.0 software. The results of this research showed that there was a significant influence of physical work environment (X1) on service quality (Y) with a contribution amounted to 22.3%. Then, there was also a significant influence of non-physical work environment (X2) on service quality (Y) with a contribution amounted to 8.9%. Furthermore, there was also co-significant influence on the physical work environment (X1) and the non-physical work environment (X2) simultaneously on service quality (Y) with a contribution as many as 25.8%.

This research was conducted to determine workers' perceptions about the laws and regulations in the work environment, the existence of trade unions and the harmonization of relations between workers and employers. The researcher carried out several stages, the first that was carried out was to measure the influence of understanding of regulations in the field of manpower, second to measure workers 'perceptions of work welfare, third to measure the effect of workers' perceptions on the existence of workers, and fourth to measure the harmonization between workers and employers using alpha values cronbach of 0.6. The research used multiple linear regression analysis tools and classical assumption test. The results of this study indicate a positive and significant influence among workers' perceptions of the invitational regulations in the labor sector. Prosperity of the workforce and harmonization of relations between workers and employers simultaneously.

The bank as a service company places great importance on satisfaction through services and products. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents, namely bank customers who live and have bank accounts in the Cibubur area. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The study found that service quality did not affect customer satisfaction, while product quality had a positive effect on customer satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to (1) To determine the significance of partial effect of Individual Characteristics, Leadership, Work Environment, Compensation and Career Prospects of the Work Motivation Head of the village in the district of East Lombok Keruak. (2) To determine the significance of the simultaneous effect of Individual Characteristics, Leadership, Work Environment, Compensation and Career Prospects of the Work Motivation Head of the village in the district of East Lombok Keruak. (3) To find out which of the factors Individual Characteristics, Leadership, Work Environment, Compensation and Career Prospects that have a dominant influence on work motivation Head of the Village in the district of East Lombok Keruak. Methods used are causal research. The data collection was conducted using questionnaires given to 90 respondents. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) There is a significant influence on the Simultaneous Individual Characteristics, Leadership, Work Environment, Compensation and Career Prospects of the Work Motivation Head of the Village in the District Keruak East Lombok. (2) There is a significant influence on the Partial Individual Characteristics, Leadership, Work Environment, Compensation and Career Prospects of the Work Motivation Head of the Village in the District Keruak East Lombok. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the work environment and work facilities on the performance of the employees of PT. Telkom (Engineering Section) Merauke Branch. With data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis and t-test results of 3.567 for X1 variables (work environment) and X2 variables (work facilities) 2.16 and f-test 12.724. The conclusion of this research is that by paying attention to the work environment and adding work facilities it will have a good impact on employee performance.

This study aims to examine the effect of: (1) Emotional intelligence and work environment on employee performance, (2) Emotional intelligence on employee performance, (3) Work environment on employee performance. This study used a causal quantitative research design, the subjects in this study were all employees at CV Bali Coco Fiber Jembrana, the population in this study was 48 employees.Data collected by structured interview techniques and questionnaires. The results of the research on multiple linear regression analysis show that simultaneously.(1) Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on the work environment, (2) Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (3) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV Bali Coco Fiber.

This study aims to know the influence of service quality and price to consumen satisfaction at J.CO Donuts and Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Total sample in this study are 60 respondent, with Purposive sampling as sampling technique. Data analysis methode used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The result shows that service quality and price simultaneously have a signifikan influnce to consument satisfaction at J.CO Donuts and Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Service quality partially have a signifikan influence to consument satisfaction at J.CO Donuts and Coffe  Palu Grand Mall. Price partially have a signifikan influence to consument satisfaction at J.CO Donuts and Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan dan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen di J.CO Donuts dan Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Sampel yang digunakan penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 60 responden, dengan teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan dan harga secara serempak berpengaruh siginifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di J.CO Donuts dan Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Kualitas layanan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di J.CO Donuts dan Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Harga secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di J.CO Donuts dan Coffe Palu Grand Mall.

Abstract This study aims to determine and explain the effect of social media promotion and service quality on purchasing decisions. To achieve this goal, research was conducted at Social Media Café Abdullah Lubis using 100 people as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and the analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed: First, social media promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Second, service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Third, service quality plays a greater role in increasing the sensitivity of consumer purchases when compared to social media promotion. Fourth, consumer characteristics are also important variables in increasing consumer decisions in buying products. Fifth, social media promotion and service quality are able to explain variations in purchasing decisions by 87.7 percent.

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the motivation variables have a significant effect on performance and work discipline has a significant effect on performance. The sample in this study was 30 respondents and used multiple linear regression analysis with the following regression equation Y Y = 4.604 + 0.476X1 + 0.336X2 + e. From the regression equation it can be seen that the work motivation variable is stated to have a significant influence on employee performance. It can also be said that the more work motivation will affect employee performance. Work discipline variables have an influence on employee performance (Y). This means, every time there is an increase in work discipline will improve employee performance.. Keywords: motivation, discipline, performance ABSTRAKSIPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui variabel motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dan displin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 responden dan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan persamaan regresi sebagai berikut Y = 4,604 + 0,476X1 + 0,336X2 + e. Dari persamaan regresi tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa variabel Motivasi kerja dinyatakan terdapat pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dapat pula dikatakan bahwa semakin motivasi kerja maka akan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Variabel disiplin kerja mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Hal ini berarti, setiap ada peningkatan disiplin kerja akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci: motivasi, disiplin, kinerja

This study aims to test the effect of service quality of electronic taxing system and tax employee competence on taxpayer satisfaction. The variables on this study was measured by using questionnaire. The sample of this study is personal Taxpayer who is running business activities and is registered at the Primary Tax Office of Bengkulu. The data used in this study is primary data. The hypothesis of the study is tested by using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with the assistance of SPSS. The result of this study revealed that the service quality of electronic taxing system and tax employee competence had positive effect on the taxpayer satisfaction.Key Words: Service Quality of Electronic Taxing System, Tax Employee Competence, and Taxpayer Satisfaction.

<p><em>This research aims to determine the effect of event’s service quality and event’s satisfaction of company sport repetitive event on employee happiness at PT. Pertamina (Persero) Refinery Unit III Plaju. The population in this study is all employees of PT. Pertamina (Persero) Refinery Unit III Plaju as many as 1024 employees. The samples used in the study were as many as 156 employees as respondents obtained by probability sampling with proportional random sampling method. Data collection methods use questionnaires and data processing techniques used through multiple linear regression analysis. Results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that event’s service quality has a positive and significant effect on the employee’s happiness at PT Pertamina (Persero) Refinery Unit III as well as the event’s satisfaction is positive and significant to the employee’s happiness at PT Pertamina (Persero) Refinery Unit III. From those variables, the most dominant variable affecting employee happiness in this study was the service quality. It is recommended to PT Pertamina (Persero) Refinery Unit III to enhance service quality aspects at the future company sport repetitive events, including interaction quality, physical environment quality and outcome quality. For further researchers, it is advisable to add other variables including performance, work environment, compensation and achievements.</em></p>
