Abstract This study aims to determine and explain the effect of social media promotion and service quality on purchasing decisions. To achieve this goal, research was conducted at Social Media Café Abdullah Lubis using 100 people as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and the analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed: First, social media promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Second, service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Third, service quality plays a greater role in increasing the sensitivity of consumer purchases when compared to social media promotion. Fourth, consumer characteristics are also important variables in increasing consumer decisions in buying products. Fifth, social media promotion and service quality are able to explain variations in purchasing decisions by 87.7 percent.

The objective of this research is to analyze the influence of lifestyle and brand image simultaneously and partially on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Buleleng Regency. The research framework used in this research is causal quantitative. The sample used in this research determined through accidental sampling. The number of samples used was 100 respondents. The research instrument used in data collection was a questionnaire and the data analysis technique done by using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research are: 1) lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Buleleng Regency, 2) Brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Buleleng Regency, and 3) Lifestyle and brand image have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Buleleng Regency.

This research aims to find out and explain the effect of store atmosphere, promotion on social media and word of mouth on consumer purchasing decisions at the Habbit Eatery Coffee either partially or simultaneously. This research uses a quantitative approach. The sample of this study were 100 consumers of cafe omah root using non probability sampling method and accidental sampling technique. The instrument of this study uses a questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that store atmosphere partially has no effect on purchasing decisions, promotion on social media and word of mouth partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, store atmosphere, promotion on social media and word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

This study aimed to examine (1) the simultaneous social media and price on purchasing decisions, (2) the partial effect of social media on purchasing decisions, and (3) the partial effect of price on recording service at Demores Rumah Musik. The research design used was a casual quantitative reseach design.Data was collected using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire that had a total of 13 statements, then the data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) social media and price have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, (2) social media has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and (3) price has a positive and significant effect on Demores Rumah Musik purchasing decisions.

This study aims to find out: to find out whether there is an influence on the perception of Service Quality on Repurchase Decisions on Dawet Jabung Traders in Ponorogo. This study uses a quantitative approach with a sample of all customers who have made purchases at the Dawet Jabung UKM in Mlarak District, Ponorogo Regency. The variable of this study consists of one independent variable, namely the perception of service quality (X1) and one dependent variable, namely the purchasing decision (Y). Data collection is done using indirect questionnaires or techniques. The results of data collection were then analyzed using simple and multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of SPSS Version 20. The results showed that: (1) Variable perceptions of service quality in this study were able to explain 9.4% variation in the Dawet Jabung Ponorogo MSME decision. While the remaining 90.6% is explained by variables or aspects outside the model, and (2) From the results of the F test shows that the perception variable service quality is a feasible variable to test the variable repurchase decisions in dawet UMKM Jabung Ponorogo . The aim of this study is to determine the effect of product quality, servicescape and service quality to buyer’s purchasing decision in Langsa Snack Center. This study has 96 sample respondents with multiple linear regression analysis is choosen. The proof of hypothesis uses the T test, F test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination. Multiple linear regression analysis result shows Y = 1,549 + 0,191X1 + 0,272X2 + 0,258X3 and coefficient of determination result (Adjusted R Square) shows 0,664 or 66,40%. It shows the variables of product quality, servicescape and service quality affect purchasing decisions at the Langsa City Snack Center by 66,40%, while the remaining 33,60% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study such as price and location. T test results obtained partially product quality, servicescape and service quality significantly influence purchasing decisions at the Langsa City Snack Center. F test results obtained simultaneously product quality, servicescape and service quality significantly influence purchasing decisions at the Langsa City Snack Center

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine how much influence the location and price of purchasing decisions at the Pematangsiantar Alaspat Shoe Shop. The population of 57 consumers using the Slovin formula obtained a sample of 50 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. From the results of the calculation of multiple linear regression analysis the equation Y = 1.391 + 0.297X1 + 0.336X2 shows that location and price have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. While based on the analysis of test derminasi coefficient (R2) obtained a value of 0.601 or 60.1%. This shows that the percentage of location and price of purchasing decisions is 60.1% while the remaining 39.9% is influenced or explained by other variables not included in this study. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the location and price have an effect on purchasing decisions at the Pematangsiantar Alaspat Shoe Shop.Keywords: Location, Price and Purchasing Decision

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of digital marketing, word of mouth, and service quality on purchasing decisions. This research was conducted on consumers or customers of PT. Pegadaian Regional Office VII Denpasar. The number of samples in this study were 220 respondents. The sampling technique is accidental sampling. Data collection was obtained from the results of the distribution of consumer questionnaires PT. Pegadaian Regional Office VII Denpasar. Data analysis in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that digital marketing, word of mouth, and service quality variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of this study indicate that the higher the digital marketing, word of mouth, and quality of service, it will increase purchasing decisions. The research aimed to determine the effect of price, location, and service quality on the decision of use services of PT. Pos Indonesia, Soreang, Kabupaten Bandung. The population in this study was consumers who had used the services of PT Pos Indonesia, Soreang. The sampling collection technique used accident sampling with a total of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The result of multiple linear regression analysis shows that the variables of price, location and service quality simultaneously have a positive relation to consumer decision. Based on the results of the f test, it shows that the variables of price, location, and service quality simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on consumers decisions. The result of the coefficient of determination is 0.55 or 55%, meaning that independent variables such as price, location, and service quality can explain variations in consumer decisions to choose the delivery service of PT Pos Indonesia (Soreang). While the remaining 45% of other variables not examined in this study. Company management should pay attention to parking spaces and price competitiveness to increase consumer interest in using the delivery service of PT Pos Indonesia (Soreang).

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan dapat menjelaskan pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Word Of Mouth terhadap Keputusan pembelian di Kafe Potret Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 700 orang ditentukan dari jumlah pengunjung Kafe Potret Medan dalam kurun waktu satu minggu, dan sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 88 pengunjung. Sedangkan tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket (kuesioner) dan pengujiannya yaitu uji kualitas data dan uji asumsi klasik.Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji F, uji t, dan uji R2. Hipotesis penelitian dimensi Kualitas Pelayanan dan Word Of Mouth secara parsial terhadap Keputusan Pembelian diterima jika t hitung > t tabel dengan tingkat signifikan 0.05.Nilai t tabel dalam penelitian ini 1,662. Nilai t hitung variabel X1 sebesar 1,990 t hitung  > t tabel maka hipotesis diterima, nilai t hitung variabel X2 sebesar 2,628 t hitung > t tabel maka hipotesis diterima. Dari 2 variabel, variabel Word Of Mouth yang paling dominan mempengaruhi Keputusan Pembelian  sebesar 2,628. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Word Of Mouth, Keputusan Pembelian AbstractThe purpose of this study is to identify and able to explain the influence of Service Quality and Word Of Mouth to Purchasing Decisions of Kafe Potret Medan. The t hitung X1 is 1.990 that mean t hitung > t tabel then the hypothesis is accepted, t hitung X2 is 2.628 that mean t hitung > t tabel then the hypothesis is accepted. The bank as a service company places great importance on satisfaction through services and products. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents, namely bank customers who live and have bank accounts in the Cibubur area. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The study found that service quality did not affect customer satisfaction, while product quality had a positive effect on customer satisfaction.
