Seeing the high demand for internet, this research will design an implementation of bandwidth management using a user manager, which will be applied to the billing system in public places with internet services. This aims to regulate the bandwidth or internet bandwidth that will be used by each customer in accordance with the total payment. This implementation utilizes a QR Code which will be used as authentication. This QR Code will be printed on the customer's payment receipt / receipt and will be scanned through the application installed on the android mobile phone. The application will be connected to a server which will later connect the customer's smartphone to connect to the internet service. After making the application, it is tested to check the accuracy of the bandwidth received by the customer. From the bandwidth accuracy testing, the results show that the delivery of bandwidth to the customer has an error with an average error in the download bandwidth of 6.5% and the upload bandwidth of 17%. The occurrence of this error is due to the ping and jitter values ??during data transmission, with an average ping of 78.7 ms and a jitter of 82.7 ms. Whereas in reading the QR Code, it was found that when using a camera with a 5MP resolution the QR Code can be read up to a distance of 90 cm and when using a camera with a resolution of 20.7MP, the QR Code can be read up to a distance of 110 cm.

The development of technology now has grown so rapidly, the Internet media has been widely used to obtain information, but data processing internship program at PT. Garuda Maintenance Facility AeroAsia still using semi-manual system. So that in the process of receiving and internship placement is still less efficient. The internship applying must wait for confirmation or receipt status for months. Because employees Learning Center Unit difficulty in finding a suitable placement with the majors and concentrations of the internship. On this issue, the authors conducted research internship program reception system in PT. Garuda Maintenance Facility AeroAsia order to provide quality of service information and up to date for potential applicants for internships. With the clarity of the status of applicants ease in carrying out the internship. Also allows employees of the company in the internship placement in each unit, it can also provide an assessment for the internship that have completed in accordance with the agreed time. Based on an idea that has been described above, implemented an idea that is poured on the journal titled "Information System of Internship Management Application System (IMAS) on PT. GMF Cengkareng."

Wireless mobile internet is migrating towards an integrated system of internet and mobile communication network to fulfill the future of mobile network requirement: ubiquitous communication, where mobile users move freely almost anywhere and have access to the internet, communicate with anyone, anytime with any application using the best service available. This demands rapid progress in mobile communication networks and their internet technologies. This research project on the analysis of the Quality of Service (QoS) provided by Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) in the cellular internet networks. It aims to analyze and address the QoS of the internet network experienced by the user. QoS monitoring and analysis require the processing of large amounts of data and knowledge of which kinds of applications the traffic is generated by. To obtain satisfactory QoS based on internet network analysis, some network metrics must be measured and monitored at a regular time interval. In this research work, the network metric that will be measured for the internet service are signal strength, download speed, upload speed, and network transaction latency. This network metrics data will be collected from the consumer’s mobile device by the use of a crowdsourcing mobile application that is installed on the consumer’s mobile device. The investigation will cover mobile communication network providers in Nigeria. The data collated is then evaluated and analyzed.

Abstract Background Processing speed is one of the main areas of cognitive process which takes attention to do research on cognition in schizophrenia. Processing speed is also essential in learning, problem-solving and related to social cognitive functions. Technology use has become widespread in health and has gained functionality in many areas. By technology-based interventions, it might be possible to provide improvements in the psychosocial functioning of the patients with schizophrenia. The aim of this study is to look at the relationship between processing speed and technology use in schizophrenia patients. Methods Data were collected from the patients who applied to Dokuz Eylül University Medicine Faculty Schizophrenia Outpatient Clinic. Forty-one schizophrenia patients and 10 schizoaffective disorder patients who had been diagnosed as Schizophrenia or Schizoaffective Disorder according to DSM-5 diagnostic criteria were included in the study. A questionnaire to evaluate the use of technology of the patients was developed. The level of the psychosocial functioning was assessed using the Personal and Social Performance Scale (PSP), and the positive and negative symptom severity was evaluated using the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS). Stroop Colour and Word Test (SCWT) and Digit Symbol Coding Test (DSC) to rate processing speed have been applied. Results More than half of patients had mobile phone (n=47, 92,2%), computer (n=33, 64,7%), internet connection at home (n=34, 66,7%), internet connection on mobile phone (n=34, 66,7%), mobile application (n=33, 64,7%), social media application (n=26, 51,0%). facebook (n=27, 52,9%), whatsapp (n=28, 54,9%), messaging application (n=31, 60,8%). There is a statistically significant difference as duration of shorter reaction in DSC scores between patients who use (u) internet access on mobile phone (u= 34,35, nu= 24,88, p=0,013), whatsapp (u=35,00, nu=26,57, p=0,025), and messaging application (u=34,52, nu=26,05, p=0,022) compared to patients who are nonusers (nu). Having internet connection on mobile phone (p=0,028) and using whatsapp (p=0,010) showed a statistically significant relationship with neutral stimulus reaction time on SCWT among users compared to nonusers. Also, congruent task is statistically related with using mobile application (p=0,038), whatsapp (p=0,042) and messaging application (p=0,050). The other significant finding is patients who use internet access on mobile phone (u= 94,67 seconds, nu= 120,94 s, p=0,017), messaging applications (u=92,33 s, nu= 120,50 s, p=0,015) and whatsapp (u= 88,85 s, nu=120,91 s, p=0,005) showed statistically significant shorter duration in incongruent task of SCWT compared to patients who are not users. Discussion Patients who use the internet and messaging applications also had better scores in processing speed. “Being online” or having an opportunity to “be online” may improve processing speed skills or patients having good processing speed ability may easily use mobile phone applications. We found a significant reciprocal relationship between processing speed and using the internet, messaging application and social media applications.

The internet service is provided by a given number of servers located in the main node of internet service provider (ISP). In some cases; the overload problem was occurred because a demand on a given website goes to very high level. In this paper, a fuzzy logic control (FLC) has proposed to distribute the load into the internet servers by a smart and flexible manner. Three effected parameters are tacked into account as input for FLC: link capacity which has three linguistic variables with Gaussian membership function (MF): (small, medium and big), traffic density with linguistic variables (low, normal and high) and channel latency with linguistic variables (empty, half and full); with one output which is the share server status (single, simple and share). The proposed work has been simulated by using MATLAB 2016a, by building a structure in the Fuzzy toolbox. The results were fixed by two manners: the graphical curves and the numerical tables, the surface response was smoothly changed and translates the well-fixed control system. The numerical results of the control system satisfy the idea of the smart rout for the incoming traffics from the users to internet servers. So, the response of the proposed system for the share of server ratio is 0.122, when the input parameter in the smallest levels; and the ratio is 0.879 when the input parameters are in highest level. The smart work and flexible use for the FLC is the main success solution for most of today systems control.

Abstract:The internet developed for the first time in Indonesia in the early 1990s. Starting from the pagayuban network, it is now expanding without boundaries anywhere. A survey conducted by the Indonesian Internet Service Providers Association (APJII) said that the number of internet users in Indonesia in 2012 reached 63 million people or 24.23 percent of the country's total population. Next year, that figure is predicted to increase by close to 30 percent to 82 million users and continue to grow to 107 million in 2014 and 139 million or 50 percent of the total population in 2015. million people. This matter also results in political communication with the internet media, or is often said to be cyber politics. Cyber politics in Indonesia has faced growth in recent years. There are many facilities that support the growth of cyber politics, such as Facebook, Twitter, mailing list, YouTube, and others. Keywords: Cyberpolitik, Internet  Abstrak:Internet berkembang pertama kali di Indonesia pada awal tahun 1990-an. AbstractIn the 2016 Abiola Lecture, Mbembe argued that “the plasticity of digital forms speaks powerfully to the plasticity of African precolonial cultures and to ancient ways of working with representation and mediation, of folding reality.” In her commentary, Pype tries to understand what “speaking powerfully to” can mean. She first situates the Abiola Lecture within a wide range of exciting and ongoing scholarship that attempts to understand social transformations on the continent since the ubiquitous uptake of the mobile phone, and its most recent incarnation, the smartphone. She then analyzes the aesthetics of artistic projects by Alexandre Kyungu, Yves Sambu, and Hilaire Kuyangiko Balu, where wooden doors, tattoos, beads, saliva, and nails correlate with the Internet, pixels, and keys of keyboards and remote controls. Finally, Pype asks to whom the congruence between the aesthetics of a “precolonial” Congo and the digital speaks. In a society where “the past” is quickly demonized, though expats and the commercial and political elite pay thousands of dollars for the discussed art works, Pype argues that this congruence might be one more manifestation of capitalism’s cannibalization of a stereotypical image of “Africa.”
