ABSTRACTTourism is one of the activities carried out by humans who have a purpose as entertainment. One of the objectives of designing this information system is to make tourist objects that have not been managed by the government to be managed and developed which makes it a source of income for the city of Padang. Padang City, the capital of West Sumatra Province, is one of the best tourism cities such as nature tourism, marine tourism and historical tourism. Natural attractions such as panoramas, waterfalls and natural baths, marine tourism such as beaches, while historical tourism such as monuments, and museums. However, due to lack of information, only a number of Padang City attractions are known by tourists. This system is built for two views, namely views for Web-based server pages, and views for android-based client pages using the android web view while system modeling uses UML (Unified Modeling Language). The public service administration system at the government offices of the Kemiri village office in the Kemiri District currently does not have a computerized and integrated system. Because the system runs, residents who submit letters for administrative completeness, still use the Ms.Word / Ms.Excel application. of course has many weaknesses including human error, not neat in file storage, resulting in the lengthy process of searching and making a cover letter and required reports. The analytical method used in this study is to use PIECES (Performance, Informance, Economy, Control, Efficiency, Service) analysis, the design of the model uses UML (Unified Modeling Language). The results of this study are web-based letter information systems at the Office of the Village Chief of Kemiri that can accessed using a local computer browser. Thus the information letter needed by the Kemiri Village community and more effective and efficient in making the letter.

Today, technology is rapidly developing in various elements and kinds of society. Withthe use of technology makes the human mindset that manifests into modernization. Thecampus is one place where the student's education to develop the potential that existed to givebirth to students who are creative, crisis, responsible and moral, especially for students. One of the problems ofthe students is the lack of information about the room at Informatics Engineering, University ofPalangkaraya which relates to the subjects in Informatics Engineering. By utilizing the featureLBS (Location Based Service) on android will answer the existing problems so as to facilitatestudents Engineering University of Palangka Raya.The methodology used in development with Prototype According to Pressman, which hasstages of Communication and early data collection, Quick design, Formation of prototype,Evaluation of prototype, Repair prototype and Final Production. At this stage of analysis is madeFlowchart. At this stage of design also made the creation of Unified Modeling Language (UML).The programming languages used are Java, JSON, SQLite.Application of Space Presentation Faculty of Engineering, University of PalangkarayaBased Location Based Service is designed and built using a Prototype Pressman method, withmap plan designed through Google Earth Pro and Edraw Max 7 which is placed on Google MapAPI where data storage is made in online database Firebase and SQLite as local database withthe development of the application created using Android Studio.Implementation of LocationBased Services on Application of Space Presentation Faculty of Engineering, University ofPalangkaraya Based Location Based Service, which applies to the Google Map API with eachpoint of the room made marker that produces radius which varied where if an application userenter into each radius it will produce notification information room containing the subjects thatare in the room so that the lecture-related rooms can be known.

The development of computer technology now enables the development of computer-based information systems, so the Community Organization (ORMAS) licensing service at the National Unity and Politics Agency (Bakesbangpol) Pekanbaru City needs support from technological developments to reduce existing problems items, namely the lack of information for ORMAS administrators who want to extend the Certification of registration Community Organization ORMAS SKT, and SKT ORMAS when registering. The purpose of this research is to Facilitate all forms of licensing at the Kesbangpol office, so that the process can be more efficient in terms of time and cost. This study discusses the infrastructure facilities management system in universities. The system is designed using Near Field Communication technology that uses an Android smartphone to support the use of this system and also the web using PHP and MYSQLi programming languages for online data storage. The method used in designing this system is the Waterfall model. This system modeling uses the UML language (Unified Modeling Language). This research was conducted at Pelita Indonesia College. The results showed that the use of Infrastructure Facilities System using Android-based NFC technology is easy to use for Staff and Infrastructure Heads in managing their inventory. Keywords : Infrastructure Facilities, Universities, Near Field Communication, Android. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini membahas tentang sistem manajemen sarana prasarana pada perguruan tinggi. Sistem yang dirancang menggunakan teknologi Near Field Communication yang menggunakan smartphone android untuk mendukung penggunaan sistem ini dan juga web menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan MYSQLi untuk penyimpanan data secara online. Metode yang digunakan dalam perancangan sistem ini adalah Waterfall model. Pemodelan sistem ini menggunakan bahasa UML (Unified Modelling Language). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Perguruan Tinggi Pelita Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Sistem Sarana Prasarana menggunakan teknologi NFC berbasis android mudah digunakan bagi Staff dan Kepala Sarana Prasarana dalam memanajemen inventarisnya. <p>Tendance is a supporting aspect to provide satisfaction for the society. The issue of tendance is less than optimal and it makes the agency image unfavorable. It is sometimes not from the problems of agencies, but the problem is increasing of population. Regarding this matter, the government should be able to take advantage of current technology facilities to provide a service to be more optimal. For example the use of computer media to store the population data in computerized, without having to use media archives offline. Not only the use of computer media, but also can apply an information technology system as known as e-government. Regarding this the authors try to create and develop web-based applications to improve service to the society to optimize the performance of government agencies. The flow of the system process uses UML (Unified Modeling Language) for the modeling process and the creation of applications that are described in the form of diagrams. In general the results made from this application are for making letters such as making domicile letters, business licenses, marriage delivery letters, death certificates, and crowd permits.</p><p><strong>Keywords</strong>: Country Office Tendance, E-Goverment, UML</p><p>Pelayanan merupakan suatu aspek pendukung untuk memberikan kepuasan bagi masyarakat. Isu yang terkadang mengenai pelayanan yang kurang optimal menjadikan citra instansi menjadi kurang baik. Hal tersebut terkadang bukan dari permasalahan instansi, akan tetapi timbul akibat semakin ramainya penduduk disuatu tempat sehingga data kependudukan menjadi banyak. Mengenai hal tersebut, pemerintah semestinya dapat memanfaatkan fasilitas teknologi saat ini untuk memberikan suatu pelayanan agar  lebih optimal. Contohnya penggunaan media komputer untuk menyimpan data penduduk secara terkomputerisasi, tanpa harus menggunakan media arsip secara offline. Tidak hanya sekedar memanfaatkan media komputer, tetapi juga dapat menerapkan suatu system teknologi informasi yang dikenal dengan istilah <em>e-government</em>. Mengenai hal tersebut penulis mencoba membuat dan mengembangkan aplikasi berbasis web untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat sehingga mengoptimalkan kinerja dari instansi pemerintah. Alur proses sistem menggunakan UML <em>(Unified Modeling Language)</em> untuk proses pemodelan perancangan dan pembuatan aplikasi yang digambarkan dalam bentuk diagram. Purpose One of the great strides to develop a health information system is to define the requirements of the systems. This paper aims to identify and collect the requirements for designing a Web-based repository of evaluation tools for health-related software products. Design/methodology/approach The current qualitative-review study is conducted in four phases including searching databases, reviewing websites and similar repositories, holding focus group discussions with a group of experts and determining the essential requirements for designing a Web-based repository, and also drawing the unified modeling language diagrams using Visual Paradigm software for displaying the necessities which were gathered. Findings The requirements for designing a Web-based repository are provided in five main categories: technical, structural, content, legal and others. In general, creating a repository takes considerable time and effort, as well as going through the steps of the system’s life cycle. Originality/value In this study, the first and the most significant step is creating an developing a reasonable system identifying the system requirements, which is successfully conducted. The requirements given in this study will be used in the next steps, which make use of programming languages such as PHP and HTML, so as to design a Web-based repository for health product software evaluation tools.

Modern institutions, corporations, schools and universities in developed countries believe that e-Learning is a way for educating larger number of students in less time and lesser amount of resources. This research aims to design and develop a web-based e-learning system to make the environment of e-learning more adaptive and intelligent for the learners. The main values of the proposed research are accessibility and interoperability that make learning applications and components share data more easily and communicate more effectively. Nowadays there are so many people who are surviving on only one meal per day. Especially in developing countries, it is one of the major problems. On the other hand, there is so much wastage of food every day. Some poor people need clothes and vessels, and children need some books and study kits. Solution to this is that we only need to donate the leftover food to needy people, charities, and our old stuff. For that to happen, we need some sort of platform. This could be any online platform like a website/web application. In Saudi Arabia, there are so many people who are capable of making donations and also there are so many Nongovernmental Organizations (NGOs) which are helping poor and needy people of Saudi Arabia. But to connection gap is not as blur as it should be. There has to be some simple, fast, intuitive and secure way of doing such online donations so that users can donate easily with just a click. The aim of this work is to design and develop a Web Based Online charitable Donation System. Where, the charitable website will collect the charitable donations (such as clothes, toys, school tools) and delivers it to the children who need it. The proposed system will provide voluntary opportunities for those wishing to be volunteer in delivering the donations to the homes of the poor for free. The proposed work was designed and developed using the Unified Modeling Language (UML), SQL Server for implemented the database, and ASP.net and Visual basic programming languages.

Employees as one element in a company have rights and obligations to the company. One of the rights for employees is leave or permission for a certain time. The obligation of a company is to provide such leave or permission. In the process of applying for leave or employee permits so far, many use conventional processes. Conventional here means still using a form in the form of a sheet of paper leave or permission and must be sent to various parties for approval. This will take a long time and is not in line with the Go Green Program that is being carried out by many companies. Reduce, Re-use, Recycle and Replace are the four concepts of the Go Green program. Replacing the application for leave or permission that has been using a form (paper) by using a web-based application program is a step forward by the company to implement the Go Green concept. Web-based application programs in addition to reducing paper usage also do not require large physical data storage areas. This can be realized by making a web-based leave application which is certainly easier in terms of access to all employees. Meanwhile, data storage can be stored in cloud storage media. In this study, an application design will be made using UML (Unified Modeling Language) to be used as a reference during development. UML provides many diagrams, but in this study only a few diagrams were used. The results of the study indicate that application design using UML can facilitate communication between stakeholders, can make it easier for programmers to translate into programming languages. Using UML can reduce application creation errors and speed up completion.
