Teacher is one of several professions that is quite popular in Indonesia. Like many other profession, many factors are involved to determine the success of a teacher, one of which is job satisfaction. This study was aimed to provide information about the teachers' job satisfaction at the State Junior High School. The phenomenology approach was used to explore the teachers’ experience. The data were obtained from interviews and observations on the teachers. All primary and secondary data from the results of interviews and observations were collected and analyzed through four stages of analysis (analysis, horizontalization, meaning classification, and essence description). The subjects of this study were 15 main respondents and 2 supporting of one of state junior high school in Bogor. This study reveals that teachers’ job satisfaction was based on peers, altruism, and work enjoyment. Besides, it was found that worship, merit, and reward were some of the essences obtained from the teachers’ job satisfaction. The researchers assumed that these phenomena contained the essence of a sense of religiosity. This study recommends the whole stakeholders to pay more attention on the teachers' job satisfaction to supoort the learning success at schools.

The objective of this study was to determine the effect of the competence and discipline on teacher performance at the State Junior High School 2 Siantar, both simultaneously and partially. This study was conducted by using literature review and field research. The population used by the authors in this study were 39 teachers of the State Junior High School 2 Siantar. The type of data used was qualitative and quantitative data. This study used primary and secondary data sources. The data collection was carried out by questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The analysis technique used was a quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study can be summarized as follows (1) there was a positive effect of competence and discipline on teacher performance; (2) there was a high correlation between competence and discipline on teacher performance; (3) the results of the study was competence and discipline has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, both simultaneously and partially.

Abstract:Description Alternative: Abstract: The students 'reading ability is low, it certainly affects the students' writing ability. Implementation of the School Literacy Movement at the stage of habituation to reading, the lack of assistance in extracurricular reading clubs that are scheduled at the State Junior High School 5 Malang. This study aims to foster students' character through the culture of school literacy that embodies the Implementation of the School Literacy Movement so that students of SMP Negeri 5 Malang become lifelong learners. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type that describes the School Literacy Movement in State Junior High School 5 Malang by using data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that: 1) The habituation phase was carried out by way of students bringing reading books from home or borrowing books to the library. At this stage a class reading corner was prepared, reading 15 minutes before learning began, and a literacy journal; 2) The Development and Learning Phase increases the school resources especially at the State Junior High School 5 Malang, namely the existence of a reading corner in each class, an increase in the number of books, a 30-minute reading club, and a product of the School Literacy Movement.Keywords: School Literacy Movement, Habituation, Development, and Learning Abstrak: Kemampuan membaca peserta didik tergolong rendah pasti berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan menulis peserta didik. Implementasi Gerakan Literasi Sekolah pada tahap pembiasaan minat baca, kurangnya pendampingan pada ekstrakurekuler club baca yang di agendakan di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 5 Malang.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menumbuhkembangkan budi pekerti peserta didik melalui pembudayaan literasi sekolah yang mewujudkan dalam Implementasi Gerakan Literasi Sekolah supaya peserta didik SMP Negeri 5 Malang menjadi pembelajar sepanjang hayat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif yang mendeksripsikan Gerakan Literasi Sekolah di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 5 Malang dengan  menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) Tahap Pembiasaan dilaksanakan dengan cara peserta didik membawa buku bacaan dari rumah atau meminjam buku ke perpustakaan. Pada tahap ini sudah disiapkan pojok baca kelas, membaca 15 menit sebelum pembelajaran dimulai, dan jurnal literas; 2) Tahap Pengembangan dan Pembelajaran meningkatkan sumber daya sekolah khusnya di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 5 Malang yaitu adanya pojok baca di masing-masing kelas, penambahan jumlah buku, adanya club baca 30 menit, dan hasil produk Gerakan Literasi Sekolah. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of accountability, transparency, and effectiveness in managing the School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds in public and private Junior High School in Banda Aceh City. This research involved two objects, Junior High School 3 Banda Aceh and Islamic Junior High School YPUI Darul Ulum. This research used the qualitative descriptive method and also used primary and secondary data in data collection.  The primary data were obtained directly by interviewing informants that were BOS coordinator in Education and Culture Services of Banda Aceh City and school BOS team consisting of the school principal and BOS treasure. The data were collected by direct observation in the field. The secondary data were collected by using documentation technique. In analyzing the data, the researcher used data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The result of the study showed that the accountability, transparency, and effectiveness in managing the School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds in Junior High School 3 Banda Aceh were in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture (Permendikbud) No. 26 of 2017 which reflected good governance, while the management of the School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds in Islamic Junior High School YPUI Darul Ulum Banda Aceh in terms of transparency was still not perfect, but in terms of accountability and effectiveness were in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture (Permendikbud) No. 26 of 2017.

The aim of this classroom action research is to improve students’ learning motivation, learning result of PKn on Basic Competence of Describing Indonesian Government System and the Roles of the State Institutions as the Sovereignty Executive and the characters of Grade VIII C Students of Junior High School 1 of Kebumen in Second Semester of Academic Year 2013/2014 by applying CHEERFUL DISCO learning method. The research is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles; each cycle of which includes planning, conducting, observation, and reflection. The result of the research shows that the learning method was able to improve the students’ learning motivation in learning activities from 62.37% in pre cycle to 73.74% in the first cycle, then from 78.91% in the second cycle, improved the PKn learning achievement in mastering concept of the ability to describe Indonesian Government System and the Roles of the State Institutions as the Sovereignty Executive, which can be seen that the students’ achievement test result is improving in average from 78.18 with 54.55% of mastery learning in pre cycle to 83.23 with 72.73% of mastery learning in the first cycle, then it was improved to 86.59 in average with 81.82% of mastery learning in the second cycle.

Abstract The purposes of this research are to describe the ways of students’ traffic order for Junior High School 1 Ulakan Tapakis, identify factors that influence the orderly behavior of the students, and describe the efforts have done by related parties ( school and police) in improving the orderly behavior of traffic toward students at Junior High School 1 Ulakan Tapakis.The type of this research is phenomenological research with a qualitative approach. Purposive sampling technique is used to determine informants. The types of data are primary and secondary data which are collected through observation, interviews, questionnaire, and documentation studies. The test of data validity is done through triangulation technique. While the data analysis techniques used data reduction techniques, data presentation, and data verification.The results of the research showed that the students have not yet orderly traffic. It can be seen from the aspect of completeness of the vehicle letter, in the aspect of Motor Vehicle Equipment, in the aspect of Safety Rules Driving. Factors that affect education, personality, law enforcement, means or facilities. Efforts are made to improve the behavior of orderly traffic that is counseling. From the results of the study can be concluded that 1) Students do not understand and implement Law no. 22 of 2009 on Traffic and Road Transport related to motorcycle riding regulations. 2) Students have good knowledge but it is not followed by a good understanding of traffic rules so that influence attitudes and behavior, law enforcers have not carried out their duties effectively, means or facilities of traffic is not adequate. 3) The school and the police have not been maximized in an effort to improve the behavior of traffic order to students. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian fenomenologi pendekatan kualitatif. Penentuan informan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Jenis data adalah data primer dan skunder yang dikumpulkan dengan observasi, wawancara, angket dan studi dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan data melalui teknik triangulasi sumber. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan siswa belum tertib berlalu lintas, dilahat dari aspek kelengkapan surat kendaraan, aspek perlengkapan kendaraan bermotor, aspek peraturan keselamatan berkendara. Faktor yang mempengaruhi pendidikan, kepribadian, penegak hukum, sarana atau fasilitas. Upaya yang dilakukan meningkatkan perilaku tertib berlalu lintas yaitu penyuluhan . Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa 1) siswa belum memahami serta melaksanakan Undang-Undang No. 22 Tahun 2009 tentang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan terkait peraturan mengendarai sepeda motor. 2) Siswa memiliki pengetahuan yang baik namun belum diikuti dengan pemahaman yang baik tentang aturan lalu lintas sehingga mempengaruhi sikap dan perilaku, penegak hukum belum melaksanakan tugasnya secara efektif, sarana atau fasilitas lalu lintas belum memadai. 3) Pihak sekolah dan kepolisisan belum maksimal dalam upaya meningkatkan perilaku tertib berlalu lintas pada siswa. <p>The purpose of this study is to identify, analyze and assess influences of Teacher’s Competency, Motivation and Job Satisfaction on Teacher’s Performance at State Junior High School 1 East CikarangBekasi Regency.<br />This research is intended to giving advice for the teacher’s competence, motivation and job satisfaction in order teacher’s performance improve. This research was using descriptive and verification method.<br />Descriptive research is used to describe characteristics of a population or phenomenon being studied. Verification is the research conducted with the aim to prove the truth of a theory on a particular time and place.<br />The results of this research are as follows:<br />1. Range scale of teacher’scompetence isquite good, it need to be improved.<br />2. Range scale of teacher’s motivation is quite high, it need to increased.<br />3. Range scale of teacher’s job satisfaction is quite satisfied, it need to increased.<br />4. Range scale of Teacher’s performance is quite good, it need for improved.<br />5. There is a relationship between teacher’s competence and motivation.<br />6. There is a relationship between teacher’s competence and job satisfaction.<br />7. There is a relationship between motivation and job satisfaction.<br />8. The Human Development Index (HDI) of the Selayar Islands Regency experienced an insignificant improvement. The low education index causes the low HDI achievement of the Selayar Islands Regency because the achievement of education index is lower than the health index and the expenditure index. Therefore, it is very necessary to improve the education index. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the education index. This study uses secondary data in the form of panel data which is a combination of time series data from 2014 to 2019 and cross section data from 11 sub-districts. Panel data to measure the factors that affect the Education Index were analyzed using regression analysis. The results showed that the teacher to student ratio at elementary school had a negative effect on the education index, the class to student ratio at elementary school had a positive effect on the education index, while the school to student ratio at elementary school, school to student ratio at junior high school, class to student ratio at junior high school and teacher to student ratio at junior high school had no effect on the education index.

The misuse and circulation of illicit drugs is a widespread, complex, and complex issue facing the Indonesian people lately, as it can have many negative effects, especially among the younger generation. Therefore, massive prevention efforts must be made through integrated legal counsel such as the Faculty of Law of the Islamic University of Islamic Universities in schools. One of the selected schools is the Junior High IT IT High School located in the Sungai Intan Village of West Suburban Suburban Suburban Hulu district. In the implementation of the counseling the aim is for students to understand the dangers of drugs and to avoid the dangers of drugs so that they can become better generations and work better. This method of implementing community service activities is done with data collection techniques through Library and lecture studies. The source of data obtained in the practice of public service counseling is secondary data consisting of: primary legal materials, and secondary legal materials. While analyzing data using a deductive thinking method, it is a mindset based on common things and then draws on specific conclusions. Results and discussion. Commitment activities to the community of legal counsel on Drug Danger and its Prevention for Students / Junior High School IT High School People in Sungai Intan Suburban Suburban District Upstream from the stages of activity preparation, implementation and closure. At the time of implementation each drug dealer presented the drug and its preventive material. The activity received excellent response from the participants as evidenced by the many questions from the participants and the increased knowledge of the participants about the dangers of drugs and their prevention

<p>This research was conducted to find out and analyze the coverage of junior high school and madrasah tsanawiyah services to the user community in Cepogo District. The research used descriptive geographical research method using map analysis and the data collection methods used were documentation studies and field observations. The data collection technique in this study used a population that includes all junior secondary schools and Islamic elementary schools in Cepogo sub-district with primary data in the form of school locations obtained through field measurements using GPS (Global Potential System) and secondary data obtained from agencies authority and results from previous studies. The data analysis technique used was secondary data analysis techniques and map analysis techniques using buffer analysis. The results showed that there was a difference between supply (number of elementary school graduates) and demand (study group) in which supply was greater than demand. In addition, the coverage of education facilities at the junior high school / MTs level in Cepogo District is in accordance with the minimum standards of the national education minister's regulation no. 24 of 2007 concerning the maximum distance to education facilities, which is no more than 6 km with no hazardous track.</p>
